I was parked on August 19, 2023 at around noon. You client Mr. Vernal Gabriel parked his vehicle next to mine. I was sitting in my car when I heard a loud noise, I got out of my car and noticed that he put a dent in my car. He provided me with his driver's license#3006800 and his insurance card Policy Number 026-9443-E04-09D. I received an email from allstate denying my claim. My Gabriel had been drinking on the date in question because he told me and said that he would fix my vehicle. Now he is denying that he caused damaged to my vehicle. My only question is then how did I get his information if he didn't give it to me. I have a picture of his vehicle as well that was taken on that day. I provided allstate with a witness name and number that was sitting there at the date and time of the incident. I uploaded all photos on allstates website. My Gabriel is lying when he states that he didn't cause damage to my vehicle. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau against allstate for allowing this to happen to me and not pay to fix my vehicle. I also provided them with a gentleman that was sitting there at the time of the incident his number Patrick 202-621-3996. Please see the picture I took when Mr. Gabriel provided me with his documents to make the claim that I was denied, due to him saying he didn't cause damage to my vehicle.j I love for you to look into this further to see that he in fact caused damage to my vehicle.

While I was sitting in my vehicle on August 19, 2023 around noon Mr. Gabriel parked beside my vehicle. As I was sitting in my vehicle I heard a very loud noise coming from Mr. Gabriel’s Vehicle. I immediately got out my vehicle and I observed the dent on my driver’s side of my vehicle caused by Mr. Vernal Gabriel’s car door. I said I need your license and insurance he gave them to me saying that he would fix my car and he had been drinking and I observed the cup in his hand. I have a witness which is Patrick his number is 202-621-3996. Mr. Gabriel tried to say that the wind blew his door into my car it was a 100 degrees outside and due to him being intoxicated he caused damage to my vehicle. I made a police report I’m going to reach out to OUC and see if they can provide me with the Citizen Complaint Numbers for this damage to property.

I had my first property damage claim with Allstate. Boy, it sure seems the story’s I have heard are true. The adjuster seems to lack any basic knowledge of property or claims. He delays responding to me by days after each item I send in and most recently, he sent me an email that for the co tractors estimate I submitted, I need to have them bold lines of items that are different, I guess than what Daniel allowed on his estimate. He also asked for photos, which I have already sent. I did send them again. Now I guess I wait another 3-5 days for a response? I asked for a supervisor to call me and all I get is poor ole Daniel. Allstate is a horrible customer service company. I am disgusted.

My complaint is that Carla Carlowe misrepresented what my insurance would cost, and put me in a financial bind. Her company has refused to cancel my policy when I obtained insurance from another insurance company until I received a form from them that they wanted me to sign rejecting personal injury protection coverage which I had already purchased and paid for. They have called and harassed me every few days trying to tell me I have to sign this paperwork before they can issue my refund. I would recommend that no one ever purchase insurance from any Allstate representative because it has been the worst experience of my life as far as dealing with an insurance company, and I have carried auto insurance for nearly 40 years with only 2 very small insurance claims over that time with neither being my fault! If insurance providers require license, her liscence should be revoked! I finally told them to not contact me again no matter how much more it cost me!

I placed and inquiry on my Internet on January 23, 2020 to get some quotes for my brother on car insurance as he does not have a computer .
Shortly after placing the inquiry his cellphone rang with a fellow stating he was with All State and his name was Freddy. He made some light talk and my brother explained he wanted a quote on his 2005 Ford Ranger truck that he has been driving for six years and only paid $500.00 for.
The agent, Freddy, started by saying the he could see that my brother had a Ford F 150 and would he like to include that truck also. My brother said no as the truck was parked and was purchased for parts. The agent continued to pressure my brother by saying that he could bundle that other truck in and for five more dollars a month, he could save 40 dollars on insurance. My brother assured him several times that he did not want to include that F 150 in the insurance quote and only wanted to get the cheapest insurance on The Ford Range.I could hear the conversation as my brother's phone was on speaker at the time.
The agent, Freddy, then wanted to know if my brother own a home. My brother said yes and the agent asked who he had insurance for the home through. My brother told him it was none of his business and said thank you sir and hung up the phone.
Freddy called back and laid down a profane string of indecent profanity even calling my brother a," RETARD".
This phone call ended when the agent gave a quote that was higher than what my brother id paying now.
I just want you to know what type of people are representing you in you call center. I might add, I will never even get a quote for All State Insurance for my car.

I had very small accident caused by the other driver on my Toyota RAV4 and was estimated about $1600. And I took my car to body shop and waited 2 weeks to let me know that the car worth less than the repair expense and the adjuster told his insurance decide total lose and Zachary my adjuster told me to take my car . And the accident was in rear of my car and they removed the spare tire hold and they can not put it back and they put tape on it and they told me to take.
After that I called my time and text many time to Zachary, but no respond.
I don’t know what to do with their wrong decision, the car is in good condition and want to keep it, but I have received a letter from Allstate to report it. Is any help?

