I am a Wal-Mart customer, I buy beer and cigarettes there this the first time they said I couldn't buy any beer because my passport is a Mexican passport. So what is the problem, I have used my passport as an ID before and they accepted it, but today they didn't accept it. From the Wal-Mart in Fayetteville TN 37334.

The Walmart in Yukon, Oklahoma on Garth Brooks Blvd. Has got to have the rudest employees and worst customer service of any establishment I have ever spent my hard earned money in. Yesterday evening, I got to the Deli counter at about ten till eight and was informed by a man behind the counter that they were closing. I asked what time they normally closed and he said "we don't close till eight but since there are only two of us back here, we are closing at seven". I might note that there were three other customers besides myself being turned away at this time. One lady went and talked with the Manager and he was equally rude and also refused service.
Besides this fiasco, I was also bumped in to by an employee, nearly run over by two guys coming out of some double doors with huge dollies just as I was walking past , I might ad at this point that I am a great grandmother that would have been severely injured if I had not been able to get out of their way in time because they didn't even pause to look before they bursted through the doors, nor did they slow down to apologize when they saw they nearly hit me, another customer saw what happened and asked me if I was ok.
I have spent an average of $100.00 a week at this walmart every since I have lived in Yukon, but I guarantee you, they have my last dime I will ever spend there and everybody in Yukon will know how they are treating people before I am finished with this champagne.

How can WalMart get away with advertising that they meet and honor all competitors prices and coupons, however when a customer goes into WalMart and tries to use a manufacturer's coupon, WalMart refuses to honor it. It is ridiculous that just because WalMart is a huge conglamorate they seem to be able to make rules as they go. This happened again to me today, when I asked to speak to a manager, one was not on duty. I do not believe that, how convienent!!!

We had walmarts striaght talk plan. I cancelled our phones on september 14, 2012. Was told that September 15 the phones would be cut off. Got a bill on October for $17.11. Called to verify that was all i owed and was told it was right end of story. Never mentioned anything about any promotion. Now i get a bill for 75 dollars on nov. 23 that's due dec.03 . Called to find out what was up and was told the 17.11 was a promotion and that i still owe 75. What? I was never told any of that. Why then did my bill say 17.11 with nothing about any promotions. Then they go on to say we received credits for i don't know what. I have no idea what they are talking about. They in no way wanted to here what i was telling them except for the fact that I owe them money. Now I'm supposed to pay for phones that haven't been used since september 14. I think this a total rip off and everyone needs to be aware of what they are doing.

i have used your pharmacy in clinton, warsaw, and now versailles mo. get text that prescription is ready.have someone drive miles to get there and nothing ready.i recently had a heart attack and was life flighted to hospital. iNEED my meds but your staff is rude and does not care.your customer service is a JOKE.i will find a pharmacy that cares.

I have to get this off my chest. We were at the airport in Highfill last night to welcome home a Hero from Afghanistan on R&R. A coincidence of overbooked flights and American Airline screw upâs led our lives to intersect. It began by American Airlines in Dallas sending Him to the wrong gate, causing Him to miss His flight. There were still two more flights to XNA, so we were not overly concerned, simply an inconvenience for Him and His wife. However we did not know that both flights were overbooked. They asked for volunteers: Anyone willing to take a later flight would receive a $500 flight voucher.
Then came the announcement there was, the airline representative said, a soldier on His way home from Afghanistan, and He needed a seat on the flight. It wasnât a hard decision for two passengers, they volunteered. But as the flight was overbooked by 3, two un-Americans jumped in front of this Hero, who had been traveling for two days, and took His seat. The USO and airline representative repeatedly called for assistance for this soldier. No one else stepped forward. The calls for volunteers may have lasted only 20 or 30 minutes, but it seemed hours.
It was almost unbearable as we stood with His Wife waiting for Him, now delayed for over four hours, to see if someone would step up on the next flight and do the right thing. I had to walk away as more than 100 passengers refused to help. Then it did become unbearable when, in a voice laced with desperation and tears, the airline representative and USO personnel pleaded, âThis young man risked His life for our country, and canât any of you give your seat so He can get home to His family?â Those words hung in the air, and made me feel physically sick. At the same time it made me tremendously enraged.
I could not believe that fellow Americans were so disgusting. Finally this Hero was put on the very last flight, and arrived around 11:30pm. I had trouble sleeping last night; I could not get out of my mind the image of the solider or the voiceâs pleading for them. Or the pathetic, repulsive, stomach-turning, group of passengers on that plane who, in my humble opinion, their names should be published so everyone knows what they did. What tops it all off, this soldier personally knew four of the passengers who worked for wal-mart, and refused to help (they should be fired) and wal-mart should be ashamed. They profess to be supporters of our Military? Give me a break.
Wal-mart is "supposed" to be supporting out soldiers but this shows that their employees, upper mangement at that do not!

I was in your Listowel #1160 store a couple days ago shopping i had bought 8 in total tops this winter and 4 of the 8 within 2 washing had pinprick holes all over them and they balled also.I pointed this out to one of your associates and she said i should inform the head of ladies wear of this ,so i agreed to.I was not looking for replacements i just wanted them to have a heads up on this problem with this certain item. But the head of the ladies wear Christine wasn't interested ,she basically told me this happens , too bad deal with it u get what u pay for .Needless to say i was a little stunned along with the associate that asked me to tell her about this .To me this was poor customer service and customer relations .I have shopped Walmart stores before but this new store in a small community is not a store i wo0uld recommend.

I needed to run in the Kimball Walmart tonight around 9:30p.m to get a few items. When I went to check out there were 2 registers and 2 self checkouts open and a line in each one. I stood in line for the self checkout and the manager or whoever she was decided to close all the self checkouts and open up another register. So we went to the other register and stood in line while they attempted to checkout a couple but apparently the register went down. We stood and stood and stood waiting for someone to open up another register! There were at least 10 people in each line and no one appeared to be very concerned. When you have people waiting to purchase your products you need to have someone ready to take there money.

The Big Spring Texas WalMart charges more for everything than other WalMarts and is always out of products. They told us they sold all the distilled water to the local Prison because they could make more money. They could order more for the prison and still have enough for the public. The are always out of products and the frozen food section is a disgrace. They just stack in the frozen food and you can't see the front of the product. It makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience and they are always short of cashiers.

After standing in line for over one hour it is now my turn then I find out that the Walmart Nikon black friday cameras that are on sale they only have 2 in stock. I was livid this is the most stupid thing that a store can do to a consumer ready to spend cash not a credit card purchase. The store was in Gonzales, Louisiana and it will be a long time before I spend my money there again, Walmart black friday is a huge scam and I won't stand in line like this ever again.

Was at Walmart in Nebraska City, Nebraska. Tried to purchase alchohol. Had my 25-year-old daughter with me. They would not sell me the alcohol because she did not have her id. This was ridiculous since it was obvious we were two grown women. I understand this is a Walmart policy. After visiting with the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission and revieiwing their regulations and statutes, the state law is only concered with the purchaser. No where does it mention they have a duty to check id of anyone with the purchaser. Also statute 53-168.06 states "Nothing in the act shall prevent (1) the possession of alcoholic liquor legally obtained as provided in the act for the personal use of the possessor and his or her family and guests." If I have legaly purchased this alcohol and take it home to share with my daughter (who is 25, by the way), state law says I have every right to do so. By preventing me from buying this alchohol, Walmart is infringing on my right.
And the person making the judgment call on whether or not the person looks of age is the clerk. That is also a concern. You can't convince me that they are being fair and consistent in assessing someone's age. This policy will cost them business. I will not do business there again.

My boyfriend wanted to pay he's Wal-Mart credit card off so he got a cashiers check and went to customer service to pay it. The customer service lady would not take the check. She said it was against their policy to accept cashier checks. Yes my boyfriend got upset because now he had a large cashiver check he couldn't use. When he said he wouldn't do business with Wal-Mart anymore she told him "well you have to do what you have to do" ever since that day he refuses to shop at Wal-Mart. This bothers me because I usr to like shopping there. I wish Wal-Mart wiukd do something to fix this problem so he would be willing to go back. Ps we did mail check in and the corporate headquarters had no problems takuing the money

I have been meaning to write you to complain about your Dunvale store in Houston, TX for quite some time, but yesterday's
rudeness to my wife was the last straw. The store is filthy and there seems to be no interest in keeping it clean or orderly. This is an anomaly among most of the Walmart stores I have visited across the country. Unfortunately it is the nearest one to my home, but I'm off to Target today and Walmart Dunvale is on my don't go list. We have shopped at Walmart since there was a Walmart, but we are now willing to pay more to avoid your "dump" on Dunvale St. This cannot have escaped the purview of Walmart management, so my conclusion is that you don't care. With as many people who are out of work, I can't understand how you manage to take the worst of the worst to employ in this store. I am happy with our decision to stay out of it from now on.
Done with Dunvale

On January 2, 2013, I went to the Walmart store 1672 in Ashland, WI to buy winter tires. I already had Wrangler all season tires but I wanted two snow tires for the back wheels as I do not have 4 wheel drive. I was sold two Bridgestone Dueler RVT tires as snow tires. When I went to Walmart today to have my snow tires taken off and replaced with the one year old Wranglers, I was told that I didn't have snow tires, the Duelers were all season radials. Walmart misrepresented the tires and I would not have bought them if I had known they were about the same as what I already had on the truck.

i have not been shopping on black friday since 1989. however you advertized 2 things that i really needed and wanted, on sale thursday. i read the advertizement and one item( the 5 gallon shop vac, was available at 8:00pm). i got that item at 8:00pm. the other item was the 40" tv available at 10pm. i got in line at 8:30pm ready to stand in line for the 1.5 hours to ensure my spot. my daughter wentup to the sales person to make sure i was in the correct spot and was informed that all the tv's were sold out. now how in the world can you advertize an item available at 10pm-11pm when they are already gone at 8:30pm. this happened in waycross georgia, walmart has shown me that their integrety is poor in this store and i never shop where customers not valued. if i as a customer try to follow the rules of the sale so should walmart. i am very disappointed in walmart. i expected more.

I am sick and tired of going to walmart's in Wis., and the shelves are empty and its very common stuff like campbell soups or mountain dew or spaghetti sauce They always blame it on the warehouses not sending stuff. Also on a busy day and they only have four check out stands open even on a Friday or the first of the month when everyone gets paid their social security or their welfare checks.
Either way, I am sick of being six deep and no one opening more lines. If I have to wait again in line I am going to leave my cart and just walk out. I have seen several family's due this lately. And you ask them (walmart employee) and they said there isn't anymore people to help, yet I see employees walking around stores doing nothing.
I think the mangers need to jump in and help instead of just standing there and watching the lines get bigger and bigger. I can see this after ten in the evenings but during supper hour or mid morning this is unacceptable ! Walmart needs to step it up or lose out on a lot of customers.

Recently Walmart announced sales were down and blame it on the economy. Well if they would stock the stupid shelves their sales would not be down. Is this a game or what? Rotten cauliflower, 1 bag of Kale at a time. No spices. When you ask the clerks they say well according to their little gun/tracker there will be 20 bags of edemaes somewhere but not in the freezer and they do not want to go get them. Do they think we are that stupid

About 8 days ago, I bought a digital camera at the Walmart store in Sulphur , La and six days later the camera would not work so I took it back to get my money. I went to the customer service dept and I was sent to the photo lab, then to the electronics dept, then back to customer service. the people at the customer service dept were either poorly trained or incompetent as well as the CSM. It took both of them about 20 minutes to get the job done right and throughout the whole thing I was asked silly questions during the whole ordeal. If Iam returning the camera , why would I still want the memory card for that camera. It should not take 40 minutes to return a product that were accompanied by the receipt and only bought less than 2 weeks earlier. Un fortunately I will not be returning to this Walmart store, EVER. Even if I have to go elsewhere and pay more for whatever I intend to buy.

I ordered a product from walmart.com and was to be shipped to the White Plains branch. I received an email stating that my product is ready for pickup. I called numerous times to ensure the product is there. No one answered the phone when I was transferred to the appropriate department. I made arrangements for a large vehicle to go and pick up the item. I live about 30 minutes away, we drove all way only to be told that my product is not ready. Firstly it took numerous attemots to get someone in the area to assist with finding my product. When someone did come out we were told 3 different answers as to where my product is? The first gentleman said he didn't know what it was. then a second person said it is being unloaded from the truck and may take 15 minutes to 1/2 an hour, that we could stick around if we like. So we did even though I was pressed for time to get to work. When we returned 20minutes later the Manager of the walmart.com Ms. Veronic stated that my product will not be ready for pick-up today. I explained that the email was sent and said my product is ready for pick-up she just rudely said that well they send the email but it's not ready. I ask to speak with the manager and she claims she was the manager. I attempted to call the store manager later but was told he is not in, they asked if I could like tp speak to a core manager and was left on hold for more than 5 minutes. At this point I am disappointed in this entire experience and would like a resolution to the problem.

I come to your store on Richmond road in Lexington quite often and it never fails that the lines are ridiculous and take sometimes 30 minutes to get through. I came to exchange something today and there were 7 people in line and 1 person working the counter. The lady 2 people in front of me finally walked out 15 minutes after I got there and said she had been waiting in line over half an hour. The customer at the counter took another 15 minutes just after I got there. You need to better staff your store and I will not be coming back after this incident. Meitner never has this issue. I don't expect you to care about this complaint but I'm sending it anyway.

I am writing this complaint on the behalf of my mother, Anitha Westbrook. We had bought some paint at the Temple Location and was truly done wrong we were accused of things that were not true by the employee also, she made some bad statement on a paper that she had written about us not know what was going on. We were told three different stories from managers. I would like if someone to contact me as soon as possible concerning this issue. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for a while and I have not been heard. I am needing this to be stopped and straighten out.

