T.G.I. Friday's

On 01/11/19 I was denied entry to go into Friday's on 4209 Wake Forest Rd. Raleigh, NC 27609. I was told that on Fridays and Saturdays the restaurant turns into a night club and you have to pay a $5.00 entry fee in order to get in to eat.

Visited tgi quay side lakeside booked x2 tables for birthdays waited 35mins to be seated total chaos stressed staff rude barman and a defensive manager an experience we will not be repeating, appreciate it was a Saturday but it was the worst tgi I have visited!!!

I hate I cannot give a Zero star!! The TGIFridays in Quakertown pa is where to go if you want laughable food at thw ridiculous chain restaurant prices sometimes!! Was given a lava drink lacking ingredients cus they ran out and not on fire..

We had a family birthday meal to attend too at 2pm when me and my boyfriend walked in with his daughter who was very hungry and looking forward to having something to eat , we was greeted by the most unfriendliest staff going with a face of thunder on them , we then said we was with a birthday party and they just pointed us in the direction of the table.

We then was getting settled but by 2:45 we still had not received any waiters to ask for our drinks, we then got up ourselves to order the drinks half an hour had passed and still no drinks had come to our table not even the child’s drink who was very hungry and thirsty at this point for then the waiter to say there was barely any drinks left until we asked further again where the drinks were at they came but

I would like to complain about the service me and my family received at TGI Fridays in speke on 5th January 2020. 35. which was nice but was not hot only like warm. 30 we had still not received my husband had ordered a coffee which was brought to us as black when asked for milk and sugar it took 15 mins to receive this which by then was cold.

We had looked forward to this meal however I will not be going to TGI again the gentleman who also served us smelt of alcohol and kept disappearing as if he was I'll. 57 for this meal and I think that was a disgrace I did complain on leaving but they did not seem interested.

I have a large family but will be advising them not to go to this establishment due to the very poor service our family of 5 had.

I have never had service this awful. we waited for 30 mins before our order was taken. The restaurant was not busy at all.. then we waiter over 30 mins to get our food. I ordered tostada nachos and when i was finally served the tostadas were burnt black to a crisp.

Manager in training at the cross county location was cursing and telling guest they can’t sit in a certain section and didn’t care if they had money. Bartender on duty on January 3 didn’t ring the food in and serve another guest even though we were there before and didn’t even check on us us when we got the apps to offer silver or plates , food came out burnt and

the bartender then proceeded to sit and eat her food, even though she still didn’t check on us. Manager was another case didn’t seem as he wanted to be there we made several complaints and all he wanted to offer was a $10 coupon

A group of coworkers went to Fridays in Sunrise, FL today (party of 3). We arrived at 11:35 am and waited for 8 minutes for a greeter/hostess to come to the front, never happened. My coworker had to walk all the way to the back and stick his head in the kitchen area to get someone's attention.

She seated us and walked away. We say waiting for someone to come and at least take our drink order for over 10 minutes. No one ever came to our table and we walked out at 12:05 PM to once again NO ONE at the front where there were 4 more people waiting to be greeted.

Not sure what the issue was- no one at the bar, or the hostess stand, just an empty establishment for over 30 minutes with zero service. Disappointing being we were the only people seated in the place for 20 minutes.

Hi. I brought a colleague of mine to TGI Fridays in West Orange, NJ for a dinner meeting and was terribly embarrassed when the restaurant was so dirty that they couldn’t find a clean table and the floor was sticky and disgusting and the restaurant just looked very dirty from top to bottom.

However, if the quality of the food and cleanliness of the food was reflected by what Was visible in the dining area I can only imagine what was behind closed doors in the kitchen and so because of that we were too disgusted to eat there after driving all the way there and had to choose an alternative restaurant at the last minute because it was unsanitary.

2 of us went to eat at TGI Fridays Watford at lunchtime on 17th December 2019. The food was not as good as in many previous visits to GI Fridays all over the country, I had to send back the corn on the cob as it was very dry and was sticking in my throat.