I have my vehicle & home insured with Allstate. Approx: 3 months ago, I sold my 1999 Chevrolet van when the motor went. I called my local Allstate office to report this sale requesting to have the insurance removed from the van. Since that time, Allstate keeps removing the full payment for both vehicles each month. Apparently my request falls on deaf ears. I have called the office and spoken to people, sent text to the web site for my agent, sent text to her cell phone, left voice mails, and went to the office in person. My agent, Beth Sollars, has returned one call to me. She stated she had Allstate on the other line, and was solving the problem. she advised me she would call me right back. That was well over a month ago. When I go to the office, Beth's mother, Karla ignores me for a minute or more, then asked "what do you want?" No good morning, just her usual rude behavior. Karla called me approx: 5 wks. ago to tell me Allstate would be sending my refund in 4-6 days. She had no idea how much. I've spoken to her on the phone to tell her I never received my refund. I requested the persons name she dealt with at Allstate, and their phone number. She said she had no name or number for me. When I questioned her that the office MUST have a person at Allstate to talk to and a phone number, she just walked into Beth's office, leaving me standing there. I am tired of being treated rudely, having to pay for a vehicle I do not own, and still waiting for my refund. My credit union will stop the automatic withdrawel for the payment, but will charge me $30. I refuse to pay that, and I'm certain I will get charge again next month. I called to file a complaint 3 weeks ago. spoke with a nice gentleman, have never hearsd back. I really expect this to be handled.

My Toyota Camry 2013 has been dutifully maintained and invested in as my retirement vehicle. The average life of a Camry is fifteen years and 300,000 miles if properly maintained according to Customer Reports. The manner in which Allstate has attempted to address the incident is more by omission than action. In effect, you are confiscating my vehicle or, at best, relegating it as non-insurable. Allstate’s recent sales pitch that customers save $365.00 per year by insuring with Allstate is negated by the reality that, in the event of an accident absent fault, one will be denied one’s vehicle or the right to have that vehicle insured.
The valuation of my vehicle does not conform to market values at the time of the accident, as a similar vehicle with identical mileage was listed on Cargurus.com for $9600.00. I am challenging your estimate for the vehicle in light of its demonstrated market value. In addition, $7,716.33 after the deductible is a mere $555.53 from the estimated cost of repairs, $8271.86 and a mere $253.53 without the deductible which is destined to be reimbursed.

Yes I have had insurance through allstate for a little over a year an was happy with it until recently they added my brother to my policy without my consent he does not live in my household hasn't for a few years an they tell me I have to give his personal information in order to have him removed so I chose not to do business with Allstate after that I have insurance with a different company now but I got a call today to renew my policy an I told the lady I spoke with when I dropped you guys last month I was done with Allstate but the person that called me today was saying I have to sign to end business with you guys I don't want or need to sign anything for your company but I was informed that if I don't sign they will still renew an charge me again without my consent I just want an need this nightmare to be over with Allstate an stop trying to force me to sign or pay for something I dont want anymore I stated this last month. My Mother's home, my childhood home, was destroyed in a fire. She has been an Allstate customer for as long as I can remember. She is a strong Christian woman who has overcome brain surgery, partial paralysis, and several other health issues. She has always paid for her insurance coverage, and has kept her family under the Allstate umbrella of coverage as well. She has been more than patient while awaiting a decision on her home. There was an unjust accusation made that her home was intentionally set on fire, while she was at Church. It was concluded that the cause was electrical wiring. It has been over a year and her claim still is unresolved and they continue to place my elderly mother in uncomfortable and unsanitary hotel rooms. I am an Allstate customer as well and I am very unhappy with the treatment my mom, a loyal customer has received. She is stressed out and has been so upset with the handling of this claim. I am furious, yet I choose to Express my displeasure with the professional respect that she raised me to have. I know that you have loved one's whom you cherish and would never want them to suffer like this. Our car was totaled on June 3 2019 claim 30547870402 we were contacted by a Michael Flis 480 9774563 he stated he was our contact and claim would be handled quickly. as you can see that is not the case. MR FLIS WILL NOT RETURN PH. CALLS AND STATES HE NO LONGER IS HANDLING THE CLAIM. I have now no one to call, and no one is calling me. I will have no choice but to see a lawyer if this is not resolved quickly.

On a side note I got the police report in about 2 weeks and called Flis to see where to send it. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

Today was very hot day and I went to the flea market and my husband left the car keys inside our car, I didn't worried because I knew that we were cover with road side assistance but when I called to ask for help I realized that I wasn't in good hands. I got the worst customer service experience because I was denied the service that I deserve and being paying for the las 3 plus years. I was on the phone for almost an hour for nothing,but as soon as I can I will switch to a different insurance company.