I really can't believe how rude the Walmart is in Checotah Oklahoma. First of all I work in the customer service business for a major company and when I went to go by fruit I was told I'm buying to much taking from their customer but I'm sorry I buying about five hundred a week and in the summer it will be a thousand a week and if I take every piece of fruit I thought it was helping produce margins as well as mine. So today my daughter didn't know that she had to have me with her to buy body jewelry so the lady was very rude and hateful why is Walmart like this. I understand you have rules and regulations but they can be explain little better then how it was today . This my local Walmart I live in Eufaula Oklahoma and I spend a lot of money at my local Walmart but if this continues I will go to Muskogee it getting really ridiculous.

The store and bathrooms are filthy. The clerks never wipe the counters off by the registers. I hate to lay my groceries down so end up holding the items until they are checked and put in bag. Secondly, the store is the worst stocked in the area. We drive 30 miles one way to do our monthly grocery shopping because we can't get what we want at the Okmulgee, Oklahoma 74447 store. We went there today to try to shop and we get upset everytime we go there. We end up having to drive else where to finish our shopping. Example (frozen breaded Okra) I was told they no longer carry it and to complain to Head Office, so that is what I am doing Surely, something can be done about these issues. Thank you.

How dare you take people away from thier families on Thanksgiving. Especially when i know all you big wigs making 6 figures a year are off spending it with your familiee. This is a disgrace. Families have so little time together but to take moms and dads away on the holiday. I am totally disgusted with you all. I hope walmart crashes and you are all unemployed within a year. I know you pay your employees very little and treat them badly and you all make your big saleries off your little people who work in the stores. You are all trash every one of you. No family values practices at walmart that is for sure i was promised a trampoline for black friday i had a ticket a CSS or that was she was being called her name was michelle give the ticket.

A backroom associate in the Twin Falls walmart named andrew has been very rude to me and my friends when we have gone into the store. He also makes rude comments about my daughter and my husband! I am sick of going into walmart here and getting treated poorly by him. I have never met him before I went to walmart so there is no reason he should be saying these things!!

To Whom it may concern at Walmart: to start I'd just like to let you know I have no complaint about walmart in fact I'm a very loyal customer and I love the low prices, I just wanted to say I purchased a cosco sway n play swing there in the process of moving so I couldnt return it after I lost my reciept and box during the move when i realized it didn't work. The swing would turn off after a few seconds of turning it on and never worked for me, I know it must have been a faulty swing and I paid about 60 dollars for it, I know I cant get a refund now but i thought maybe you could atleast give me back something like a small amount on a gift card for the trouble if not thats ok I just wanted to tell you about the faulty swing i never got to use. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter, your customer, Jennifer Gomez P.s. my address is 466 Doxey street, Ogden, UT, 84403

On March 18,2013 I went to the Walmart Store on East Franklin Blvd. I am a regular customer at this store. I was in line and the cashier had 2 customers in front of me. Each customer was doing price matching and not one time was an ad presented to the cashier. Both of these customers were caucasion. As I approached the counter the cashier and another cashier both pulled out store ads and the first thing she says is "What are you price matching today? I looked at her and said how did you know that I was price matching. According to the tv advertisement you dont need an ad for price matching, so with me being a black female there was discrimination shown. I am in the process of seeking legal action in this matter because I feel that as a loyal customer my rights were as a person were denied.

went to store#5166 in deming, nm...stackout cuervo tequila w/mix(2 bottles) listed at $13.47 on display stackout. when i got home i seen it scanned at $16.38..wen t back 2 days later to shop and took receipt to customer service. was told they could not do a price change on alcohol. when i questioned this i was told it was a federal law...not wanting to argue i threw up my receipt. as i was sitting at home fuming i need to say this. i was a liquor store manager in the state controlled wine and spirits stores for 15 years. there is no federal law for this. if the same would happen at any of our state stores the manage would go to the s/o, and scan the upc and do a price check. if it was scanning higher then the sale price the customer was given the $ difference and the upc price changed so they reflected the correct price..after spending about $400.00 a month in walmarts i find this practice appalling. at least tell your associates to use a better lie!!!

I was at West Midland Walmart and once. Very badly by one of your employees that is collecting shopping carts. I was waiting on somebody that handicapped had my car motor running my flashers on she got very nasty with me I also called to talk to the manager talked to her on the phone and she was about just nasty this happened around two o'clock in the afternoon on February 3 you need to program on how to treat customers are waiting in bad weather for somebody that is handicapped. Sincerely Your Mr. Edward Hess 4918 Roberta Dr., Pittsburgh 1526 Pennsylvania a number 412 â 897 â 0877 . Very discussed customer

Wallmart in all its wisdom has decided to discontinue the grey colored Dikies brand work pants. Now the only choice in color remaining is the dark navy and black two colors very similar to each other so really just one choice.
These are work pants and I use them for such for the past many years. As a painter, drywaller and plasterer my employees and I use light colored clothing so the dust doesn't stand out as well giving the impression we still look clean as the day wears on. The grey color works perfect for us. Also in the hot summer months when plastering outdoors the grey colored (or lighter colored clothing) keeps us cooler by attracting less heat.
Walmart advertises great selection but I'm not seeing it in this case. I was in the local Walmart the other day looking for an electric shaver, the selection about a dozen or more types.
If this is all about bottom line only then I and my employees have no choice but to shop at Mark's Work Warehouse.
I say my employees because due to the nature of our work I supply the with 4 pair of work pants per year x 12 employees.
I've been doing this for 10 years now and will need a new supplier as your dark colors just won't cut it.
My question is are you planning on bringing the grey pants back if so when and I will hold off looking for another suppier for one more month.

This is not the first time I have had this problem with the Walmart Pharmacy in Corsicana, TX. We called our prescriptions in on 1/22/13 to make sure they would be ready when we came to shop on thursday 1/24/13. We recieved a call on 1/23/13 to say all 3 prescriptions were ready. We got the recording but my husband pushed the number to talk to an associate and they confirmed that the order was ready. We got to the store at 11:45 am and went right to the pharmacy. The associate told us that 1 of the prescriptions was not ready. Of course I was frustrated but asked how long it would take to fill the order. She said 10 minutes. I said fine we would do our shopping and return. We came back to the pharmacy at 12:30 and again were told it was not ready. I asked to speak to the manager Choizie and he told me it was because the medicine just came in this morning. Why would I get a call saying it is ready if the medications are not even on site? We live 45 minutes away so I can't just run back and forth. My husband is disabled and was with me and was in lots of pain so I don't appreciate having to wait. We finally got the order filled at 1:03 pm. This store is also the worst I have ever seen for customer serivce and having stock on hand. Every time I get to buying an item I like, they quit stocking it! If I had any other choice of stores I could afford to shop at I would never enter this store again!!!

As a lawyer I was shocked when the temporary manager at the San Marcos Texas Walmart refused to let me return a Soundbar Sunday morning at about 9:30. In discussing this with her she was rude and called me "ham and Cheese" inferring that I'm fat. As I'm 6'4" an portly I was shocked. She refused to discuss anything with me and simplywalked away. The video of the conversation would show that there were no others in line and I was not rude to her. Simply put while this is. Stressful time this is no way to treat a customer. Calling a portly
Jewish person like me ham and cheese is not only disrespectful it amounts to more violations of your corporate policy as well as violates numerous state and federal discrimination laws that the associates at my firm will be looking into unless I get a simple apology from this manager. She was about 5''4 thin with spivey black hair and appeared to be Hispanic

I had taken Ciprofloxacin that was filled at Walgreens on Sunday 11/04/12 for Kidney Infection. Later that day, I was in severe leg pain. I had my 19 year old son speak on my behalf since I was medicated. I told him to ask if there were side affects on the Cipro, I was having severe leg pain, cramping and if it was related to Cipro. They told my son that the medicine shouldn't be the cause of my pain. For the next three days I continued with the severe pain but took ibuprofen to relieve some of the pain. By Tuesday night I broke out with very painful sores in my mouth. First thing Wednesday morning, I once again called Walgreen (Scarsdale location 281-484-6118) spoke to the pharmacist, told her of my sores.
She said that it shouldn't be related to Cipro, I asked, your saying there are no side effects when taking this medication. She stated, well there and swelling of the mouth is one, I asked well sores would be considered swelling? She said not really but you should call your doctor. Which I did, my doctor stated I was having severe allergic reactions to this medication and I needed to go to the ER immediately because I was going into anaphylaxis shock. I needed to take benadryl immediately but recommended I go straight to the ER. Being that I was at work and had a 45 minute drive, I contacted Walgreens again and told them what my doctor recommended. And asked if there was something else other then Benadryl that was non-drowsy.
She stated Claritin is similar and could take that. I also let her know that I couldn't believe I was given incorrect information regarding the side affects of Cipro. I stated, I was having muscle pain on Sunday and contacted your pharmacists and they said it was not a side effect. She said, oh yes I was next to the pharmacist who took your call and we did tell your son to call us back if you had further issues. I said, that was one of the main issues and you said that was not a side effect. I also let her know that I had just looked up the medication on-line where it stated to stop taking medication immediately if you have pain, the very first symptom was muscle pain.
Furthermore, this was the second time I had an issue with Walgreens, a while back they had given me another persons high blood pressure medication but I let it slide. In the end, I ended up in the ER and was treated for anaphylaxis shock.

We would like to lodge a complaint about your changing frozen yogurt brands recently. We had become accustomed to the TCBY brand and the English Toffee Crunch flavor. The UPC number is 8 5673200273 3. We purchased this product routinely at the Walmart at 34 Private Drive 288, South Point, OH 45680. Normally we purchased 2-3 cartons a week. When we asked about the product at the store we were told that it would no longer be sold because sales of that product weren't high enough. The frozen yogurt, Blue Bunny brand, it has been replaced with is not as tasty and we don't like it. We will be looking for another store where we can purchase the TCBY frozen yogurt and will be buying our groceries there instead of Walmart.

On the 27 of July I ordered two Twin Mate's Beds and a Mattress. I got the mattress that has shipped to my home. For the two twin beds I was waiting for the email that tell me the order is arrived to the walmart store so I or my son can go pick it up. We've been waiting but the email never came so I has my son go check the order status online. When he checked online it show up the order has been picked up but is not us. Neither me or my son pick up the order and it suppose to be either me or my son is the only person to allow to pick it up.
My son spent one whole day to call walmart and he has been put on hold forever but still did not get a result. He even went out to the walmart store to speak to the manager there but it is no help. I called walmart the next day to filed a complaint and was told to wait about a week so they can find out what happen. A week went passed and I was told to wait another day. The next day I called and was told my order was picked up and the person picked up present an ID that matched the name of the alternate pick up person. I don't know how this happen but I've paid for this order and I expect to get the order I've made or my money back because apparently neither me or my son pick it up ( we don't have the beds that we've been waiting to set up for my kids).

Every time I go to your store located on Congress in W. P. B., Fl they are always low on the shelves - especially with Jimmy Dean turkey sausauge, ritz crachers regular, Animal crackers chocolate, borden low fat yellow cheese on and on. Also in the house wares misc items.
I am going to have to go to another store to buy my itemsd as I live in Jupiter Farms and am not going to drive To Walmart and the shelves always be empty. This has only happened in the last year or so.

I bought a large dutch apple pie to serve to some guests, and when sliced, put on plates, handed out and some guests had already taken bites, others started noticing movement on their plates. Little black beetles were emerging from the Apple filling. This was totally disgusting and some of my guests said as much and left my house. I went back to Wal-Mart simply to inform them so no one else would get bugs in their pie and was told that I should have brought the pie back. I informed them that I wasn't about to bring bugs into a food store and was told that they could not therefore do anything about this matter.

Store #2717 Manager Celeste Buhl TC# 6035 3830 1514 9034 6554 date 01/19/2013 time 05:47:37 a.m. I paid for a Razor Sling (Rifle Sling) item 005105790040. I was charged $10.97. I did not receive the item. I bought one other item, a loaf of bread.
I received a bag with a loaf of bread in it. Either the cashier improperly placed the rifle sling in the bag in a haphazard manner or she did not put it in a bag or she took it out. I took the bag after I checked out and I put in the passenger seat. I was parked just outside the door entrance. I did not notice or hear anything fall out. If the cashier had placed the bread on top of the sling it could not have fallen out. She should have placed each item in a separate bag.
When I arrived at my hunting destination while I was still in my car I attempted to locate the rifle sling. It was not in my vehicle and I had not removed the bag. I did not leave Walmart's premises with the rifle sling. I returned that same day after 7pm and reported the missing item.
An employee named Ray offered me no assistance. In addition to the missing item, the cashier was rude and complained about having her break interrupted to wait on me. It took longer to check out than to find the items in the store. None of the employees were helpful. They all were trying talking to each other or doing something else.
One cash register was lit up as open. They refused to wait on me and told me to go back to another cash register across the store that I had walked past that was not open. One lady told a cashier to check me out. That cashier started fussing about having her break interrupted to wait on me. I told her that I did not want to hear it. She said she was not talking to me.
She was rude. I told her that i would file a complaint. Employees are not as helpful at this store compared to the store in west hattiesburg, petal, and wiggins, ms. It is very unusual for Walmart employees to be rude. This cashier may have been having a bad day, but I have found employees at this store to be indifferent and not as helpful as they are at other Walmart stores.
I was disgusted with the time that it took to check out. I would not have stopped there if I had known that checkout would take so long. There were hardly any customers in the store. I do not plan to shop at this store again. I will reserve judgment about Walmart and the other stores depending on the resolution of this complaint.

they at walmart 175 outerloop lou., ky. continulay refuse to help people at the money transaction counter , wanting them to go to the customer return counter , where there are 10 or more standing in line already with carts loads waiting on one person working that counter .i have seen many times people mumbling under their breath about there service in the store. i have a few times stopped others in the parking lot to ask their thought's about that store and a lot would like to see 175 outerloop closed , and people would sign a petition for that purpose . i live so close to 175 outerloop , but more often go to the hillveiw storte where they are always more helpful and courteous .

