I called and not only did it take almost 30 minutes t o get someone on the phone, you have to call several numbers!! There is even a dicussion forum on how to get a HUMAN on the phone!!! That says A LOT about your company because I called the other two and immediately got a person!!!!

I worked with the Attorney Generals office of Arizona, and Verizon's executive offices. They found fraud and removed all derogatory from all credit reports, but Experian removed everything except the hard inquiry. Called their offices. Talked to an off shore representative and asked to be transferred to an onshore representative and was denied.

Offshore reps read off a script and don't understand concepts. Needless to say complaint was unresolved and had to go back to Verizon's Executive offices. Hopefully new leadership in this country will bring back offshore jobs and get rid of this offshore inefficiencies and quit wasting our time as consumers.

Experian, added an account with Sprint on my credit report on line which they did in November 2019. I have never had a Sprint account and I have never had them on my consumer credit reports from any of the credit bureaus except for Experian but on line only.

They took my ex spouse from September 2012 and added his business Sprint account as well as all of his addresses to my credit report on line only which is not legal. We were financially separate prior and during marriage.

In addition I was employed with a large insurance company from 2008 to 2013 and after that I worked for another employer. My ex spouse owned the home we lived in and nothing was ever joint. Bought a Nissan Kicks last Sept. The dealer, Koeppel Nissan, didn't give me any papers, etc. for the 3-year finance plan when we left the dealership. Tried to contact the dealer, but got nowhere. Didn't know where to contact Nissan initially.

Then, I was contacted, and I talked to a Nissan NMAC person, and he started to straight it out for me, WITH NO PENALTY because of this fiasco. Think it was then the Koeppel Nissan owner who got involved also.

I paid the 3-4 months I was behind. I am not current. I filed a complaint on Experian's website, but they did nothing. So, my FICO score dropped from like 820 to 720. , which I believe it could be coming in the mail after I took the car out of the dealer's store.

Experian did nothing to correct their error.

Requested that Experian unlock a credit freeze on my report so a future landlord may have access to it and was denied by their idiotic system. They requested that I mail in a letter along with a copy of my license.

I submitted information on 12-09-2019 and 11-26-2019 violated my civil rights. Even with clear evidence of fraud, they continue to report the wrong historical information. Filed a complaint with the NC Department of justice. Clearly shows the creditor lied on contract figures and gave a detailed letter from creditor being unlawful.

I have been trying to enroll in boost for over a month. They do not have my bank listed so I cannot join. I told them it was Palco Credit Union and they still have not added my bank so I can proceed.

I have written Experian 3 times now and still they have done nothing with each letter I wrote to them. I am trying to buy a home using my VA who requires all 3 Credit Bureaus Scores. I was able to get TransUnion Report and Score along with Equifax. In investigating myself and Mortgage Comp. I was told I have a Zero (0) for a score? I have done everything they asked me by contacting my Toyota Financial, Honda Financial along with 2 Chase Credit Cards AARP and my SouthWest Chase Credit Card along with USAA Credit Card and a Walmart Master Card.

You refused to grant me a freeze on my personal credit report because I couldn't answer when I had bought or leased a car in the 1980s. The rest of the questions were a snap. The one about the car must be designed to help deny such freezes.

BTW, I got a credit report a month ago with a score of 842. Not bad. I don't want anyone to access that information without my permission because too many banks and others want my business and send me junk mail and emails.

I sent in the required documents to unlock my report, and they evidently did not receive the documents. I need my credit unlocked, and no live person to talk to. I answered all the security questions correctly, and they said I didn't. What a big mess! I've been trying to unlock my report for a month.

Experian took three weeks to close my membership account and in the meantime added another month to the services after I cancelled. This affected my credit score and they was unavailable to remove the charge and update my credit account with Merrick Bank. As a result my credit score has dropped almost 100 points.

I recently went to lease a new Nissan maxima & they pulled a credit report on me & Experiian said I have a 702 credit rating. When I get my credit report from TD bank or Capitol One it shows 739 from Trans union & Experium which is only 2 pts higher than a year ago.

I almost didn't qualify for the lease. Why the discrepancy? & why in one year did my credit rating only go up 2 points? I paid off a couple of credit cards Including 2 American Express cards & don;t use them.

I paid off a Symphony Car Care credit card. from PeP Boys, & A venture0ne card from Capitol One. & cancelled it. I pay my AMX Gold card on time every month, which is approx $500/month as I've been doing for the past 51 years.

Your automated phone system is malfunctioning. It will cut you off not allowing to input requested info. It will not allow you to request info or talk to a real person. Past emails requesting stating this and requesting a callback have be ignored.

Called today to check and see if there was a freeze on my credit report that was preventing me from getting credit cards. Your rep Tay insisted I give my entire social security number over the phone in order to be serviced by him.

I had just gotten done calling the other two bureaus, and both required only the last four digits of the number be recited. Tay insisted that I wasn't dealing with them now and if I refused to give my entire social he would not help me.

I reluctantly provided the number, and added on the recording that it was being given under protest. In an age where everyone is trying to get our personal identification numbers, making it mandatory to recite the entire SSN over the phone is ridiculous.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for almost a week, before the trial membership is up, and, you bill me for a month. Why, can't you cancel my membership without potting me, on hold for 1-2 hrs? You have my information!

I cancelled my membership in December 2016 and monthly payments are still be withdrawn. I tried using the main number but the message states there is a 2 hour delay. I waited on the phone the other day for an 1.5 hours with no response. I have been in touch with someone named Alicia on Facebook Messenger (from your company), and she confirmed I have no active account and that I must talk to a live representative. The number she provided to me says it is disconnected or out of service. At this point, I am requesting a live call from you to discuss this situation.

I attempted to do a security freeze online - 8:00 pm 9/13 and at 7:52 on9/14. 00. the charge showed up as an alert from chase visa. there should be no charge if I did not receive the service. 5 hours of wait time. 00. PLEASE RESPOND!

I cancelled my Experian subscription to this service prior to the cancellation deadline in writing as requested. By email and written letter. They still charged me for at least 2 months of additional service claiming that I did not cancel the service.

After providing the proof of written cancellation in writing again they continue to deny my refund for services after I cancelled the enrollment. This is a ploy to gain fees from consumers because they know we will not hire an attorney at a higher fee than the refund amount.

Never will I recommend Experian as a service or company!

Legacy bank of Plano TX ordered a credit score from three companies including Experian. The credit score was fine but there was a social security number listed on the report that was neither mine nor my wife's so don't know if it was a typo or attempt at fraud.

It is curious that the last four digits were correct but just digits off in the rest of it. Tried to receive on line and by phone but was unable to resolve but offer other services for a fee that I do not want.

Very disappointed in the service! You can be sure I will be calling Experian customer complaints with my problems!

Experian continues to report negative information about my credit worthiness. I have complaint to their management on numerous occasions. But still, There is no charge from them. How can I file a complaint against Experian so other people know what they have done to me!

Getting credit is always easy but to manage your credit limits should be always careful. I prefer to plan my financial things every often and I would like to know my affordability status for my future expenses. It's been difficult for me to sit and draw the tables and i expected some professional to help me out in this.
