I’m writing because I’ve contacted Comcast customer Service 3 times on the phone and 2 times online, with no resolution.

Here is what happened...

It had been a while since I have had KFC chicken. So, on January 1, 2015 I decided to treat myself to KFC meal.  I drove to my local KFC restaurant.