I was advised today, by a Walmart cashier, that Walmart would no longer accept manufacturers's coupons that did not automatically scan into their computer systems. I asked what she meant by this specifically considering I have shopped at Walmart for years and always used coupons. She said that if the computer did not want to accept the scan of the barcode on the coupon, they could not accept the coupon. I advised that every single time I go to Walmart there is at least one coupon, if not more, that has to have the barcode digits entered manually. I am not responsible for the computer system Walmart uses. I have legitimate coupons cut from the Sunday paper just like millions of other consumers have. We are now responsible for whether or not they "scan" properly into a store's computer system? Perhaps Walmart would do better to stop being so greedy with their bazillions of dollars and not only pay their employees properly but update their lame computer systems. Any product that I have a coupon for that Walmart's computer system will not accept will be voided as I will refuse to purchase it. If this is going to be a foregoing and predominate policy, I will take my coupons and my Target VISA card and go where not only are my coupons accepted but I get 5% off for having the card.

I shop at your two western new York stores in Hamburg and cheektowaga and spend on average seventy five plus weekly but in the past three months as I asked your workers about to help me out they have walked away and helped out other customers and either ignored me or told me they were busy and to find someone else and that really pissed me off cause I waited for them to help me and after fifteen minutes of waiting I walked out of your cheektowaga store and most likely wont return anytime soon. Me and my family will shop at a different store if your workes can't respect people enough to help them. I'm gonna post this to friends and family on Facebook and persuade them not to shop there unless they want to be ignored and humiliated. My experience at Walmart has been good up till three months ago and after my last experience left me upset and I just wanted a birthday present for my son and then I missed half his party and ended up not being able to participate in his lasertag match and losing money cause of the reservation I made I decided I've had it. I work 58hours a week and enjoy spending my money on my son and most of the time its at your store but I don't enjoy being treated like shit

I was given an Applebee's gift card as a gift. I took my family out to eat. When I paid the bill with the gift card I was told it was not activated at the store. I talked to my friend who purchased it at the Sterling, IL store. I was so embarressed. I took no money in the resteraunt with me, so to find out that the gift card was worth nothing. I had to make arrangements with the manager. I had to go home and get money to pay my bill. The cashiers really need to learn to activate these cards. The manager said it happens all the time. Needless to say I am not happy...

My 1 year old has an ear infection and the prescription was called in to Walmart, (Muscle Shoals, Al). ater informing my husband tha their system was down the proceeded to tell him that he should come back later to pick up the script, we came back later still no script, called just before closing and still no script. So we waited 24 hours and went back only to find out that they never received the script but never made any attempt to let us know that this happened since we had already inquired about it more than once. and they had a number on file to contact us. I will never use Wal mart pharmacy again because Wal greens calls me as soon as there is a problem and even attempts to contact the doctor if I need them to.

I just left Walmart in Darien, IL. and found the service terrible. There was only 3 cashiers working and the lines were very long. One cashier left and when someone came up , all she said was, " I'm closed". She could care less that customers where in line for just one item! I went to service desk to speak to the manager and after 2 calls she told the cashier what did I want! I am so sick of people with no work ethics. I see why the unemployment is high. People don't want to work.

I purchased a vehicle connector 7 blade #48480 when i bought my pop up camper around the end of August. Unfortunalety it did not fit. it had been laying around in my house for a few months and i decided to take it back for a in store credit since i didnt have my receipt. i did have the debit card that i used to purchase this item though that could have been pulled up by the customoer service rep that i spoke with. Her name is Jessica ( she would not disclose her last name. She said since the item no. did not pull up on her computer that she could do nothing for me. She calleds her manager over from my request. Her name is Kelsey. ( no last name given to me either) She was very blatant and unhelpful as well. they wouldnt even consider looking up the debit card that i had used to purchase this item. They were extremely unprofessional and not very kind to me. i walked back to the automotive dept to check and see if they did in fact have this item still. they did but it showed a different Item no. than 48480. i shop at this particular Walmar on a regular basis. No other Walmart do i shop at. Storn number 3566 on Hampen Ave . in Denver CO. i feel as though i was treated with disrespect and basically spit out by the customer service rep and the manager. I am having 2nd thoughts now on if i should even spend my money at Walmart anymore. i believe that everyone should be treated fairly. I would apprecitate a reply to my email if you have the time. Thank you for listening. Melissa Daniels.

I'm trying to locate items at the store on charleston and Decatur and several employees said they would call a CSM for assistance I waited 20+minutes and still nobody came to help employees had no idea where items were couldn't tell me if they even carried the product this is the worst wal Matt I've ever been too. I can't believe the lack of service it's absolutely disgusting

My wife and I travel all over Texas doing shows on weekends. The common denominator in every town we go to is WalMart. We were in Midland TX ( Hwy 349) this weekend and of course needed to go to WalMart and pick up a few items. Isle after isle had stuff laying on the bottom shelf, every third hook was empty, many items were hung under the wrong description. My wife made a left and I made a right. When we met back up she was amazed to hear me say these things as she was thinking the same thing. We normally don't comment on stuff like this but this store is so mismanaged.
When I did find my items, I made my way to the front to discover fifteen people waiting to check out in front of me. I looked down the entire front of the store to see the same thing at every checkout register. All the way out to the first row of merchandise. I was at the self serve checkout. Two were working the rest were broken. I waited about 10 minutes (probably less) l layed my stuff down and walked out. I have never seen a WalMart in this condition. I don't think I will go back to this store. Believe me I don't ever do this kind of thing. I guess my question is. What the heck is going on in Midland TX WalMart?

The higher manager scolded at me saying they will not accept any coupons from me because they were fraud. My coupons are not fraud they are straight out of the newspaper. 2nd they saidsaid my price match does not match any of the sales because I am not suppose to get money back, but it states in your policy if the coupons if more then the sale product the rest can roll over to my whole transaction and I can recieve cash for any left over. It said unlimited coupons on your policy and they told me I cut and paste policy because they could not find that saying in the policy.
Your policy said that I dont have to bring my ad they said the policy never says that. I dont feel free when I go to shop at walmart, I feel like I am being watched by all the high managers and regular managers. Everytime I come to the cashier they have one manager watch my whole transaction and I feel wrongfully accused. I feel like a criminal when they treat me this way.
Yes I can go to a different store or walmart but this walmart at Porter Ranch is the closest one and more convinient one to me where I can go in and shop at 1 store verses many different stores. I have been shopping there for 6 months and always something different with me and beginning to take it personally I have put up with them for 6 months and now to the point where I feel threaghtened to even walk into walmart and that aint right. The cashiers are very kind to me and most managers.
They are always complaining why I go to the same cashier and its because that same cashier always treat me as a nice person and does not make me feel unwanted. I dont always go to this one cashier but when she is there I choose her rather than anyone that does not smile and welcomes the customer. I have witness on how bad the managers and high managers of this walmart treats me and one cashier quit I thinkn because of this, they dont only treat me bad but they did to that specific cashier and we were beinginning it was the jealous of not knowing how to coupon or our race. I am not doing anything wrong they claim they loose money because my coupons which is a lie because they are real coupons.

I went to walmart in clarksville ar, asked the ladies behind the counter if i bought money grams (2) of them, if the person i was sending them to would have trouble cashing them at a Tennessee walmart, (union city tennessee), and they said no. well, she went to cash them yesterday on feb 25th, 2013, and there system said they were stolen, that is crap because i bought them and sent them to her. she had to go somewhere else to cash the money grams that i bought from your store, they charged here 105 dollars to do that also. I want the 105 dollars back, even if you have to give it to me in a walmart card, because that is not right. I went through all the steps that i was supposed to before i even bought them and sent them. The store in tennesse was wrong. I have the reciepts and i am keeping them to show proof that i bought them on what day and who sold them to me. I want this taken care of in a timely matter also.

I fell in the above store on 08-22-13 at 2:30 p.m.. I attempted to get a manager after the fall and one Dept. Manager called on his radio and I could hear someone say we are awful busy back here. The Dept. Manager then said he would go get someone so I returned to where I had fallen at the milk. I actually believe they felt if they dragged their feet I would just go away. I fell on both knees hard and also a knot is on one of my legs. I have a witness who helped me up after my fall. I appeared to be a grape had been dropped and you could see where my shoe skidded before the fall. After a while two people came and one began wiping up the grape with plastic bags. I asked her not to do that until the assistant manager could see it. I filled out the report and the assistant manager I believe was named KIm.
She said they would be calling me of which on the 23rd they did call and I stated I had an appointment with my doctor and I would let them know. I returned to the store to inform them that my doctor is sending me to a specialist to have an MRI to see if I have a torn ligament, an x-ray can not tell that. I asked for a manager and spoke to this one woman of whom needs to learn a little customer relations manager. I told her the situation and she said she couldn't do anything in that everything was done from the insurance. She stated that Kim would not be there until tomorrow and that she would have the claim number. I now am very tired of the run around I need confirmation from I guess your insurance that it will pay for the specialist visit and the MRI.

I was given an increase on my account and encouraged to use my Walmart Master Card. I started to use my Walmart Mastercard more frequently along with making bigger payments. Not too long after I was given an increase, I was given a decrease of 200.00. This was unexpected without any notice. I later received a letter in the mail after the fact. I called in to find out what happened and was told because of the more recent activity on my card they reduced my limit. I told the lady on the phone that I was using my card more but my payments were larger and more frequent.
She didn't really know what to say to that. This is very odd as I was encouraged to use my Walmart Mastercard and then when I started to use it more frequently and made more and larger payments, I was penalized. What if I was on a trip and I thought I had that extra 200 dollars? I find this poor business and now I don't really want to use my Walmart Mastercard as often as I use my other credit cards. Can this be corrected?

I have cashed my pay check at walmart in different statesfor the last fifteen or so years never had a problem walmart is everywhere i go being a contracter its easier than a bank until i got to Snellville Ga store#3435 has its own policy only one of all the Walmart stores to not cash a check because the address on the license is different than the check even thou i am in the system at the address on the license when asked to see the policy in writting they could not find it. I am in GA often and would like to see this policy in writting or get my check cashed the next time i am there or i will see if some paper work will put a little act right and thank you for addressing this problem or if there is such a policy then sent it to me via email Thank YOU william jones

I'm very upset. I purchased a loaf of bread in Walmart location 1850 SW Gatlin Blvd Port Saint Lucie FL, 34963. The wrapper of the bread had a ripp in it. It also had been eaten thru the middle, as if a mouse or rat has done it. Now I purchased this item Friday afternoon. I didnt notice this until Saturday morning when I made myself a sandwich for my work lunch, and I've already used this bread for the first time that morning too,to make my two year old a sandwich with out even noticing it because I was in a rush.. I called your store to report that morning. They acted as if it was nothing, and told me to go return it or exchange it. I' mean this is serious Thank God my two year old didn't get sick. I went back later that evening after work. I spoke to your manager named HARRY. And he said he would report this. I hope he did, becuase it seemed like he really didn't care. I've taken pictures of this bread and have a copy of the reciept. I always shop at your store and this absolutely unexceptable.

Today I visited your store in Muskogee, Ok. I will have to admit I had a basket full of groceries, I was standing in line 3 deep, when the manager brought the cashier her bag to open in the next line and removed her closed sign I moved over to her line. Her first response to me was it was going to take her awhile to get her money in her drawer, I said okay and started putting my groceries on the counter. It took her at least five minutes to count her money. She never once spoke to me while she was checking me out.
Then she put ten cans of food into one bag and when I picked the bag up it split. I started trying to double bag the cans of food and was unsuccessful and she offered me no help so I started re-bagging the cans myself, still no comment from her.
On the bottom of the basket I had a large toilet paper, water, large package of paper plates and paper towel I asked her if she could scan these items without me having to take them out, she responded that her hand scanner wasn't working, but she would if I would hand them to her. Let me remind you I was her first customer so really couldn't understand how she knew the scanner wasn't working.
While she was checking me out she was scratching her head and then while she was waiting for me to get my card out to pay she was leaned upon the register. I was so upset after this that I went to customer service and talked to him, he couldn't believe I had been there as long as I had after he gave her the money to open her register. He said they would talk to her.

My complaint is about the rule of the dressing room at the walmart store in Glen Burnie Md. I was shopping with my daughter she had a bra she had to try on the lady in the dressing room told me I canât go in the dressing room with my daughter. My daughter is disabled. She is a 14 year with a brain tumor that affects her motor skills. When I told the lady my daughter is disabled clearly you can see my daughter one eye is closed she canât walk straight. The lady sat there thinking about it. Made me sick. I understand where you donât want many people in the dressing room I had one item for her to try one BUT THAT RULE SHOULD NOT APPLY TO ALL.

I've been buying great value fruit smiles every week for a couple yrs, the big size box both flavors reg and tropical. got some last week and they sucked! the consistancy was hard, and flavor just wasnt there! i looked at the old box i had and saw that the recipe had changed...i wont buy these anymore...they arent good anymore :-( i loved them...the whole family did...so for the couple juices..cherry and raspberry that were removed n the tropical..and for 10 less calories and 1 more g of sugar the small changes for whatevr reason dont seem to be worth the final product now. very disappointed.

I'm sure this will never be seen. I was in your store at 59th ave and Northern in Glendale today. I ordered a blue ray player online and didn't realize the HDMI cord was extra so I went to the store to buy one. There where 7 employees standing around talking and joking so I stood there for about 5 minutes before I asked for some help. The employee had no idea what I needed and had to get someone to assist.......really that makes no sense to me. If you have a job you should be trained to assist a customer. I have stopped shopping at this location for this reason.

I called walmart in buda, tx. to ask about 60 inch vizio t.v. on sale. Sales lady told me to get there soon that they would go on sale at 10 p.m. I drive over 20 miles to get there and find that they were in the garden center which wasted over 30 minutes of my time. they had handed out tickets. I did not get a ticket because I was waiting in the electronic department. The salesman then tells me I can get a rain check in customer service. I get to customer service and the saleslady rudely tells me there is no rain check. I then scramble to call walmart in Lockhart. After numerous attempts i finally get someone. I ask if it is worth my time to go down there for the t.v. She tells me it is buisy and she does not have time for anyone to go check for me. I remember working for walmart as a kid. I was always taught then that the customer comes first. It is ashame how terrible your service has gotten. No longer a shopper.

