I went to the store today, March 02, 2024, the one in Reading, PA on W Douglass St, and was informed by a very rude female worker that I was "not allowed" to go back into the store. All I did was roam around the store in search of something, as she ate chips while "working" (which Im sure she actually stole from the job) and then I asked her a question about where could I find the beads that I previously did not find.

I check the area she told me to go to and did not find what I was looking for, so I leave (as a normal person does). She then goes outside after I already left and yells that I am not allowed ever again to enter.

Store #8685 in Albuquerque NM Manager Crystal is very unprofessional, and needs Manager training! There was a discrepancy in the price of an item I was going to purchase. The box on the shelf was put in the wrong area.

I go to family dollar a lot . Today the experience wasn’t good. I came inside to shop and the radio was on, playing rap music with profanity . A woman there was busy stocking and she had the music on.

Store 12227 in bellevue iowa associate Paige Mangler is very rude. Everytime i come in the store she is sitting in the front not doing anything. She is rude and i have also heard from multiple people she is rude to them and they wont go there anymore because of her.

Hi I have a complaint about your fAmily dollar store located on Norwood and Jessie. The manager Flynn and the store manager. She is female but I do not no her name. I entered the store and soon after was approached by the store manager and was told that me and my boyfriend had to leave and when I asked for the reason why I was told that she didn't really need a reason.

The only way I pay for ANYTHING at Family Dollar (Seneca&2nd,wichita KS) is by check. My acct doesn't allow for debit cards so Ive always paid by check. On the 26th I did just that but then on the 28th they wouldn't allow me! I'm furious!

Hi im sorry to complain in advanced. I been going to Family dollar on Columbia rd since it first opened. I’ve had several dogs in the past 6 years and walked inside with them never had any issues with it .

Items left on the store floor that is not sellable. It is so disheartening to make it to the register and be told you can’t buy something b/c it has been pennied out. If that’s the case it should no longer on the shelf but if it’s left the store should have to sell it to you.

On Jan 16th 2024 at family dollar at 5251jennings station Rd, Jennings MO 63136 Felicia Booker failed to have the store open at its proper time which is 8am. She also has failed to have the shelves of food stocked, or the freezers and refrigerators.

This is for the family dollar in Indiantown Florida. The manager that is there, his name is Jonathan. Not sure of his last name, but he is always drunk. He smells if alcohol, he stumbles a lot while he works.

The family dollar in Muleshoe Tx has not had a working heater for weeks. I have talked to the employees and they have stated that they have submitted several service tickets and they keep getting cancelled. This is unacceptable to shop in or work in.

I was browsing and talking to one of your CSR's and the SM had the ASM approach me to tell me if I wasn't buying anything that I needed to leave the store. The SM in colonial heights barely comes to work and constantly closes the store early if her employees don't show up instead of coming in herself.

I will be contacting legal representation because this isn't the first time she has discriminated against me at that store. Last year I wasn't allowed to be served for 2 weeks because I slept with her sis in law who also working there at the time.
