Hello I recently traveled for Brantford Ont to Fort McMurray Alberta. I stopped at multiple Tim Hortons along the way, and purchased 2 med coffee's at everyone of the locations I stopped at. Now I realized that the price is going to vary from town to town and province to province but I had one location that was so out of tune from the the rest I actually questioned the store personal. 35.

The prices seemed to bounce around in that range until I stopped at the Tim Hortons in Wawa Ont. Now the Tim Hortons in Wawa is not out in the middle of nowhere, it is in a town that is populated so the prices should not be way higher then any of the other's. 75. Is this correct ?

On Friday, May 5th, 2023, at about 5:30/6:00am, on my way to work, I went to the 24 hour Tim Hortons on 3691 Strandherd Drive, Nepean, Ontario, to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I don't usually do this as this is not my habit. I promise you, in future, I am going to avoid that branch of Tim Hortons, like the plague and I'm going to ask all my friends to do the same and to help me spread the word on social media to as many people as possible, to avoid that branch of Tim Hortons, depending on the response I get from you about the following complaint.

I entered the shop and waited approximately 3 - 5 minutes for service and when it was my turn, I asked the young Indian woman at the register, for a double double PLUS 4 sugars and a bacon and egg breakfast…

Tim Hortons in buffalo NY 14213 on Niagara street. Always messes up my order it went from a toasted bagel that I wanted with cream cheese the give me the breakfast bagel with double eggs and sausage. This happens all week now today I got for a sausage egg and cheese croissant and got a plain sausage croissant no cheese or egg it's very disappointing that they can't get an easy order right...

I had my Coffee at Tim hortons in 755 Adelaide, londo Ontario. Unfortunately, all tables are not clean, I checked 5 tables before I decided to clean one by myself and sat to get my coffee.

Hopefully you correct this soon.

Was at your location on St Mary’s Road, May 7, around 730am, only a couple of other guests in the store. There were about 4 East Indian staff, each one speaking loud in their language! Can this excitement, loud talking not be controlled, even a request to converse in a English language ?

Nanaimo brooks landing 930am may 6th I’m a loyal customer who spends 20 bucks a day 365 days a year. I order my coffee as per norm. I go to the window and they asked me to back up to the marker and then waived me up when it was ready.

I asked why thinking I did something wrong. Turns out it’s about a timer. By backing up not only was the true wait time gamed . Moving ahead looks like twice as fast service time. I was made to participate in unethical behaviour and it’s unsafe.

This data collection suppose to help Tim Hortons .. this behaviour is unethical, unsafe and i morally object in being force to participate , unaware, of what I perceive as low level fraud. Do better.

My manager in the morning shift speak very rudely with me. In front of all team members and customers tooo. if anything gone wrong they always blamed me even If I am not involved in that one. Also. At my behind my back they talk very vulgar with other team members.

I leave my job because of stress, depression. Still now, I am scared, I am unable to do any other job, Just because of that scaredness in my mind. I am felling very depressed. I am complaining this now because I don’t want that any one else can suffer from this.

But still, at that location, they are doing the favourtism. No one speak over their because of their job as every one needs money to live. In starting I also did some shifts under the old manager, and I personally feel she so nice and understanding.

I placed a mobile online to pick up my orders at 7:35am and when I came the employees yelled at me and asked me wait or cancel to get the refunds. That’s terrible service, I’ll never come again

c I am there at Tim Horton's everyday faithfully and to be made to feel I should do her job is so wrong. not even sorry for this and please double check to . did not get her name but she was very vocal to make a point that i need to make sure my order is correct.

Hello from customer both Tim Horton locations in terrace bc have not had latte’s available for four months , i could understand two weeks but now it’s like it’s not going to happen. I hope the best of luck finding a solution and hope to see a Tim horrors latte in the near future “cheers”.

I ordered a herb and garlic pastry today from the store in Bayfield Ontario Canada. When I arrived home I noticed the pastry smelt of jalapeño. As I would have been in a life threatening position if I had of eaten the pastry given to me I could have died.

