They told her it must have went to the East store . She proceeded to contact that store by phone and was told it was there . She ask when it was going to be delivered and was told she could either come and get it or it would be two hours before they would bring it. I drove 16 miles round trip to pick it up. When I walked in a young person was sitting on the counter where Pizza is made in the back . I ask and got the Pizza telling them I would not be purchasing anymore Pizza's from Dominoes. The two hour delivery was ridiculous . I do have a problem with someone sitting on a counter top where Pizza is made.
As a working mum, ordering a pizza at 8.14 in the evening and then, 45 mins later having to call to be told it would be an extra hour, its not acceptable. Nearly £ 22 pounds later, and with 2 kids to feed this is a joke. I don't mean to be rude or anything, but its one of those, when you really feel let down after having to tell the kids ( as they're falling asleep on the sofa!) that they cant eat just yet!! How am i supposed to keep two 4 year olds up, long enough to get dinner!!
walked into the store located in west frankfort Illinois and witnessed the manager, who i learned was named Brian Carter, screaming at the employees and calling them "retarded" and "fucking idiots" and just being an all around nasty person. i will definatley not be a returning customer.
States on the Online website that the Dominoes Located in Huntsville Texas Store Number 6632 Closes at 1230am on Sundays. I Called and they stated they have never closed at 1230 its always been 1200. I believe this is false advertisement and want something done. I would like to find out why i was denied the opportunity to order food during regular business hours. Store Manger that would not talk to me was Justin O'Mara.
My husband went inside to order a pizza and some wings and the lady named Courtney Prescott cursed at him started talking loudly among co workers about my husband and continuously cursing. No truly unacceptable I would like something asap!
The staff was not wearing gloves while preparing food. On March 28, 2015 at 9pm, I went to pick up my carryout order and i observed the staff walking around with dough on their natural hands, tossing it. Another employee was putting toppings on dough, and she too was not wearing gloves. I asked for the manager and was told that she had left for the day. I asked the same female employee "Why wasn't anyone wearing gloves?" She proceeds to tell me that , "They are not required to wear gloves"! I don't understand! I thought all food preparations required the use of gloves and hair nets! This is very NASTY and UNHEALTHY!
At 6:15 pm mountain time I went online and ordered a Hawaiian and stuffed bread sticks. This was the first time I have ever ordered on line so I was interested in the time line that came up on the website. I tracked the making and baking of my pizza, according to the time line my pizza left the store at 6:45, at 7:30 I called the store (#7501) (801-418-1100) and talked to the manager on shift. I asked where my pizza was, he informed me that the driver was also delivering another order at the same time as it was on the way to my house. I live less then 5 minutes away from the store. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait he could not tell me. When I asked about the fact that the website said my pizza would be there in 31 to 45 minutes from the time I ordered it, He told me that Corporate could not tell them what they could do in their store. When the pizza was finally delivered it was COLD and the driver had the nerve to ask why we were not tipping him. I do not think that I will ever order online with Domino's again
We have always since moving here ordered from your Peters creek location. We live 3.2 miles away. We were told we now live where no one delivers! We have not moved our home in the year we have lived here! And they said Corporate would FIRE them if they delivered after 5. On a SATURDAY Night at 6:00 and the sun is shining! What exactly is the problem? You should not advertise delivery if 3.2 miles is to far for your drivers on a sunny evening! VERY VERY dissatisfied person. My childcare center will never be on your order form again do believe me when I tell all my employees and friends about this! What a sad day when a delivery place stops delivering, are you planning on remodeling your parking lots for dine out?.

I became a new fan of Domino's pizza. Today is the 2nd time I have ordered from Domino's pizza. The first time I ordered pizza my wife and I were satisfied. However, today we were not quite satisfied. I ordered two large pizzas. One of them was thin crust. The server did not mention that we are able to get 3 toppings. With the thin crust pizza we ordered banana peppers and green olives. However, what we got was banana peppers and black olives. In addition to our surprise one slice of pizza was missing. The one thing I should have done was check the order if everything was ok. I am afraid that from now before leaving the store I will double check if no slices are missing or the correct toppings. Needless to say we were not happy. The store we ordered our pizza was in Marietta on Lower Roswell. The telephone number there is 770-641-7020. Order number 222933. Server 7028.
As I sat waiting for my order of 2 pizzas, I watched the young lady working the dough. She was using her bare hands and periodically would touch her hair, forehead, cap & even her nose as she worked. She also would go to other areas of the kitchen & touch various items, then go back to making the pizza crusts. there was a young man working with her, ??her supervisor??, & as they socialized he never once said anything to her about her actions. I think this method of working with food is unsanitary, she should be better instructed & supervised. This is a shame for your Co., esp as we enjoy your pizzas very much. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concern.
Delivery took 2 hours for our pizza. When we finally got it the pizza was cold. Asked for our money back because we didn't want the pizza anymore and we were promised the driver would return with it. Never heard from them again
Dominos pizza has been delivering to my area for years,an now all of the sudden they say they cant deliver to my area anymore. I have ordered from them on a frequent basis! I think it was wrong! They should have told me in advance of the change..i am very upset!! We are only 13 miles apart. Dominos pizza of tarboro nc, my location is pinetops nc. I would like you to tell them to start back the delivery to specific customers.
Rates -0. I ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago and it was so bad, the frozen pizza's in the store taste better. I telephoned Domino's in Dravosburg, PA and they said there was nothing they could. I asked for a different crust pizza or something, nothing. I'm requesting a refund for a different pizza. They can pull up my phone # to double check my order, which i also ordered wings that order and another wing order last week. I've always ordered from this domino's as it's at the end of my street and convenient. I also noticed for the past 2 weeks they have brown paper covering all their windows which makes it look like the store is closed. this is not welcoming and makes us wonder why the windows & door is all covered up.