In 2016, my husband & I were in the process of separating. We had had ALLSTATE for over 25 years, we were impeccable payers & "lifers". It came down to my husband & I agreeing that he seek his own auto insurance. John purchased auto through another company, brought his new ins ID cards to Bartel and the male at the desk said John was all set. 2 months later, I'm pulled over, and was charged with operating a vehicle without ins!!!. I knew the officer was sadly mistaken but I let him do his job & by sun up, it would all be just a bad nightmare. Nope. Bartels agent broke one of the cardinal rules....he took me & my car off the policy (WITH ZERO PROOF THAT EITHER MY PLATES WERE SUSPENDED OR...THAT I HAD OBTAINED INS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!). As far as I knew....it was the same old, same old....minus my husband. The reason I am now seeking justification is that I am studying to become a broker. I used my own horrendous ALLSTATE story of them cancelling my insurance illegally and with my professors knowledge & passion in the field of insurance...He & so many other agents that I've been reviewing, basically instructed me to go forth , except nothing but 110% compensation for that $3,000 nightmare, pain, suffering, embarrassment, humiliation, inflammatory remarks made to me while in their office, demanding an explanation. They played it off as my mistake. As if I was a complete idiot. Now, having studied extensively in the correct protocol of removing a person from your policy,bI am on my way to becoming one of the best insurance agent ever. Play by the rules. My car, impounded. My very affordable ins premium, almost tripled. I went from having THE best insurance company to one of the great groups that accept "high risk" drivers as they rape their bank accounts. I have so much more to discuss and insist on a phone call back asap. I need answers. How did I slip through the dishonest hoops? Please have upper management contact me at 716-713-8127. I was hit by an 18 wheeler on May 10th. I contacted Allstate to make them aware of he incident, great and helpful and prompt customer service however on the claims aspect, I was telephoned by Allstate’s claims investigator by the name of Micheal Riedl. I relayed the accident to him. After the recording, Mr. Riedl says “Just off the record, your at fault here.” Micheal Riedl already had the preconceived notion, without having done any investigation or evidence that would back up this false allegation. It was not only unprofessional but extremely poor investigative work due to no investigation had yet been done and he already writes it off as to what he “thinks” About a month later Micheal Riedl calls to report his findings concerning my accident. I missed Mr. Riedl phone call and a voicemail was left. The voicemail left my Mr. Riedl said, “After doing my investigation and the police report, I have come to the conclusion that you are at fault, any questions call me back” Upon heading Mr. Riedls voicemail, “just off the record” his words, I was already at fault according to Mr. Riedl who was neither there or had any physical or any real evidence to back up his false claim. This is unjust and beyond unprofessional on so many levels. He was rude, callous and is a poor representation of Allstate.

Hello, On May 7th 2019 I was in a vehicle accident, the vehicle was towed to Collision Plus who was recommended by Allstate to do the repairs, after they assessed the damage the total was around 14k which I was told was borderline being totaled! After a month at Collision Plus my vehicle was said be to ready to pick up, upon picking it up, I noticed damage that wasnt repaired before even walking over to the truck and was told "I'm not sure what we will do at this point as the vehicle was close to the total mark, upon driving the vehicle home more issues arise from the front end damage. Also hood and bumper was not replaced correctly! Long story short I was told by 1 claims agent that it was possible it could still be totaled and then today was contacted by another agent that told me it's to late to total it and if I want the damages repaired to has to go back to Collision Plus because if I take it anywhere else it will cost Allstate even more money, so I'm not sure where to go with this! It seems like Collision Plus cut corners to keep the truck from being totaled and now I was pretty much told today it has to go back to them for repairs and also I'm just stuck with a truck that should have been totaled and now has no value! Hopefully I can get some answer by the end of the week, if not I will have to take further steps to get this resolved!

Is there a no stars? Got backed into parked into a parking lot. Adjuster won’t return my calls and the only time to talked to her offered 80% cause I should have seen the driver wasn’t looking and honked. You aren’t in good hands with All State. And if Lauren Forte is your adjuster, just hire an attorney. She told me to hire the guy that owned the car—- her policyholder. SMH. Is that who you want as an insurance company? Someone who suggest others sue you?

Today's date: May 30, 2019
I had considered obtaining insurance coverage from Fleming Family insurance on Friday, May 24.
I dealt with Mr. Jason Fleming over the telephone and gave him my bank account information for payment. He emailed me the documents for my signature and asked me to finalize the process. However, I had changed my mind and decided not to sign them and decline coverage.

I emailed him on May 27 informing him of my decision not to proceed with insurance coverage, and emailed him again on May 28. He emailed me back that it was too late and that he will process the payments for (home, auto and personal liability)

This a fraudulent proceeding committed by Mr. Jason Fleming, coercing me into obtaining insurance service from his agency against my wishes. I have not signed any contractual agreement and therefore I have not given my consent for payment processing.

I've had a claim going on for eight months. My adjuster won't return my phone calls. I need my property claim settled. Allstate threw us out TWICE from our housing we're supposed to have under ALE for at least 12 months. I have a newborn baby and 3 other kids. The adjusters don't know what they are doing. They don't know my policy and that I live in California. They call me right before they leave the office so I can't return the phone call, when I call back the next day nobody answers or returns my phone calls. My adjuster is always out of the office. I'm supposed to have at least three more months on ALE according to my policy and they are using the excuse that the landlord said the house was habitable, but code enforcement red tagged the home and the landlord is not ever going to fix it, yet they are going by how long it would have taken to fix it. And we've been discriminated against because we receive county assistance, food stamps. What does that mean? Allstate doesn't have to adhere to the policy because we get food stamps. Let me tell you something. I work full time. I pay my taxes like everybody else and I've had this policy for seven years. I don't know what you will do, or if you will even read this, but I am going to reach out to every Tom dick and Harry about this. Because this isn't right. Wrongful mishandling of my claim is what it is. I want something done about it.