I contacted the store and spoke to the manager, she was not very sympathetic. I have visited this store once before and the product I wanted to purchase (donuts) were not available. I was conducting a meeting and wanted to provide a snack for the participants.

I will not be visiting any of your stores in the future..

I am writing specifically on the Tim Hortons in Carbonear, Newfoundland. I have lodged several complaints to the individual store but have gotten nowhere. Something needs to be addressed at this store as the waiting time once inside can be almost a half an hr. to be served.

I have seen countless customers complain while in line for so long and some just leave before being served. They only open 2 cashes but one is always serving the MOBILE orders and not the customers. Can someone be assigned to the other cash when Mobile orders are being taken care of?

This has been a long ongoing problem for this particular store. The staff are very slow. Hoping this can be dealt with.

This is the 4th time I am going to the Tim Hortons at 4200 Sheppard Avenue E, Scarborough and have been treated with poor Customer Service and rudeness. It is a poor reflection on Tim Horton's as their service is usually good.

I work across the road from this location and my hours are very long as I do taxes. It is convenient to go there, however, I have started to tell neighbours, friends and clients not to go there.

I believe in giving 2nd chances, however, I went there this morning, rudeness, my bagel and cream cheese was not cut in half, it seems that the cheese has been flattened and some taken out as I go to other locations and there is always more cheese.

As I had every reason I asked for my receipt as it was not offered or freely given.

The women’s washroom was absolutely disgustingly filthy. The tables had not been wiped. Food and service were fine but surroundings terrible. We thought of calling the public Health When we told one of the servers about the washroom. She said. We know????? Seriously

The coffee is gross. Everyday at 5am or so. I spend between 14 and 15 dollars every single morning. Now that you've changed the coffee (don't say you didn't become it's disgusting ( poor customer service and I have to waste more money finding a good coffee literally going to different tims to see if it's better.

I will not be spending my money on a restaurant that turned gross. The temperature of the coffee is too high and your food is ugly and not the good food anymore. You've ruined Tim Hortons an iconic Canadian shop.

To Whom It May Concern...... I purchased gift cards for my staff for HCA(Health Care Aide) week in the fall and found that none of the cards were working after they were given to the employees. 00 paid. The employee that did them for me was not very experienced and very unsure of doing the transaction but he told me they were all good to go.

I found out after that none of them were done properly and my staff returned the GC's to me saying that they didn't work. On 18 april,2022,Time 2 pm, I went to tim horton #3175 to ask then that they make my coffee wrong. They don't accept that they make wrong coffee .One Employee his name is Richard was very rude with me and not accept that they make wrong coffee.Staff was very rude

Today I ordered a BLT no lettuce add butter and upon looking at it before leaving drive thru window my sandwich was built poorly,there were only 2 tomatoes stacked on top each other placed on a mound of bacon with no mayo. I sent it back asking for my 3rd tomato as well as asking for the bacon be stretched out and add mayo.

I was extremely disappointed as it wasn't even busy at 9:08 am, the tomatoes were soggy and old. Never happens at Subway . This Sammy was below Tim Hortons standards!

On Sunday April 16th 2023. My husband and I went to Tim Hortons located at 368 Lakeshore Drive. Our order was wrong from the sandwiches to our beverages. Then another customer complained that the tables weren't wiped down. This is not the first time this has happened.

Absolutely worst Tim’s u can go to! I visited Tim Horton on 6th street and 10th Avenue in Burnaby. Around 6 PM. I requested one Dozen Muffins and One dozen Donuts. Unfortunately they only had 8 muffins. The sales girl insisted on charging me for 6 at half a dozen rate and two at per piece. I pleaded that if they did not have dozen it was not my fault. I suggested that I be charged Dozen rate. The supervisor Jasmine Saran was called. She was refusing to even listen. She would not look at the rationale. Worst was she had the courage to insult me by saying "I can see how much common sense I had" - This is unacceptable.

She offered to bake fresh in five minutes. I gladly accepted and said 5 minutes is fine but she retrived her stance that it could be longer.