I received a pizza on Mar.20 2015 that had a diabetic test strip in it. Have contacted store manager who misled me giving me wrong number to file complaint.By end conversation have no choice they say until Monday morning to get to the bottom of this.Meanwhile,been advised to seek medical testing for tetnis, hepatitis, aids,etc.This foreiegn object which could carry anything basically, has been in my mouth when I bit into pizza,how do I speak to a person of authoritynow, before going to the local news and or newspaper?
I placed a order on the night of March 1st, 2015 at 11:46pm. At first I called the store which is located on 1 Berlin Rd, Clementon, NJ, 08021 and asked them can I still order considering it was late and they would be closing in less then 15 minutes. The guy told me yes I could. I hung up and then ordered my pizza and breadsticks online. It said a guy named Nick was making and preparing my food. As they the website said they were making my food maybe a little after 12 a guy called me. Never stated his name and told me that he couldn't deliver to my apartment complex because of " security reasons" he then said he's going to void the order and my money will be back on my card in 2-3 days. It's now March 18th and still I haven't gotten my money back on my card. I made attempts to call the store and have gotten no answer and the one time I did call they said I would have to call back tomorrow when the general manager is in. I called that day and no one answered. I called several times throughout the day and still no answer. All I want is the money refunded and no one ever refunded it. Never made a compliant at a store till now. I love the dominos experience until this one. This deserve one star. It deserves none ! Very pissed off !
I ordered a pizza for delivery online.. Paid in advance. Waited an hour (delivery within 40 mins apparently). Tried to ring blackwood shop ringing no reply or engaged for 40 mins..when I got through was advised they were very busy and delivery waiting time was 2 and a half hours. Complained online got a ref no and now nothing. This happened on 14th Feb.
I am a long time customer, but was treated like a drive by for a special. I ordered the carryout large, 2 toppings for 7.99. I got to dominos and they had made 2 large with 1 topping each. I was given a choice, pay 7.99 for the 1 choice or wait there 20-30 minutes for a complete redo of my original order, 1 large with extra cheese and bacon. I simply paid the full amount for the extra cheese 1 topping. I felt treatment was like it was my first order and a gotcha. Never will I do business there. In fact, the 1 topping extra cheese did not have extra cheese.
We have just ordered 2 large 10 slice pizzas from dominos Oldham they sent us medium 2 8 slice pizzas so we phoned dominos Oldham I spoke to a young lady first that admitted that they had sent the wrong ones out then passed me over to the assistant manager (Chris) which was very rude to myself and saying that he checked the order and it was right I hope that dominos monitor the telephone call and record them Im not happy with the service that I got and think this Chris needs retraining or moving off customers service
I called a total of 7 times before getting an answer that was at 6:30 it is now 8:46 and I have still not receive my food.
I ordered a pizza at 8:11 pm on 2/24/15 to 4545 Detroit St. Beaumont, Tx 77703 and the Pregnant women and 2 year old child did not receive it until 9:44 pm . could you please explain Why? I was doing a kind gesture without informing the receiver but i am really upset she is 6 months pregnant and her baby is 2 that is unacceptable . you probably do not care but i do want you to know . It was the Dominoes on Lucas in Beaumont , Tx honestly about 6 blocks from delivery address . and i was a kind gesture i was doing or i would have dropped it off myself!
Tonight I tried to order a ham and pineapple pizza from your value pizza range, along with 3 others. We have a voucher that is valid until 8/3/15. Even the manager could not honor this code 506581. I find this appalling and false advertising. He tried to explain that you have the right to change at any time. This is disgusting practice and you have just lost a family of pizza lovers who have been buying dominoes for many years from the Kedron store in Brisbane. We live close to several other outlets who will honor their advertised prices. It is reprehensible that your company would stoop to such low level behavior. This very poor attitude negates all the good that we have experienced. Yes, the price is still only $5.95 - allowed under the extra value code, but it is the principal and belies belief that this would happen at all, let alone for a $1 difference.
I placed my order online, like i always do as i travel the southeast frequently, from store number 5250 in baton rouge LA and i ordered a pasta and bread sticks with extra sauces. my delivery time was to be 28-38 minutes. i placed my order at 7:18 order number 425537 i had to call them an hour later to see if something had gone wrong. After waiting through the ridiculously long recording a male answered the phone and when i asked him if they were running behind or if maybe my order had a problem his response was " ya.... i guess we are haha" then when my order did arrive it was cold and had no silverware - no sauces - so i called back in and got a lady this time. i was obviously upset and all she kept telling was the number you are calling from is no the number for any order we have.
finally she stated she would have someone bring me my stuff but if it takes another hour to get here it wont be worth it. I know these people only make about 8 dollars and hour but when i was working in the food industry as a young man i had pride in my work and respect for other and i also this little thing called common sense i guess that is just to much to ask for in this day and age. i would not recommend this store to anyone and suggest everyone else stay away from it. i am an avid lover of pizza and pasta but i will be getting it from somewhere else from now on...
Went to the winston churchill and argentia location. I placed an order for 2 med pan pizzas, went after 15 mins to see it it was ready, had to wait 45 min until they told me they made a mistake and gave me my money back. They didn't issue me a receipt, i had my daughter with me who got really cranky. This is really bad customer service, i wanted to talk to the manager but he wasn't there. We had to come home hungry. This location had all teens working there.
it's football Wild Card Weekend January 6 2013. I went to the local Domino's at 17 74 East Little Creek Rd. in Norfolk Virginia and ordered a large pizza with anchovies I asked them to make it a little chrisp for me. without looking in the box I took the pizza and drove to some friends house to share with others. when I got there and opened the box I found out that not only was it burnt but it was dripping with oil probably from the oil from the anchovies. I was very disappointed that whoever put it in the box didn't see that was burnt and gave it to me anyway. I really expect more of a better service than that. I wound up throwing to pizza in the garbage because it was just to burnt to enjoy.
