We have been using ABC for our billing services for awhile. It's a decent point of sale system but their customer service sometimes takes awhile to contact. Last Friday I had an issue with a member who was past due on their account, although they had paid up to be recent. ABC still showed them as due and they were certainly upset as you can imagine.
ABC Financial is a solid company, we used them for payroll at my last company. Anytime there was an issue with payroll their customer service was on the ball. Normally corporations like ABC have terrible policy and outdated cultures, but not ABC Financial. Super impressed.
I purchase a Microwave Model WMH53520CB-0 on 2/21/14 after six months, it started to say on the screen Open and close the door. every time I would use it. On the last day of my warranty we had ABC Financial come to check it out, they put some new parts in the microwave, it work for a couple of months, but now it is doing it again. Perhaps if we contacted their billing office directly it would help. Is there a recall on this?
As a company owner, I have decided to choose ABC Financial Services as they offer the best software solutions and the latest technologies.