The location on trethewey and Jane has the worst customer service. April 16, 8:21 am I asked for 3/4 reg and a 1/4 French vanilla. It doesn't seem to matter what Tim Hortons you go to. They don't understand steep tea. I live in Kamloops and not one tim hortons understand steep tea, I always get a Original blend coffe. It pretty bad the I have to sniff my order just to make sure that i get my tea.

I should not have to do thi everytime. Either staff need to be retrained, take reading lessons or make or it need to be change in the tills and screens to more readable for staff.

As an employee of Oakville Trafalgar Hospital myself and other employees have very short breaks times. I have noticed over the past six months that at peak times of when employees all go on their breaks 10am and 3pm the wait time in line is approximately 20 minutes. The staff that work at the 2 check out windows are busy filing the mobile orders instead of waiting on the people in the line up. It is extremely frustrating watching them making mobile orders a priority and leaving both order stations unattended. The employees of the hospital provided a lot of business to Tim Hortons on a daily basis.

There should be a dedicated mobile staff for those orders only and 2 staff at the order stations. I am not sure why the mobile orders take precedence over everything else.

Tim Horton’s at at square one Mississauga by the side of Walmart. It was two weeks ago I visited on my lunch hour. Between 1 and 2. The cashier mixed up my order. I was supposed to use my deal on the app with sandwich and soup.

I found out when I got back to the lunch room it was just a soup. I went back and mentioned it to the same cashier which I think his name was Iobel. He wore a turbin. This afternoon I was in the drive thru line for 19 min. I ordered two coffees and a lightly toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. The coffees we got were not hot and the bagel was some kind of cheese bagel with cream cheese.

Unfortunately I was not anywhere near the restaurant when we opened the bagel which my wife and I were going to share. Unfortunately also we did not have a receipt to indicate our purchase. Thank you for listening. Henry

The slowest service, and never have what I ask for. Bring back the original Tim Hortons that served coffee, doughnuts and bagels. All the extra crap slows them down and takes the focus off what Tim hortons should be… a COFFEE shop, NOT a sandwich/wrap, panini….

Tim Horton in Xenia is the only location when you order does not matter if it is a cup of coffee has you pull around to front if building and wait on your order to be brought out to you. Why is this ? No other location.

I ordered a coffee at your Harriston ontario drive through location, the truck in front of me was given a coffee and then handed it back to your employee with the drink tab open, then when I pulled up to get my coffee the employee at the window handed me a coffee with the lids tab seal broken, and as l was pulling away l noticed that it looked like someone had taken a drink from it, l find it sad that this woman that served me thought that it was ok to do so.

I would like to express my concern about the fact that the employees at Tim Hortons do not speak English to each other behind the counter my family is Multicultural so this is not written out of discrimination or racism. We are a bilingual country here in Canada and we do have a large population of ethnicities.

I feel that in a public workplace English should be spoken amongst the employees. I just visited one of your restaurants and there was only one Caucasian person, the rest were of a different ethnicity. the entire time I stood in line the employees were speaking their language, which was not English.

I am pissed about the lack of attention it takes to ensure the lid is properly placed on takeout cups.., I went through the drive-thru and the lid came off the cup all over my vehicle and my lap. You app does not allow for Photo upload another problem you need to fix. I will have my vehicle detailed and forward the charges to your company.

We went to Tims at 5:45pm and to our surprise there was no choices left. I asked if there was going to be more coming out and the worker said i wpuld have to go make some. They close at 8pm and was nothing really left this is not acceptable!!!

To whom it may concern: Hello, my wife and I are currently switching stores. We are disgusted with the store at 4250 McKinley Pkwy, Hamburg, NY. The employees at this store act as if you are trying to pull something on them, when you correct them, because the order is wrong when receiving at the drive thru.

Bad attitudes , smart remarks and comments are things that show poor customer service skills. In most of our experiences with this store food , sandwiches, most of the donuts can’t be served after 3pm. They say they just don’t have anything.