I phoned an order to the Southport branch of Dominoes Pizza and, with a friend, went to pick up the pizza. When we got home, we noted that it was burned - or perhaps reheated. In any case, it was hard and toasty. I called to complain and got the manager on line, who was not very helpful.
She kept saying, over and over, that my name was not on their order sheet, despite the fact that when picking it up, I had provided my name, as I had done over the phone. Instead of checking with the workers there, she insisted that the order was not on her computer.
It looks like the computer age has overtaken common sense or actual real work checking.
I called Domino's pizza in Paris, Texas about 15 minutes before I got someone to answer. Then I tried to called back several times to add some cinnamon sticks to my order had to call several times again. At one point I got a recording that said they had more calls coming in than they could answer. When I went to pick my order up they didn't have all my order. They made me another pizza while I wait and my other pizza's got cold. The girl that waited on my was not very friendly keep telling me they didn't get my order wrong that I only ordered two pizzas but I ordered three pizzas. Then they tried to give the pizza they made me to another customer. The whole time I was in the store not a single employee was answering the phones. At one point one of the workers step around the wall to see who was calling, said she didn't want to miss he babies calling but she didn't answer the phone because it wasn't her babies calling. This has happened before when I have tried to call. They need to hire someone to answer phones.
I recently ordered dominos online and messed up the address so i had to call and change it.and there was a situation in the shop when I called so I respectfully understood and waited on the phone for 10 minutes, Then when the man picked up the phone I told him it was next door and the porch light was on. He answered by snapping back saying "well that's not important to me and won't be any help" note this was before they even left to bring the food, the man was very rude by snapping that at me.
As much as I love dominoes, I am getting appalled by the services on a regular basis. Around August last year, I was delivered a non vegetarian pizza even though i am a vegetarian. i had raised it to the customer service team on mail and spoke to various departmental heads, but all i was told is that you have been served a complimentary pizza! following that i was denied any home delivery and the store manager AVINASH the Goregaon, Gokuldham outlet spoke to me as if i was an outlander ever since.
as if it was not enough, in a religious country like India, where vegetarianism is seriously followed, there was no gratitude given to the fact that i was served a non vegetarian pizza that too in the month of shraavan. now anytime that me or any of my relatives call dominoes, they call me back after 30 mins and tell that we cannot process your order.
Post this, i went to the dominoes outlet in Lokhandwala andheri and to the worst of my horrors, was served a chicken pizza instead of a veg gourmet pizza. The store manager Prach Gawade kept saying that i am sorry and you will get your pizza for free. which does not really solve the purpose. the vegetarians that we are, we were appalled by the derogating services.
after a lot of pleading by them, when we gave them another chance, and she replaced the vegan gourmet pizza; we were astonished to found pieces of wood where there should have been olive toppings. when i showed the same to one of the staff, she said it was olive. one of my friends who accompanied me, had swallowed the same and was brutally sick that and Prachi and the assistant store manager still said its wood. it wasnât until i challenged them to bite and digest it that she said it was wood!!
I ask, is this how customers should be treated? in a brand name like dominos, can there be no trust? moving on, when I contacted mr Chandrakant who is the district supervisor or something; he said 'aapko free pizza mil gaya na.. aur kuch nahi milega.. aapko jo karna hai kar lo.' i am in anguish and I feel betrayed and disappointed. can you please look into this for me. I wish to take this further.
I ordered a pizza at Dwarka Delhi 110075 on 01/12/2011 vide order No. 336. Though the delivery of the pizza was on time but the contents were disgusting and meant to be thrown into the garbage or else could have been health hazardous. Certainly there was a huge time lag between the preparation and the delivery of the pizza. I am astonished, how this so called a leading food products company could deliver smeared eatables. Perhaps this might be the policy of the company to amalgamate abject items with the freshly prepared to fetch money.
I called dominos and ordered my pizza i got ione of my pizzas made correctly but the other pizza was missing a topping so i called back and they were rude answering the phones both times i told them it was wrong and they need to be more enthusiastic answering the phone and they were npt polite i told them i didnt want a credit i wanted a new pizza sent and made right . They sent the new pizza and i be darned it was made wrong again i gave up i didnt call back to have it remade a second time i just am making a complaint.
last night i ordered 3 medium pizzas. one bacon and 2 pepperoni.when i opened the 3 boxes the pizzas looked beat up. the cheese didnt look fresh, the pizzas looked like off brand frozen pizzas. the box under the pizzas were soaked in grease. then i tasted them. both types. they tasted like the old kind of cheap frozen pizzas u get in the stores. all of our stomaches felt bad.my breath tasted like well, bad. u figure that one out. i called them and they said that all theeir pizzas were like that.
the manager said that she didnt know what to say. ive been eating dominos for many years. it was good, then very bad. i went to another pizza place. then the owner got on t.v. and said that their pizza was improved and the boxes had their phone number and to let them know. the pizza became their best. it was great !!!! now the number is gone from the boxes. no more comericals about it and their pizza is the worst ive ever eaten from anywhere. the employees at that store seems to have changed and doesnt care. very rude employees and the manager has no clue what to do.
i hope they get back to great.they need someone who goes to these stores without any warning and taste the pizza as a regular customer. wait in line and all. thats the only way to know. good luck. i guess im going back to pizza hut.