I purchased a coleman electric cooler from Walmart in Brampton. The cooler caught fire and almost burnt down my truck. I returned it and they told me it was a straight return, did not give me a reciept and insisted on keeping the box to send back to coleman. Now the cooler they gave me is also defective and will not work. When I tried to return it they informed me that since they have none in stock and they kept the box they have no way to return it since they don't have another one to scan and since they won't be getting anymore in until spring and they have a 90 day return policy I basically am stuck with a defective item and I'm out over 130 dollars. As a customer I would like to know what kind of customer service is this. Proper customer service would be to do what you can for the customer considering it was Walmart that sold me the item and it is Walmart that kept the box without giving me something so I could return it if there was a problem!!! I am not happy. ... I do all my shopping at Walmart and will have to rethink where I will shop if that is the customer service Walmart offers!

I sort a minimum of $100 per week at Walmart... Recently I had a baby and bought almost everything from there; crib, play pen, swaddled, clothing, glider, all my kitchen, living room and bedroom furniture and even down to stroller and breast pump.... I spoke I a member of staff about the breast pumps and they had two of the same brand there and that was it. Both were damaged boxes but she said it did not effect the product. I purchased it for $70 got home and of course there was parts missing as even the instructions! I called and they offered me a $60 in store credit as I did not want the same brand ( obviously) I explained I had a preemie baby and could not drive over there again ( it was 9pm on a Friday night) so she said the next day was okay. I went up next day and they said I wasnt allowed I return the product regardless of what someone else advised me. Se offered me the same Item again which I declined and then offered me a credit for somethin else but had to be ye same brand I bought(evenflo) I said I wanted to I store credit as I was just about to spend another $250 in the store. Se of course was rude and refised! I dot think Walmart value there customers ecspecially ones like me!! They should har went above and beyond to make me the customer happy. Needless to say I'm starting to go to Target instead.

I live in Mercer WI. I have Walmart in Minoqua and Ironwood MI. First of all Ironwood is not 24 hours. When I go to either Walmart there is no help and very poorly stocked. You go and shop and there isn't enough product or no product. I have spent a lot of money over the years and am very disapointed that I can't fill my whole list. I wish that Walmart would really stand up and do what you say you do. Right now I am willing to shop at other stores even if I have to pay more. Because other stores are well stocked. I have to travel so far and I want to fill my list and not have to go store to store. I am very disappointed in Walmart right now. Today I spent $353.00 and didn't get everything. So sad!

In October 2012 one evening,i made an unexpected routine visit to the Walmart in Clewiston,FL.unlike other visits i have made many times before.this one has been very troubling. I was in the store nomore than 30-40 minut . Sometime during my shopping visit,my money was lost in the store. It was in my pocket,i did not visit any bathrooms or fitting rooms. I do not carry a wallet or purse. I had in my possession when i entered the store. The currency was as follows,2twenty,1ten&5ones total amount$55. I made a report (local police),the Walmart night manager, and was told someone would contact me about this matter. I contacted the store&p.d a few more times myself before i contacted a Walmart rep.on the 1-800 Walmart numbet, there should be some kind of proof that i did. Till this day nothing has been done to resolve this matter. Till this day i haven't heard anything else back from Walmart or the local p.d regarding this matter. Is there anything that can be done? Is this matter able to be corrected?

On Jan.8th there was suppose to be the movie *House at the end of the street* dvd & blue-ray put out for sale in their new release section, but to my dismay they didn't put it out even though I really wanted to get this movie. Some how the release of this movie was changed by someone high up & isn't gonna be released until Jan.15th,which to me is Illegal because they have it advertised for release on Jan.8th.
So,since Tuesday I have been hounding my store to get that movie put out on shelves because I believe that they are obligated to honour the first release date for any new releases and if they don't,then they are truelly falsely advertising products in their store and they should be held accountable.

I moved into this area a few weeks ago and started using this Walmart store. I have been in the store about 7 times and spent serveral hundred dollars. At least 4 of the times the checkout times was extreamly long with something going wrong at the register and I spent as much as 35 minutes in the check out line. I went there tonight and ended up changing lanes 3 times because of delays in lines. I was in this one lane about 5 minutes and it got to the point that there was only 1 person in line ahead of me when the girl at the register turned off the light and motioned me to another line.
This was the final draw, I parked the cart over to the side and walked out leaving the food and other products in the cart. Â I have managed a retail store for the last 28 years and I would have fired any employee that did that to a customer. My experience with this store is that it has very poor management. I have been in the sporting goods department and the carera department and waited for 15 minutes before someone came to help me. Many customers left with disgust and I should have too. There are many items not priced at all thruout the store, especially the power tools and that entire section.
You can never get anyone to help you and the staff are very rude. They never apoligize for delays in the line at all. I have said all that I am going to but I will never go in another Walmart store because of the last 2 weeks. I feel that giving them 2 weeks is more than enough.

I asked a Walmart clerk to help me find a prepaid Mastercard for $100.00. He said, " this one here, you call an 800 number to activate." It looked like a credit card under wrap, so I bought it. I didn't open the packaging, just called the 800 # to activate. They wanted my name, address, phone number, social security #, and would mail me the CC to receive in 4 or 5 days.!!!
The went back to return it, and the ASMgr Ernie said they are not refundable, even after I explained the circumstances.
"Satisfaction Guarantee" ??? I did not open or use this item. It should be refundable.

I purchased a Shark steam cleaner from a Walmart in KY on 12/23/2012. It was at 14800 Fort Campbell Blvd, Oak Grove, KY 42262. I paid $98.84 plus tax. It was a gift for my aunt who was there on vacation as well. She and I came home to Virginia Beach, VA. after New Years and last weekend, Sunday the 5th of January, 2013 she went to open the box and set things up. However, to her surprise, all the pads were inside with the instructions, but there was no actual unit inside the box. She gave me the box to return as I had the receipt. I went to do this today, Jan. 12, however, i was informed by customer service that I could not get an actual unit as it had been too long since the purchase date. I do not understand as to how 21 days is too long for a return. The only thing I can assume happened is that we accidentally picked up the floor display box. I don't know if you need to call the Walmart in KY to see if they have a floor model without the box. The number is 270-640-4744. My reference number is 235800787968. Please tell me how to resolve this as I would like an actual unit for my aunt. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Sat, Dec 8, I bought ground beef from the Walmart Neighborhood Store (3059 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville GA) to prepare spahetti for myself and two guests. I made the dinner Sunday and within a few hours, everyone got sick. Had I been the only one, I would think it was something isolated to myself. I was sick the rest of Sunday and half of Monday.
I took my receipt and the meat package to the store and asked for a manager. A lady came and asked me to file a complaint. I just wanted to get my money back since the damage was done. She assured me that someone from the claims department would contact me that day, which was Tuesday. I gave her two phone numbers to be sure I could be reached.
I then asked for a refund, but she informed me that the refund she was authorized give was for the meat. I immediately rejected that because I'm not going to pay for ingrediants that caused me and both my guest to get sick from. As the days go by with NO ONE calling, I'm now pissed at the situation. I don't usually buy meat from Walmart and I told her that.
She proceeded to tell me that she buys meat there all the time and has not been affected. I could care less about what happens to her because I have three people that know the meat was bad. After telling a few people about the situation, they immediately asked if I bought the beef from Walmart. Not to worry because that won't happen again.
At this point, I need for someone to contact me immediately regarding this situation.

Hi, I am a loyal Walmart customer, but each time I go to the Walmart in St.Helens, Oregon I have issues. On more than two occasions when I checkout, the items I'm purchasing ring up at a price different than what was labeled on the aisle. The cashiers act like I am being dishonest. One time I just left the items because they didn't offer to adjust the price or even do a price check. Tonight I had a couple clearance items and the price was only 47 cents different. This time they did a price check, which took at least five minutes, and when the staff returned he said they must have been in the wrong place because he found them on an endcap with the correct price. I let them know that I didn't find them there, that I had found them on the aisle along with two stacks of them. I know it was a small price difference but its very frustrating and embarrassing to be treated like I am being dishonest. I have only had issues at this location, I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks.

Well today hasn't been the best. Got into a big argument with Wal mart. My 10 yr old grandson bought a game for his computer that was $60. When he got home and we opened it there was no disc in the case. I called and was told that "we will mark this in our book. It happens often" We live 75 miles from the Wal Mart and don't go there every week. Today we jumped in the car and went there. All I got was a rash of shit from them and no replacement for the game. I asked the manager after he told me sorry how it felt to steel from a 10 yr old. He then proceeds to tell me that because it's a war game a 10 yr old shouldn't have it. Big mistake on his part. They also said " We will check with the clerk on duty that night and ask why it was never entered into the log book and call you. They still haven't called and don't expect them to.

I would not normally, never complain about services recieved. But.after a week of living with a haircut that im very unhappy with, I most. Took my daughter to get a haircut atWalmart in Colorado Spring Co. 85 /87. I paid $40.00 for both, after tips. I got home and my wife.pointed out the patches at the back of my head. Ive been a military member for many years. Just had to say something after my wife had to run our clippers though my hair today to try to fix it.

Ever since our smaller Walmart closed on Everhart in Corpus Christi, TX and moved to the "SUPER" Ctr on Staples I haven't been able to find the individually wrapped pop-corn balls for Halloween. For the past two years they haven't had them. I am VERY disappointed and I read that at least one other person is also. I don't know where this lady lives, but apparently she wanted to give out a MORE NUTRITIOUS treat than the confectioner's delights you CAN buy at Walmart that give a terrible unhealthy message to the children here in So. Texas who are mostly overweight. An individually wrapped treat is one that parents would not mind their children having. I could make them at home, but parents wouldn't want their kids to eat them and I wouldn't want mine to come home w/a homemade treat either. And as the other lady says, this complaint probably won't do any good, but I had to do it!

Bellevue Neighborhood Market Store #3098 15063 Main St Bellevue, WA 98007. I went into the store listed above to pick up DenTak to replace a filling until I could get into see a dentist. The most important thing is that everytime I go into a Wal Mart to purchase this product, I am immediately told that if it is not with the tooth paste that Wal Mart does not carry it. This is is incorrect. I have told Wal Mart stores in Washington State and Arizona State that the store does carry it but it is not in the place you would think it would be, but it is there or needs to be reordered. When I tell the various clerks it is there, we just have to find it. Wal Mart will move this product all the time. Why is isn't with the tooth paste I do not know.
Of course that would be logical and Wal Mart employees are not logical. This last time I tried numberous times to explain to "Sue", one of your employees that I have searched for it millions (OK an overstatement) and it is there and we just have to find it. She looked at me as we stood by the toothbushes and said, "If it is not here, we do not carry it" and walked away. End of story for her. I even had the box but she had no interest in looking at the packaging. I found a young man and told him you do have this. I am the customer, I go through this all the time, not every store puts the product in the same place. He took the used package from me and went to a man who appeared to be a supervisor.
This gentlemen and the young man looked up the information by scanning the bar code on the package. He found the product, gave the number to the young man and he and I went looking for it. We found it, it was out of stock so back to customer service and the supervisor ordered it and it would be in on the following Monday. This was Tuesday night. I could wait. Please ntoe when "Sue" heard the young man saying what the stock number was, she immediately appeared with a scanner in her hand. I told her to forget it, I found someone willing to listen to the customer. My question is why didn't she do that in the first place. Wal Mart is famous for having this type of customer service, "if it is not on the shelf then we don't have it" and walk away.
End of story. Stinks doesn't it. You have two males who do exhibit customer service, but not "Sue", she would do better in the stock room and never on the floor. Understand that I as the customer run into this problem with this product many times and not one of your employees working the floor will scan or even try to find it when I tell them my past experiences with finding the product. I told Sue that I have the packaging out in the car, shall I get it....she do not want it. Why or why do you train employees this way. If a customer tells you that it is available at Wal Mart but each Wal Mart puts it in different places. Why do they treat me, the customer, the one who uses the product, like I have not idea what I am talkign about. It has been a long time since Wal Mart has had true customer service, they have no-customer service.

Store # 2091 the manager by the name of Jaime was rude and disgusting. I asked for a movie and he told me that there was only one and when I asked him to double check in the back he told me he was too busy to help me. and also told me to bad for you since you could not buy one. I need for this manager to get fired as I always shopped at this Walmart, it looks like to have to give my business to another store other than Walmart. I will NOT be shopping at Walmart anymore I will tell all my friends and family to discontinue shopping at Walmart.
You need to have a better customer service managers that actually know how to handle people. Also this Walmart is all hispanics and when you ask a question in English they look at you as if you are an Alien from another planet. You should have people who Speak English and understand how to treat a customer. Please send me a response to this email. I appreciate a response. Thanking you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.

This complaint is on reference to Walmart 92 Plaza Lane in Oxford, Alabama.
Someone from region needs to pay an unexpected visit to this store and see for themselves how terrible the management coordinates. They are ALWAYS out of everything and never have a variety or selection. My husband and I have continuously tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after tonight - we will be shopping at Target and Publix. People in the area have told us repeatedly that the Walmart in Anniston or Pell City is much better... well, I'm not driving 15 miles out of my way when the gas money I can save will just go to convenience and support stores that do have a variety and know how to properly order so that items are in stock!!!

I went to Northgate Mall Walmart in Edmonton Alberta and I wanted to make a payment or as I put it "put money on my credit card" and the cashiers or the customer service at Northgate mall in Edmonton did not know how to do this transaction. One associate who works in the Customer Service told me she never heard of this kind of transaction and she has been an associate for 7 months. A store manager came a lady and she didnt know how to do either. I was not a happy customer so I left. I called another walmart in St. Albert and I asked them the same question through telephone to see if they knew what I meant by saying "I would like to put money on my credit card" and they knew what I meant. I am so upset about my experience at Northgate Mall Walmart. I thought all Walmarts would know how to do this kind of transaction. Iam still pissed off and it ruined my day. I am not going to wait around so they can ask other people when Customer Service or the cashiers should know of this kind of transaction.