A complaint has been filed with the Insurance Commissioner regarding an Allstate Insurance office located in Canton, Georgia. After speaking with a local Allstate Insurance office I was advised to make a complaint with the corporate office regarding the actions of this agent. I purchased a manufactured home, built in 2004 on 4 acres. The mortgage broker received the information regarding an insurance policy with said agent and apparently Allstate doesn't even insure manufactured homes and especially not ones over 5 years old, and without an auto policy in effect. I was lied to and this information was covered up by the agents to allow closing of said property to take place. Now I am having to find someone to insure my property after the fact and will be forced to pay double the premium according to quotes received before this Allstate office was chosen. I am unable to attach he cover letter written to the person in charge of the insurance commission complaint at this time but can through follow up request. Thank you

My name is Olatunbosun Gbolade I filled a complaint with the insurance commission because I was not satisfied with the way my claim # 0542561734 was handled . A representative from your office called Dania in Yuma Arizona with phone # 9283731520 made contact with me to see if it can be resolved but it has been impossible to speak to this lady despite making several calls and leaving messages she even called back and left the time to reach her but when you call it goes to voicemail I am done calling this lady. I happened to also be insured with your company that I am thinking of cancelling my policy if this is how your company handles buisness
I am done dealing with this lady as she is incompetent and does not know how to manage situation

I am writing this letter to let you know how Keith Smith , Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company Phone: (800) 326-0950 x1211253 ,Fax: (877) 292-9527 ,claims@claims.allstate.com treated your customer since 1986 with TOTAL disrespect. Until I had my call with him yesterday everything was very professional, and I felt good that we had been a customer for so long.
Your outside inspector can out and meet with my contractor (whom is a contractor that works with Allstate) and at the end of there inspection they both agreed that we needed a new roof and other repairs.
When Keith start our call out his biggest concern was for me to make sure that I gave him a good review he didn’t even acknowledge that we had been a long-term customer until his 2nd call. During the 2nd call he told me that based on his information that he could only approve the replacement of 100 to 200 singles. I told him that was totally unacceptable and that he needs to go back and talk to management and the others involved in that claim (HE DID NOT DO ANY OF THAT) and explained to him that would NOT be acceptable for several reasons. 1: Del Webb where we live would not allow that, 2: Neither would the town of Huntley; Then I also explained to him that 3 of the homes next to us have had their roofs replaced by their insurance co. and that only an act of god would have caused us to not have the same damages that as stated above both your independent person and our contractor agreed confirmed the need for a new roof and more.
I have never been treated like this in all the time we have been your customer.

Hancock adjuster keeps putting us off our roof has a tarp on it we have called but the lady from the claims department is rude and keeps saying it’s not their fault things come up.I am very upset that they can not keep 1 appointment .this is the third time we were put off with some excuse not acceptable poor way to treat your customers.

I was instructed by an all state employee to make manual payments for my policy for the last 2 months (total due: $319). I was instructed to do so because I wanted to change the bank account I used. In March (as instructed) I paid roughly $158 (monthly bill) which left me with a balance of $161 (due in April). Because it was a manual payment me and my wife called on 4/15 to May our last payment which we were instructed was $116. Not sure why it wasn’t $161 but we didn’t question it.

Now today it’s 4/27 and All state agents claim because we are not in autopay we have to pay 319 for April and May. I’m not sure how this is possible when 1st we were instructed to finish the policy manually and 2. My new billing cycle should have started in May and I should have been renewed for autopay Adam the original agent told me back in March.

Long story short I started my policy in November and have been on the phone with you all each month as some new random problem has occurred.

All I’m asking is for my autopay policy to be renewed and I can continue to make my monthly payments. All agents have checked the records and can see I’ve had “billing issues” in which you all created.

Hello yes I’m writing this letter to appeal a claim 000541691150 that Allstate. Claim adjuster Rhonda Morgan is handling . It came back that I was at fault !! When the person hit me in the back bumper ! I’m wanting to go further with this action and I’m not at fault . It seems like these no such thing as Allstate helping hands . Allstate is the worst insurance company to have. I was with this company for 3yrs had a accident that the other driver hit me from the back the letter says I’m not at fault but on my driving recorded it shows. Had another accident when the driver ran the stop sign and hit me again the letter of Experian says I’m not at fault but they have it on my driving record at fault. I had a total loss claim #05391322225 your adjuster Mr.Steve Hawkins worked with me. Seemed nice,professional even trustworthy.We went over the numbers. he said Allstate would pay me $8750.33 which I thought was fair. Before I signed my title I called to verify all the information. Seems Mr.Hawkins had turned in a different number which was $8705.33. I called Mr. Hawkins and he acknowledged his error and apologized. Said he would turn in the necessary paperwork to correct this mistake and that I would receive the original price of $8750.33. The Total Loss Department told me that they had already cut the check for the lesser price but as soon as Mr.Hawkins paperwork came in that I would receive the $45 that was shorted. In good faith I signed my title and brought it to Copart here in Mobile,Al. To date I have not received my payment. After numerous calls, endless waiting where I was put on hold and even hung up on, i have turned here. When I asked for a number to register a complaint I was put on hold and after a while my call was hung up. I hope that your company will do what is necessary to restore my confidence in your business and what is fair to me. I was not at fault in this entire matter.

