I have a dehumidifier that keeps reading error code ex I called customer support and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes when I speak to someone they tell me to unplug for 2 hours and call back again if not fixed I call again cause same code comes up then I am told it is to expensive to send someone to repair unit so they will send me a letter telling me what to do with the unit and another department will review the letter and if accepted they will replace the faulty unit this process could take up to 2-4 weeks I purchased a dehumidifier because I actually need one so in the meantime I am to purchase another one while I wait through this process I find this to be absurd as the warranty states 5 years All my appliances are fridgedaire as my husband works for GM I did not want to purchase…