I had an acc. With you of which I did not receive service and had was to cancel within days. However i'm receiving billing from you stating I owe you $21.81. Why am I to pay for service that I did not receive.further more you are threatening me to mess my credit up by turning this bill to a collection agency.

I went into the Amsterdam, N.Y. Walmart to purchase printer paper, but I could not find any. I found the Office Supply section, BUT to my amazement there was none to be found. Clearly this was because of all of the Valentines stock that was put out. So I proceeded to try to locate an associate, but guess what? I could not find one of those either.
Then I remembered that I needed to pick up a cable for a DVD player. I wasn't sure of the correct one , so again I tried to locate an associate in the Electronics Department, but, you guessed it, there was none to be found. If I tried to rob the store I bet I would have found a bunch. So now I'm really irritated, so I went to the Customer Service Department; but no one was there.
Big surprise! With this I walked out of the store and went to Target's. I purchased my paper and cable there. If I was a store manager I would be very upset at hearing this. I feel the store manager should be fired and get someone in there that cares. And just so you know, I am spreading the word to family and friends. I will also NOT step foot in that store again.

I'm 62-Watch income so when Walmart has the bins full of $5 DVD's I buy. Have tons of DVD's this way. Purchased one started to watch, but into program stopped and would not play. My dvd is fine, as put several others in to make sure. Have never had any problems before. Took my DVD with receipt to Store - Walmart on Hudson - Woodbury, MN to get refund and was told that once opened cannot get my $5 back. Sears, Target and anyone else does same. I asked - Then how does a person know if DVD works if they don't play it? Told same thing. Had to Exchange for same. Went to look for same but not available now. This is wrong. You just stole my small $5 from me. If you are doing this to me, how many others lose their $5 across this country. I want my $5 plus tax tack. I shop at Walmart all the time for your good prices and sure didn't expect to be treated this way.

We shop at W.M and spend 2-3 hundred a week. My husband says no more! The store is so dirty that most of the time we won't use the bath rooms there at all. There is never enough check outs opened. Today when I was there they had only 1 opened and it was backed up for ever. Employee's walking around with casher badges on but not working at their job. The price they have in front of a product is so often a much higher price when you go to check out. We travel around the country and this is by far the worst store you have. Please do something about it as my husband will not let me go back there. We are not the only ones with these same concerns. People are talking about it all over town and say they are done shopping there. Just today they over charged me over $11 for things I didn't buy. Something has got to change for the better here. Please contact me by email and give me some sort of answer about this. Thank you, Phyllis Lavender

Swing set for my grandson for christmas morning was not at Walmart Chalmette store or should I say one box was damaged and they could not find the other box. I ordered the set November 26th so I would havej it for christmas. I got a gmail that it arrived at the Chalmette store on December 3rd and I had until December 18th to pick it up.
I was refunded my money after I was told the boxes were there but severely damaged but later found out that they really could not find one box I don't think they even had one box. Something happened to my set and I don't feel I am getting the right answers and that Walmart should find a way to get me the set before Christmas because I reordered the swing set like I was advised by Walmart in Chalmette and then called the customer service line and it was possible I could get it before charistmas by was of Walmart truck.
ANOTHER LIE. I am very upset that I will not have my grandson's christmas gift when I ordered it in plenty of time. Someone at the Chalmette store messed up......I would like to talk to someone higher up than a supervisor in customer service but I need a phone number.

I was at your somerset pa store today at 1:30pm going thru lane # 6 and spending in this instance $208.00, and was never so rudely treated. First as i am trying to take the bags off the spinning thing she is continuing to spin it catching my hands, i even asked the girl what her problem was and to slow down, and she gave me a dumb look. Then I had a $6.00 container of cupcakes taking them off the top table area having them in my hands and she throws a big thing of toilet paper on top of my hands knocking the cupcakes over. Rude rude rude, I went and talked to customer service, and they said they will talk to her i am sending this to you to be sure they carried this out. I am really displeased with this service. Bonnie Thomas

The customer service at the Spearfish S.D. walmart store just gets worse and worse. The managers are just totally stupid and have no respect for customers or the department managers. They really need to do a new assesment of this store. The manager named brian is the worst and has no respect for customers and is not willing to help customers not to mention the Tire and lube is the worst department of all in his store with absolutely no respect for customers or helping customers and going as far as turning customers away up to an hour and a half before the department closes. The way the managers treet the employees and the department managers they either need to be sent to a class and retrained or fired and people with commonsence given the positions.Another really stupid thing about walmart is the fact that stupid people in Arkansas order for a store several hundred miles away resulting in the store NOT haveing what they need for the area (note the sporting goods department.) They NEVER have the right camo clothing or the right shotgun shells for the area!!! To a consumer this is just plain STUPID!!!!

I was taking some headlight bulbs back to the Walmart in Cullman, Alabama today and as I was going in the alarm sounded and I told the greeter I was bringing the stuff I had back for a return. The greeter said"no problem" so I took the bulbs back to the customer service desk and was informed that they couldn't take them back because I didn't have a receipt. So as I was leaving, I got close to the exit way, I remembered that I needed to get some work pants. I was in a weird situation because I didn't wasn't to take the merchandise with me and come back and there be a different greeter and have to explain why I had merchandise with no receipt and the alarm going off. So I asked the greeter if she would hold on to the merchandise while I get the pants.
So I got the pants, bought them and as I was leaving I asked the greeter if she needed to see my stuff because now I was carrying more stuff. She said no and leaned close to me and said"I know what you're doing, you're trying to annoy me ." Then she said"I don't know if you serve him up there or if you serve him down there but you're going to hell if you don't change your ways." I said"excuse me?" She said "you're going to hell!" I felt very violated in public, I didn't go to Walmart to be treated like this. I've been a loyal customer for years and I spend the money I work hard for every week at Walmart but will not be doing so anymore! I went to the manager "Amanda" and made a verbal complaint of what happened. I will be contacting my lawyer on Monday to see what more I can do legally.
I hope what happened to me today never happens to anybody else.

When Walmart first opened here in Pahrump Nevada it was a great store to shop at but over the years the service and selection, especially the service have gone straight to the septic tank. We used to buy everything there instead of traveling to Las Vegas. Our purchases averaged about $800 per month. As our family grew up and moved on we spent less but still about $400 per month. Now we spend nothing, zero zip, as the people who work there are very unhappy and grumpy, you cannot beg borrow or steel someone to help you.
The last time we shopped there we had about $30 worth of goods in our basket and wanted help in the fish department, we waited and waited, no help, we just walked out and never went back. We now go to Las Vegas once a month and use our Costco card, if we cannot find what we want there we go elsewhere in Las Vegas. We also shop at the Smith's store here in Pahrump and we have spent almost $600 there since the first of the year, we used to spend that money at Walmart, I would rather spend a little more and shop in a store that wants my business with friendly sales people than shop in a dumpy frumpy place with no service. Fortunately for Walmart they have a captive audience here in Paahrump, I just don't happen to be one of them. Good luck.

Today 10/6/12 I shopped at your Morgan Hill Store only to leave without the groceries purchased because your registers could not handle debit charges. At 11 am I called the store and they were once again working. Over a week ago at the same store whic attelmpting to check out where the lines were enormous an employee told me to go to pharmacy which I did only to be told they could not handle the produce I purchased since thsy did not have a scale. I left the groceries on the counter and on my way out I told an employee about my situation and she told me to wait while she went to pharmacy to gather the goods and checked me out at a regular counter. By then many registeres were open. For a large grocery chain like Walmart these things just should not happen! These type of events have never happend to me in all the years I have been shopping at large grocery chains. Why did I go through this?

I went to Walmart last week to buy an Ipod for my grandson as a Christmas gift. When I went to the department a young girl employee said she had to go get the key and walked away. I am not sure if she forgot what she was going for but after waiting approx. 20 minutes. I left without making my purchase and no other customers were seen in the dept being assisted either. Yesterday I went back to Walmart to buy the Ipod and the same girl came buy and said she had to go and get the key to open the case.
I can't understand why the key was so far away because she was gone for 30 minutes and I never saw her again. A male manager strolled buy and I explained I wanted to buy an Ipod and he said he had to find someone to go and get the key. I told him someone went about 30 minutes ago to get the key and has not returned. The manager could not help and but this time I was gettin very frustraed and asked to speak to another manager and was told the onlt other was in the garden deptartment and I would have to wait. About 10 minutes an older female came and I tried to explain that I wanted to but an ipod and this is my second trip to the store to make my purchase and no one will wait on me.
She was very rude and said they were busy, although there was not anyone in line or in the department to buy an Ipod. In frustration, I went to Target. I was immediately assisted with friendliness and kindness and the store had many customers in the department I was in. The employees did not seem irrated that they were busy and I made my purchase. I was also surprised that I got a free $50.00 gift card for making the purchase at Target. The employees were so nice and friendly and made my shopping an enjoyable experience. I definetely will take my money to Target. Apparently Walmart does not value customer service nor orient the employees how to wait on the customers. I am very disappointed in Walmart.

The Pharmacy in Amherst Virginia has very poor customer service. I went to have a prescription filled yesterday and they said it would be 15 minutes. I needed to get back home to take care of a couple of things but chose to stay and wait since it wouldn't take very long. I went back up after the alotted time and they said, well we had to order it, we can give you a partial tonight or you can pick it up tomorrow after noon. I said I will just pick it up tomorrow since I needed to leave. I went back today and they said they had to order it from warehouse so it would be a two day delivery but they could give me a partial or I could come back tomorrow. I said, give me the partial. I had to stand in line for 20 min to get my partial after waiting the alotted time rather than them calling me up and giving me the partial. I have also recently had a prescription filled that had the option of one month or three and I got one month since they did not have enough in stock an when I went back they said they could not fill it since I got a 3 month supply already but I had not so they had to drop the prescription as if it were a new one into the system so that insurance would ok it for me to have the prescription again. That is insurance fraud no matter how you put it!!!! I started going to Walmart for my prescriptions due to the increased cost at CVS but the lack of hassle and the professionalism they have is worth the added expense and I am now considering going back to CVS. I have worked as a pharmacy tech and have been in medicine for 11 years. I am now a nurse, so I am not new to how things should be professionally handled. This is definitely not professional. Even when discussing the issues with the pharmacist, rather than come around from the counter and speak to me he spoke to me from behind the counter that was 2 counters back. I could barely hear him and it was actually a violation of my HIPAA rights, so there needs to be some serious changes in the pharmacy in Amherst Virginia's Walmart. They also need to utilize some type of paging system or some way to notify people while they are shopping of issues that have arised because this is not the first time I have spent a great amount of time in the store just waiting on a prescription just to find out they didn't do anything with it.

The Walmart center in Murray KY is a disappointing location. My family shops there at least once a week and it is never properly stocked with products. What is the purpose of putting 2 canisters of one brand of formula on the shelf? They never seem to have what I need for my daughter. The associates seem bothered when asking them for help. With the condition of the store I'm not sure why you have them working there at all. We purchased a sandwich from the deli yesterday and it was definitely not worth the money. Overall this store is an embarrassment and something needs to be done.

Walmart"s Family plan is worst wireless plan they have out there, poor, poor customer service. They lure you in saying two line will be $70.00 and approx. $5.00 in taxes and fees. I specifically asked before I sign up about all the additional taxes and fees that will be added, the girl told me will only be around $5.00 for both phones. Financially I am not ready to sign another contract with any phone company so I was deciding between Walmart Family or Metro PCS their wireless services in my opinion is about the same. When I got my first bill it was $86.46! The fees and taxes was $16.46 not $5.00.
I was upset, so I switch to Metro PCS which theirs was $70.00 for two phones everything included!!! Unlimited phone time texting & internet service!Metro PCS ended up the better deal. They are far better in customer service. They are physically there if you need to talk to a person. No one at Walmart can help you when it comes to your phone bill questions. Instead of you having to call Walmart Family Plan, make sure if you do you have that 4 digit pin code they "supposedly" gave you when you signed up with them.
If you didn't write it down or can't find the number you will need to go to the store and have some from Walmart call for you (people in Walmart doesn't even know this, they look at you and think you're completely stupid when you go there and ask them to call for you) Then you can changed your pin#. This was so stupidly ridiculous! I answer the password question and offered my ss#, home address, DOB, acct# and this was still not enough for the girl on the phone to assist me with my billing question. I had to physically go to Walmart and straighten this out.
When it comes to wireless phones Metro PCS is by far better and you get more for your money and better customer service! I am seriously thinking of starting to do take my business somewhere else, I am finding out with smaller businesses you get better customer service!

i got ammo the day before had receipt ammo unopened they said no returns if they took back they have to donate to police dept. OK so i am a customer that spend 10k to15k a year at walmart so your going to piss off customer over 25$ return.
so take it back make donation of 25$ walmart makes millions at this one location and keeping customer happy. i am not sure why they are not allowing returns on ammo maybe it have something to do with the shooting i am not sure but this is not right?!

Shopping at Uptown Walmart in Victoria this afternoon I encountered a very powerful smell while I was in the produce section and then it quickly spread to the cash register area, I could not get out of there fast enough. It smelled like someone was cooking popcorn with a very strong cooking oil. My eyes immediately started to water and I could feel my chest getting tighter, I could not breath properly. The gentleman at the register said that it bothered him as well. I have now been home for over an hour and my eyes are still very watery and itchy and I still have a tightness in my chest and find it difficult to breath. I will not be going back to Walmart any time soon and with a Target store opening in my area that is where I will be shopping.

