I’m a T-Mobile customer and today they had a promotion for free sub from Quiznos. I went on my lunch break to find that there’s only one person working. He was the one taking orders, taking the money and preparing the subs. After wasting half hour of my lunch and realizing that I was not going to get anywhere because there were people ahead of me ..dissapointed, I left. Don’t understand how can you understaff especially when you are having an event like this. Poor management. !!! So I returned to the store after work, they told me . “We are close, out of supplies”
Again, slap in my face!!. Left me with a very bad feeling. Do I want to come to your store again? Not sure!!

My sandwich was burned the women in glass I believe her name started with d was very rude about it when I asked her to remake it the other girl that was working with her was the one that remade it for me very nice gal.


At BWI airport in Baltimore Maryland it's bad enough the girl was too busy to get up cuz she was texting on her telephone I ordered flatbread sandwich with sausage and egg sausage was so greasy and hanging out on one side and on the other side cheese everywhere the set of Sandwich I've ever seen I took it back the girl turned her head on me and walked back with her cell phone no refund no nothing thank you


Wow what a mistake it was to chose Quiznos for lunch today. So they offered a $7 turkey sandwich special and a gentleman made my sandwich but it was extremely tiny so I asked kindly to make a second small sandwich. He made it, put it into the toaster, and the manager Anita processed to take it out and ask me what I'd like on it. I kindly said tomatoes and she replied with a horrible attitude, "they're already there" and asked me if I wanted guacamole on my guacamole/turkey sandwich to which I replied yes. She proceeded to take the guac out of a bucket of water and drench my sandwich with water and pretend like nothing was wrong with doing so. I immediately asked her for a refund considering I waited 20 mins and she ruined my appetite. She rudely refused to give me my refund and instead she decided to call the police on me for getting angry.

She went outside in her apron to smoke a cigarette and call the police while i waited inside and her co worker looked at me as if he didn't know what to do. When she came back inside, I demanded the phone number to the company as to make a complaint. She ripped all the papers with the phone numbers off the wall and refused to give me her name. When I told her co worker I was entitled to know that information, he told me her name was Anita and I could find the phone number online. He offered me a new sandwich to which I replied yes and he made it for me without drenching it with bucket water. Then he offered me a new cup for a new drink and I thanked him and took it and left the store. Then Anita followed me outside and called the cops while following me back to campus, lying to the police saying I had stolen the cup. I would appreciate if the video recordings were watched And this person is fired, she has absolutely no right to work with people in a management position. I am truly disgusted with the service I got today and I will absolutely never return and advise others not to do so as well if action isn't taken.


I went to Quiznos in downtown Oshawa, ON yesterday for dinner. I often go to Mr. Sub but decided to try Quiznos for a change. I only live a 2 minute drive home so I got my order to go. I ordered 2 12 inch subs, 2 soups and 2 drinks. I got home to find that both subs were cold, soggy and toasted (even though they were put through the toaster). One of the subs was missing this cheese (The Classic Club). The soup was cold and lumpy and stirred. The bacon on the classic club was disgusting and all fat. Half of the meat on the other sub (Black Angus) was also fatty and seemed partially under-cooked. The only decent thing about the meal was the fountain drinks (which i poured myself). I am very very very disappointed in this, considering how it costs me 30 dollars. A bad complaint all the way around about Quiznos and the executives running the show.

The afternoon of March 8th 2012 my brother & i went to this Quiznos after i picked him up from the PDX airport where he works. Right by there is Cascade Parkway & we had a coupon so we thought we would try them out since we have gone to other Quiznos & enjoyed there sandwiches.

I was given a cup for water-maybe 8-12ounces & next to the fountain drinks was a big plastic jug with ice in it & what looked to be some sort of lemon water. As we were sitting down JESSICA came up & rudely GRABBED the drink out of my hand!!!! She demanded i pay her $1.59 for this tiny cup that they do NOT SELL! The cup for $1.59 is 22ounces. So i thought i will give her all my loose change which equaled .95cents. So what does JESSICA do?

