Over 2 months later I am still waiting for the missing Anne Bonny soap from that order. Each time I make contact it takes about 3 emails until I get a response. It has been another month and still no Anne Bonny soap. I have asked about a refund and emailed them again today. By far one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.
Ordered a years subscription on august 10th, emailed several times, no response. What a horrible company with bad service.
Signed for a 1-year description about 100 Euro. The first charge of blades and the razor were delivered. After that, there was nothing any more. I've tried to contact razwar with email, contact form and chat. No way, no one has answered.
I ordered anne bonny soap on the 23rd july and i am still waiting for a tracking information. I have emailed them numerous times but had no reply. Absolutely appalling service never again.
I purchased 1 year El Fideo small plan for RAZWAR blades. I was supposed to receive 2 cartridges every quarter, but received only the first shipment and then nothing. No reply whatsoever to my mails to customer care, no phone number. Cannot get refund from Paypal because the second shipment was later then 45 days since the plan purchase. Very bad, I am just claiming for what I paid, nothing else.