So on 8/27/2013 at 6.38 I found a screw in my tire I went to the service area where a young man husky built. blonde hair was walking out texting on his phone I asked are you closed he said we close at 7pm. I told him I found a nail which at the time that is what I thought it was in my tire. He walked over and looked at it and said we cant fix that it is on the side wall of the tire and walmart has standards we can only fix the tire if it is in the middle of the tread. I asked ok can you put the spare on for me. He then asked if I bought the tires there I said no this is a new car and they came with the car. He looked down at his watch and said we close at 7pm and I have to fix this other car first and that will take me 45 minutes. This job would of only taken him 5 minutes.
So I went home changed the tire which took 15 minutes to do. On 8/28/2013 I went to another company and they came in and said it is only a tiny screw it did not even puncture the tire at all and that if the young man would of taken the time to look at it he would of seen that. He was more worried about getting out of there at 7pm then he was about taking care of a customer. Just in the last month I have bought 3 Bikes for my Grandkids there I spend 50 to 60 dollars a week on food I spend a lot of my money in this store but will now shop some where eles. I was excited when they decided to put this walmart store in Heber now I wounder. I also called that night to the manger that was there she did apologize for there action and said she would talk to them.

I was in the Pharmacy on the 23rd of December. Trying to purchase the cleaner solution for my Braun Razor. For some reason which makes no sense it is locked up with the Razors. They called three times and I waited 25 minutes before someone came and this lady came who I think is the head cashier or whatever but she finally comes and tells me they cant find who has the key. They think they might have gone home with it. For crying out loud if you lock things up you should have several folks responsible enough to unlock it. You held up the Pharmacist and me for about 25 useless minutes. My time has some value also. This store continues to be the worst store I have ever been in. Store number 0811 Arcadia Florida. Went today 11/07/2012 to walmart in San Benito Tx. to buy ammunition and groceries. Went to sporting goods dept. 1st. to get ammo. no employee there. Found an employee at automotive dept. and asked her for help, she was not busy and told me she could help me. I told her I would wait by the ammo. and she never showed. Went to look for her and saw her walking in another direction with someone else. I left without buying anything. Thinking I would get better service in Harlingen Tx. I went to that store and was told that the sporting goods guy had just left to lunch and taken the key to ammo. display and no one else had a key that he would be back in an hour. I decided to wait and went and got my groceries about 40 minutes later went back to sporting goods and saw an employee trying to open display for another customer but her keys did not work finally she told him that he would have to come back another time because the person who worked the night shift had taken the key and they could not get in touch with him. I left without buying anything.

I was just in the store buying a file cabinet the girl was not able to ring it up with the barcode on the item I could not remember the price of the item so she looked it up for me. I then tried to used a $50 American express girt card but I assume the girl was unfamiliar with how to use the card so we put it all on my debit card. I went to the customer service desk to do a refund and see if she could put it on the gift card instead of my debit card. The "customer service" lady was rude from the start, then she stated that the price was not matching the barcode and I was going to have to pay more. I told her that I felt like I should not have to pay the difference due to the fact that it was not my fault that she rang up the wrong code, she rolled her eyes at me and then threw the receipt at me. Not a very good customer service act to me. Then I get stopped at the door and the door lady said that I could not leave with the item because the item on my receipt had a line through it. I explained the situation about what happened, and she proceeded to tell me that customer service deals with attitudes from people all day and that is probably why she had an attitude, there again not my problem. I feel like as a paying customer that I was treated very poorly by everybody that I dealt with over something that was not my fault. I have been a very good customer to the Walmart store on Cutten rd. in Houston Texas and I did not deserve to be treated that way.

I was in the check out lane searching in my purse for my ebt food card. I didnt want to hold up the line so I decided to pay with my debit card. Soon as I got to my vehicle and put all my grocerys in the car I found my ebt food card in the car on the floor. It must of fell out of my purse. So I went back in the store and went to the lady I checked out with and ask If I could get a return so I could use my ebt food card. She told me to go to customer service and they would take care of that for me. So when I went to customer service they said no. I went back to the lady at the check out and she got the manager for me and the manger said he had to ask someone above him. The manger said I would have to bring all my grocerys in and have them return each individual purchase and then rering each purchase.
So thats what I did. As I appoarched customer service no one wanted to do the return, so they yelled for an associate in the back who rolled her eyes because she didnt want to do it either but had to. So I took each purchase out as she scanned everyone then I put it back in the cart. After that I took every grocery out again so she could rering it, The whole time I felt so uncomfortable and degraded and embarassed all at the same time. Especially when the first associate said real loud in front of all the customers.
I just wanted to run out of the store right then. Walmart employees I would imagine are there to help their cutomers out but that day I felt like I was being discrinated because I held the low income food card. I never want to go back because I never want to feel that way again. On top of everything that happen they would not give me a credit for my $10.00 coupons I used. They said we gave you enough back, but really I got back what I bought.

I am currently on hold with Walmart in Miami ,FL and their service is horrible. I've been transfered three times and no one has even asked me what I needed. And when I do speak to someone they dont speak ENGLIGH!!! All I want to know if they have a item at their store. Why is that so hard !!!!!!! Ehh

I went to the Black Friday sale on thanksgiving and was extremely disappointed..I already sent in one complaint for being physically approached by a manager..accused of something I could have had no part in. I got stomped on, pushed to the ground, yelled at by your employee told to get out of store..it was terrible. On top of that, the laptop with the $70 bonus was to not go through register until after 10 .oo. As was the games I was , along with many others, going to purchase, were sold over the counter BEFORE the advertised time. Signs posted said the merchandise would not be in register until then. So many people were disappointed that night. The store clearly had no idea what they were doing...

I had my baby's pictures taken and the studio called me yesterday and told me they were in and to pick them up. I asked how long they were open, she said 6pm. When I drove all the way there they were closed and it was 4pm. I asked to speak to a manager and her name was Ann at the south zanesville walmart in ohio. She was extremely rude and said I would have to come back. I told her this was my only day off and I drove a long way and could she please call someone to figure out y they would call me and tell me to come if they were not even going to b there ! She said the portrait dpt. was not part of walmart. I asked then y when I pick my pictures up they say walmart om them and asked again for her to call someone to help. She called a number and handed me a phone and told me to leave my name and number. When i got the phone it was saying to press the star and was no way to leave a message! Ann snatched the phone away from my face while I was holding my 4 month baby and said i will call someone to help u and called the sheriff! Another women with her baby came up and said she had been walking around for 2 hours waiting for the studio to open, thinking they were on break or lunch. She also was very upset they called her too and told her to come get her photos. The sheriff came and I explained what happenened and he told me to file a complaint! I have called the 800 number several times to speak to someone about the photos with no return call. I have used this walmart for optical, groceries, and everything else, and to be treated likr that is outrapeous and I will never go back to any walmart again! I need someone to call me asap about this matter at 740 343 4130! Thank u for ur time

I was shopping at Walmart on January 23/2019.
I needed eggs, I had to lean over into the case and stretch to the back of the case, as I am only 5' 1" tall this is not easy for me.
I injured my ribs, a few days later I had to go back for more eggs.
I saw a manager who's name is Cody.
I talked to him about my issue and his response was telling me to stand on the round rail around the bottom of the case.
I'm still in pain on January 30 2019.
I've had a difficult time getting done all the things I needed to do this past week.
Thank you

Dear Mr McMillon,
I have purchased goods from Walmart for over twenty years as well as used the optical services without incident until my last prescription eyeglass purchase in August 2018. I refilled my eyeglass prescription at the Foxon Boulevard, New Haven, CT, location and have been having problems with the eyeglasses ever since. I returned the eyeglasses to the location and was told that nothing could be done. I find this unacceptable, because I work hard every day, and cannot afford to give $250.00 away. I am not able to wear the eyeglasses purchased in August 2018 --I am not able to see clearly or read when wearing them, and am wearing eyeglasses previously purchased from the Walmart, Foxon Boulevard, New Haven, CT, location. I would like a refund for the August 2018 purchase because I cannot use the eyeglasses.
I would appreciate you looking into this matter, and look forward to a favorable response. I can be reached by telephone 203 623-8025 or by email: adt8462@yahoo.com.
Sincerely,
Angela D. Thigpen

Not only is Wal-Mart stores always understaffed but I called 3 different auto centers and only one had enough tires for my 2014 for focus, they told me they had 6 of them (size 215 55 16). when I got there I waited 20 minutes before getting acknowledged then 1-1/2 hours later I get a call saying that their inventory was off and they only have 2. This is not the first time this has happened to me at Wal-Mart.

I ordered a very expensive Treadmill for a Christmas gift. It was not delivered when promised, When I spoke with a supervisor and they rescheduled delivery, it still was not delivered, but returned to store. On the third phone call I filed a complaint with Walmart Customer Resolution Team, till this day I have not heard from them at all, Ive made several phone calls and even with a complaint number, nothing!! horrible experience and will never order from there again.

We employees of 3462 are being bullied and abused. Lots of unethical issues. Please when you come this week question all associates on all shifts, department managers, etc. We need scanners to do our jobs, we are yelled at constantly and even assistant managers (christina) are grabbing and hurting people. Many lawsuits have been talked about. (Store manager) and other management bullying people. Please come out to speak with all associates.

We buy your steamable vegetables all the time. Lately the bottom of the bags have been leaking the juice out..Not happy bout this

Not really a complaint, but your shopping carts are in terrible condition. Wheels stick or steer hard, some carts have rust in basket, jammed together in staging area( hard to separate). I'm wondering if getting a good heavy plastic cart would be better. Just saying!!
Thank-you for your time

I shop at the Walmart in Los Lunas NM and am thoroughly disappointed shopping there. They are in the process of remodeling and the STORE IS A MESS!! And you can't find anything now, even more than you usually can't. The shelves they are moving are more than half empty. Before the remodeling its hard to find what you want and now IT'S EVEN WORSE!! There is no rhyme or reason for the aisles that are relocated in different areas of the store now. This store on a regular basis is a disappointment to shop at. You can't find what you want, shelves aren't kept stocked and who is the idiot that decided to put items on shelves 10 feet in the air. Not even the tallest male can reach some of the things on those shelves. You have customers climbing on the lower shelves to reach the items on the higher shelves. There never seems to be an associate available to use a latter to help reach items on the higher shelves. Waiting to hear when someone has something on those higher shelves falls on somebody's head. Right now the customers AND EMPLOYEES are frustrated with the REMODELING MESS!! It's bad enough normally when I have to reach 2 liter bottles of soft drinks that are 4 feet above my head. I've even written the store manager in the past and received no response concerning the display for the 2 liter bottles and that at least 10 different items on a regular basis I can't find available. I've even noticed customers seeming frustrated shopping and commented to them that it was frustrating shopping at this Walmart and how hard it is to find things and MANY HAVE AGREED WITH ME!! We have also agreed that maybe shopping at our towns Albertson or Smith would be better. Also some of the high up employees in charge have an attitude. They act like its your privilege to make believe they are helping you and addressing your concerns. I even wrote to the management complimenting 3 of their outstanding employees and later asked those employees if they received recognition and of course the answer was NO! Come on people get your organization in order before our Walmart is forced to shut down.

One of the associates working at the self-check out department was reluctant to help me with the self-check out machine in the store. He walked over slowly to me, and quickly dismissed me--took him a long time to respond to me, I had to beg him, please help me. But I noticed he helped others eagerly, and quickly, and was happy to do so; he even stood by them to make sure everything was okay, but not me. Furthermore, I noticed that he spent a longer time helping the other customers. I spoke to the manager, Gregory who was also racist toward me; he refused to help me with the incident of racism---they both should be fired. This happened on January 23, 2019 about 10:10 am, to about 10:25 am

I RELOADED 2 GIFT CARDS ON 1/12/2019. I USED PART OF ONE ON THE SAME DAY. THE CARDS WERE PLACED IN MY PURSE AND FULLY IN MY POSSESSION AT ALL TIMES. ON 1/22/2019 I WENT TO USE THE CARDS AND THEY WERE BOTH EMPTY. I WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE STORE - NO HELP. I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CARDS- NO HELP. I CALLED THE STORE AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, HAD TO SETTLE FOR A CLERK IN FINANCIAL SECTION. WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO SPEAK TO HER- SHE SYMPATHIZED BUT COULD NOT HELP. SHE DID GIVE ME A COPY OF THE TRACKING OF THE CARDS. I THEN WENT TO THE POLICE AND FILED A FRAUD REPORT AND GAVE THEM ALL THE INFORMATION. I LOOKED ON LINE-NO EASY WAY TO GET TO THIS AND I CALLED THE TOLL FREE NUMBER 1-800-925-6278- ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!! NOW SENDING NOTICE! THE ONLY WAY THIS COULD HAVE HAPPENED BEGINS WITH THE RELOAD AT THE ORIGINAL STORE. BOTH CARDS WERE REDEEMED ON 1/17/2019 AT DIFFERENT STORES FOR THE BALANCE ON THE CARDS.. WILL YOU HELP?

First off. Wal-Mart is carrying fewer and fewer of the items or brands I like in favor of their own Great Valu garbage, yes garbage.
The stores are not anywhere as clean as they should be. Today I needed honey and the shelf was all sticky like a container leaked and nobody wiped up the sticky before reloading the shelf. Many of the container were sticky no only the bottom but the sides too.

Store in New Orleans, LA (Bullard Ave) employs rude and racist associates. I was trying to return an item and was ignored, called names and ultimately denied service. Avoid this place at ALL costs.

I live in Port Charlotte, Fl. We have 2 Walmarts. I use the Kings Hwy store. All I have to say is it is becoming more and more frustrating to go
to the store and find shelves empty. Doesn't matter if it is food or clothes. I mostly buy food however and it has become the norm to have to wait
until your computer system catches up. I hate it! Hope this will change back to the way it use to be!
The employes there are always nice. Always helpful and efficient.
Thanks,
Sue

I am a steady customer and have been for years ! Lately the store in Avon Connecticut has hired the rudest and most unpleasant cashiers there ever was ! One woman is Jamacian and has the worst attitude ever when dealing with customers ! She shouldn't be in this position ! The second is a Indian man with another attitude towards customers. I have reported this incident to the manger at the time.
This all began when, I bought a dog toy on clearance and it was reduced to 5.00 but the label stated otherwise. I tried to explain this to the cashier and it was then that her attitude came out. I went and got the floor manager and she looked and told the woman that, I was correct and it was reduced. The glared at me for daring to call her out ! The same thing happened with the man only this time, the correct reduction price was on it and he still gave me a difficult time until, I called a manager ! This is a terrible store to go into and rest assure, they lost my business !!!!!

