MY ORDER # 29970779 - I JUST GOT MY ORDER AFTER ALMOST A MONTH. SHOES ARE HORRIBLE AND SOOO CHEAPLOOKING. I COULD HAVE THEM FOR A $1.00 AT A GARASE SALE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!!!! NO EXCUSES NO QUESTIONS. NO DELAYS! I WANT TO RETURN YOUR GARBAGE NOW AND HAVE MY MONEY BACK! THAT'S IT!

I ordered two sink faucets # 04910525 which arrived this morning. No drains for the faucets were included, contrary to item description and specifications. I spent my entire morning trying to convey this information to your "so to speak" customer service to no avail. If this transaction had been dealt with adequately, I would have ordered a more expensive set of faucets, but I am terribly discouraged by this terrible experience!

I bought a cell phone + LED lights for $ 128.16 from LITB on 5th March 2018. It was advertised on the site 24 hrs processing and 7=8 days for delivery.

It took 8 days to process and ship on 13th March 2018 to ship as per LITB.

Both were lies and fraudulent activities. DHL told me on Lightinthebox made shipping info but never shipped items but kept the money.

Today is 29th March no parcel delivered.

I received my order for three pairs of dance shoes and was charged £23 by DHL. I will think before shopping with Light again.

If you order with this company, especially a big order you may not received anything because they use Intelcom to cover themselves. I have had a few bad experiences with LightInTheBox so far.

I ordered from lightinthebox items worth 237 euro. Over 75 euro is supposed to be free delivery, but I received a message from DHL to pay 95.74 euro for delivery. Now what I want is my money back, this is robbery and will make complaints over complaints everywhere. Do not believe this scam.

I need to complain about LightInTheBox. I did not receive my order and can not find anywhere how to make contact with them. Has anyone been able to find a phone number or email address for the customer service department?

Light in the box company is a joke! I went to the website to try to contact customer service, and the only page was a website with steps detailing a login form to sign-in and complain. Well, what if I want to call their hotline, what if I want to email them? No corporate info listed and that leads me to believe they have something to hide.

I purchased an item paid for with my paypal account at LightInTheBox.com. The invoice order is 15387063 and my ticket number is 11196300. I even have my purchase number 1511051915387063. Ordered on November 8. My last response from them stated I was all taken care of. This was after I was told they were having trouble with their supplier filling my order. Now they are saying I have been taken care of. Have I been cheated? I tried to erase the satisfaction star at the top to give them 0 stars. The LightInTheBox.com customer service I have received is terrible!
