I walked into your Subway store on Federal Way by albertsons site there were 4 employees in their no customers I was the only one when I was ready to order I was told by the girl that they could not take my order for a few minutes as they had 9 sandwiches to make on a call in order I asked her you can't make my sandwich until after you have made show the sandwiches for someone that's not here she said yes i'm sorry and i said me too and i left.
I had spent all day in doctors offices and I live forty miles out of town all I wanted to do was get a subway sandwich and go home and I was denied service.

I stopped into the Subway on Charles Street I was addressed by a young man behind the counter who could use some professional training on friendly customer service. I asked for a chopped salad and he abruptly said mam we don't have chopped salad today just regular salad, I have never been to a subway that didn't offer chopped salad. He pretty much threw my salad together, I purchased a salad that was just thrown together. I am not use to this level of customer service, usually when I go to Subway, I get friendly, great customer service. I was not satisfied with the customer service and especially with the salad I purchased. I will not be returning to that location. I don't have the exact address but it is the
location just before Dave and Dads on Charles Street.

The restaurant is dirty food covers cross contamination of foods meats and veggies counters are dirty. Counter was left unattended had to wait at least 15 min for service. They said they were out taking care of cardboard. Music was way to loud. The servers in general don’t act like they want to be there send someone to check it out like around 8 pm that’s when I was there on a Monday night

When I visited the subway on 132 Carondelet st in New Orleans to place a order for my son and I respectfully I was dissatisfied with the overall customer service. While I was trying to tell a couple of employees what all I wanted on both Sandwiches I felt rushed as they weren't giving me time to tell them what all I wanted on my sandwich as well as on my son's sandwich. Not to mention they were putting the wrong toppings on both sandwiches mixing the toppings on my son's sandwich with my sandwich & vice versa. When I asked for a refund deciding to not take the sandwiches which were still wrapped up untouched, I was told that I couldn't get a refund that I could get new sandwiches made. However I didn't want new sandwiches since I was dissatisfied with the customer service. I had to get a manager involved since the employees weren't trying to refund me for the sandwiches. The supervisor of this particular store told me that he could make me another sandwich but couldn't issue me a refund even though the sandwiches weren't touched by me and my son. He was also very rude and unprofessional when I stated that I wanted a refund instead of another sandwich. He questioned me why I wanted a refund in a way that it was like he didn't want to give me a refund and was trying to force me to get another sandwich made by him even though that's not what I wanted. I explained in a respectful way that I wanted a refund because I was dissatisfied with the customer service because I felt rushed when placing my orders,which is not professionally ok. He then got upset and told me why would I waste their food and to not come back to this particular subway because I wanted a refund instead of another sandwich which I don't think that's ethical nor professional. He even threatened to call the police on me even though I did nothing to validate his reason for making such a statement. I felt discriminated against & wouldn't want anyone else to go through this again. Thank you for your patience

I visited the subway in Sunland, CA #16659-0 and the server named Sander M. was stocking some items than came to the food prep area. He did not wash his hands, not knowing where his hands have been I asked him to wash his hands. He exploded started arguing why he has to wash his hands. He started talking back saying, " You think my hands are contaminated?" He goes off raising his voice and acting very hostile. As I was asking the other employee to give me his bosses name and numbers he continues to use profanity and argue why he should wash his hands. Then, another customer comes in and first thing he says is, "Hi, would you like me to wash my hands?" And the other customers was very confused about that. I will report this subway to the Dept of Health. He is to no longer work there. I will take this complaint far as he needs to know his actions requires him to ve terminated.

So i placed an online order at the subway in Magna Utah, i waited almost 10 minutes past the pickup time before i even arrived, my sandwiches werent even started, no employees were at the counter, and i had to wait an extra 15 minutes for someone to even start my sandwiches, this is by far the WORST experience ive ever had at subway, and frankly im very disappointed with the quality of my sandwiches in general, something needs to be done.

Online is bullshit, they don't contact you back, reply by email, etc. I think subway got on a high horse and doesn't care for the customer anymore.

On Tuesday July 11th, Subway was promoting a freshly sliced free 6-in sub. I went to a location in Pennsylvania, the owner said that they were not participating in this, because they were all independently owned. How can people go through come a promotion with subway, when several owners, will not participate because they are independently owned?

I went to the Subway in Dublin, Ca at 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd with a valid coupon> I was told that they don't accept the coupons. This is the last time I will visit a Subway and I will make sure I let as many people as possible know about your coupons not being universally accepted. I understand that each location is allowed to set their own policies but what good is it to receive coupons in the mail when we don't know if they will be accepted or not. We encountered the rudest Subway employee we have ever met! We began our order advising of three sandwiches, but after the very first one was ordered I immediately let her know there would be a fourth one added. The elderly employee became irate slamming things huffing and puffing. She had an attitude and was extremely rude. When my roommate who had ordered the first sandwich ask for extra mayonnaise the woman again became very agitated and angry and when my roommate asked for her 6-in sub to be cut in half, which should be standard practice mind you, I thought the woman was going to cut her! I handled the ordering of the remaining three sandwiches, which I completed all at once, unfortunately the employee who made them confuse them. Upon straightening out the confusion when I also ask for extra mayonnaise I was met with the same ire, and when I went ahead and asked her to cut all three of the sandwiches in half after she made them was met with pure hatred. We did not ask for anything super special extra mayonnaise, sandwich cut in half, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, an extra sauce, salt and pepper, but even this seemed too much for the employee. We were extremely polite which I will tell you is not the norm for me. I usually address intolerably rude behavior as it is happening, however, today due to one of the women in my party being ill I did not do so. I did ask the cashier on the store side who I would file a complaint with but was told she didn't know. Upon arriving home we realized that the sandwiches had so much salt and pepper on them that they are completely inedible! When we tried contacting the store we were met with more attitude and ignorance. Never did anyone offer to replace our order, make it right, ...anything. When we ask for the managers information we were told that the manager's name was " t " And they would not be there until tomorrow! We did not have the money to replace our dinner therefore my entire family went without dinner because of this employees negligence, laziness, overt rudeness, and blatant destruction of our food! Once we asked for extra mayonnaise everything was applied to a comical level! When the sweet onion sauce was asked for on one sandwich so much was placed that it was running off the sandwich! So much salt and pepper was placed on the sandwiches that it can be visually seen caked on each sandwich. This needs to be addressed with the store which is the worst in the area, with the employee who needs to be fired, and with my family who went without food!