This morning by wife and I bought a basket full of stuff at the Walmart on Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, Virginia. We have shopped there for about 30 years; but, unless some major changes take place, I WILL NEVER SHOP there again.
We have seen the quality reduce drastically ever since new management took over in the last year. Many times, there are NO regular registers open (only one 20 or less open) and we have stood in line for as much as 30 minutes waiting to check out. Almost ever time we shop, there are items on our list that we can't get because the shelves are bare of that product. Plus, we can seldom find an employer to help us find a product.
Many employees have privately told us that they are unhappy and that moral is very low among employees. They are afraid to say anything because they fear losing their jobs.
This morning, I had enough and asked to speak to a Manager. When they FINALLY found her, I confronted her about the complaints. In my opinion, she was rude, obnoxious and acted as if she really didn't want to hear it. Her only response was concerning the registers. She said that I should use the Self Check Out. That's when I lost it and probably raised my voice louder than I should have.
I DO NOT LIKE self checkout (particularly when my basket is full). Additionally, these checkouts areas have no place to put all the products while checking out.
If SELF CHECKOUT is a corporate idea, I believe it will continue to drive customers away.
P.S. I must have touched some nerves in re my run in with the Manager because I had several customers behind me that thanked me for saying what I did and that they were getting tired of it too.

Several times, we have faced a "pep squad" meeting being held in the front of the store in a major aisle. We have to go several aisles out of our way to get around. This is a STORE, not a football game.

I have been spending $100-150 per week at the Walmart store on McLoughlin in Milwaukie, Oregon. You recently made a big change by replacing most of the check-out lanes with self-scan stations even though most of the time in the past there were only one or two maned stations open which caused a lot of backup. The new self-scan stations still require two people to stand there and monitor their use. From my viewpoint this is not saving me time, but only causing inconvenience. I DO NOT LIKE THIS. I know where most things I need are located and can usually find them when they are not being moved around. I believe scanning and bagging the items I purchase should be Walmart's job. There is a big Fred Meyer store just a couple of blocks away. They appear to be very nice, friendly and helpful. It looks like I need to learn where their items are.

I placed an order before the holidays for a treadmill, order number 6191869-380768, besides not being delivered on the promised date, the delivery company 1st called to schedule an appointment, confirmed it then called later to tell us it was returned to the Walmart store. Several phone calls later we rescheduled the delivery, I filled a complaint, with the customer resolution team, #190104-007337 and a supervisor assured me this would be rectified, the item would be delivered that Friday and I would hear back from them. I have not yet heard back, it was not delivered on arranged date. I finally received a call from a new delivery company and scheduled the delivery. They did delivery and insisted someone be there to sign but would not carry this few hundred pound item into the house. I am applauded and disgusted with this whole ordeal and with Walmart all together. I will no longer order any items from Walmart and I will also file my complaint with the BBB!

The warrenty service you have is a rip off. Im done with walmart. Very deceptive and crooked.

So Walmart is now proudly serving Nathan's Hot Dogs hot ready to go at the deli and I'm talking the neighborhood Walmart at 433 South Avalon in Orlando Florida 32828. Picked up two hot dogs today take it out to the parking lot and they are downright cold. Food Service safety rules require a minimum of 140 degrees keeping temperature. Anything else can be considered negligence and cause foodborne illness. Obviously they don't care because at mention of it the deli worker looks at you like you're bothering me for a dollar twenty-five Cent hot dog? So typical of Walmart customer service. I've never been treated with respect whenever reporting a problem at a Walmart store in Orlando. Always get the role of the eyes no matter if you're dealing with an employee or a manager. I think I will call the city and report them for this food safety violation. I challenge a manager to walk over to any Walmart deli pick up a hot dog on rapid see if it meets the standard . Stay away from the supposedly hot food at Walmart.

On January 11, 2019, I took my 2006 Honda CRV to the Walmart located at 2473 Hackworth Road, Birmingham, AL 35214 to have the oil changed and to have all bulbs checked and replaced if needed. I knew I needed a front turn signal light and a lower beam headlight. I left my car in the automotive department around 2:30 pm and went out into the store to shop. I paid for items, and the ticket shows a checkout time of 15:49:37. When I went back to automotive, my car had not been moved into the bay. (There were not a lot of cars ahead of me.) Eventually, my car was moved into the bay and sat there with the hood up until I was told it was ready. I paid the ticket at 17:46:07. Only the oil had been changed, but no bulbs. I was told Walmart didn't have one of the bulbs, and the man's hands were too big to change the other. Nobody bothered to tell me that while I waited. I would like to have known. As I look at the Walmart Auto Care Center list, I don't believe they actually checked anything. My car had been slow starting for awhile, so I thought the list would show a bad battery, but it says my battery tested good. I continued to have the slowness in starting, so on January 15, 2019, I went to Autozone to have the battery checked. The battery tested bad. I got a new battery and went on to an appointment. The car started instantly.. There have been several more starts and stops, and my Autozone battery starts the car instantly! The list stated the carpets were vacuumed. They were not. I don't trust anything on this list. I looked out at the car many times during my long wait, and the only thing I saw was the hood up (nothing going on with the car), and then the hood closed and moved out for me to pick it up. I can't trust that they did anything on the list. I do believe they changed the oil, because the car sounds better and drives better, But I can go to Express Oil and have the oil changed in minutes.
I will not be taking my car back to Walmart!

I went into your store located at 6300 Oakmont Blvd, Fort Worth, Tx to purchase a few items. I had 2 coupons that I had just printed out from Proctor Gambles website. One was for Downy and the other for Tide. When you print out the coupons you only have1-2 days to use the coupons and then they expire. When I checked out the register would not accept the $2.00 Tide coupon but it did accept the Downy coupon. When I asked the attendant to override the 0 amount it gave me for the coupon she informed me that they don't take printed coupons. I at that point asked for the assistance of someone higher up to handle the matter because as I stated to her I never had trouble in the past using these coupons. When this rude and I do mean rude person posing as a manager came over to the register she told me that it was their policy not to take printed coupons. When I explained that I never had trouble in the past with the other Walmart's she rudely told me then to go to those other Walmart's because she was not going to assist me. I will NEVER give that location my business again.

Completed shopping for food products 1/15 19 at 10 .30 am .upon arriving at front there was only 1 checkout operating as 10 customers stood in line with full carts and more were arriving with there purchases..I went to service desk and asked if more registers could be opened. The rude response was I will get to it when I can, I am busy.. Other store patrons were complaining on lack of help and attentiveness of management or staff. My husband went to jewelry counter where 3 staff were standing and also asked for more help. 10 min passed ,then 1 extra register opened. Many customers stated that we will go to aldi store now where service is prompt and they call help up front promptly when needed. We spent 136 dollars today. In future we will spend our money in another store. Your automatic checkout out are failing and loosing you customers. The checkout lady was professional and pleasant. She appoligized for the poor service and long wait.

I have been a loyal Walmart customer for over a decade in Pennsylvania and Florida. I have visited stores in more than 10 States and I have lived in Erie County Pennsylvania most of my life and a customer of all Eire and Erie County Stores and now Collier County Florida for the past 3 years and I have never experienced a consistently disappointing shopping experience as I have at Store 3417 on Collier Blvd in Naples Fl 34114 where I now live. From unfriendly experiences by employees on the floor (particularly at the Deli in this store) to unknowledgeable staff seemingly storewide, this store is severely broken and in need if leadership.
Two recent experiences have caused me to finally write this complaint:
The Pharmacy disconnected me twice and I was unable to refill a prescription I had questions about and;
yesterday my husband dropped me off in front of the store and I noiced a piece of cement missing from the sidewalk right in front of the entrance doors because part of my foot dipped into it. Recognizing that this condition could hurt someone, particularly, an elederly person as there are so many who visit that store, I immediately walked in and asked the cashier at the self chek out if he could let the MOD know. The Cashier ws no inly completely uninterested in what I was trying toxplain, but also kept repeating "What is MOD"? Another empployee was walking by so I attempted to ask that person to get the MOD and he also said he didnt know what an MOD ws. When I eplained that it was the manager on duty said "I didnt know that" and kept walking. At that point, I just gave up. No one showed the slightest bit of curiosity about what I was trying to express. There appeared to be other "yellow vest" around, but no one cared.
There is never enough staff on hand, let alone any that know what they are doing. Nothing is ever in the same place and the work ethic is not good. Unfortunately, this store probably akes alot of money so, nothing will hange, but if I am ever asked, I will not recommend this tore to anyone.

Went to Walmart in Langley BC today Jan 13, 2019 to pick up a few groceries. After completing our shopping went to check out and found there were no cashiers to ring through our purchases. We were told we could go through self serve but we have no interest in taking our purchases through self serve checkout. One of the employees told us we could go to Customer Service to pay for our purchases as long as we did not have anything that needed weighing. There were a number of staff standing around talking among them selves. Upon going to Customer Service the lady there said "she's working" referring to the ones talking among themselves and she had no interest in helping us at all. So picked up my purse and left the items in the basket and perhaps when those that were so interested in talking among themselves and had no interest in helping a customer can put the items back on the shelves. We frequent this Walmart at least 3-4 times a week but after this experience we have not interest in going back to this particular Walmart. We will do our grocery shopping at other retailers and if we need anything from Walmart we will go back to the Walmart on 24th Ave in surrey where we have always been treated with respect and as valued customers. (We have no interest in self serve)

At the Wal Mart I go to in Kernersville, S Main St Kernersville, N.C. the staff is frequently rude to me. Not all of them but enough of them to almost make it intolerable to go in there. I usually stop by every Morning between 2 and 5 and look at the home décor because I am decorating my apartment. It is the closest wal mart to me.People have made very rude comments to me and this has been on going for 6 years now. I am sticking up for myself more, saying I never was late on my mortgage, I have never missed a court date and I've had close to 80 and I have attained enough jobs to have pretty good resume, I have done enough volunteering because I do care.
When I was hanging out with Bobby Coleman he told me he use to steal 100's of dollars in merchandise from wal mart then go return it getting cash back when he never paid for it in the first place.

Online shopping carts in aisles. Cant get around them. They tell you they'll be out of the way "in a moment." Twice have I been charged for the same item. always out of stock, poorest Walmart I have ever been in. Will not be going back unless I'm desparate and then it will be thru the self check even if my cart is overflowing.

we had purchased two tires for my pick-up truck this last Saturday from the Harrodsburg Ky. store. last month we had gotten two tires for the front. this month we did the rear tires. the last time they mounted and balanced and installed the last two. this time they "tried" to install the rear tires but was having trouble removing one side. so after a few minutes, one of the service technicians' came out and told me that they couldn't remove the passenger side wheel because it was "rusted" and there was no way to remove said tire's they couldn't perform the installation of the new tires that i had purchased online and had picked up on that saturday. having grown up in my fathers' body and fender shop and having experienced the same thing from time to time, i had asked the three guys that were attempting to do the job," did you lift the vehicle so that you can spray some lubricant from the inside tire rim and tap the wheel from the inside to free it up in order to remove. they told me that they gently tapped the tire with a sledge hammer, but to no avail. when i asked where they sprayed the lubricant, he showed me. he sprayed the tire where it meets the wheel, and not from behind. they had a sledge hammer available, but as i watched the whole thing from the waiting room, looking through the window, the had NEVER ONCE USED THE SLEDGE HAMMER TO "TRY" AND LOOSEN ANYTHING. so i proceeded to ask all three of them why don't you put the lift up, spray the lubricant around the hub where the wheel is mounted. Well all they did was come up with excuse after excuse why they couldn't make a real attempt to remove the tire because they would not be responsible if something broke. so they ran and got the assistant store manager, who was clueless about anything concerning auto, especially tires. in her panic she called some guy that was off that day to ,"come in and deal with a customer who was unhappy. this gentlemen got out of his car,(not that it mattered at that point because i was leaving with both of my tires in tow), so i got out of my truck and started speaking with this so-called guy that has worked in that dept. for fifteen years began to treat me,"the customer" like i was some kind of enemy attacking the department because they were incompetent to remove the tire. this guy knows that sometimes a tire can be a pain to remove thus the rocking back and forth with a hammer to pry it loose. never in my life have i ever experienced a tire shop having to tell a customer that your "tire won't come off, so we can't perform the service that you all advertise. so called your manager and his shop a bunch of incompetents and that they would be a laughing stock if i took it somewhere else to perform the same service and the job done...... well i took it down the road to Danville,Ky to Towery's tire shop, and within five minutes the wheel came off the hub. the service tech used a small hand held "rubber mallet", it came right off.I WAS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY YOUR EMPLOYEE'S YOUR MANAGAMENT, AND THE SO-CALLED MANAGER OF THAT DEPT. THAT HAD TO BE CALLED IN ON HIS OFF DAY BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE THERE WERE TO INEXPERINCED IN HANDILNG AN EASY CUSTOMER COMPLIANT. all it took was five minutes of extra effort to take it off. i have never seen anyone ever make up lies as to why they WILL NOT do a job they are getting paid for. please don't tell me about liability for your business, when you do tires, some times you have to forcibly strike a tire wheel in order to free it up. my wife and i just moved down to this part of the country two years ago from Chicago, ill, your employees think that we just fell off the turnip truck. the both of us use the pharmacy at this store on a continuing basis, and all through the summer. my wife and i feel that we will sever all transactions of any kind including the use of another pharmacy and for other domestic needs.btw. the service tech's at the tire shop had the best laugh, especially when all they needed was a rubber mallet and struck the tire only twice. where your three men never even picked up and used their sledge hammer. it was all a set-up. i guess they didn't take to kindly that i still had an illinois plate on the front of my vehicle. may be if they saw the rear plate and saw that i was local maybe then they wouldn't have discriminated against me. my next step is hiring an attorney and file suit for discrimination. as i watched from the window by the waiting room, i watch this whole charade come together by way of the older of the three. i guess he wanted to teach them how to turn down a customer................

went o auto shop with a tire that was going down. when i arrived they told me it would be four to five hrs. I told them i would wait so i waited all day before they could pull up my warranty I told richard i had a warranty at round rock tx he said i didnt so i ask him to just let me pay for a tire He told mere he didnt have a tire in stock. I had to call round rock and gert my own invoice number. I have been dealing with walmart for over twenty years and knew my ttire came from walmart. why did i have to stay to closing for them to tell me all this how come they could not tell me this from the begining the money order machine was broke all day. batlhroom up front had no paper towels the lines were long three toilets broke paper eveyrwhere a mess.and i has to stayt there allmost to closingi give the customer this information when they w first come in not when they are closing i can be reached at 512-7172409

I ordered on line a coat which was suppose to be a women's 2xl and when I received coat the coat was more of a kids size. I have been on the phone all morning trying to return this item. Well, just to let you know I will most likely NOT use Walmart . com again. This is very bad service and I will make sure I tell my friends and family all about this return service! If I could I would have given Walmart zero stars. Unsatisfied customer.

