Manresa was founded in 1974 by Michael and Elaine Manresa in the tiny village of St. John in the heart of Spain's beautiful Picos de Europa mountains. They have become synonymous with fresh, seasonal ingredients and the highest quality meats and fish. Manresa is a restaurant in Los Gatos, California, specializing in California cuisine. It was launched in 2002 by chef David Kinch. The Michelin Guide: San Francisco, Bay Area and Wine Country placed two Michelin stars on the restaurant in 2007 and raised it to three stars in 2016.