Im35 weeks pregnant and while "working" for subway, I ended up getting let go 2 weeks before my maternity leave. I was to become manager (due to my experience at Dominos) after maternity leave and was training to be become manager and was doing very well. I received a text message on Wednesday from the manager saying that I was let go due to business being slow. I was scheduled that whole week for 4 hours a day. Manager and I had discussed that I had got put on payroll so that I can get maternity leave. When I first started I did no paperwork and was getting paid under the table. I never got a uniform the whole time I worked and right before I was let go we were discussing getting me shirts. I feel the actions by my manager is not fair and I feel discriminated against. My manager knew I had 2 weeks left before he let me go. Please help.

The subway downtown Detroit in the first national building 660 woodward is taking orders on the cash register and then making people food with tge same gloves on

1st I ordered a foot long tuna. The worker put one scoop of tuna on a ft. long. She added a small amount extra with her spreading knife. When I mentioned it ,she claimed she put 2 scoops. Then I asked for lettuce and pickles on one side and jalapenos only on the other side. I could tell she was angry because I mentioned the one scoop. She dressed my sandwich with lettuce and jalapenos on one side and pickles only on the other side. Not what I asked for. In my opinion she did it opposite on purpose because I mentioned the fact that she only put one scoop on a ft. long. Most of the worker's in this store have ugly attitudes. This is the Boutte, La. location. This customer has had enough of the ugliness of your worker's. U r close to losing this customer. I don't need anyone who should be serving me with a smile to be treating me like it's my fault they have to work for a living. I have never been treated this way at any other fast food restaurant.

Recently purchased 5 foot long subs. We have purchased these subs many times. Our company purchased multiple subs each week on Fridays. This past time the buns were small and there were 1/2 the ingredients of what we were used to . The employees were extremely disappointed !

Subway at 29060 Plaza Dr, Santa Nella, CA 95322 does not accept SUBWAY coupons! I mean I get the coupons but owner does not accept coupons which is ridiculous.

I came in on 3/21 around 6:30 pm and an employee that I'm used to seeing in here was making orders but as usual was complaining about her coworkers like always and I usually don't say anything. But I had one customer in front of me and waited 20 minutes for her to even start my order cause she was doing more talking and complaining than anything else. I just wanted to feed my kids and leave not hear her sob story. I love my local Subway but this makes me not want to come back. Hopefully yall get better help in there soon.

At the subway 2600 S IH 35 Round Rock Texas. Placed an order in the app, after 20 minutes past it’s ready time without the order being made I went into the store and requested a refund. The employee informed me that he couldn’t do it and that he would not contact a manager to help me. When I said my card had already been charged he slammed his fist on the counter and said very loudly “I don’t care”. And then ignored me. It was the absolutely rudest experience I’ve ever had in any establishment. I will be reporting it to the credit card company and to the corporate office.


I am just wandering why is it that your company send out Cupons in the mail and your franchise located in Siler City, NC said that that don't take the coupons. I went there on 3/20/23 and the waiter there was not very friendly at all and said that we had to go to another store because they dont take coupons. My question is if certain franchise don't take them then it should be noted when you send out the coupons. I was trying to feed my family and couldn't because your franchise in Siler City NC wouldn't honor the coupon that was mailed out. So misleading. It's a shame. You should make that franchise make it right.

Staff is lazy and manager is down right rude.
I have to ring a door bell for anyone to acknowledge me and even then staff stands in the doorway doing nothing.
My sandwich was made wrong and when I brought it back to have it fixed she called my stupid for entering it wrong on subway app. Same doesn't make mistakes. She continued to yell at me. At one point I asked her for my original sandwich back that I didn't need this. She refused and continued to complain the whole time after finally agreeing to make the right sandwich. This is not customer service but Subway in Berlin Wisconsin needs new management and staff that values customers.

I went into the subway and order a sandwich and tried to use my coupon they rejected my coupon at store 3025 N Pulaski and 3333 w Belmont and said meat prices went up and they are not accepting coupons bad customer services at both locations! Which they are not following subway guidelines and not professional they are making up their own rules. There has to be done to change this they are manufactured coupon in the Sunday paper

I am very disappointed in the locations near me. I went to the subway by my house (vista Chino and date palm in cathedral city, California ) and right-wing I drove up they said we don't except coupons. So I left. I then later went to the one in palm springs, California. Walked in began to order my 2 footlongs for my kids and was told I can't use a coupon on turkey sandwiches. And if i still wanted them. I said i already promised my kids. What is the point of sending out coupons in the mail if u can't use them?? My kids love subway and the only way I can afford to get them it is if I use a coupon. I'm just very disappointed with what's going on.

Made me wait to order, took my order 5 times, still got it wrong. Then when I got to pickup window I sat there and watched them wait on others until I knocked on the drive through window and asked what was the problem. I was told my food was being prepared and I needed to check my attitude. When I got home with my food I found the food was not what I ordered and the bot bacon looked raw. I took it back and just got my money back. I tried going back again today, weeks later, and nothing has changed.

The people at the subway in East Greenbush are rude, and snotty.

