I was shopping last night and I asked about The homemade vanilla ice cream cause there wasn’t any in the freezer so I asked the man name Charlie black glasses and a long beard to check for me he got mad and went and came back with old fashion vanilla and I said That’s not the kind I wanted he told me oh well if that’s not what I want then throw them in the open up freezer bin by the cheese and milk and he said don’t know what to tell me

I want to put a report in about the Latham Price Chopper. I take my elderly neighbor shopping at that store. This store is selling bad produce. This is my second problem there.

First was a purchase of bag potatos. After arriving home, there was a horrible stench, which was the potatis. They were wet and rotting. I returned them and was told to get another bag to exchange. They all seemed to be that way.

I told customer service that. Said they would check it out.

Second, she bought clear boxes of salad mix and fruit platter for a church luncheon. One salad box was bad and half of fruit platter bad. Both not expired. Neighbor called next day to report. They were apologetic. Her and myself will no longer shop at Pruce Chopper. This store is dirty.

My husband and I went food shopping on Sunday 10/27 and purchased baby back ribs. The tag with the price and best buy date said use or freeze by 11/05/19. When I went to cook them Monday, they smelled horrible and the meat was slimy and discolored.

This was not apparent when we purchased since they are tightly air wrapped, and labeled, making it hard to see the meats appearance. I brought my receipt and the ribs back to the customer service counter to get a refund.

I noticed on the back of the package, a sticker stated use or freeze by 10/05/19. I want you to know, the woman at the customer service was not friendly at all, and she never apologized. I thought that was extremely unprofessional.

It was a great inconvenience for me to find out while making dinner after a long day of work…

I have shopped at Price Chopper on Onondaga Road for 15+ years. In the last 6 months the store seems to have gone way down hill. For 3 weeks in a row I can't get cinnamon/raisin bagels. The manager and bakery person said to order them.

no bagels at the warehouse????? no luck. 99 lb. center cut ones. I couldn't find them in the meat aisle, looked up and down. I went to the meat dept. the man did pack me up some. Why weren't they in the case with the other sale items.

99, but they didn't carry the 24oz size????? 99 and said the paper made a mistake. I think I will do my business at Aldi's. Top's and Price Chopper have gotten to be a unfriendly to consumers, think I'll stay at Aldi.

I am so upset I work for Stewart’s in warrensburg I needed ideas for breakfast for tomorrow but I didn’t get out of work til 1 am I looked on the website and I remember the price chopper in warrensburg has a 24 hour sign on the building and the internet also says it’s open 24 hours.

Went there after work and it’s closed. You have a little sign by the bank saying seasonal.. so what is the deal?? Because we live here we can’t get service 24 hours a day only when the tourist are here?? I don’t understand.

Why is there a 24 hour sign on the outside of the building if it isn’t open all the time???

Trying to pass off frozen 6 pack glazes donuts (this week sale ) for fresh. Is this what your company has come to frozen product. It was NOT fresh fluffy and airy and had a very still taste not like a glazed donut should be. Very disappointed.

I only shop your company for sale items, but will not be back. Very, very disappointed. You are not fresh you are frozen I can get the same product at Walmart for half the price.

I shop at price chopper weekly, sometimes daily and in the past 2-3 months I have not been able to find Tuscan bread available. Ive asked bakery staff if they still cary Tuscan bread, was told they do they just have any left.

Went to shop early in the morning in hopes that I can find it in stock but they still didn’t have it. Went to store again last weekend they still didn’t have it. Went back on Thursday afternoon there was no Tuscan bread.

Again asked the bakery staff if Tuscan bread is available and once again was told they are out. Asked when would it be available she said that she will have to order it and will have them available on Tuesday.

Before going to the store today I called at 7:30 this morning and once agin was told they don’t have it, they will have it available on Tuesday…

Earlier this morning, I went to Market 32 to either return or receive my refund of being overcharged. One woman tried to find a manager to assist me. She saw a manager by the name of Barbara, and pointed me in her direction.

Barbara told the woman and I overheard her tell her that the office opens up at 8:00. I said to Barbara, I have to be at work at 8:00. Her response was "so". I said so you are being sarcastic, and I said that I will report her, then she said sorry.

I felt that was unacceptable, inappropriate and unprofessional. I understand that the office opens up at 8:00, but if she would have said, unfortunately there is nothing I can do right now, and the office opens up at 8:00 and not be rude or nasty, I wouldn't be writing this complaint against her.

I was harassed and profiled as soon as I came in to the store and then when I went threw the check out line I could hear the girls gossiping about me and making fun of me over and over this much is a normal every time experience for me when I visit the store.

