My Complaint is in regard to the treatment (or lack of) and poor and untimely support from your customer service.

04Feb2019: I contacted Lululemon via chat (spoke with Courtney) on February 4 to say that I have an issue with 2 of the 5 pairs of Fast and Free HR Crop 19". One pair has a very long loose thread (they were purchased for me from by daughter from the Princeton, NJ Lulu lemon Store for me for Christmas and were worn once) and the seam is partially unstitched along the top of the buttock area. I have tucked the loose thread that is still attached and would unravel further into the side pocket.

The second pair was probably either a gift from my other daughter (not sure which store) or one of the 2 of 3 pairs I purchased on line which you should be able to see in your computer system. The edge of the front seam on the right thigh is fraying. The seam is not split but the fabric is fraying at this point. My trainer pointed it out to me as my eyes are not very good and commented on how this should not happen with $118 work out pants.

I wash all Lululemon items in cool water and hang them to dry.

07Feb2019- I called to say that I had not hear back regarding the chat. I was then transferred to a different number who I spoke with and then sent me an email. Even thought Courtney said I would get shipping labels via email in 24-48hrs to return the 2 pairs of pants (which I never got and prompted this call), they said they needed additional information - pictures of the damage along with information I had already provided to Courney. I replied that I did not know how to take the picture and upload it into the email and honestly did not know how to take a picture of something black (fray and loose thread) on black effectively to show what happened. Again no reply.

Background information -> I have so many Lululemon items (at least 8 pairs of crops, leggings, 7/8, joggers; a gym bag; a jacket, etc.) and consider myself a loyal customer. I buy items for myself, my kids buy me items and I buy items for them too.

14Feb2019: I am looking for a way to escalate this issue and found this complaint link. At this point I feel that although Lululemon says they stand behind their product I have been given no help - only frustration. All this communication is taking valuable time out of my day. I have to say that I am really shocked.

Please tell me how to escalate this further and come to a resolution.

Bellevue square location is closed due to renovations,but VERY POOR if any communications to public.
Tel # recording is inaccurate and non helpful.
Impossible to speak with live voice.
With a family of 4, 3 females we have been loyal customers of Lululemon for many years, but as of last experience we will not purchase from your organization any more!