I am reaching out because of several situations at store 28105. I was the manager of this store for 3 years and recently I was let go because Tamera Dexter said I had to many complaints. I asked for proof of these complaints and she told me I couldn't have them. Tamera was going to cut my pay 5 dollars. So I just left and I was in walmart doing some shopping and came into subway to purchase a fountain drink and was surrounded by security saying I was band from there. I wasn't informed of this nor do I have documents saying this. Thus was very embarrassing to me. Also Tamera has a employee that is on social security and can only work 20 hours a week. If she goes over those hours Tamera pays her under the table. There are several of her employees at this location that are on drugs also. I went to Subway Logan Village last Friday and ordered a wrap. I have had many wraps but not from here. I would usually eat this as I am driving but when ai unwrapped it the whole wrap fell apartwith just a mushy mess of salad. She had obviously put far too much on and the wrap had split into a lot of pieces, one soggy mess. I couldn’t eat it so I had no choice but to throw it out. I didn’t have time to go back so I rang a Subway number the next day and there was a message asking for my number and said I would receive a callback . That never happened so I am now giving it to Ybor

I ordered 2pizza subs 1 turkey salad 1 chicken bacon ranch and 1 spicy Italian the food was to be ready by 7:15 pm which it was. The three subs crammed into one bag were flat when I pulled them out I ordered extra pepperoni on both pizza subs, there might have been one layer altogether, the bacon chicken ranch had half of the ingredients in the wrapper not even in the sandwich and the turkey salad didn’t even have lettuce in it. Overall very dissatisfied with the food and poor display of pride in their job. Will not be spending another $60 at this store anytime soon.

Very bad communication, i have called the unified number for meny time around 2 hours and no one answer me!!!!! i send about 3 emails and also no replays!

Customer service is non existent. They charge you on a web order and if store is. Closed you get no refund.

I downloaded the app, but cannot use it for a FLBOGO at participating Subway’s, because they tell me the store is owned locally. Furthermore, they informed me they could not honor the reward points for an item on the menu for the same reason. I called two separate stores in two cities and am told the same! The app is useless, unless corporate decides to reimburse the local stores for their loss in profit. This app is a scam to get customers to purchase something since they are already at the store! I am going to download another sub sandwich app that will stand behind their stores, franchised or not!!

Ordered 2 foot longs on line got extra cheese on one of the foot longs. The one with extra cheese came with No cheese. The other, the meat was bad. My husband took back the uneaten subs to store 2 days later because it was a weekend and we knew mgr wouldn't be on duty till monday. Mgr told him he was trying to get free food and that 1 of the sub's they didn't even make. We ordered on line

We ordered 2 footlongs on Jan 23rd 2023 through the subway app for subway location at 2831 North Road Orangeburg SC, order# 32777F46-83 and we received notification that the food was ready for pickup 20 mins later. Once we were at the subway drive through, they took more than 10 mins to acknowledge us and then we were informed their drive through was closed. However their drive through showed that it's open, and had no indications at all that they are closed for service. Maybe the drive through is closed to Asians, but that's just how we felt. Moving along, we were told further that they never received our order, and we showed them our receipt through the app. Then they informed us they were out of paper, therefore they didn't get our order, period. They told us to cancel the order on the app to get our money back, instead of offering to just make the order on the spot, which was infuriating. Now we are sure, they did not want to service Asians there. That's about an hour of our lives wasted there and they never gave back the money to our card.


I made an online order today. Upon arrival I was told they could NOT give me my order without the confirmation. First of all who would know my name and that I had placed an online order. This was totally embarrassing as the lobby was fairly full. I really this was done to me because I'm African American. This is totally unacceptable!!!! I'll find it VERY DIFFICULT TO visit any Subway going forward. I've attached my oder confirmation and receipt

Your employees from the subway in galveston TX have been messing up my orders on purpose also leaving hair in my sandwiches all I ask for is a nice sandwich after a long day of work but since your workers have been figuring out my order (because I order the same thing every day) this think this is some joke to play on me by messing it up on purpose. I would like to know why they send out coupons for subway, and when you go to Subway do use them, they refuse to use them. I think that’s very wrong of the stores to be able to get away with that. It’s misleading and very wrong to a person that shops at Subway. I think people should just boycott subways stores completely and I will be posting that on the Internet till this problem is resolved. On 1/23/23 I went to Subway (747 W Cherry St Sunbury, OH 43074) as I have on multiple occasions around noon. Previous visits have been poor when ordering inside with staff, but I decided to go back for a quick lunch. While waiting to order a female was making a sandwich and a male came to take my order. Before I said anything, the female said "oh sh**" and I laughed and said we all have a rough day. The male then took my order, but seemed very confused and kept looking at a ticket just placed to his left and asked me again what I needed. My perception was: he did not change his gloves after wiping counter and got my footlong out and sliced it as I was ordering two six inch subs; he told the female to take the ticket to his left and she also did not change her gloves. As I started to tell the male what I wanted on my turkey / chicken sandwiches and he was doing, the female kept reaching across him (literally over his whole front side) and grabbing stuff (mostly cheese) and said something to the effect of " I don't understand why more people don't come in to this store and order online". I said wait a minute, that isn't cool what you are doing reaching across him like that while he is reaching for stuff for my sandwich. The male kept making my sandwich and she again reached across him to get get meats and I said please stop, that's not cool. They both stopped and looked at me like I was some type of ignorant person, and I just said "screw it, i'm not ordering here" and walked out of the store. My complaint and point is; I eat Subway alot and have gone to a variety of stores, but this location (747 cherry street) has been the worst I have ever gone to and have never been treated so disrespectful and seen un-sanitized as this visit. Never have soup or chili. Young manger don’t make it in the am. She gives out free food to people in Walmart. Says don’t sell enough soup so she don’t make it or chili. Others around the area have soup and chili. Makes no sense to me. I suggest you get people who want to work and do they job. You have cameras check them.

Refusal to use coupons that are their brand is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when most get reimbursed by coupon manufacturer for coupons.

My complaint is that on December 25, 2022, I used the subway app to order 3 sandwiches. When the app signaled that the food was ready I went to pick it up but the store was closed. I called the store number and no answer. So I waited until the next day to either get my money back or get my sandwiches. The manager was not there when I called and the assistant manager said there was nothing they could do because it was done on the app. I need my money back or I need my sandwiches. I have left my phone number and no one has called me back. I would appreciate a very prompt reply on this matter.


Not a complaint but it is the coupons I receive in the mail flyers. I have been using them but now all the subway stores in my area have signs on the doors they are not accepting the coupons.what good are the coupons if you can’t use them? The area I am talking about is in Massachusetts at Stoneham, Woburn, and Burlington stores.