When I started to go threw the check out line then I continued to get harassed and be told that I was buying to much. I could go on and on it only escalated from there. At the end I was told to leave the store and for nothing else other than trying to shop.

On self checkout your robot lady is too demanding! I like price chopper and like self ck out but thinking of not shopping there anymore if the robot doesn’t stop yelling!!! Walmart self ckout does not yell. We are not stupid, we know enough to put food in the bag, she doesn’t have to tell us over and over and over.

The BIGGESTComplaint is, not enough registers opened when the store is busy, 2 registers is not enough, when there are 4 & 5 people standing in line.

I purchase a package of your 16 count round top vanilla cones and they were delicious and perfect in every way. I enjoyed them so much I went back to the store and purchased two more boxes. I am just finishing up the first of my second purchase and everything was fine until I got to the bottom row.

The entire bottom row of this box is crushed and I have to use a bowl to eat them as they fall apart and melt before I can finish them, The bae code # of this box is 41735 09005 with a best by date of Apr 09 20 and a code of 362677 00:16 FR/LG.

The next box appears to be fine I opened it from the bottom and the cones feel like they are not crushed. I do not understand how one box is damaged and other's are not. The code on the second box is 362677 21:16 FR/LG.

I have been coming to this price chopper for years. i was coming into the store with my four year old daughter and when i got to the door i smelt marijuana. I looked over and there was an employee by the name of April Lawyer smoking a joint outside of your store .

contact, she immediatly went inside. Cooincidently we both went to the same place. The deli. and after using drugs she did not wash her hands . She touched my meet with her drug polluted hands, and was also very rude.

The deli workers always mess up your orders, none of the store workers seem to know what they are doing they cant answear any questions you might have if you attempt to complain to the managers they just want to argue with you they never seem to care about your problem or want to even try to help you the paying customer with your issues most of the employees in this store are loud mouth and rude!! I was bullied by your Starbucks manager to the point of quitting. She got in my face and decided to get hostile with me in front of customers and other workers. She had made it perfectly clear if we reported her abuse to HR or the store manager, that she will mess with our hours, and she did with mine and tried to make me open after a closing shift, which is against my availability.

She also reprimanded me for using the toilet, which is against OSHA’s standards, I also hated the negative vibes she always brought in.

I am not able to see the coming flyer online until Sunday with new system ..I like to see the day ahead so I can compare and plan shopping..Personally I liked the previous flyer system..I get a day in advance at least with Shaws and Tops..

Most recently after making a purchase at one of you stores, i noticed my fuel advantedge points did not roll over to account for the purchase, but instead i got 9 points for advantage, whatever this is. I have received no information about you changing you program, so i call customer service only to find that this was a new program and basically ii will get 5 cents off a gallon instead of the 10 which i now receive.

I wanted to know why I am not receiving my Price chopper flyer in the mail. It is now 2 weeks and have not received the flyer. As you know only the flyers that come to your mailbox have the extra coupons on them because the flyers in the store do not.

I do not buy the local newspaper anymore due to various reasons so how am I supposed to get the flyer if you don't send it. I received the usual flyers in the mail but price chopper was missing both weeks.

If you would have the coupons on the flyer in the store there would not be an issue but you don't. Is this a tactic you are doing to keep some people from getting the discount with the coupons? Because if it is I can go and shop at Shop Rite and Stop and Shop because they have coupons too and I always get their flyers.

I love the price chopper store, and I am very pleased with the great sales and variety of products, as well as your staff,however I do have an issue, and I can't figure out why it is happening. I spend between $200 and $300 each week at my local price chopper.

Our price chopper in malone ny sold packaged already cooked lobsters for 7.99 a lb. My problem was that the meat was all mushy and inedible...a big disappointment for all if us Just wanted you to know......

I just purchased roses at the Price chopper in Malta. The pickings were scarce but it is my anniversary. 99. When I got home and put them in a vase half of the greenery fell off dead. Maybe they should pull what’s left in the display.

I was at the store on May 4 , 2019 around 3:30 pm, at the Deli Dept. The workers never said , I will be with you in a few moments. They acted as if we were not present.

This foreign pharmacy lady is really slow. For the past few years since she has started here, she has taken hours to get my meds. I don’t know if it’s something personal against me but I’m sick of it and she needs to be fired or moved to another location

The whole frontend department needs a complete overhaul. Whoever runs that department should be fired. Whoever hires cashiers should be fired. I never get greeted when I cash out. Just today the girl was face booking while she rang me out and I checked my receipt and found a mistake.

This is one of dozens of problems I encounter there. I would love to speak to a district manager.

I shop at the Price Chopper (Market 32) in Plattsburgh, NY. It is a beautiful store.

However, the Deli is a nightmare. Yesterday (3/21) I waited foe 18 minutes to get my deli order. The girl didn't know where the various meats were and kept walking the length of the display case, then to the cooler and then back again.

