T.G.I. Friday's

Bartender threw check at me, was arguing with me and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Over charged me and all to flirt with a girl.

All in front of my daughter. All because I complained the food was cold. I’ve been to this TGIF more than a few times. It’s near my home.

99 were not in any of the 4 members of my party at the Mayfield Hts, Ohio restaurant I spoke to the Manager on 11/4/19 and he stated that the children of the guest destroy damage them but that's no excuse. I feel the server should have informed my party of the specials and/or the Matra de should have verified that the inserts were in the menus.

I feel it was a technique to prevent a lower cost check to assure a larger tip based on the amount of the purchase. 99 is still showing on your site. My son (age 40) and 2 grandsons' (age14 & 17) would have selected the cheeseburgers instead of the chicken and possibly ordered even ordered 2 which would have been cheaper than the chicken sandwiches they ordered.

I visited Rochester, NY with my son's hockey team and dined at store #0589 (according to my receipt) on Oct. 19, 2019. Service and food was fine. I sat at a table near a power outlet so that I could charge my phone while I dined (transaction record 14683; server Ashly (168). I was one of the few remaining patrons when I paid my check at close to 9:30 pm and departed. Unfortunately, I left my iphone charger behind. I returned to the restaurant the next day just as they opened. Ashly was there, remembered me, and remembered that I had left my charger behind. She said she left it in the power outlet, expecting I would return. On this day, it was no longer in the power outlet. She then went to the kitchen area to see if had been returned or left there. It had not.

I just want to say that I really like Friday's food, but it appears every time we decide to go to the Fridays located in Greenbelt, MD. the service is horrible. My husband and I went and was seated, but we had to actually get up and go find a server after being seated for over 20 to 25 mins.

There after ordering our food we waited for almost an hour to get the food in which at the time we got there it was not crowded at all. That doesn't even speak about how some of the servers were sitting down talking to their friends that came in and we just looked at them and shook our heads.

Thereafter we also had to find the server to get our bill in order to pay our check. Once we got our bill we had to go back and find the server to take our money to pay the bill.

I went here for for my birthday meal had the Fridays chicken burger and my best mate had the same , all the next day I started with sickness and diarreah I am type one diabetic so it’s had messed my blood sugar levels up , I can’t even keep a sip of water down, I thought it was just a bug until the girl I went with felt sick too!

I went in your restaurant at 3.00 pm on 04/11/2019 sat at table 47 as a couple and placed our order with a young girl , who had a very bad attitude and not one member of the team in the eating area showned any interest in what they was doing and paid no attention on how they related with customers, rude and arrogant, bad attitudes towards the customers. My friend was over served and the bartender refused her card for payment and proceeded to take her cell phone to call last known called, of which was me, and proceeded to give out personal business and let me know that her bill was not paid, that she has had this happen before and that they wanted me to come down and get her and pay for her drinks.

Not only was I extremely agitated at the fact that they called me at 8:30 in the evening, but that they didn't call a cab for her or had the decency and respect to not touch her personal phone even if it was offered. I think they did things in a very unprofessional Manner and I think the over serving at TGI Fridays in Methuen Massachusetts should be looked into.

I have over 2500 points in my rewards account which shows i have eaten there a lot. The problem is i can no longer access my points so i can't use them to pay for meals, therefore makimg them useless.

I have tried to contact support on many occasions and received roughly the same canned reply every time. I have tried different computers and phones on different wifi connections all to no avail. I have cleaned the cache and that was annoying but I did it.

No matter what i tried i cannit get my account to show my points nor can I edit my profile which seems to be locked.

Party of 9 (7 adults and 2 children) called prior to arrival. Table was set up for us and we were seated promptly. I bought a box of jalepeno and cheddar poppers at my local shop rite cooked them up and cheese was sour and had lumps in it very disappointed.

About a month ago, a co-worker and I went to Friday's and I ordered the Garlic Parmesian Wings and sweet potato fries. They were delicious and I couldn't wait to have them again. I had a taste for them Saturday and was excited to share them with my boyfriend, because I had been raving over how good they both were. m.

I travel 1-2 weeks a month. Fridays #0843 10/13/19 Bar staff is loud and obnoxious. Constanly yelling and singing for no apparent reason For some reason they must think they are entertaning, they're not. Most people are interested in apeaceful meal and maybe watch the tv in peace.

TGI FRIDAYS for Saint Louis at the Crown Plaza is Soooo Extremely HORRIBLE that if 0 stars was available- that would be my choice. Getting a beer is warm by the time it’s served. Ordering food is 30+ min and that’s after I told another Server that we need another waitress.

Our order was placed at approx 6:45 ish pm, we didn't receive our food until 7:37 pm, after watching two or more white patrons whom entered after us and ordered after us received their food before us. (Yes we're African American) After I exploded in disguise all of of sudden our food appeared with the food service and restaurant mgrs(the food was cold and I requested hot fries).

They rendered half ass apologies with excuses. The mgr proposed to pay for our meals, which the entire bills should've been covered.

First of all I walked in and smelled a foul odor. Should have left then. Place was a ghost town now I know why. Food was gross. The person couldn't cook a steak that was edible. I really don't care for shoe leather or hard shrimp.

I live in the neighborhood and used to frequent the restaurant all the time, but it had been a while. A friend and myself went for drinks around 11pm, and we had a difficult time getting service. I purchased 3 boxes of TGI Fridays Chicken Wings Buffalo Style (Snack Size). It was purchased at a 7-11 store on Montrose/Clark in Chicago, Illinois 60640. They were 9oz boxes that only had 3 wings in the boxes that is ridiculous. I have 5 children and they love your wings, this box cost me $6.39 each x3, this is very disappointing. The first thing I will comment on is that it was so cold in the restaurant that we were very uncomfortable. We asked the server to please turn down the air and she told us that the air was controlled by the casino.

My husband and I visited the location in Lancaster PA last evening. The Barbecue Chicken salad was horrible - several ingredients were either missing or substituted with something similar. The french fries that were served had to be reordered as they were old and reheated, like when they come out of the refrigerator and then reheated the next day.

The server even agreed they looked old - they clearly should not even have come out of the kitchen. I have ordered the salad in the past and have especially looked forward to ordering it when visiting a TGIF, however after the one I was served last night, I don't think i would be inclined to do so in the future.

The security at fridays is extremely racist on the weekends. They see coloured people and find any excuse to not let them in. For no reason they say you are not allowed in even if you communicate with them in a respectful manner.

The service was fine, food was okay but wouldn't rush back. My complaint is how dirty the place is. We got there about a half hour after opening; the floor was dirty especially under tables; the chairs obviously hadn't been cleaned forever - lots of dust, and in general everything looked very worn and shabby.

There was also a very unappetizing smell about the place. All in all quite disgusting. Wish I had thought of taking pictures. Will not return and will not recommend.

My family and I came to the restaurant around 7:00 we waited 15-20 mins to be greeted after we were sat the reasoning for that was “our server was new she didn’t know our table was in her section” even if she wasn’t aware 2 servers walked past us about 10 times to serve their tables so someone should have spoken to us and notified our server.

We traveled to the Camping world store and upon completion of our shopping we decided to eat at TGI Fridays that was near the store. There were four in our party. My meal was cold when it arrived and so I asked to have a hot meal, the others in our party also had food that was not hot or maybe even warm.

When I asked our waitress for a hot meal she immediately developed an attitude! Everybody else in our party complained but after her undesirable attitude nobody else sent their food back. I don't think it is too much to expect to have a hot meal when paying for it and I also do not believe our waitress is properly trained in customer service.