I went to subways and it was the worst experience I have ever had with them, they were completely rude, had no idea what they were doing and the food made me so sick I was puking all night, never again will I have subways again.

How many friggin times a day do you have to show your stupid friggin commercials . Charles Barkley has risen to the list of most annoying person ever in a commercial. Only Kevin Hart with his act tuned to the lowest common denominators, the emu jerk who I would offer up two children to pummel until he stops wiggling, and followed by the my pillow sleeze ball. I wouldn’t buy anything from subway if you paid me to eat it.

Went in to order a meal like I've done hundreds of times in the past and the service at the beginning was ok but not until it was time for my ingredients to get put on my sandwich I first had a delay with the server an angry black women or woman of color it doesn't matter because I am also black and the first server was I think maybe Hispanic or white but the rude black lady first took her time finishing up her conversation with the customer before me in which it didn't upset me until it was my time she seemed in such a rush and just started throwing the items on my sandwich even before I got to tell her what all was expected on the sandwich and I had to literally stop her twice and tell her that she was being very nonchalant and ignorant about the fact that lots of people have food allergies and she continued to disrespect me by trying to rush me because I basically had to correct her behavior one and to make sure that my meal was how I wanted it. So in all of the process the unprofessionalism of the 2 servers was apparently not common because no one seemed to care that at a very disrespect when I told her I didn't want that sandwich anymore and asked the young Hispanic or white guy if he can make the sandwich he blatantly told me no only she can make the sandwiches and then upon asking for a manager pointed me in the direction of the gas station clerk because it's located inside of a service station all to be turned around and around for requesting the store number or someone that was in charge so the store clerk went and got me a receipt with the information I needed to leave the premises like they both demanded like I wasn't coming to just spend my money and my lunch time that was only half an hour to be basically thrown out for unsatisfiable service with my food that they wanted me to purchase it was HORRIBLE. I've had subway in different countries dating back to 1999 and this has been my second bad experience with this enterprise only in Phoenix AZ different locations but unfortunately I didn't have the knowledge I have now to make a rightful complaint just horrible how they made my customer experience will not go there again when I look because I work not to far away and I see any of the 2 disrespectful employees there and I will be making another formal complaint because now I'm really in fear or relation on both they're part very ghetto behavior from both employees I'm truly disappointed.

Went to my regular subway and on this occasion I was informed no cracker for my soup. asked if the served any other thong for the soup like a roll. The girl informed they did but I HAD to pay for a veggies sub. No sub was given just the bun. $5.89 CHARGED. Not impressed at all;I left very upset because the soup was not to the normal standard. It was so thick one had to chew it.
Not to mention that they didnt put enough cheese on the sub the was purchased to notice it was there.

Went in and ordered a foot long spicy Italian, bread was hard, I noticed the clerk was skimpy on the meat only 5 slices of pepperoni n salami skimpy in lettuce etc. All I was able to taste was hard bread! Happened before thought over maybe a new person, but happened again today! Next time ib will go to jersey mikes where they stuff it and its fresh! Is worth paying a bit more!

Rude server and terrible attitude towards customers. Sign said closing at 8 but got there at 7:15 and door locked. Open sign was lit up. Claimed that they closed at 8 but she needed to do her inventory early so she could leave at 8. Very, very rude person. Will not be back. Will let others where I teach know how poorly run this store is so they can go to the other store down the road.

The subway at located in a truck stop at the us20 &in15 split is the chinsiest subway I've ever walked into they short u on everything from cheese to vegetables I'm not impressed and won't recommend that anyone ever stops at this location ever u will not got what ur being charged for

I enjoy lots of veggies on my subs. I always click the more button and also put a note in special instructions. I order subs at least once a week and this store will not put extra veggies on the subs. I have asked and was told that they don’t read the more or less nor do they read special instructions. After tonight I have decided to go back to Jersey Mikes. Truly disappointed with this location and it is closest to my home

I placed an order at the Santee CA. subway on Magnolia, and when I went to pick up my order, one of the sandwiches was incorrect. I wanted it exchanged for the correct sandwich and was treated very rudely by the employee named Lucia. She said the sandwich was correct Even though I showed her what I ordered on my app. She then dug through the sandwich to see what was on it, then wrapped it up and handed it back and refused to replace it with the correct one. This employee is extremely rude and the customer service is terrible! I want a refund for that foot-long.

Hello, i usually don’t do this cus im not a karen but my best friend went to subway at place vertu. Imagine being on break, eating ur sandwhich when ur bacon is RAW. Yes, RAW! She goes back and the lady starts arguing with her telling her no it’s fine. The bacon was literally white, gooey and light pink. My best friend asked for the people behind her their opinion, they agree with my best friend. The lady then told her go somewhere else for ur sandwhich. I just find it disgusting and absolutely degrading. Where did the good service go? If you don’t wanna work, we’re in Canada, stay home and you’ll get payed from the government. My best friend was shocked and when she told me, I freaked out.

I be eaten at subway in most of 48 states, I bought a foot long cold cut with cheese and when I asked about the cheese she said you only get 4 pieces, I’ve been going to subway for well over 20 years and never have I gotten so little cheese. By the way it was 4 half pieces of cheese and that didn’t even cover half of my sandwich.this was at road ranger in Marion Illinois

Why is there only a sell paper on sandwiches? Your business is booming from not eating all of that bread and the wrap is more healthier, convenient and tastes great.... So, if you want stand behind your wraps why should we buy your wraps? Glorify all of your products so no one is left out of a deal.

The subway in mayfield ky never accepts coupons, discounts or promotions in the store or on the app. The owner of the store says that his scanners don't work as to why he can't use in store coupons. He says the app is messed up as to why you can't do discounts and promos like the bogo50. But, I can order in another town and it works just fine. This has been going on for months! Is there anything that you can do since he owns this subway store? I mean it's ridiculous everyone in our small town is talking about it and believes he is just not honoring coupons because he loses money??