I ordered you're Dominator combo on 4-12-13 and when we received it at first everything seemed fine til we started to break into the cinna stix the "icing" was upside down and we thought nothing of it until we saw that it was ranch that actually poured out. So I called the store to see if we could get this resolved by getting a new one with actual icing this time and instead I got handed to the store manager. So I explained again and she was just very rude about it saying that she would just credit me for the ranch. I had to reexplain to her and she just said the driver must of got them confused but she'll credit me an icing.
So I asked if she could just send a new one like I originally wanted and she angrily grunted and said fine it's going to be 45 min to an hour and asked for my address then hung up. No apologies or anything. I've already had several issues with this store from wrong toppings or a clump of hair on my pizza and each time nothings resolved. I can not order from this store for months but when I do it never fails that something happens which I can understand and hope to get it resolved but no, the associates and now seems the manager just have no respect for the customer.
I understand that in the 10 min of receiving my food they got busy but to honestly make me wait an hour for cinna stix with icing not ranch is to me even more horrible customer service. It shouldn't take that long to fix something that they messed up in the first place since I've already paid an have now waited more than an hour for these cinna stix. Please do something because this feels worse than when I got a clump of hair on my pizza and nobody wanted to discuss it with me, they kept hanging up on me.
I called the dominos pizza on pimlico in lexington ky to order pizza and the rep that answers the phone tony wants to lecture me telling me i have to give them a tip. I don't care if i work for the company or not. I'm not made of money to hand out tips. That was rude. And I'm never ordering from dominos again.
My neighbor and I ordered a bunch of pizzas and sides tonight and there were many mistakes. She ordered 2 mediums and got 2 large instead. We have kids and can not wait for new pizzas to be made. My pizzas, I ordered 2 pizzas one thin one hand tossed. My hand tossed came home and was thin and I ordered green olives on it and got green peppers. The pizzas were all doughy and you could tell because they were stuck to the box. We are not happy with the order and we live about 25 minutes from the store so didn't think of checking them and couldnt go back to get different ones.
Hi, I had visited one Domino's center yesterday night and ordered a pizza and coke. When I checked with the sales person regarding corporate discount as I'm working with Sapient they told me they don't have any corporate discounts. When I asked him to check the same with his supervisor, he gave me 15% discount on the Pizza. Today I visited the same Domino's center and ordered one pizza and coke, again faced the same trouble with corporate discount. First sales person told me that they don't have any corporate discount and when I told him yesterday only I got the corporate discount from the same center he offer me a 10% discount where as I'm entitled for 15%.
With this compalint I want you to make aware that your centers are cheating the customers who are not aware of the % of discounts you offer for your corporate customers. I really felt very bad with this incidence. Its really a very serios question on the credibility of domino's and its centers. Being a regular customer to Domino's I'm aware of the discounts and all and prefer Domino's over Pizza Hut but seeing such cheating happening with people on the discount part I prefer to keep distance from Domino's now onward and prefer Pizza Hut. They are not that good in services but they take the responsibility what they do and provide.

Even I was surprised with the conversation with the incharge of the center. When I told him I would register a complaint against such act you people do. He said no one takes such thing seriously and all complaints would routed to him only and no action would be taken on that complaints.
To whomever this may concern, I would like to make a complaint about your Shirley store in Southampton. I have had numerous problems with the store. I made an order tonight which after not turning up after an hour, I phoned the store to complain. They told me that they attempted to deliver the order to my house, that apparently they called my contact number (which they did not!) and that they knocked on my front door (again they did not). I spoke to the manager who issued me with a refund, but still I do not feel this is acceptable.
They did not apologise to me, which considering I work in a retail occupation is a standard aspect of the job. I have previous problems before. In my case I ordered many orders with mustard before, and each time my pizza came without mustard. Surely it is not that difficult to remember to put one topping on a pizza! I have even had an an occasion where a delivery driver has been an hour late because he could not find my address. I live in the town centre, and I have had many deliverys to this address.
On this instance my food turned up cold, which for a food establishment I feel is not acceptable! I am not the kind of person that ever makes complaints, but I feel in the instance it is more than called for. At the end of the day I pay money for a product, I can understand if mistakes are made once or twice, but the amount of negative experiences I have had with your store has gone beyond a joke. I hope you consider my complaints with the branch and take the appropriate action, because this behaviour is not acceptable.
Hello, my boyfriend and his whole family recently had domino's and his whole family got sick. The day after, he ate some pizza and like the rest, ended up with food poisoning. It has been a few days and they are still sick. Not too long ago I found flies under some toppings and when my dad went to complain they just said they could give us a new pizza and soda.
Obviously you guys need to enforce hygiene rules and make sure your cooks know what they are doing.
I made in order at 6:03 pm on March fifth I received it at 7 o'clock with the wrong soda I asked for Coca Cola I got orange I made to order on my phone Ruby Domino's app which means they were able to go back look at what type in and correct the order I also ordered 3 extra icings which I did not get my total came to be almost 36 dollars even with the Domino's app my order was still screwed up the app stated that my order was being delivered and clearly it took way longer than 40 minutes I feel if you order something online it should be done per your specifications I enjoy the pizza will order again well I have to call back to make sure my order is correct.
I ordered my pizza at 9:00 spoke to plenty employees and the manager he didn't even want to spell his name! The driver was very rude he called and wasn't even outside, he came minutes after 10:30 I find it ridiculous that this is my fourth time that they could not get it things right the manager hung up the phone on me claimed his name was M.D the store number is 3668! They honestly didn't handle this manner properly at all! My number is 678 770 3997 I am very upset and so are my children because manners did not get resolved! I love Domino's and so do my kids but, if the manager is accepting these poor acts it's really not fair to me as a customer the driver replied this lady was crazy and never seen me a day in his life please have these employees trained the right way very inappropriate and not responsible on the managers part!