She throws the drink & cup away even after i asked her to please get me water! How cheap & wasteful is that? So i go to the front & ask DAVE BERTELO the owner/manager for the phone number for corporate to make a complaint & he says i “stole” the drink!? How do you steal something that is not even for sale? I wish i had stayed & pursued this ridiculous petty matter with the police. From everything i’ve heard Quiznos is going out of business & i won’t be sad to see this particular store closed!

I know a lot of people that live & work in that area & if you don’t complain about unfair treatment, nothing will change. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE CASCADE PARKWAY QUIZNOS UNLESS YOU LIKE RUDE & UNFAIR TREATMENT.


During my lunch break, I was craving a sandwich and decided to go to subway (like I normally do). However when I got to subway, every single parking spot was taken, so instead of waiting I decided to give quiznos a try. BIG mistake . When I walked in quiznos, there was one customer ordering his sandwich, and I, along with the person who walked in with me, were the only other customers in the store. My very first experience with a quiznos employee was her pointing to the other side of the counter (indicating where I order my sandwich) and saying absolutely nothing. I then walked over to the end of the counter to order.

At this point, as if no customers were in the store, the girl who pointed when I walked in began chatting with the other employee who was making a sandwich for the customer in front of me. As soon as they began chatting, the employee making the sandwich all of a sudden ran to the back of the store, and the “pointer” began laughing and saying something about him forgetting to turn the water off. When he finally returned from the back, he started talking about how it was “snowing” back there, while shaking his hands to dry them (much like a 4 year-old would).

I thought to myself “ok now they can finally start making sandwiches”. Nope, they continued to just stand there, chatting with one another as if they were the only ones in the store and they had nothing to do. Finally I just walked out in disgust. Now u know exactly why subway had 50 people there and quiznos just 2 after I left. I will not be back to quiznos again, next time I’ll just wait at subway.


I went to the quiznos right across the street from Disneyland on Sunday! I had a coupon with me, as I am a resident of Anaheim. The coupons clearly showed their address as a Quiznos to go to and the website shows they take coupons. After we ordered $35 in food, we were told they don’t take coupons! Where the heck can I talk to a customer service rep? What the hell are they on the list for? Bad business ethics! The coupons would have saved us nearly $10! That is messed up! How do I get in contact with Quiznos? On the website it doesn’t even have a place to contact them! And the receipt has an phone # that directs you to their web address! Stupid! They lost our business! RIP OFFS!


I ordered a bullet at Quiznos and wanted to have black olives added, the women server refused. The cashier, guy, said no and pointed towards money. I asked him if i can have a name of the owner of the Quiznos and he refused to give it to me. At this point i had already made the payment . I asked him again and he refused. I asked him for my money back and he threw my money on the counter and preceded to call me a– ho– and the woman server said something rude in Spanish which translate to fat pig….pretty sad customer service for Quiznos. Definitely not a good way to treat good customer. I hope the Fairfax City Virginia Quiznos owner reads this and takes some action against his rude employees.


normally i don’t complain about restaurants or food handlers but this is an unusual situation…at a luncheon near your quiznos franchise in temecula, calif at the vail ranch plaza…our host bought quiznos sandwiches for 8 people. when the food was served the odor of typical restaurant poor cleanliness was apparent. no one mentioned this , of course, but later that evening i was struck with a big case of “dia”….usually i purchase sandwiches from subway…never have i encountered any evidence of lack of cleanliness…it is to your advantage to correct such a problem..it might be poor instruction or lack of proper management…hope you are able to correct this problem….it’s hard for me to switch from subway after this experience.


I have endured this Quiznos through the inept service, thinking the girl behind the counter was trying. I have endured them running out of soup, cheese, bacon, . even some of the meat for the sandwiches. Tonight, I was running late and in a hurry, I got there a few minutes before closing time. Lights were still on, the doors were still open, the sign in the window was still on, and the clock behind the counter said I still had 5 minutes. The woman behind the counter as I walked rudely snapped “we’re closed, so I am not going to make your sandwich”. Really Quiznos? You just lost yourself a customer!