My name is Ed Alonso and Im writing this complaint for James Houghton my grandfather in law. about a month ago a strong storm hit our area and about 3 am we heard a loud boom sound and when looked in the bathroom the ceiling had fallen in and it was raining . we called Allstate and we really didn't know the process because James (grampa) had never filed a claim in the 30 years he had been with Allstate. he is 81 so I called allstate and spoke with Heather she was great told us what to do and we felt like it would be handled. Next we had contractors come out and we had a hard time finding any that weren't over booked to finish the job we wanted to get it fixed asap.when I sent the estimates to allstate heather first said she will review and let me know what will happen next. when I spoke to her again she said our claim was being transferred to a different agent. why ? we did everything she asked and so I called the new agent who seemed to know nothing about our claim she stated she needed photo s and this and that …..now she is telling us that Allstate will not pay the claim …...that their was prior damage that caused the bathroom ceiling to fall in based on a contractor estimate the contractor stated information he couldn't possible know since he did not lift up any roof tiles to see the actual roof damage. We would like our claim to be handled by someone else besides the agent we are with and give allstate another chance to get this right. thank you

Recently received a mailer quote from a local Allstate office (Beaumont Agency) for home insurance. After several inquiries and sending them windstorm info request, I received no response or even a simple phone call. purchasing full coverage on a vehicle is a waist of money. my claim was a nightmare it took one week to get a shop to look at the car it took three weeks to get a appraisal finally the adjuster claims the car is branded but its clear title to reduce its value then the shop claims it has obsessive wear like oxidization wear on the leather seats to reduce the value more, then allstate comes to a final payout scheduled to deposit to my account but fails to tell me they will not until they receive my title another week waisted,i send the title and get conformation, waiting another week for payment, agent says payment was mailed so allstate cancels the check and claims to send payment to my account in a hour or so but nothing now they claim there never was a check or payment to be scheduled and I have to wait another two more days to contact the adjuster to authorize a payment that was already athorized but never sent, what a joke of a company

Policy # 941684297/Claim # 0520174822, On 30 Jan 2019, I received a phone call from Allstate Adjuster Emily Hernandez approving repair only of my home roof. On the same day I received a call from ALE Solutions stating my funds for "Loss Of Use" would reach it's limit on 25 Feb 2019, at which time myself, wife, five & two year old girls would have to leave the hotel. On 6 Feb 2019, i proceeded to Allstate Agent Chuck Bond Office, 621 Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, Florida, 32404. Spoke with an Allstate agent who took notes and informed me an Allstate agent would be contacting me shortly to address my issues. I received a phone call a few days later from my Adjuster Emily Hernandez stating ALE Solutions mistaking informed Allstate that my Loss Of Use was $20,000, Allstate Adjuster Emily Hernandez stated my Loss Of Use is $25,000. On 19 Feb 2019 "today" I received a call from Allstate Adjuster Emily Hernandez stating i'll reach my Loss Of Use limit 18 Mar 2019, at which time Allstate wouldn't provide any addition living arrangements. From what I'm understanding from 25 Feb 2019 - 18 Mar 2019 my hotels fees will cost $5,000? We turned in our receipts for food but Allstate Adjuster Emily Hernandez stated she's unable to pay us any funds for dining. My home is uninhabitable, mold was found in the kitchen and attic, where am i suppose to take my family? My home is insured for $257,000 and Allstate has only paid out $31,000 for repairs as of today. The homeless shelters are full to capacity and I'm being forced to beg for help with outside agencies or seek legal actions. According to my contractor my home could be repaired within two weeks but their waiting on Allstate approval. It's been four months since Hurricane Michael stuck Panama City, Florida and I'm still waiting on Allstate to approve the repair of my home but my family and i are being forced out of the hotel with no where to reside not paid for our meals. My April 3, 1982 car accident is still unclaimed with Allstate. They abused me for 36 years. My Allstate agent Michael Kalkin refused to claim my car accident which happened on Steinway st in Astoria NY in Queens NY. I am still disabled many broken bones 3 right ankle operations. After 44 years with Allstate, I submitted a renters insurance claim. I was sent to the fraud dept. I complied as a standard investigatiin, filled out the same forms 3 times!! Had them notarized.

I sent them ALL I had.

They continue to ask me the same questions over and over, lied to me, mailed me the same forms 6 times! And are stalling on purpose. They don't want to pay my valid claim.

I am reporting this to a few places. For 2 weeks niw, Allstate supposedly is calling me. I am a single parent. I don't have $1000 to retain an atty for an interview. If Allstate wants to lay my atty, I'll be more than happy to comply.

This is bluntant discrimination, and stalling as Allstate is known to not pay on claims.

Eileen Derosalia need to be fired from Allstate.She cannot adjust a car neither her supervisor Ivan both incompetent asses. Allstate is the worse they denied a customer claim cause they dont know how to adjust a vehicle. I have been trying to cancel my auto and home insurance for four days, since Oct. 1st. However, my agent has only an answering machine and she has not responded to my messages. I have secured a new provider and I want a refund on my policies. My auto policy is 932314346 and my home policy is 932314354. I would like an email confirming my request and information regarding when I will get my refund.