I am tired of shopping with a store that allows dogs in the store and up in carts! I know you have to allow service dogs, but make them show papers or a collar that shows service dogs! I often see a cart with three puppies in them, none of them weighing over ten pounds and none with service collar. Yeesterday Sunday Jan. 6th I was shopping in Walmart at Branson,mo where I am complaining about. Two grown men probably in their forties, dirty clothes, and a large dark dog a mixture of breed but large, having to pull the dog down the isle when all of a sudden it "Shit" all over the floor! Everyone was stund,I left with nothing, telling the cashier and greeter at the Garden in that I would not be back, that a dog had shit all over floor and was not a service dog! I am calling a manager and calling the Health Department!

Dear Mr. Christian...thanks for your response...cannot believe that I have the item here
on my floor and Walmart does not believe that I have received it. they keep saying that
it has not been shipped. This certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth...I have even taken
it up to the store...they say that "they" do not have proof that it has been shipped and then
USPS says that I have received it...this is so "sad". If it has not been sent and if it will be
shipped...maybe I'll receive two then...having two would be nice...

My sister bought me a Walmart visa card for 25 dollars at Walmart in Falmouth Maine. I went to Falmouth Walmart to buy some things and use it.I opened it there and the person said it didnt work. So I am out a Christmas present and she is out the 25 bucks that should have been on the card. So you dont stand behind your products? I am very upset but I thought I would give you a chance to straighten it out before I let the people on my face book know. How can you not stand by this? So I payed for my things with my debt card and shouldn't have. I couldnt afford it. I sure hope you make this right. I appreciate you help on this bad situation. Thank you , ina Crone

I have been a long term customer for purchasing online and having my order shipped to my address.
The prices of items in the last few months for those things being shipped are much higher than those
same items being picked up. I do not have a car, so pick up is not possible.
I GUESS I WILL JUST LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO SHOP.
Jerry

We go grocery shopping at the neighborhood Walmart on Nolte Rd, St. Cloud Fl every Saturday.
When the store first opened, they had nice looking vegetables, now they are old, bruised, dark spots, etc.... and just don't look good.
Also, they are always stocking on Saturdays, with the carts in the way and half the items are not out by the time most shoppers go. I usually cannot find items I'm looking for, as the shelves are almost empty for certain items.
I do not like shopping there anymore because of the isles being blocked and a lot of the items are not stocked. They should stock on Thursday or Fridays when it is not as crowded. The employees also pull the cart out in front of you while we are moving and can not even say excuse me or apologize. They think they have the right to just walk out in front of you and again, no apology.

Walmart online is awful. They pack tiny items in huge boxes so then the items fly everywhere in the Box and get damaged while shipping. Or Walmart will actually put some packing material about 3 miles long of paper for one can in a massive Box. So I not unbelievable wasteful.

To Whom it may concern,
On Sunday, December 16th I went into Wal-mart to utilize my lifetime rotation service. I dropped off my car and returned about an hour later. As I waited in the lobby I was called by the Shop Manager (whose name I believe is 'LC') he told me there was a problem with my vehicle. As he walked me towards the shop where my vehicle was still present he began to tell me he recently purchased a manual transmission vehicle and he is always concerned when he is taking his car for service will the techs know what to do with a "stick". First of all, this information was irrelevant to me I never have that worry because I assume I am taking my vehicle to experts. Nonetheless, he walks me over to my vehicle, proceeds to show me my hood has been severely damaged because the technician working on the vehicle didn't realize it was a stick and when he turned the ignition the car "jumped", I suspect he wasn't in gear or hadn't depressed the clutch I'm not sure. Either way, this resulted in my hood becoming severely damaged to the point of needing replacement. As well as damage to my bumper, increasing the crack in my windshield and possible mechanical issues which I still need to have that looked into. 'LC' assured me this would be taken care of and had me complete an incident report, although I was not a witness to the incident I just documented what I was told. He told me he would call me the next day with instructions.
I never got that call instead I had to call the store and was transferred around never successfully connected to the manager, even hung up on several times. Finally, I looked up the number for corporate got ahold of someone who then provided me a claim number (Claim: 8670588) and the name (Adjuster: Eramn Facio) of the adjuster assigned to my claim. I was even given his contact info (800-527-0566 x57962) . I was transferred over, no answer so I left a voicemail. I have called and left multiple messages over the next couple weeks, even for the supervisor ( 57829 Jeremy) and sent an email to him as well, Jjrasmu@zmiw.com. Still no contact no response. Finally, the shop manager called almost a week later with no helpful info at all, no instructions on the process pretty much useless and the claim number which I already got on my own. Then I receive a phone call and an email from the adjuster stating he received my fax of the estimate and he needs my car registration he left a voicemail on Weds 1/2. Then sent an email saying he had been trying to reach me and if my number 415-595-4051 was still good. I never got a phone call until that day or an email. I immediately called back and replied to his email and faxed the requested information. It's Friday 2pm PST still no response no expectations set no instructions, nothing. This is unacceptable. I spent my holidays driving around with my car looking awful spending most of my free time and taking time from my work day, calling your adjuster getting nowhere. I even got a response from your twitter account before I finally got the phone call. At this point, I deserve a lot more than just the repairs to my car, for starters a refund for my lifetime rotation, and compensation for my time I'm wasting and some sort of explanation on how to get my car fixed. If the adjuster has my email why is he not utilizing it? I can guarantee I will never get my car serviced at any Walmart again after many years of taking my vehicles there. Your staff is incompetent. I'm not sure how I can trust someone to work on my car that doesn't know the difference between an automatic and manual that's the most idiotic excuse ever. I have never experienced this and have taken my 5 other manual vehicles for service there in the past. Not only did you provide terrible service, but also your lack of response is unacceptable. The cherry on top the lack of ownership on behalf of your adjustor is despicable. his implication in his email that he's unable to reach me when the truth is I couldn't reach him or his superior and he never attempted contact shows a lack of effort to correct your wrong. I demand response and for my car to be repaired and I will be compensated my next steps may have to be small claims court. There is no excuse for how this was handled.

I purchased 732.00+ dollars on black Friday some of the items I purchase service warranties. As I made a couple of returns today 1/3/2019 one of the items unopened and unused had the service warranty Walmart refused to refund the warranty because it was over 30 days old. They told me I needed to call the service center to see if they would refund the warranty. I feel that I should have been explained this when I purchased to warranty and I would have had the decision not to purchase it also with the purchase being a Christmas gift Walmart should be more understanding and allow a grace period to get the refund. To say the least I have no more patience with Walmart and will probably no longer shop with Walmart

returned gift was told I could not get a gift card or cash by an asociate named de dee at store 1658 Thomson ga

I was a customer at the Walmart in auburn wa.
I purchased wine in the self serve check out.
lady working the self serve area came to me for id.
when I showed her my id thru wallet plastiv window she asked me to take id out and hand it to her.
I will be 60 yrs old next yr. have NEVER been asked to pull id out and to any cashier EVER in my life except by police when pulled over as you are well aware, since everyone has been over at one time in their life.
When I asked to speak to manager, SHERIE I believe her name was, came and stated to me that's its store policy.
I have since purchased alcohol and of course never asked to take id out and hand to cashier.
BAD BUSINESS FOR WALMART TO ACT LIKE POLICE>>>>

I just left Walmart on 83rd and Stewart in Chicago,IL. First off I spent 1:15 min in the store searching for things on my own because all the workers are huddled up in the back of the store on their phones instead of helping customers. Once I FINALLLY made it to check out I’m told that I can’t ring my 2x 100 vanilla gift cards because the money center doesn’t open for another 20min. Omg you mean to tell me I have $900 in groceries and a manager can’t even ring my gc but the Walmart on North avenue and Kostner is the total opposite...guess this rule is only enforced in the majority black neighborhood. So instead of leaving Walmart with all my much needed groceries and $900dollars less I left with my pocket full of money. I spent 0 hundreds in Walmart I’m so disgusted at this point I’ll NEVER patronize this store EVER AGAIN

The Reynoldsburg, Ohio store is the worst shopping experience possible. The parking lot is always littered and the store is a mess. The Dairy isle - milk and egg coolers are filthy. Today's (12/30/2018) experience was the last straw.
My wife and I arrived to do our shopping at 6:30 am, at 7:30 we were ready to check out with a large basket full of groceries. The only way to check out was to use self check, which is always a problem. I asked at the service counter if a cashier was available and was told "none have arrived, it will probably be a few minutes". Ten minutes later a women,Tanasia, who was very helpful, asked if she could help even though it obviously was not her job. She rang us up at the self check out and was not able to enter the store coupons and the register "froze up". Next, Tanasia took us to another register and re-rang the entire order. The entire check-out process took well over 45 minutes. Many staff members were milling around the front of the store, but seem unconcerned with the customers walking out because of the inability to check out. I personally observed two customer leave baskets of food in the self check out area during this time.
I asked to speak to the store manager, who I was told was not available and did not respond to the cashier's request.
The Reynoldsburg, Ohio area has many grocery store choices and this Walmart store, by far, is the worst store of any of the other choices in the area. After today's experience my wife and I have decided not to return.
I suppose if I wanted to look for a positive from this fiasco, it would be that Walmart might be a stock to consider shorting.

I was in the self service check out counter in Walmart at 4005 167th Street, Country Club Hills IL 60478 on 12/29//2018. The receipt number is TC 565541984509845488779. I called a Walmart representative for assistance to take off 2 brown gravy pouch for 4.96 each because the price on the shelf said .88 cents each, she took the two items off the receipt and the merchandise was left on the counter of the register in the store.
As I walked through the first door out the store I was stopped by a African American male security employee telling me the camera saw me take 3 gravy pouch and I only pay for one.
I told him to check my receipt so he can see that was not true and to question the people looking at the camera eyes. He checked my receipt and my bags only to see I did not take anything that was not paid for. He allowed me to leave the store and told me he did not want to make a scene and to pay for items I did not have. People and employees in the store were starring me up and down like I was a criminal.
I informed him every thing in these bags are paid for and he could check them with no problem.
This was a humiliating experience and I plan to speak with my attorney for this racial profiling or whatever the reason was for this action.
When I called the store to speak with a manager, they simply kept me on hold listing to music for 1 hour. I called back twice and was put on hold with no manager or anyone else came to the phone.
My phone number is 773-301-0675 . This is no way to treat a regular Walmart customer or anyone else for that matter that is not stealing from your establishment.

On December 26, 2018, I initiated a cash transfer at the Galena, IL Walmart to be sent to a Walmart in Chicago, IL for pick up. My stepson went to the Skokie, IL Walmart on Touhy Ave., and was told the name on the transfer had to match how his name is written on his photo ID (which has his middle initial on it). Galena only requires first and last name, and I have done several transfers from Galena successfully. My 3 attempts to reach customer service at Walmart Skokie resulted each time in ringing several times and automatically going to music with no person contact. Your associate Walmart general tried and reached the same result and stated that she would report this to management. Having set ID criteria within your organization for doing these transfers would alleviate these circumstances. I contacted RIA Financial Services to get remedy for this frustrating circumstance.

I was checking out at the self service check out. After scanning several items, I tried to scan out a can of paint.
But when I grabbed the can to put it on the scanner the top came off and spilled on everything. All my clothes got paint on them. I ask the manager for a complaint form, but she said the only file complaints when someone is hurt. The clothes that I was wearing added up to about $300.00 and they are all useless now. I am looking to be compensated for my loss.

I contacted you and you said you would call in 24 hours. It is now going on 64 hours. My phone number is 319-504-4752.

I placed an order yesterday on Walmart.com that I decided to cancelled right away so I did the order was cancelled correctly and in time but I still received the order and I was still charged I contacted support and they told me they can't process refunds for egift cards but since I cancelled the order correctly the refund should have been made correctly

Received the wrong item from internet
When returned to store there was a 18.00 fee that I had to pay.
I was told that it came from one of Walmart’s companies and that Walmart had to charge the return fee
Since that is the case, you have lost a customer, not only me, but all the people I can tell about this.
As far as I know, I bought from Walmart and returned to walmart. Poor customer service

Walmart store in Collierville, Tn. 38017 is the worst managed store I've shopped in. Example- Went to buy groceries Saturday night around10 o'clock. They had one line open and at least 20 customers standing in that line. No other register was open. Self check-out was the same way. I went to ask for a manager and was told there was no manager there. I said well someone needs to open another register. The lady said they didn't have anyone to open up one. This was ridiculous! This is the holiday season, the most busy time of the year.