My Subway on Bessemer city Road in Gastonia North Carolina has change management within the last five months the new management is having a problem with the coupon to come in the mail now he saying it set Waze I’m not honoring any update coupons I think he wants to make the money all of it instead of taking the coupons

You get coupons in the mail. You go to use them you're told we don't use them here at all or you're made to feel like you're committing a crime because you want to use a coupon. I work two doors down from a Subway that we choose not to use because of the way we're treated. So I go to another Subway and made you feel the same way don't send the coupons if we can't use them

Just to let you know, we had just finished visiting my dying father at the hospital. We just wanted a simple sandwich.
I went in to get a quick footlong tuna.
A homeless woman came in after me.
She approached me for money at the counter. Really? She was knocking against me. She wanted a sandwich from the workers but only had 4 dollars. This woman hung around begging. After I got my sandwich, the worker made a sandwich for the pushy customer. I have compassion for the down and out people but by the worker giving her charity, more and more will show up.
I don't want to eat in a soup kitchen with a woman begging for money.
This was a horrible experience.
I won't go to that Subway ever again.

We made a online order, and ordered 3 sandwich meals that includes 3 chips and 3 drinks, My daughter went in the store to pick up the order and was told there where only 2 drinks ordered, my daughter said the cashier was very rude, I went in and received the same ATTITUDE from the cashier and showed her the order that showed 3 drinks and the reciept she gave us showed 3 drinks, the cashier not so happily gave me the 3rd drink.


My wife and I are in our 60s and on a very tight and fixed income so we dont get to eat out much especially in this Biden economy, plus coalgate oklahoma only has Subway sonic and a mexican restuarant, so we must settle for subway quite often when we CAN afford it.
Yesterday(Nov29,2022) I stopped in our coalgate subway to order mine and the wifes usual 2 footlongs(while we had a coupon that saves a little)and I began my order by asking the employee(most all these employees know me when they see me and this evening manager she knew what my first request would be) like I always do i simply ask that they turn the footlong bun on its side and cut it open EVENLY down the seam and not from the side cut which they do too fast and end up sweeping the end up high leaving about 2 inch of taller hard bun to eat(you need understand I have no teeth and i pointed this out as well) so the young lady remembered me and sad IIve been doing this that way since you asked last time and she began to cut as iI requested, and as she was doing so the other female(mid 40's brunette who always works with the female manager(owners wife i believe) and told her dont let corporate see you do that.
so I asked WHY and was told corporate dont teach it that way, so I then replied well corporate isnt paying for my sandwich nor are they eating it and I pointed out how they cut sweep up high and leave a higher piece of bun than i can eat with no teeth, she just rolled her eyes at me and then the female manager walked up having heard it all and i said SINCE WHEN IS THE CUSTOMER NOT RIGHT, the request was a simple one and the girl didnt mind it and she was helping me and I asked again ISNT THE CUSTOMER RIGHT ANYMORE,WHEN DID THAT CHANGE??BOTH THE MID 40S BRUNETTE(A REAL UPPITY BROAD TO BEGIN WITH) AND THE MANAGER JUST ROLLED THEIR EYES AND LOOKED AWAY. so i paid and left but overheard them berating the employee as i was leaving and this made me more angry.i would have preferred to talk to a human over this as im nearly blind in one eye and typing on a computer is no small task. but bottom line to me is ARE the two mid 40swomen right(the manager and the uppity broad??) are they right corporate has more say than a customer over such a simple request.????I tried calling the owner of record(a lawyer here in coalgate) but he wont return my call.I really want and deserve an answer from someone in corporate and i want the name of whoever answers me,has customer service turned so crappy that the customer is no longer right to make such as simple request.my name is Gary please call me and i feel im owed an honest answer from a human by phone on this,sooner than later...

I ordered an steak and cheese foot long one jalapeño cheddar bread. Server gave me two small scoops of steak on the footlong. I was ready to change my order or walk out for such little meat on a foot long. Server asked the manager if it was ok to serve more as if it was normal everyday service there. I complained and the gave me half a scoops more. I told them it should be 4 scoops on a foot long but I took the sandwich paid and I was very polite. Something is wrong with the service because of the manager there. I feel it’s unfair. Please look into it.

My husband and I ordered 2 subs today and the bacon was not cooked. You need to tell them it is supposed to be cooked.

Store # 2871 and Served by #821 according to receipt. The server was great. Good customer service. Being a fellow business owner is the reason for my correspondence. The worker[s] were playing music so loud that I couldn't hear often what he was asking me and I had to yell back what I wanted on my subs. To make it worse, the music was very inappropriate. Using all kind of profanity plus the "N" word several times. Just not a good look, ambience, for any business. He was good at his job, but these young people may just need a training or professionalism.

I really don't have a complaint I don't understand why y'all pay these sports people so much money when y'alls food sells itself.

Went to pick up someone food as a good samaritan that was in the ER. The employee by the the name of Michael was disrespectful with no customer service training. Yes I came at someone food. But yes I also wanted to place and order for myself. He over looked me and went to the next person.. Sir Michael you had the order and didn't fix it. I got out of line because subway employee couldn't find the order. Then instead of the employee addressing him as a employee and his horrible attitude. They are asking me to calm down. How can I? He's talking side ways out of his month & then refused to fix the order.. this was at subway on Harper st Augusta ga.

(Attached is my order) Called into subway on 10/26/22. Informed the young man and woman of my issue, I placed an order on the app and chose the incorrect locations. I chose algood tn and needed it to go to Sparta tn. Asked if this could be refunded or sent to the location I originally meant to choose. The young man said he’d call his manager and call me back. He called me back and stated he was not able to refund me, was not able to send it to the other subway location, and could not tell me when the manager would be in. Said to call back when he was there, which unsure how I’m suppose to do that when I don’t know when he is working. I call back maybe 3 mins later because it dawned on me that when I have had to have a refund before because I ordered on the app and when I got to the store they didn’t have what I ordered and the employee at the time was able to do the refund without the manager there to do it. Well this time I spoke with a very rude woman who refused to give me her name which made the situation worse and I could hear when she hung up on me because she slammed the phone down. Couldn’t believe I was just hung up on, a coworker of mine called in simply to get this woman’s name so when I do speak with the manager it can be addressed accordingly. My coworker called and spoke with the young man, she simply called to get the ladies name. The young immediately went in defense mode and said “we’re you cussing at her” (no cussing was involved at anytime during any interaction) my coworker stated “There was no cussing” the young man proceeded to then hung up on my coworker as well. I don’t know what makes this store think they can speak or hang up on customers. I just want my refund and this store to be addressed.