You have my phone and address information on your records. I have confirmed that info several times over the last four days so look it up and get back to me. My cell history can verify my numerous attempts to contact my Allstate agent. On failure of that, called other Allstate numbers and opted in as needing assistance with bill payment. On July 28 waited 8 more days I came into ROSALIND CAMPBELL ALLSTATE AGENCY 8122 GREENWELL SPRINGS RD BATON ROUGE LA 70814 (225) 927-9564 to canceled my insurance, I was informed by the Allstate agent the renewal for the every THREE MONTHS cancelation NOTICE was for the 15th OF JULY AND NOT BY THE END OF THE JULY BUT she could backdate it AND CANCEL THE THREE MONTH RENEWAL to the 15th AND I CAN JUST PAY FOR THE DAYS I WENT OVER WITCH MADE SENSE BUT sense ALLSTATE had already ARE ABOUT TO take the money out of my account because I was on Easy Pay straight out of my account they will just prorate me for the days I went over and refund me the Rest

witch seems about right I signed the paper and left. Your call center needs to stop calling me!! I am with Allstate, on record you have my previous company which was State Farm. I have told him that. It is the same person every time. I get at least 4/5 calls daily and I now don’t answer my phone anymore because I know it is Allstate. The number he is calling from starts with a V and then has the numbers after that. Filed a claim after insured rear ended me. I have been told to wait for 3 separate payments because the first ones never arrived and now the Agent, David Hill, did not follow through getting a link emailed to me so I can set up a direct deposit. Our agent is Gabrielle LaTulip in Winfield IN. We've been with your company for maybe 5 years now. She listed our home as having things it has never had and she's been to our house. I just purchased a new vehicle yesterday and was told by her that she would be at the office all day so I could have the insurance switched over from my previous vehicle to the new one. Allstate is the insurance carrier for my Auto both my residences as well as my apartment which is my primary residence. My auto- theft claim as well as my rental policy has not been resolved. All state prides themselves off of You're in Good Hands. However, my experience has been completely the opposite. They will not even reimburse my food expense to purchase food that was stolen from my vehichle. In addition they will not help expedite my Car Theft Claim to allow me to replace my vehichle to allow me to get back and forth to work. Also from beginning to end I have received no support from the carrier. I have filed with the Texas Department of Insurance. And exploring all avenues to ensure I am treated with the level of service I deserve as a customer that pays for their coverage.

my home in grass lake mich was leaking through the roof on sat.18th of nov. at 4pm I called allstate the said they would send an emerg. team to tarp the roof. (we have someone watch the home at the time) I thought it was taken care of but the next day I tried calling the no. given to me and it said she would be out of the office until monday. so it rained and leaked all through the week end and monday .she finally called at 3pm on monday they gave me some story about she was not the one who said they would put tarps up . then she said they would send a survey team to access the problem and call me back when they do it. what kind of bullshit is this. in good hands...yeah right .

I have been trying to open a life cover policy with Allstate for 6 weeks now, every time an agent calls me they promised to call back again to finish the process but they do not call back, the last one i spoke to advised me that he cannot pick up my details on the system and promised to call me back. Every time I get a new Allstate policy renewal it is higher, higher and higher! Enough is Enough, how greedy can Allstate be when it comes to cost of their policy's. Just about ready to take my entire basket and go some where else after 15 years cause a 17.440% increase every time on renewal is getting very old.

My garage and house was torn off from the wind storm, Allstate covered the full garage and half of the house roof, total check 3,080.00 that includes the awing and some siding. I was to rec/n depreciation amount 1368.00 and 878.00 extra. But I ended up with a check for only 1280.62 extra which covers the labor. Allstate sent an extra check for 341.92, took it back and then charged me a $12 fee. This is so wrong how they can play with peoples money! I am requested a full refund from corporate headquarters and wanted to warn other customers about my bad experience with this insurance company!

Allstate filed with the state of Louisiana saying I cancelled my insurance which I did not and now I will have a flag on my license. I had insurance the hold time and can prove it. But now they want me to have to fix their mess. Very poor service and cannot in good conscience recommend a company that treats it's loyal customers in this manner.

On, Sept. 8, 2015, I was a passenger on a RideOn bus which was involved in an accident with one of Allstate policy holders (#952642522). I was taken, by Ambulance, to Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, MD for observations. Your policy holder was determined to be at fault for the accident, and received a citation. On 10/06/2015, I contact the Allstate agent (Mrs. Jennifer Ireland-Cliff) responsible handling claims for the policy. The problem is that Mrs. Ireland-Cliff said that she had submitted a claim (0383337978), and that I should receive a check to cover my medical expenses within 1 ½ weeks. I contacted her again on 10/20/2015 to inform her that I hadn’t received the check yet. She replied it was sent out. I called her again on 10/26/2015. This time she said that she had reissued the check. ** I never received the 1st check. Subsequent calls to her and her office Mgr. (Mr. Sterling Bailey) and the Allstate corporate complaints department have gone unanswered. Thanks-In-Advance for the you time spend review this Allstate complaint.

I had an accident that was no fault of my own. When I called Allstate, the female representative always said that even though I have medical insurance I have to pay all my bills and then send them an itemized bill and they will review it and decide if they would pay on it. I asked what if one of the bills are $2,000.00? She said again pay the bill send the itemized and we will review it and decide if we will pay on it. Every answer was the same: I pay and they review and decide if they will pay on it.

