What I am disputing is the following: The total rental amount 12,196 euro is incorrect, it should be 2,216 euro Which is the agreed upon price in the Whats app conversations (2,216= 1,800 + VAT12% (216), with a 10,000-euro refundable deposit) which was agreed upon via What’s App- this conversation is uploaded on the case #230706153324471.

The contract was never sent to me from Veloce Fast cars, after I sent numerous What’s apps, emails & phone calls – What’s app and emails have been uploaded on August 22, 2023 and again on September 8, 2023.

I advise Capital One not to pay any additional funds to Veloce Fast cars.

The amount we agreed upon in my what’s App to Eduardo was 1,800 + VAT of 12%…

I gave permission for capital one customer service to speak to my wife to help us get online for our credit card because I was not able to get online access for my card.

The woman spoke to my wife for a good two hours while I was at work and it was still not resolved but my wife said the woman was very nice.

The woman contacted the online department after her & my wife speaking for over 2 hours.

She said she verified my wife to the online support person and sent her over to him to right up a ticket for them to fix the problem.

Then she disconnected and said goodbye to my wife after my wife being extremely nice and patient trying to fix the problem.

Then the Asian ITT person got on the line with my wife and she and him tried to fix the problem because he told her I could fix it now the…

Capital One is closing the South Farmingdale, NY branch.

As a senior citizen this is very inconvenient.

I don't believe in the security of on-line banking.

You don't even have a customer service e-mail.

I guess you don't believe in on-line communication with your customers.

I guess I'll check out TD Bank up the block or maybe one of the other ten or so banks within a five minute drive.

So much for twenty plus years of banking.

I made a purchase in March around that time my aunt got into a bad car accident so I was unable to be home by the time I made it home my merchandise was gone I call capital one made a dispute they had me fill out a paper that was sent in the mail they basically told me to State I didn’t receive it that’s it and it did I then get a letter saying it was denied because I did not put more info when I wasn’t told to do so I was then told to file a dispute with the merchant and ups did that and it was approved the merchant told me that they can’t refund me to to a charge back etc and that capital one would have to refund me and now they saying they can’t I been dealing with this since March how are they supposed to keep a customer happy I’m no where near happy my credit score is dropping

A glitch in Capital One's app caused me to make multiple payments that all hit at once, causing me to incur a few returned check marks and now they hold my money for as long as 9 DAYS even though the TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!

I want to start a class action suit with anybody to whom this has happened to as well.

I've spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone TRYING diligently to get this rectified, but to no avail.

Now is the time for action.

I'm going to sue them.

Anybody is for a class action lawsuit?

I have been a customer since Oct of 2018.

I have always paid my credit card on time and never late.

I believed so much in Capital One that I closed my Citibank account to open up a checking account with Capital One.

I finished paying my credit card July 2nd because I lost my job.

I thankfully was able to pay back around $4.

5k within a month to make sure I did not owe anything and to be as responsible as I can due to Covid-19.

I see a new statement of money owed $33.

20 and called for an explanation as to how I owed when my balance was $0.

00.

I spoke with a representative that could only do so much due to positionality.

My husband and I paid off all the capital one credit cards and them to cancel all of them and now they are sending us a bill when my husband ask them why they were billing us again capital one customer stated that they were charging us interest.

Once you pay off all the credit cards and ask them to cancel all of them they should leave us alone.

What gives them the right to bother us.

I believe that they want to get more money from us and they are not happy that we paid credit card off.

I paid off my account, including the interest, two weeks before it was due.

On the statement, I paid the interest listed on the statement, online.

I hadn't received the statement, in the mail yet.

I went ahead and paid off my account, after looking it up, before the statements came out.

Yet, Capital One is refusing to remove the new interest charge, unlike other credit card companies that would be more than happy to accomodate this request just to keep me as their good customer, as I have been with Capital One.

So, I am closing the account with them and am telling everyone to stay away from these scam artists.

I opened this account years ago as an online account which promised that I could easily transfer money.

I did a few transfers years ago that worked.

I tried a transfer last week received confirmation of transfer 1148083069 and the transfer has not happened.

I called the bank over three times spoke with a number of people and the transfer still did not happen.

I was told the receiving bank refused it.

I found this unbelievable that a bank would refuse a deposit.

I called the bank spoke with a VP and was told bank never received the transfer and that they do not refuse deposits.

I received this call while speaking on another phone to your bank and held my cell phone so they could hear the call.

I asked for the transfer to be made told I would have to do it myself, but I could not…

I called and asked Capital One to please put my April payment on hold and to please hold the interest for that month due to The Corona Virus and our business closing.

I explained we have no money coming in and as I am sure you are all aware of the current state of the world.

I have a family and taking $100 out of our account is a lot for us.

We have no money coming in at this time.

Capital One said they can not help me and would not hold our account for the month of April.