I order a pizza at 5.15pm and waited in the shop and at 5.55pm I go to the front counter and ask where my pizza is. The girl looks in the hotbox part and grabs the pizza there Which was mine and it has been sitting there for about For 10-15 mins so I wasn't impressed at all. Also the pizza was just warm. Mean while I was waiting the staff was just standing and chatting away which I was not impressed As one of the was the one who cut it and put it in the box So my question is why didn't she call my name and Take the money. I do hope this does make sense. Also I hope the shop gets told to watch what is going on and be a good team if someone is busy on the phone taking orders there should Be someone to help out.

Prepaid for this order. On arrival at the store, my husband was told it was NOT paid for. I accessed my bank account and found that the money had been deducted. I called the store and requested to speak with the manager, but was told he was busy. The employee then told me that the order was paid for and I could return to get it. This meant a return trip (6 miles each way - total 24 miles). Hopefully on the return trip the staff will be gracious enough to be pleasant. I work in an area where customer service decides reimbursement, so let me say if this Domino's store was an example of services provided by my establishment. there would be NO reimbursement.
i have ordeted and had pizza delivered to my residence, for 8 yeard. They only come out about 100 yards short of my home. There is another way to my home that is within their delivery ratious. Tonight I ordered over $ 26 worth of good as i did last week!!!! I was called back and was informed they could not deliver my order we tried to explain to the employee that if you come in other way it is within their delivery radious, he then put on the night manager who was rude and wouldnt even listen to the fact that we order at least weekley! After being a customer of Dominos for 8 years and having delivery made to our home. We were informed that delivers could no longer be made to our residence due to it being out of the area. Our home is approximately 1/4 mile from the cutoff . After trying to explain that the other route to our home would put us in the delivery area the manager informed me that the district manager would not allow it . Being in the restaurant business myself I hope that any employee I have would be a little easier to deal with or more understanding to the needs of our customers .

I placed my order over the phone, the lady said it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I get to pick up my order the store the first thing I see is a employee standing in front of the store smoking a cigarette. talking on his phone in some foreign language, then he comes in the store and starts bossing people around and yelling in a foreign language to some and the girl behind the counter says it will be 10 more minutes we have to make one of my pizza's because they only made 3 of the pizza's or my 4 pie order. so I was not very happy with the waiting and in the 10 minutes I waited the man did nothing but talk on his phone.
Pizza was in prices stacked on top of one another. I put the pieces back together to form a pie and was actually missing a piece. Call and talked to manager who flat out said she didn't believe me and that her driver would not have eaten a piece of the pizza? I would certainly hope not. She offered to remake and deliver another pizza but I do would prefer not to eat anything they made me after our conversation. Manager was very rude! Hi , myself Harshal Joshi from India, I have ordered 1 cheese burst pizza for our guest from thier chinar park out let through online order, later on my wife noticed it that pizza was not a cheese burst but a simple one, we could not make it out since kids at home had it.. We had immediately called their outlet to lodge a complaint but no one had picked up a call. We are really upset that after paying a full price for Cheese burst , we got a normal pizza. We did not expect this type of service from them.
Davenport Iowa dominos general manager was just arrested Thursday charged with 2 felonies one of which was identity theft. So how long has people in davenport been giving this guy their credit card and other info so he can steal their identity? He is also being deported so dominos supports employing illegal aliens? In the past 5 years he has employed at least 2 convicted child molesters. So customers should have been made awhere that the person delivering their food to maybe their children or around their children is a convicted child molester. We ordered 2 large pizza’s from your store #4931 on 2/23/2014. They arrived burnt. I called to complain and request a credit back to my credit card. The manager on duty said that they could not credit my card back, that they could only give me a credit for another pizza,and that I should call the next day. When I called the next day the manager ( Allen) was not in. The manager on duty said he would give Allen the mesage and that he would get back to me. I have not heard from anyone. I have just gotten my credit card statement and I did not get any credit I would appreciate your looking into this situation and credit my account back for the 2 pizza’s. I don’t think that Ishould have to pay for such awlfull pizza. I also think that you should look into the fact that these pizza’s should have gone out the way they did. What happened to quality control?
We have ordered several times from Dominoes at 1230 Rose St, #a, Elgin, SC. All orders were delivery and all were terribly slow, but the last one took over 1 and1/2 hours to get to us. Guess what? By then it was so cold it was ridiculous. If that’s the way you operate your business we can just switch pizza stores. Maybe you should look into the management?
When I first moved to Leeds, Al, I wasn’t disappointed that there were very limited pizza delivery options because I have always been a Dominos customer. After a trip to San Francisco I learned that I could re-create the best pizza I had ever had through Your build-a-pizza option. Time before last that I ordered, my pizza arrived completely smashed up and when calling the location, they informed me that it wasn’t their fault. If it’s the driver’s fault, then it’s their fault because he represents your company.
Almost 2 hours later, I received a replacement pizza from a driver with a bad attitude. The last time I called to order, I was at work one block away from my house and I was placing two separate orders. One to be delivered to my home for my daughter and her sitter and one to be delivered to my place of employment. I was going to be paying for both purchases. After confirming my order and hanging up, I immediately received a call back to tell me that the they told them not to complete the order because “they were too busy to do two deliveries.”
Needless to say, I didn’t have good come from Dominos that night. Then, today, I ordered online. 45 minutes later, my order arrived and it was wrong. So I called. The guy informed me that I hadn’t placed my order right and they fixed it exactly as they had received it. I had the confirmation though stating what I had ordered and his response was “well, what do you want me to do about it?” ….. “Um, I want you to fix it.” Very disappointed and at the point of writing off your company altogether if this is the service I will continue to receiver. Your local offices are the representatives of your company and if they won’t take pride in their job, then who will?
