Browse more than 7 reviews submitted so farI have called to change our booked destination to a new destination several days in a row and am still WAITING to talk to someone to get this completed!! I have sat on hold for over 14 hours total. I am told a wait time of 78 minutes and stay on hold for way past that said time. Not acceptable. We are not canceling our trip, just changing our destination. I will probably never use your website again after this experience. I will also make sure to make it known on social media.
Travel changes has been a nightmare! Experienced 7+ hold hours of 4 days calling and no return call back. 2 hours my call was dropped when I was next in line. My family has used your services many times and as a loyal customer we are receiving extremely Unacceptable customer service. Book number:32490798 - please contact us to assist with our changes. I’m addition - we are changing airline not cancelling - should not incur $200 fee per person.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was on the phone in excess of 2 + hours to get a price adjustment since their price on the cheap Caribbean website went down by $150. They made every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't make the adjustment. They said the pricing was not available in their system but it was available on their website. Which is false advertisement. It took Crystal 2 hours to do absolutely nothing for me. I asked to speak to a manager 4 times and every time she returned to the phone she would start talking about how I needed to send more proof about the pricing. The accused me of the pricing I sent being 3 hours earlier and I am in CA and she was in NY. Its a 3 hours time difference! A manager never came to the phone. So basically they falsely represented and advertising something that did not exist. Finally a manager named Otis from the Phoenix call center said he cant do anything for me except offer free transportation equaling $68. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced with Cheap Caribbean and I will never do business with them again.
I booked my trip roughly about 2 weeks ago it was my 5th time using Cheap Caribbean because I have had nothing but good things to say about them but while booking this vacation i ended up paying $2,100 for a 5 night stay at the Barcelo Maya Beach & Caribe for my Fiancee and I. Looking on the website today 3-28-19, i am able to book the same vacation, same stay with all the things I wanted prior for $1,400.. What a big difference, this is complete bullshit and have never had this happen before..I then decided to call in to Support and see if they can assist me and tell me why two weeks later it changed by that drastic amount and she said "Considering it's not within a 24 hour time span I am unable to do anything for you" I am absolutely enraged. This will be my LAST vacation with Cheap Caribbean as the price difference is that different and someone unable to do anything. I understand process and protocol but Jesus Christ. Help me out a little bit here. How frustrating. I will make sure everyone I know does not choose Cheap Caribbean as their vacation planning website. Complete BS

Especially hoping to recuperate and relax from Nov,26 2018 surgery requiring 12 pieces of metal in my lumbar
That never happened
I attempted to call CB 6 times from Punta Cana.
Talk about feeling helpless.

Great place to book a vacation, at least that is what I heard online. Booked my trip to Cancun through them for a 5 night stay for around $399. Overall I was pleased with the price, although I do not normally shop "cheap" type places.
I planed a vacation with cheap Caribbean to go to an island the trip cost $ 1616.78 the card didn't release my funds it was pending don't know why the people representing this company are very rude they hang up on you they give you so many different excuses to have my money be put back into my account. 3 days later no call back from any supervisor forms where submitted to the credit card to release the funds and still nothing. This has been a nightmare. I'm still out of money and unable to go on vacation, my vacation will be over after this week.