I work inside the Englewood Ohio, Walmart I am a paying customer, and the worker whose name is Kim refused to get off her stool to make me a pizza, I’m on my lunch hour and she told me I had to wait until the owner came in at 12 so he can make my pizza because she would not get off the chair! I asked her if she was serious or she was joking and she said yes I’m serious I’m not making your pizza, and she knew I was mad so she proceeds to bake my pizza by throwing it into the oven and all the cheese fell off. Needless to say I told her to forget it I don’t want one. I will never ever buy pizza from this place again, or anything from here again.

Manager of Lehi Subway on State St. Not only would not let me spinach yo my sandwich. But Manager scanned my 3 footlong doe 17.99 coupon. Said it was already scanned. Hander her a fresh one she cut out and said it wasn't valid. Cost us $30 plus for bad service.

I came in for lunch to not being greeted by the guy who was working (only guy one there) he was VERY RUDE. And when I called him on it her walked off and went outside I ended up leaving and will not be back. Instead of fixing food for the workers he should have gave that same energy to the paying customers

I would like to make a complaint about calling in a sandwich at 11:15 at Walmart in St Helens there is a Subway inside and I went to pick up the sandwich that had been called in at 11:30 and it wasn't ready I told the lady I would go check out and come back I wanted to know why it wasn't ready and she said because she had been waiting on customers I thought the whole reason for calling in an order was so it would be ready for pickup when you got there I had to wait until 12:00 for the sandwich to be ready and the lady that I picked it up for said the meat was rotten and she threw up all night from eating that sandwich

My husband went to Subway the beginning of this month and he had a cute pair for buy one get one free. The girl would not take the coupon she said it’s for a subway restaurant. I’m not sure what she’s talking about this is a subway restaurant in Chesterland Ohio I have used these coupons many times before Mostly in Chardon Ohio. Please advise me as to why this was done.

Why do you send Coupons out to EASTLAKE Willowick, Willoughby,Mentor and none of our Subway will take them . I will not go to any of your Subway any more . It not right to send them out and tease us like that. You have done this two months in a roll to us.

Ordered a BMT salad today....brought it home to eat (about 5 min. drive) It is big as you know....took some out to put in a bowl, felt very wet....there was no dressing on it. I tried to eat it but was all wilty...spinach and lettuce. Went back to look at all that was left and poured out between a 1/4 and half cup of water! I used 8 full Bounty Paper towels and squeezed out more water....ended up throwing the $6 plus salad away and I mustn't forget to say the top of a tomato complete with stem was a part of my salad!
I have had stale bread before and wrong bread and have seen flies flying merrily around the food before but have never felt the need to complain to anyone except the store employees. I have had bad customer service on occasion and the managers conveniently are never in. I have lived all over the US and traveled even more. Subway has always been a constant for me...after today it will be no more! I wish I had known there would be a place to upload an image before I threw it away.

I went to the Subway in Guntersville, Alabama, to purchase a sandwich. I ordered a 12 inch sub on white bread. The person working said she could not sell me a sandwich on white bread because she only had one tray left and she had to have it in the morning.
It was 7:00 p.m. and the store does not close until 10:00 p.m. She was very rude and did not seem to care that she would be losing a customer. She could have baked more bread in the 3 hours that she had left in her shift. This also tells me that the bread is not fresh if it is left over from the night before at 7:00 p.m. This is very bad business and I will certainly tell everyone I know about this treatment by Subway and will be posting it on social media. I will not be visiting any of your restaurants ever again.

After a year and a half of building up my subway card of 1200+ points to have a sub party, the company took away more than half my points away saying I didn't use them soon enough. Their thieves and they stole from me. Not going to subway ever again!

I walked into your Subway store on Federal Way by albertsons site there were 4 employees in their no customers I was the only one when I was ready to order I was told by the girl that they could not take my order for a few minutes as they had 9 sandwiches to make on a call in order I asked her you can't make my sandwich until after you have made show the sandwiches for someone that's not here she said yes i'm sorry and i said me too and i left.
I had spent all day in doctors offices and I live forty miles out of town all I wanted to do was get a subway sandwich and go home and I was denied service.

I stopped into the Subway on Charles Street I was addressed by a young man behind the counter who could use some professional training on friendly customer service. I asked for a chopped salad and he abruptly said mam we don't have chopped salad today just regular salad, I have never been to a subway that didn't offer chopped salad. He pretty much threw my salad together, I purchased a salad that was just thrown together. I am not use to this level of customer service, usually when I go to Subway, I get friendly, great customer service. I was not satisfied with the customer service and especially with the salad I purchased. I will not be returning to that location. I don't have the exact address but it is the
location just before Dave and Dads on Charles Street.

