We visited your National City California restaurant on Sunday July 23rd. I just thought I needed vent a little bit on the experience. Just for starters, the lettuce at the salad bar was deplorable (brown around the edges). ). Out of beer.

They had 4 beer taps available, but when I get to ordering, they tell me they only have one available (the worst one). Again, it’s the weekend. And, just a side suggestion; have a TV or two for fathers and grandfathers to watch if they want to.

We go to this location all the time for parties and just for fun. Usually our experience is good but today was not the best. It started off well, we spent almost $100 on the 4 kids to play and pizza.

I scheduled my daughter's 3rd birthday online for January 27, 2023. When I showed up, the table cloth was dirty, full of cake and pizza from what I assume is a previous birthday party held there. Unacceptable. The chairs had cake frosting on them from a previous event I assume as well.

I was trying to purchase a gift card for my grandson birthday from the website. After checking out, I received an error message that my payment was declined. I called my bank and found out the charge was approved. I emailed customer service and was told that my request was resolved.

I took my granddaughter to Salisbury, MD. Location and paid for what I thought was 60 mins. After 15 mins play watch cut off. When questioning Mgr. She stated you asked for 60 play points not 60 Mins. I have never bought points it's always been 60 mins. So basically Mgr.

I was in the store in Round Rock, TX today. I told the manager that the ranch dressing tasted off. She never took it off the salad bar, never tasted it. Just told me it was fat free so it tasted different.

Then she said she would talk to her manager about it. The little girl that I was with gagged on the taste of it. I took a small taste and it was bad. It tasted like the Mayo in it had gone rancid.

Today we celebrated my son's 5th Birthday. I spent over $ 400 dollars for his party. We got the ultimate party. The person playing Chuck E Chess was horrible. No energy very dry and the parents were complaining. The kids complained also.

Manager , Mike was very unprofessional and attempted to be intimidating to a customer who was trying to explain her situation to him. There had been a mix-up and receiving tickets with the customer attempted to explain to him and he did not demonstrate professionalism at all.

He put the blame on the party host and it was a simple mistake that she had made. Not sure we will ever come to this particular location again.

To whom it may concern, On Thursday, June 23 at approximately 6 pm I arrived with my two children. i was going to order the salad bar for 2 bur was informed by Jala that we could go ahead and get a salad but we needed to go ahead and hurry because after that she was going to close it down because she liked to clean up early.

I love chuck E. cheese, i loved going there as a kid and now that i have kids of my own i love taking my kids there as well. The last couple of times we have gone we have not been satisfied with our services.
