My husband and I have had an account at Arvest for years and have received good customer service.
After today though, I am closing 4 accounts with them.
They are not the same bank that they used to be and definitely do not value their clients.
We moved and updated all addresses but they still mailed our new debit to an address from 2 years prior.
Some database was not updated internally.
I contacted the support team and they were not even concerned that they had not received the card back which they should have and that we had not received them.
I told them that they needed to make sure to cancel them and asked to have new ones expedited to me.
They would expedite but at a cost of 60.