The restaurant is dirty food covers cross contamination of foods meats and veggies counters are dirty. Counter was left unattended had to wait at least 15 min for service. They said they were out taking care of cardboard. Music was way to loud. The servers in general don’t act like they want to be there send someone to check it out like around 8 pm that’s when I was there on a Monday night

When I visited the subway on 132 Carondelet st in New Orleans to place a order for my son and I respectfully I was dissatisfied with the overall customer service. While I was trying to tell a couple of employees what all I wanted on both Sandwiches I felt rushed as they weren't giving me time to tell them what all I wanted on my sandwich as well as on my son's sandwich. Not to mention they were putting the wrong toppings on both sandwiches mixing the toppings on my son's sandwich with my sandwich & vice versa. When I asked for a refund deciding to not take the sandwiches which were still wrapped up untouched, I was told that I couldn't get a refund that I could get new sandwiches made. However I didn't want new sandwiches since I was dissatisfied with the customer service. I had to get a manager involved since the employees weren't trying to refund me for the sandwiches. The supervisor of this particular store told me that he could make me another sandwich but couldn't issue me a refund even though the sandwiches weren't touched by me and my son. He was also very rude and unprofessional when I stated that I wanted a refund instead of another sandwich. He questioned me why I wanted a refund in a way that it was like he didn't want to give me a refund and was trying to force me to get another sandwich made by him even though that's not what I wanted. I explained in a respectful way that I wanted a refund because I was dissatisfied with the customer service because I felt rushed when placing my orders,which is not professionally ok. He then got upset and told me why would I waste their food and to not come back to this particular subway because I wanted a refund instead of another sandwich which I don't think that's ethical nor professional. He even threatened to call the police on me even though I did nothing to validate his reason for making such a statement. I felt discriminated against & wouldn't want anyone else to go through this again. Thank you for your patience

I visited the subway in Sunland, CA #16659-0 and the server named Sander M. was stocking some items than came to the food prep area. He did not wash his hands, not knowing where his hands have been I asked him to wash his hands. He exploded started arguing why he has to wash his hands. He started talking back saying, " You think my hands are contaminated?" He goes off raising his voice and acting very hostile. As I was asking the other employee to give me his bosses name and numbers he continues to use profanity and argue why he should wash his hands. Then, another customer comes in and first thing he says is, "Hi, would you like me to wash my hands?" And the other customers was very confused about that. I will report this subway to the Dept of Health. He is to no longer work there. I will take this complaint far as he needs to know his actions requires him to ve terminated.

So i placed an online order at the subway in Magna Utah, i waited almost 10 minutes past the pickup time before i even arrived, my sandwiches werent even started, no employees were at the counter, and i had to wait an extra 15 minutes for someone to even start my sandwiches, this is by far the WORST experience ive ever had at subway, and frankly im very disappointed with the quality of my sandwiches in general, something needs to be done.

Online is bullshit, they don't contact you back, reply by email, etc. I think subway got on a high horse and doesn't care for the customer anymore.

On Tuesday July 11th, Subway was promoting a freshly sliced free 6-in sub. I went to a location in Pennsylvania, the owner said that they were not participating in this, because they were all independently owned. How can people go through come a promotion with subway, when several owners, will not participate because they are independently owned?

I went to the Subway in Dublin, Ca at 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd with a valid coupon> I was told that they don't accept the coupons. This is the last time I will visit a Subway and I will make sure I let as many people as possible know about your coupons not being universally accepted. I understand that each location is allowed to set their own policies but what good is it to receive coupons in the mail when we don't know if they will be accepted or not. We encountered the rudest Subway employee we have ever met! We began our order advising of three sandwiches, but after the very first one was ordered I immediately let her know there would be a fourth one added. The elderly employee became irate slamming things huffing and puffing. She had an attitude and was extremely rude. When my roommate who had ordered the first sandwich ask for extra mayonnaise the woman again became very agitated and angry and when my roommate asked for her 6-in sub to be cut in half, which should be standard practice mind you, I thought the woman was going to cut her! I handled the ordering of the remaining three sandwiches, which I completed all at once, unfortunately the employee who made them confuse them. Upon straightening out the confusion when I also ask for extra mayonnaise I was met with the same ire, and when I went ahead and asked her to cut all three of the sandwiches in half after she made them was met with pure hatred. We did not ask for anything super special extra mayonnaise, sandwich cut in half, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, an extra sauce, salt and pepper, but even this seemed too much for the employee. We were extremely polite which I will tell you is not the norm for me. I usually address intolerably rude behavior as it is happening, however, today due to one of the women in my party being ill I did not do so. I did ask the cashier on the store side who I would file a complaint with but was told she didn't know. Upon arriving home we realized that the sandwiches had so much salt and pepper on them that they are completely inedible! When we tried contacting the store we were met with more attitude and ignorance. Never did anyone offer to replace our order, make it right, ...anything. When we ask for the managers information we were told that the manager's name was " t " And they would not be there until tomorrow! We did not have the money to replace our dinner therefore my entire family went without dinner because of this employees negligence, laziness, overt rudeness, and blatant destruction of our food! Once we asked for extra mayonnaise everything was applied to a comical level! When the sweet onion sauce was asked for on one sandwich so much was placed that it was running off the sandwich! So much salt and pepper was placed on the sandwiches that it can be visually seen caked on each sandwich. This needs to be addressed with the store which is the worst in the area, with the employee who needs to be fired, and with my family who went without food!

Im35 weeks pregnant and while "working" for subway, I ended up getting let go 2 weeks before my maternity leave. I was to become manager (due to my experience at Dominos) after maternity leave and was training to be become manager and was doing very well. I received a text message on Wednesday from the manager saying that I was let go due to business being slow. I was scheduled that whole week for 4 hours a day. Manager and I had discussed that I had got put on payroll so that I can get maternity leave. When I first started I did no paperwork and was getting paid under the table. I never got a uniform the whole time I worked and right before I was let go we were discussing getting me shirts. I feel the actions by my manager is not fair and I feel discriminated against. My manager knew I had 2 weeks left before he let me go. Please help.

The subway downtown Detroit in the first national building 660 woodward is taking orders on the cash register and then making people food with tge same gloves on

1st I ordered a foot long tuna. The worker put one scoop of tuna on a ft. long. She added a small amount extra with her spreading knife. When I mentioned it ,she claimed she put 2 scoops. Then I asked for lettuce and pickles on one side and jalapenos only on the other side. I could tell she was angry because I mentioned the one scoop. She dressed my sandwich with lettuce and jalapenos on one side and pickles only on the other side. Not what I asked for. In my opinion she did it opposite on purpose because I mentioned the fact that she only put one scoop on a ft. long. Most of the worker's in this store have ugly attitudes. This is the Boutte, La. location. This customer has had enough of the ugliness of your worker's. U r close to losing this customer. I don't need anyone who should be serving me with a smile to be treating me like it's my fault they have to work for a living. I have never been treated this way at any other fast food restaurant.