I immediately called over a waitress who offered me another choice but as I love corn on the cob I declined and asked for a replacement. This took a long time in coming to the point I had practically finished my meal.

The corn was replaced with one soaked in butter and had a pot of melted butter next to it. Unfortunately it was still inedible, it tasted as though it had been cooked the day previous and was so dry and not succulent as a corn on the cob should be, it was actually like eating wood it was that inedible.

I used to frequent Fridays quite often and had not visited them in about a year. I decided to stop in for happy hour tonight. I order two HH cheeseburgers and was asked for some bbq sauce. 00 for that condiment.

At no time did the server tell me that there was an upcharge. Then I remembered why I stopped going. I like grilled onions on my hamburgers and I ordered one with grilled onions and they did tell me that there would be an upcharge.

I questioned why as the burger came with onion and all I was asking was it to be grilled. The explanation was it was corporate policy. I decided that I refused to be charged for cooking an onion and stopped going.

I come to TGIF very frequently. Went to the one Greenbriar-Chesapeake(12-4-19) on Tuesday and Lynnhaven-Va Beach(12-5-19) Wednesday of this week. Great experience normally at TGIF. Had a horrible experience at my normal TGIF Lynnhaven-Va Beach . Ordered the chicken sandwich special and my fiance ordered the full rack of ribs.

Chicken sandwich was under cooked. They gave me another sandwich which I decided to take home and take it for lunch. samething, under cooked. At this point and time I hope I don't get salmonella poisoning. I took pictures to have just in case I do get sick.

Took our friend to london for her 50th. Sat in covent garden tgi for half hr before being told gas wasnt working. Was told to go leicester sq instead. Were given complementry drinks but purple rain without the alcohol doesnt taste quite the same.

I ordered chicken with shrimp w/noodles thru Grub Hub. As a Muslim I don't eat pork. When I got my food there was bacon in it, $24 wasted. Who puts bacon in fettuccine?

I wouldn't give even 1 star for the restraint near Wolfchase in Memphis. Last Friday evening we had 4 people in our party, we waited over 40 minutes without ever getting our order to the table. Finally when the server didn't bother to come back to even ask if we wanted refills on our drinks we left. I could understand if it was busy or even short staffed it the server had bothered to communicate with us. It was a joke.

The service was very slow the wait for the food was far too long and one of our meals which was ribeye steak was very overcooked was sent back and returned back after all the other diners had finished had to keep asking for drink orders one of which never came very poor service and food quality only avrerage. We waited for 1hr. For our main dish to come out of to have it be wrong and under cooked. We asked both the waitress and manager for refills on our drinks after we sat for 15 minutes with empty glasses. We never received refills. When the meals finally came out as stated earlier the food was under cooked and only had 6 yes 6 french fries on each platter. Addressed the issue with the manager who was quite busy dealing with issues the entire time we were there only to have him stare at us with a blank look. We were hoping for a resolution like maybe some fresh made food that was to our order but in return was charged for the appetizers we ordered and sent on our way.

I recently referred a friend to dine with Me at Fridays, on Nov. 15th. Service was ok until the END , when A manager came to close my check. 67 , the female manager split the bill (so i thought) . 00 a piece.

I was supposed to receive a refund 10 days ago. I’ve contacted customer relations several times, but I still have not receive my refund.

Waitress took 15 minutes to come over. My burger was good but my son got plain salmon and mashed potatoes because of his health requirements. They brought both at the same time but... His looked like a kids portion. It was maybe 6 oz.

and 2 little scoops of mashed potatoes. while he nor I are big eaters, his was insulting. I asked for a manager and she said the fish comes precut. She tried to say they vary but when my son showed her the picture in the menu, it was like night and day.

Ate at #0660 McKinley mall location on Saturday 11/9. Worst experience ever and will NEVER return. Staff unfriendly and inefficient, food cold and dry, wait time way too long. Terrible service. Customers around us were getting up and leaving before their food ever got there. My husband ordered a chicken ranch sandwich it came to him cold terrible presentation and there was no ranch on the ranch chicken sandwich.