So after about 2 minutes and she was of no help, I told her I am getting an attorney and that is it. When I got the paper work it stated for me to have the agency that I go to bill Allstate and they will go from there. So since they have some people working for them that is not well educated I am going to drop them and get another insurance company. When I had the rep work with me on the body work did an excellent job. I had to put a 5 star for him but I could not contact him since I got an attorney.

I had an auto accident on April 18 2015. I called from claims on the medical part. The rep that I had to talk to had an extremely short vocabulary. I asked her how would I get bills paid and if one does cost 3,000.00 her comment and only words were " Pay the bill send in an itemized bill and we will review it and see if we will pay on it" I told her I don't have lots of money so a bill of that size would be hard for me to pay.

Again she read her script to me and stated "Pay the bill send in an itemized bill and we will review it and see if we will pay on it". I again told her there is no way for me to pay the big bills if there are any and again she said " Pay the bill send in an itemized bill and we will review it and see if we will pay on it"

I told her since she is no help I only have one choice but to retain an attorney in which I did. I at no point in time wanted to involve an attorney but since Allstate has illiterate people working for them I had no choice but to get an attorney and go that way. It appears that they do not have very competent people working for them and, the bad part is, it will cost Allstate money to resolve this minor issue.

Loyal customer for 5 years with Auto and Rental coverage & NO CLAIMS until....Beginning of October 2012 I ran over a blown out tire from a semi truck on the freeway. It was so large it caused body damage to the front and back fenders. Next day my boyfriend noticed fluid leaking from the vehicle - 2005 Honda Accord. I called Allstate and started my claim. They sent an inspector out that afternoon who agreed all damage was loss related & the next morning sent a list of Allstate recommended shops. I thought going with one of their shops would make the process easy & smooth- NOPE.

Repairs were supposed to be complete in 4-5 days, ended up being over 3 weeks & my car is STILL not operable. I only had rental coverage for 4 weeks. After repeated conversations with the shop --Desert Collision in Desert Hot Springs CA-- & SCOTT the manager, he kept referencing I might need to take it to a dealership & have Allstate continue the claim over there since these types of repairs are not our expertise. But they kept trying, even RE-replacing parts for fear they were defective. Finally got my car back on a Saturday afternoon, & I work evenings so I only had time to change & leave for work & figured I would return my rental the next day. Sunday my boyfriend again noticed a large puddle under my car so I called Allstate 800 claims number & spoke to Amanda Seabourne who was very sympathetic & tried to be helpful.

She agreed that taking my car back to original shop would be a waste of time after the first 3 weeks & SCOTT acknowledging his lack of experience with said repairs. She said Allstate would call me the following day to set up a tow to a Honda dealership. Instead I got a call from SCOTT at Desert Collision telling me Allstate had contacted HIM to have the car brought back in. I informed him they had told me to take it to a dealership & hung up with him to call Allstate again. Got someone different this time -didn't get the name- & he stated that if the repairs weren't done correctly the SHOP was responsible under warranty & that's why the car had to go back to them first so Allstate wouldn't have to pay a different mechanic a second time. Reluctantly I took the car back to Desert Collision. Luckily I still had the rental car since it had not even been 24 hours but I knew it would expire soon so I started calling A LOT.

That day they basically had no answers for me other than they thought it was the transmission leaking. I asked if it was the transmission if he would still recommend sending it to the dealership and -shocking- SCOTT once again said YES it would need to go elsewhere for that type of repair work. But they still weren't sure. Said by the next morning. I had to call THEM the next day & they still weren't quite sure where the leak was coming from. They told me an Allstate inspector had shown up at the shop -- JAMES HORVATH. Within 30 minutes James Horvath called me back to inform me they would not be covering any further repairs as the area damaged- half shaft & transmission bearings & axle seal- was a maintenance issue and not covered under the policy.

Tomorrow I am picking up the written statement and a quote from the Honda dealership & am currently awaiting the inspector from the CA Bureau of Auto Repair. I have had to pay for a portion of my rental car even though I did not even have it for my 30 covered days, and now I am having to borrow cars from co-workers just to make it to work. So far between my $500 deductible, car payments, and actual insurance payments I have spent almost $1500 in 5 weeks on a car I cannot drive. I am desperate for a resolution and all my hope is in the Department of Insurance & Bureau of Auto Repair nailing these Allstate douches to the wall!!! I will definitely post any future activity & resolution here, if anyone has any tips or advice, its all welcome!!!

The inspection and estimate by James Taylor stated the shingles had been ripped loose from the plywood and had slipped out of place in several areas on the roof. The area covered some twelve to fourteen feet vertically and fourteen feet horizontally. Mr. Taylor stated that many of the shingles had been under nailed and, in some cases, the nails had been shot through the shingles. The wind or hail had caused the shingles to come loose from the nails. Mr. Taylor also stated that many shingles had only been nailed twice and that all shingles should be nailed at least four times. Jolie Cannon’s next door neighbor, Mr. Finch, is the person who first saw the roof damage and contacted Jolie, the homeowner. Jolie contacted me, her father Jake Cannon, who started the claim process and contacted Mr. Taylor.

