I am greatly disappointed in the recent T-Mobile Black Friday Weekend "Deal." I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 6 years, plus a previous T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. On 11/23/16 I intentionally contacted your customer service department to specify the details of the Black Friday deal. I verified which phones were eligible and the cost associated with the phones on my current T-Mobile Simple Choice plan to upgrade to a iPhone 7plus and Samsung Galaxy S7. I also verified if my plan qualified for the deal. 

If you are upset at Burger King and need to contact the head office, the best phone number to call is their New York offices at 1-212-893-6727. This is the phone number of 3G Capital, the private equity firm that purchased Burger King for $4 billion in 2010.

The problem with trying to get ahold of BK corporate is that the official Burger King website does not provide much information online. It is very confusing and they try their best not to allow you to contact them direclty. Instead, you are forced through a series of automated support forms.

If you have a medical emergency call 911 or visit your local hospital. Do not attempt to call CVS.

My child needs a controlled substance prescribed by his doctor but I have run into frustrating problems with the CVS pharmacies in the Baltimore area.  The employees at the stores I encountered were surprisingly kind but all their answers were the same. Can't fill come back when the pharmacy manger is there. I spent and hour and a half driving around yesterday to find a pharmacy that could fill my prescription.

Walgreens refused to fill my perscription. Here is how I fought them (using the DEA and several doctors) and won.

TLDR; I moved from Kansas to California and have been taking pain meds for 18 years. Walgreens in California refused to fill out of state perscriptions, then later refused to fill more than one drug at a time. I fought them using the DEA and the CEO of Walgreens, and eventually they allowed me to act legally and get my pain medicine for my chronic back pain.

In what has gone from bad to worse for Samsung the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) this weekend announced a ban on all Samsung Galaxy Note 7's in airports across the United States. This comes obviously in response to the devices catches on fire spontaneously.

It does not matter whether you pack your Samsung Galaxy phone in a carry on or checked bag, it will be confiscated by the government before you fly. 

I guess this customer service motto does not apply to the online Walmart Pharmacy. Read what is on the website...

"Walmart is committed to providing you superior customer service and a pleasant shopping experience".

I would like to know why it appears to be so hard for this Walmart to have my prescription refills in stock each and every month since I've been picking it up there for a few years now. These are drugs that I depend on, yet I see more and more customer complaints posted online.

Customer service gets a bad wrap these days. And for good reason. Most companies continue to outsource support, putting themselves further away from their most loyal customers.

But not all businesses have horrible service. Some even put it first. For these organizations the rewards are plentiful. More revenue, happy employees, and less cancellations.

I switched to Verizon and was told I will get everything I needed same day of installation. I had to call customer service and the billing department 4-6 times saying it was not working every time speaking to someone new who could not did not help. So within hours I called and cancelled the service. I was told I will not be charged since service was turned off in hours after installation so  just return merchandise in box they will be mailing to me.

I have an issue with a local Shell station that I need to report to corporate. And so eventually I asked myself, "How can I contact Shell corporate with a complaint?"

The best way is by calling Shell Oil Company directly at one of two phone numbers. Call 888-GO-SHELL (or 888-467-4355 toll free) with feedback about a local station.

I have had reports from several members of our website that their Yahoo! email login page is not working. Now, technology problems online are nothing new. Many people report issues with AT&T, Verizon, Hotmail, and Google each day.

But when members complain constantly about not being able to get on to an email website, I think it's time to pay attention to them, right?

I looked into this today by trying to get an email account of my own.
