I just wanted to report back that after a few months of having my Genie it is working great.
The door opens quickly each time and is much quieter than my previous garage door opener.
I have not yet had to call customer service yet with any problems, but will keep you posted if I do.
While I was in completion of my new house, I contacted Genie company for installation the IMS series door openers.
These guys gave me good options to choose from and I opted for the one that suited my requirement.
The customer care executives have been very nice to talk to and get the process of installation done with ease.
Genie Company kept me updated about the dates when the technicians would come and fix it and everything was done promptly.
I am happy overall with the performance of the product and this is highly recommend to all.
No complaints here worth mentioning.