Recently purchased 5 foot long subs. We have purchased these subs many times. Our company purchased multiple subs each week on Fridays. This past time the buns were small and there were 1/2 the ingredients of what we were used to . The employees were extremely disappointed !

Subway at 29060 Plaza Dr, Santa Nella, CA 95322 does not accept SUBWAY coupons! I mean I get the coupons but owner does not accept coupons which is ridiculous.

I came in on 3/21 around 6:30 pm and an employee that I'm used to seeing in here was making orders but as usual was complaining about her coworkers like always and I usually don't say anything. But I had one customer in front of me and waited 20 minutes for her to even start my order cause she was doing more talking and complaining than anything else. I just wanted to feed my kids and leave not hear her sob story. I love my local Subway but this makes me not want to come back. Hopefully yall get better help in there soon.

At the subway 2600 S IH 35 Round Rock Texas. Placed an order in the app, after 20 minutes past it’s ready time without the order being made I went into the store and requested a refund. The employee informed me that he couldn’t do it and that he would not contact a manager to help me. When I said my card had already been charged he slammed his fist on the counter and said very loudly “I don’t care”. And then ignored me. It was the absolutely rudest experience I’ve ever had in any establishment. I will be reporting it to the credit card company and to the corporate office.


I am just wandering why is it that your company send out Cupons in the mail and your franchise located in Siler City, NC said that that don't take the coupons. I went there on 3/20/23 and the waiter there was not very friendly at all and said that we had to go to another store because they dont take coupons. My question is if certain franchise don't take them then it should be noted when you send out the coupons. I was trying to feed my family and couldn't because your franchise in Siler City NC wouldn't honor the coupon that was mailed out. So misleading. It's a shame. You should make that franchise make it right.

There's a store on 3rd Avenue of spokane washington practicing false advertising and not accepting coupons that are distributed through spokane. You guys need to honor what you advertise.

Hello! Let me start off by saying I Love Subway!! That being said I got coupons in the mail and I was excited to use them today. Upon arrival we were told they could only except 2 coupons. Neither of which we had. Should all Subway franchises except all Subway coupons?

Staff is lazy and manager is down right rude.
I have to ring a door bell for anyone to acknowledge me and even then staff stands in the doorway doing nothing.
My sandwich was made wrong and when I brought it back to have it fixed she called my stupid for entering it wrong on subway app. Same doesn't make mistakes. She continued to yell at me. At one point I asked her for my original sandwich back that I didn't need this. She refused and continued to complain the whole time after finally agreeing to make the right sandwich. This is not customer service but Subway in Berlin Wisconsin needs new management and staff that values customers.

I went into the subway and order a sandwich and tried to use my coupon they rejected my coupon at store 3025 N Pulaski and 3333 w Belmont and said meat prices went up and they are not accepting coupons bad customer services at both locations! Which they are not following subway guidelines and not professional they are making up their own rules. There has to be done to change this they are manufactured coupon in the Sunday paper

I am very disappointed in the locations near me. I went to the subway by my house (vista Chino and date palm in cathedral city, California ) and right-wing I drove up they said we don't except coupons. So I left. I then later went to the one in palm springs, California. Walked in began to order my 2 footlongs for my kids and was told I can't use a coupon on turkey sandwiches. And if i still wanted them. I said i already promised my kids. What is the point of sending out coupons in the mail if u can't use them?? My kids love subway and the only way I can afford to get them it is if I use a coupon. I'm just very disappointed with what's going on.

Made me wait to order, took my order 5 times, still got it wrong. Then when I got to pickup window I sat there and watched them wait on others until I knocked on the drive through window and asked what was the problem. I was told my food was being prepared and I needed to check my attitude. When I got home with my food I found the food was not what I ordered and the bot bacon looked raw. I took it back and just got my money back. I tried going back again today, weeks later, and nothing has changed.

The people at the subway in East Greenbush are rude, and snotty.

I am reaching out because of several situations at store 28105. I was the manager of this store for 3 years and recently I was let go because Tamera Dexter said I had to many complaints. I asked for proof of these complaints and she told me I couldn't have them. Tamera was going to cut my pay 5 dollars. So I just left and I was in walmart doing some shopping and came into subway to purchase a fountain drink and was surrounded by security saying I was band from there. I wasn't informed of this nor do I have documents saying this. Thus was very embarrassing to me. Also Tamera has a employee that is on social security and can only work 20 hours a week. If she goes over those hours Tamera pays her under the table. There are several of her employees at this location that are on drugs also. I went to Subway Logan Village last Friday and ordered a wrap. I have had many wraps but not from here. I would usually eat this as I am driving but when ai unwrapped it the whole wrap fell apartwith just a mushy mess of salad. She had obviously put far too much on and the wrap had split into a lot of pieces, one soggy mess. I couldn’t eat it so I had no choice but to throw it out. I didn’t have time to go back so I rang a Subway number the next day and there was a message asking for my number and said I would receive a callback . That never happened so I am now giving it to Ybor

Subway collinsville il has gone way downhill. I just keep going back to be told they won't except my coupons that they are out of everything including bread

I ordered 2pizza subs 1 turkey salad 1 chicken bacon ranch and 1 spicy Italian the food was to be ready by 7:15 pm which it was. The three subs crammed into one bag were flat when I pulled them out I ordered extra pepperoni on both pizza subs, there might have been one layer altogether, the bacon chicken ranch had half of the ingredients in the wrapper not even in the sandwich and the turkey salad didn’t even have lettuce in it. Overall very dissatisfied with the food and poor display of pride in their job. Will not be spending another $60 at this store anytime soon.

I purchased two tuna sandwiches from subway in prescot street. Liverpool L7.
We were both suffered food poisening.
I had stumach and head ache for two days and cant eat anything.
When I contacted the restaurant to tell them about their food , the staff put the phone down on me.

Very bad communication, i have called the unified number for meny time around 2 hours and no one answer me!!!!! i send about 3 emails and also no replays!

Customer service is non existent. They charge you on a web order and if store is. Closed you get no refund.