We ordered by phone at 5:10 pm today, was told it would be about 35 minutes, the Dominos app showed order delivered, it was now 6:15 pm so we called the store again and they asked what our address was AGAIN, this was after we had given it to the guy that placed our order 3 times, while on the phone they said the driver just walked back in with our order, so at 7:25 pm we finally received our order, we have Pizza Hut, Marcos Pizza and others close to us, if no satisfactory response this will be the last order ever from dominos
On June 18 @ 10:28pm I placed an order by phone for a medium pepperoni pizza I was told that it would be 40-50 minutes(this was acceptable) after 65 minutes had passed I called to see if the order had gone out.I was told that I would have to come in and pick up my order because the number the driver had was wrong and when he called he didn’t get an answer so my question was “Who gave him the number” you had to have given him the number from the Caller ID, the same number that I’m calling you from now, because you didn’t ask me for my number… so why should I have to come in and pick up my order when the “mistake” is clearly not mine. She responded I don’t know but my manager said you would have to come in and pick it up, I replied I ordered it delivery for a reason so you can cancel that order…she said yeah right I don’t know what that meant but it was very bad customer service the whole experience especially for a loyal customer
Grace dominos 11:04 Friday night 24-72 hours refund I spoke with who said they were the manager and complained after an hour of waiting for my delivery I received a text it was on the way a little over and hour later it came the driver told me he had 5 delivery’s before mine and he was sure my food was still hot at this point didn’t even want the food! My kids were fed something else and in bed I spoke to that person was told she was sorry and had my receipt in her back pocket and she would give me a full refund it was never refunded to me but I got an email about a free pizza went to use it tonight and didn’t get it free I’m very upset and this is the reason I stopped ordering from here when it’s my kids favorite place to get pizza and if something is not done I promised my kids I’ll never order again from domino’s and will let everyone I know how bad of service I received that night after it was a reward for my kids and I had to let them down!!!
Domino's has a buy 2 (or more) items for $5.99 deal. If you want a specialty pizza, it's $3.00 more. When I add $8.99 and $8.99, I get $17.98. Tried it on three different calculators just to make sure. Came out $17.98 every time. But when I ordered on their website, using that coupon/deal, the charge for the two pizzas was $19.98. I had committed (to family) to buy the pizzas, so I went ahead with the order, but I'm definitely going to let everyone I know hear about it.
I have included a screenshot which shows both the price advertised and the price charged on the same page. So who is getting the extra dollar per pizza? Their web designer? The CEO? This is the kind of thing that companies end up paying out big for in class action suits. I don't have the time or energy to file one, but some lawyer with nothing better to do could probably make a bundle. If you know one let him/her know about this.

Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had ordering from a Domino's. I placed my online order and was called a minute later by an employee who asked, " Do you still want to order because the estimated delivery time is going to be over two hours and not 25 minutes as the app had estimated." I spoke to the manager Marlen who reiterated the same information as the employee. I told her this was completely unacceptable, but I was willing to pick up my order since I'm 5 minutes away. I told her I wanted my delivery tip refunded, which she could've adjusted, but no, she decided to void the entire transaction, and she also tried to charge me again when I showed up to pick up my order. I told her to show me proof that she voided the entire transaction, and that was absurd; she was trying to charge me twice; she pointed at a screen that was too far for me to see from my vehicle. She should have had a receipt ready that said Transaction Voided; I told her I obviously could not see the screen she was pointing to from where I was since I was sitting in my vehicle at the pick-up window. However, I also told her I would take her word for it– but I was still submitting a complaint to Domino's. Upon hearing that, Marlen then unprofessionally handed my husband our debit card back, then said, and I quote, "I'm NOT DEALING WITH THIS!" She then RUDELY handed the pizza boxes to my husband and slammed the pick-up window shut; like a child! So rude and unprofessional for a MANAGER.
I expect not to pay for this awful experience, and I hope the manager, Marlen, gets reprimanded for her disdainful and unprofessional behavior towards a paying and highly unsatisfied customer. She could have offered me a gift card because I asked for the delivery tip I added to my online order to be refunded. She could've shown me on PAPER that she voided the transaction. There are a million ways she could've handled this better, but at the end of the day, she decided to be rude, unprofessional, and I don't think Dominos should have someone like her representing their franchise. If you're going to keep her, I suggest you invest in training her on handling customer complaints efficiently and effectively. I expect to hear from the franchise owner. This was bullshit.
At 3: 05 PM I order a pizza for delivery, order #969289, as always I tracked the process thru the app tracker. At 3: 40 PM the tracker showed that the order was complete and delivered and that wasn’t the case. I called the store 4 times and 4 times I was put on hold with no “please hold” or with any customer service respect. Finally at 4:00PM I was able to speak to woman and I explained that I didn’t received my order and that the track system was showing as delivered. This RUDE woman told me that they had only one driver and hang up on me. Driver deliver my order at 4:06 PM... it took 21 min for the como mete delivery message to the actual deliver.

This dominos on hwy 9 longs , s c we ordered a pizza about 5 days ago and when we opened the. Delivery driver left pizza on the step Didn’t ring the doorbell or call us. Left pizza on step for 15 minutes which resulted in ants in our pizza. We also have video evidence that this happened because we have a camera that points at our front door

I have never had any issues I’ve always had really good customer service with everybody until last night. Wow! I can’t believe the service tonight. We ordered a pizza for delivery and watched the delivery person leave our neighborhood without delivering it. Someone had called but we didn’t recognize the number so we didn’t answer. I called the store and when I asked where the pizza was she insisted that it wasn’t out for delivery and it was there with her. I said it was noted as delivered on the app but she just kept insisting that it was there. I asked if it was out for delivery and returned to the store she only would say that it was still there. I asked if it had been out for delivery and returned to the store was it going to deliver cold? She only said that it was under the warmer and it would be fine. She said it was going out with the driver on her next trip.