This is disgusting!

I have been a loyal Capital One client for years, never late on my payments and to be turned away I am beyond disappointed in Capital One.

I will never trust this company or use them again in the future.

Sent me my card, which wouldn’t activate online.

I called them and was told I had to provide state issued ID.

As a British person living in the USA I have many forms of ID including a US Green Card but they only accept US state ID or driver’s license.

So I had to put the card in the bin.

Apparently a UK passport isn’t a state issued ID.

History of paying monthly credit card bill after the 15th often because getting paid 15th and 30th only now to find that a past due feee was charged every month on my exact due date of the 12th.

I have never had any credit company so CapitalOne is not on the side of consumers, very sad to find out they more againt you.

The bank teller at patchogue named catherine wouldnt take my credit card payment without me wrting down my ss #.

There was no reason for her to ask for my ss#.theres no reason she needed that information when she already had my account number and my license.

I already had my infornation stolen from this account and it caused alot if problems.

There is no reason u need my ss # or license to make a payment.

This policy is a bad one

I have been a customer with Capitol One since the early 2000's.

I am struggling financially right now and asked them to lower my payments and interest for six months.

Apparently, my hardship doesn't "qualify", nor does my being a customer with them for so long matter.

Trying to do the right thing and continue to make payments.

Called Discover, who I also have a card with and have not been a customer with them as long.

Not a problem at all!

They cut my payments in half and lowered my interest.

Capitol One suggested I go to an outside debt consolation company instead of helping their own customer.

WOW!!!

It is impossible for me to communicate with these folks.

Their e-chat does not work, it is not active.

I am hearing impaired and cannot hear well on the phone.

They want to automatically "text" me a code, no, I have a land line that cannot receive a text.

I do not have a cell phone as I cannot hear on that either.

They do not have a printable form that i can print, fill out and have it witnessed and notarized to send my request by snail mail.

There is no email link to ask a question and get the information needed.

I will be glad when my cd matures so I can take it out of there.

I won't say they have poor customer service, I will say there do not have any customer service and surely are not user friendly.

All their mentions about "accessibility" are just a lot of words.

Very unhappy with the way Case 10003951605159 was handled.

I filed a dispute and sent what I thought was the documentation that was needed for the dispute.

I have an e-mail from the merchant stating they sent the wrong product.

After a little over a week after the information was sent electronically I received a letter from Capital One saying my case was being closed because they didn't receive the correct information and now the deadline has passed.

Do you only get one attempt to send this information being requested?

I called Capital One and spoke to a "Supervisor" whose name was Calvin.

He was not helpful at all other than making sure I knew that he served our country, which has nothing to do with my case.

CALLED CAP ONE AND REP INFORMED ME THAT CANCELLATION WAS IMMINENT REGARDLESS OF WANTS OF CONSUMER REGARDING FUTURE USE OF CARD.

NO OTHER REASONS GIVEN.

MOSES T, EMPLOYEE # 1160691 WAS VAGUE AND ULTIMATELY NO HELP.

SAD AND VERY FRUSTRATING.

I HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT, NO DEBT, AND FEEL I DESERVE BETTER.

WAS TOLD BY MOSES I COULD APPLY FOR A NEW CARD.

I made a purchase at Best Buy on 9/4/18 and opened capital one.

I charged 520.

For interest free for 12 mo.

I have been sending 43.

00 a month with my balance being 86.

Now.

I called cust serv and was told my bal was 520.

Was told they were adding on 38.

Late fee methyl but no one bothered to call or write.

I set up my payments and was told if pmts were made by 12th it was fine.

This is not my fault and requesting late charges to be dropped, cannot afford.

My mother (Juanita Boeker) and I entered your bank (Conroe, Tx) so my mother could add me to her account.

We were told that because he tx driver license had expired that she was unable to do so even with other identification.

I later in the week again entered this bank with a properly notarized Financial Power of Attorney which was declined because it did not say DURABLE and include the disability clause even though my mother is not disabled.

Today, I returned to Capital One, (Kingwood) and presented a properly notarized DURABLE Power of attorney and I am presented with a Capital One Affidavit as to Power of Attorney.

My mother has several accounts with other banks in the area which have processed the POA with no issues.

This should be considered customer harassment.

This morning I was trying to get some information ( 7th st.

Md. branch ) about my account after been waiting for about 10 minutes a lady call my name ( Asian lady ) I walked to her office she just salute me but at that moment one of her coworker came to talk to her then at same moment when he was living the phone ring (desk phone ) and she star talking in the phone ignoring me so I think she need to be trained how to treat customers, I was up set and I start to walk out of the bank when I was starting my car in the parking lot I realized she was following but it was too late so I don't think that I need that kind of treatment and at this time I lookin for another bank where they reapect customer.she made me feel so bad like I was begging for something