Mr. Taylor recommended the shingles be put back in place and re-nailed before it rained. Taylor stated it was scheduled to rain the next day, 10/27/2012. I called Jolie’s Allstate agent, Ken Still at 334-792-9495, and discussed the situation. Mr. Still said it was a good idea to re-nail the roof so there would be no further damage. When the Allstate adjuster, Stuart McVey at 229-221-5938, came on 11/01/2012 to take pictures and perform his inspection, the roof did not look exactly the way it did on 10/26/2012. The system for the insurance companies, home builders, and roofers must be geared to take advantage of single women. It is well known that several other homes in Jolie’s subdivision had their roofs replaced in the past five or six months of 2012 from either wind or hail damage.

I recorded it hailed on 4/8/06 for 30 minutes at 3:15PM, 5/8/06 for 20 minutes at 11:20PM, and then at my home on 3/27/11 for 15 minutes at 4:00 the size of quarters and fifty cent pieces. This was at my house, Dothan, Alabama, a mile away from Jolie’s house. Mr. Kyle Woods called 11/15/2012 at 3:15PM, a field representative with Allstate from Birmingham, Alabama at 205-337-6294. Mr. Woods said he was ask to call me in regards to a few questions I had in reference to taking Jolie’s claim to small claims court against the roofer. Mr. Woods stated that Allstate had done as much as they could to help Jolie on her claim and Allstate felt the claim should be against the builder/roofer. The roofer should be held responsible under the Alabama 13-year liability law.

Jason Blissett, the home builder, was notified with emailed pictures and the results of Stuart McVey’s inspection, Allstate adjuster. Mr. Blissett stated when I first called him on the results of the inspection by the Allstate inspector that he would need to check his records on Jolie’s house and see if he could find the sub-contracting roofer. Mr. Blissett stated that the roofer could be retired, moved, dead, or it could have been someone he picked up at a gas station. Jolie ran a copy of the sub-contractors Mr. Blissett claimed he used on her house. We have not heard from Mr. Blissett since 11/17/2012. Mr. Blissett stated that his lawyer had never heard of the Alabama 13 year liability law for roofers. I, Jake Cannon, and the roofer James Taylor, who did the estimate, can see possible strong wind and or hail damage at some time in the past 10 years.

We can also see defective workmanship from the roofer ten years ago. Who should be held responsible, my daughter Jolie? Jolie asked, “Dad, why have I been paying $808.12 a year on my Allstate policy which is supposed to cover wind and hail damage?” We have six Allstate policy cancellations typed and ready to sign and mail as soon as this matter is settled. Ms. Cannon now knows what “being left out in the cold” feels like.

I had hail damage to roof in 2011 which a professional roofing company said was damaged beyond repair. Allstate adjuster shows up with his own roofer who also said the roof needed replacement. The adjuster went on the roof himself and over ruled both pro's. He said it only needed 50 shingles. He had a bad attitude when he arrived and stated it was inconvenient for him to come out on Sunday but Allstate set it up for that day. I complained to several "managers" at Allstate who agreed with adjuster. I cancelled Allstate and they continued to send bills saying I let insurance lapse which was incorrect. Allstate is a corrupt orginization.

Wood Stove in a house fire. While processing the value of my property after a house fire, the freestanding wood stove was on both draft settlement lists for personal and structure contents (understandable I suppose as could be considered furniture as not built in like a fireplace). But in the final versions was not included on either settlement list. Both Allstate groups are not taking responsibility for an obvious oversight (again irony, it’s the wood stove in the house fire) saying they can’t revise and/or belongs on the other list. … Can someone please help? Recovering depreciation. I have asked multiple times and have never received any information on ‘how the receipts I was turning in to recover depreciation compared to the settlement’. E.g. what was and was not counting (close enough match) so I would know what to buy more or less of to recover the depreciation and that they fairly are sending checks against the settlement. … What is Allstate obliged to do, and when? … How do I check that they are reimbursing fairly?

After paying my premiums for 6 years, no claims filed, Allstate decided to not renew my policy stating that I had 'peeling paint' and 'overgrown trees'. I guess they decided that they had enough of my $$ and didn't want to take the risk of me filing a claim. Statistically speaking, I am due to file a claim; so they made up a reason to take my $ and run. Allstate will NEVER get another penny from me or my family.

I have been treated like a criminal since I filed a burglary claim with Allstate in November. My claim STILL has not settled even though it is a handful of items( laptop, computer etc, which I provided receipts for!) totaling several thousand dollars. The Allstate employees have been rude, and wont give me any informatoin on my claim other than to say it is "still under investigation". Now I was asked for my bank records, (which I refused!) regardless of the fact that my checkbook was not stolen and I didnt claim anything to do with my bank! I have filed a claim with the Dept. Of Insurance, sent letters to the Allstate board ...do I need an attorney? Who do I go to for help!?

I love Allstate insurance and have been a customer for many years. However, I hate the recent Mayhem commercials with the sale on the people's items who shared on social media. That hits way to close to home. I get what they are trying to do, but you should know that many people who use Allstate will have their homes broken into who are not on social media. I just had two dear friends lose everything to a home robbery and they don't have any social media accounts, they are in their 70s!