When the driver showed up she went to the wrong address. This is normal so no issues there; however, she confirmed that she’d been out earlier and went to the wrong address. So the person who answered the phone danced around my questions and lied. After I paid for the pizza - yes, paid for it - I took it inside and it didn’t travel well. It was all over the box (lots of miles on it!) I called back dominos and got the same person. I told her it was unacceptable and she proceeded to ask me what was on the pizza because she couldn’t pull it up!?!? I told her that the driver confirmed she had tried to deliver it earlier. She didn’t acknowledge any of my feedback and I expressed my frustration with that. She insisted she was addressing my frustrations but she was only listening at best. There was no concern that she lied to me. She did make a large instead of a medium but not until after she asked what size we ordered...because she couldn’t pull up the order. As I listed off the ingredients she got frustrated with herself and started to cuss on the phone. After all that the second pizza arrived an hour and a half after the original order was placed and it came without the chicken.

Dominos pizza in Greenwood Miss. has the rudest employees you has ever seen.They speak to the customers so rudely. They don’t give you chance to tell exactly what you want, will put you on hold and never return to the phone.
I hav ordered online from Dominos/Ridgeway Va, and 5+ times they have fouled the order up, and the same way. I order a meatza pizza and add a few more add ones. When the order is brought, it is delivered with only the add ones. I have talked to mgmt about this, and they always promise to do better next time, and make the same mistake again, as I wait on the replacement pizza as I write this. 4 times I had company, very embarrassing. Now that DoorDash is here, I will think twice before ordering through this location. Perhaps retraining is in order, from mgmt down.

On Wed July 10, on or around 6:30pm I made an order for 8 chicken wings a chicken ceaser salad and a liter of orange soda. I was told it would be 45 minutes. I was waiting for the order for a long time and finally called to find out what happened to the order. I was told he came by and left with order because no one was there. I was in my back yard studying. They said it was canceled. I asked could you please redeliver Im starving and I was crying and he said no we will not redeliver very rudely and hung up. Initally, When I called -- the order taker from Dominos said or you calling from 732 618 3009 at 93 William street -- I said yes. If they had the phone number in the beginning why didnt' they just call back number to at least let me know they were here. - so I was left starving and crying in front of my family because I was starving to death. I am diabetic and needed to eat. I had to call Fredericos Pizza and cry on the phone with them telling them how hungry I was and that Domions refused to redeliver my order. Frederico said no worries. I gave them my number and they called me as they were entering my street address and I order the chicken wings and salad from Fredericos. I thought that was very cruel for Dominos employees to do that to me. I would have tipped them for their services--- but I was left dying of hunger due to this incident. So cruel that it had me crying on the phone to Federicos. Sad. I was paying by cash -- what would have happened if I paid by credit card. This is poor service. When somebody is waiting that long in the first place -- they could have easily made a phone call. My address orders from Domions all the time because I have kids that lover Dominos we ever go to pick up the Managers 5 topping pizza for 9.99. Your employees need to address what excellent service is all about. This was truly sad/
I have previously complained about Pizzas from Dominnos and you reinstated my curiosity to try again. But I am back to the same page again. With all your advertising and promise to get the pizza looking like it should is one thing, but the taste is another.
Unfortunately, I had ordered a pizza from the Meadow springs the Pizza Supreme, looked lovely, very salty. But my main gripe is they have used tomato paste, not tomato sauce. There is a huge difference, but do the staff know that there is a massive difference with the paste verses the sauce. I think they need to be educated.
It was overpowering and completely spoiled the pizza flavour. I ended up throwing it out. Disappointed.
However, on a positive note the staff are very friendly and eager to please. Please can you train your pizza makers and make it clear about the difference.

I ATTEMPTED 2 PHONE CALLS WITH 10+ minute WAIT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. never spoke to a manager or got my dressing/icing or a reason for over an hour wait for my order when the store is literally less than 5 minutes away!!
I have been trying to resolve a double charge for products I ordered at your location 5051 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, Ca on June 5 2019 without success. I have tried at least 20 times to contact the supervisor (Jared) by either phone or store visits. The total overcharge is $16.29 because I was charged twice for the same order. As I walk into dominos in Geneva, ny I notice a girl making pizza. They have a pizza observe glass to watch them make the food. As I am standing there the lady making the pizza starts itching her arm and goes on to make the pizza. As I am leaving I ask one of the delivery drivers who is the manager at this location and he explains to me that it is the lady making the pizzas!!! Rating them one star is one to many. Around 7:30 pm, on Thursday evening, June 27, ordered a medium with extra cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, pepperoni. Pizza arrived approximately 2 hours (9:30) after initial order placed via website. When I called to inquire as to status of pizza, was put on hold over 7 minutes, someone picked up phone and asked me to hold, who knew I would be on hold for so long!! When pizza arrived it was so cold I really didn't want it. The store could have, at the least, put it in fresh box.I don't believe that I will ever order another one.
I did not even think to take picture of cold pizza. Who would want to see a cold pizza with shriveled up toppings.
I called and ordered some pizzas for a delivery and the young kid on the phone took my order and address and told me it would be half an hour. After an hour I called and they said they don’t deliver to my area and they had no record of my order. Fucking pissed off considering we have had deliveries from Dominoes before.
I ordered a 12" pizza with extra cheese and extra sausage and normal mushrooms.....was good pizza EXCEPT: there was hardly any sausage on it and the cheese looked no different than other regular orders I have made before....not a good thing when there are only 2-3 pieces of sausage on one slice of pizza...sucks!!!
