Dear Sir / Madam, I wish to notify you about a staff of your Bank. I went along with my relative, who wants the details of facilities available with your Bank. One of your staff newly recruited , named ADRIJA BOSE, just simply misbehaved and just left the place, because she was talking to her friend during duty hours, saying she was busy.

I believe it is not monitored at your end properly that during duty hours, how a staff just carry on talking to her friends over phone for long time or even on a video call with her friend, without attending the approached person. I also request you please cross check the same with her and initiate suitable action or show cause notice after monitoring the same personally by you or your representatives.

I have a dispute with eagle vailexpress from March. Your agents investigated and disagreed with me giving me paper work to justify this decision which was to do with another dispute (not mine) involving the post office. Your letter arrived with me to late to respond.

I am getting unsolicited emails from HSBC inviting me to open a checking account. I do not want to do business with this douchebag company and I want to be opted out from those emails?

My partner is stranded as I write this in India! He banks with you and his account has been frozen! How is it possible!!! I am disgusted that a man who is wealthy and has an account and is dead for funds is not allowed access to his account when there is an HSBC at the airport!!

I have a credit card with HSBC and you are violating banking laws and regulations in Texas. You have charged me an over limit fee demanding payment of that fee lumping it with my regular monthly payment. My credit card contract, which I have a copy of, does NOT have this stipulation stated therein. You have also reported me to my credit bureau because I refuse to pay the $39.00 fee therefore the following will be executed within 10 days of receiving this complaint unless someone in your corporate office contacts me concerning your violations.

On yesterday I called Cusomer Service to make sure no Amazon charge of $1,4999.00 had been charged to me. I asked the young lady, who didn't comprehend English, put a block on my account and not a note in my account. I am asking for that young lady to be removed from your financial institution.

I am Still waiting for my claim dispute to be processed after several emails and phone calls, The claim is regarding a refund issue with an online vendor who scammed me. It's been over a month with No update and I just want my funds restored so I can close my checking account.

I accepted the offer as I was unemployed so getting a credit card was not easy. I applied for one at HSBC before and I got rejected for being unemployed.

I contacted Customer Relations and I have been passed from one representative to the other. The frustration in explaining the same things over and over again to different people was endless. A Betsy Leung even threatened me on the phone regarding this Premier account.

After years of desperation, I contacted HSBC Head Office in London and was referred back to HSBC HK.…