When I got my pizzas they were over cooked could not eat them! They were super hard. Also they forgot my cookie
So you get an add on TV saying you now have this amazing scanner that makes sure each pizza is made ‘perfectly’. Please explain this sad excuse of a ‘Godfather’ that we got the other night. Also your garlic bread is getting way too small. I used to be a baker and my long rolls (aka hotdog bun) are bigger then your garlic bread. Please up your game.
First my cheesey bread didn't have hardy any cheese in it .then my cinnamon . twistt barely had cinnamon on it.en my cinnamon this isn't the first time i have had it happen. why is this happening? please tell me why this happening?
Be careful when ordering here. Last night I ordered a lg 2 topping and a lg 3 topping for pick up - $17.94 tonight ordered the same 2 pizza's and added an order of boneless wings for pick up...she says $34.64. WAIT WHAT? How much are the wings? She says $6.99... so ok please tell me how you came to that total? She says you don't get the deal unless you ask for it. $12 less bc I questioned her. SHADY DOMINOS That's it I'm done with them, AND the pizza barely had ANY toppings on it.
I would have never questioned the price had I not just ordered the same pizza the night before. I wonder if it’s common practice for this store to steal from customers.
Poor quality pizzas and service and misleading advertising. My family and I will never buy your food again
We always get the 2 for 5.99 medium two topping. Husband goes into store to buy the same deal and gets hit with a $74.00 bill. Stores says they are discouraged from telling customers that in order to get the 2 topping 2 medium for 5.99 they need to go on line to order. Extremely disappointed. I guess this is how much they care about their customers.
HI, I ORDERED A PAN PIZZA FROM A MYRTLE BEACH LOCATION TODAY WITH PEP,ONIONS AND BAN.PEPPERS ON LINE. I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION SO MANY TIMES FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS OR SO AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED. TODAY WHEN I GOT HOME WITH MY PIZZA,I WAS NOT PLEASED. IT SEEMS THAT WHILE THEY WERE MAKING IT, THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT TO PUT MARINARA SAUCE ON IT. ALTHOUGH I WAS ABLE TO EAT 2 SLICES, MY WIFE ON THE OTHER HAND THOUGHT IT WAS NOT UP TO HER SATISFACTION. I DID NOT CONTACT THE STORE BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE CREATING WAVES. I DO BELIEVE THAT THERE SHOULD BE SOME KIND OF DOUBLE CHECKING GOING ON IN THIS STORE TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS MISTAKE DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. I ordered a pizza last night 06-07-19 at 10:48 and was told that I would be about a 2 hours before it would be delivered. My account was charged and I NEVER RECEIVED My PIZZA. I would like a refund. This is bad business. Please just refund my money!!!!
We order Dominos every Friday night. It has always been hot and the order was right on. Tonight the pizza and bits were barely warm. The pizza was dry and did not have the double pepperoni or double cheese that I ordered. I was really disappointed. If you look at my orders you can see we have a pretty consistent history of ordering from you. Hope this doesn’t continue or I will go back to Papa John’s and Pizza Hut.
I ordered pizza and sandwiches at location 7500 Stacy RD in McKinney TX. I placed the order about 3 hours in advance for a 3:15 pickup. When I arrived the SO CALLED tracker showed my complete order is ready NOW. That was not the case the lady making the pizza said give me 5 minutes Im fixing to put in oven now. I will never use Dominoe's ever again....What's the point of making an order for a future pickup time just to go in and be told it is not ready....NEVER AGAIN.
You lost a very regular customer.
I had two medium pizza also a cookie. Pizza was nasty, cold, burnt. Also my cookie was nasty hard as a rock
Went in to the Rifle CO. new location after golf on a Thursday night.Without thinking I ordered a medium two topping pizza. Was charged sixteen dollars, I never paid that much ever. Was it worth sixteen dollars? Because they moved and had no price board up I was thinking that was the new price but knew I would not be back and told my friends to look out for the new pricing even if the TV says low prices. Do I need to go back to my car and call in. Is that what I should of did. It was my fault for not asking the price first, but who knew it would be sixteen dollars.

I have been extremely disappointed and turned off by the staff and management at the New Lambton store.
I needed to order pizza for approximately 60 people for sat 1/6. I went in earlier in the week to give them notice and get some information on the pizzas, prices and nutritional information. There was only 1 staff in store and she had no idea how to help me. Another another staff member came flying through the front door, and proceeded to pickup pizza dough and mould and kneed it without following any hygiene procedures at all. This staff member that did this turned out the be the store manager, who finally came to the counter and knew a little more about ordering for a large group than the initial staff member.
I had several vegans and vegetarians to cater for and FINALLY when the delivery driver came in, he suggested they give me the nutritional brochure from under the counter.
I went back again a few days later and received pricing. I ended up sending my husband to pick the order up on the night, as there was a delivery fee for each and every pizza even though they were all being delivered at once.
On Wednesday evening I was driving past dominoes (as we live nearby) and witnessed a dominoes delivery driver on a motor bike give a Ute behind him the rude finger very aggressively.
I should have gone to a different store for my order at that point, but as it is the closest store and my husband had to do the pickup on sat night, I went ahead with my order anyway.
I dropped in and did the order the day before face to face, and asked if the pizzas could be marked with meat, vego and vegan options on them. When the 24 pizzas arrived absolutely nothing was marked (not even ticked) and my husband had been told we should know the difference and that they didn’t have time to mark them!!! Upon opening every single one, we THOUGHT we knew which ones had the vegan cheese option.
Today I called in to the store to speak to the manager about all these issues but was met with lots of excuses and told they didn’t need to wash hands necessarily when dealing with the pizza dough.
If it was my business I would want to know what is going on there, and maybe provide more training and rules.