She sliced one slice at a time and then forgot how much I wanted. Then she wasn't sure of the code. THEN she needed to wrap up the meat log, which took forever. THEN she asked what else I wanted. And . .

the process started all over again. The other deli person decided it was more important to slice meat for the "Grab n Go" case instead of waiting on the next person. What a nightmare! May I suggest checking out the local Hannaford Store?

I had a horrible experience in an INDEPENDENCE MO Price Chopper. I bought a palm plant and it ended up being too big for my home. I brought it back the very next morning and was told that the flora list was gone so I had to bring it back the next day.

I am a small girl and got no help putting it back in my car. I came back the next day as told and was told there are no returns on plants. After saying they would help put it in my car, they just sat it down in front of my car after I pulled up to the store for me to do.

Attached please find a picture of my experience with the pic brand boil in a bag brown rice. I decided to make a bag of your rice as this was my first time using your brand and as I was boiling the bag as directed by the instructions I noticed the side of the bag melting on the top of pot's rim.

The plastic began to melt and catch fire on my stove top. Lets just say I began to panick took a quick picture and started thinking what if I had walked out of the room while boiling the rice. I threw out the rice and spent quite some time scrubbing my Oneida pot and grate on my stove.

I'm just happy the situation didn't end with my kitchen on fire.

This is the second time I have purchased half and half cream that has curdled in my coffee. The brand doesn't seem to matter as I purchased both Hood and PC brand. I bought pc brand cream on Dec, 31st and opened it yesterday 1/2/19.

The expiration date reads 2/28/19. I came right home from shopping and refrigerated the cream. I do believe that something is wrong with your storage system, and suggest that this be checked out I shop at the PC on Western Ave. in Albany.

Deli manager was very rude, overheard her twll another customer when she was asked if ahe liked another employee in that department she told the customer that she did not like him while thus employee was in the store shopping.

I was shopping at the Eastern Parkway Price Chopper early this morning. ) However, when the above the aisle signage was set in place, the signs now face toward the end of each aisle. Which means that if you're not familiar with the store you have to stop at the end of each aisle; look up and read what's in that aisle.

) Before the renovation the signage was hung in such a fashion that as one walked down the main aisles at the front end and back end of the store you were able to read the signage several aisles ahead. Went to PC in Palatine Bridge this AM. 8/16/18 8:00AM. Had a list of 10 items that I wanted to purchase. 2 items out of stock. Peanut butter Oreos and Dunkin Donuts Extra Extra Creamer. Shelf pricing showed these items were on sale.

If an item is to be on sale why don't you have extra quantities on hand. Early morning you would think shelves would be completely stocked. This isn't the first time I have had this problem at this store.

I have been shopping at the 202 store in westfall PA for yrs and have not had any issues till today. Did my shopping but when I check out my check is declined. I was told I had to call TeleCheck and have it taken care off.

Today I visited your store to purchase 2 each of toilet paper and paper towels. I had a coupon for each package. At checkout your store employee told me that per management I could only use each coupon once because it states 1 coupon per purchase.

I explained that they all say that and that it means per item. Your coupon policy allows for like coupons which I explained to your employee. Every time I go to your Johnstown location I find that your staff is trained incorrectly.

I'd honestly rather pay more somewhere else than ever visit this location again. I literally have a headache every time I leave do to the stupidity of the staff, especially the management. I have never experienced these issues at other stores.

I shop at the Shaker Road PC #188. I bought your hard rolls at the bakery dept every week for years. Now all of a sudden you have changed the hard rolls and according to the girl in the bakery she says that is how they come in frozen now and they just put them out.

They don't bake them there any more. Well, I have to say they are horrible. I bought them last week and my husband ate one and spit it out and said where did you get these they are horrible and he through them out.

Needless to say that I won't be buying them anymore at PC.

Also the I-Save machine has been out of order for 2 weeks now. The produce guy says you can't buy a quarter of watermelon anymore that they can only sell halfs.

Stopped in Brattleboro VT, nice store. We use the Keene NH store weekly. Stopped in the Keene store today 8/1 to shop and have lunch. Picked up soup and chicken, went to pay at the counter in the food area, CLOSED, had to try and keep the items together as I walked through the store to the regular register's, big pain in the butt and it won't happen again.

If you are looking to close this store its going in the right direction. The chicken pot pie was not fit to eat, we will be stopping for sale items only from now on. Good luck, you are going to need it with store.

Not as much a complaint, as a concern. I shop at both the Shelburne road and Hinesburg road PC. in the Burlington VT area. I recently had to contact the fraud dept. through my bank, as there was attempts to use my card number at both locations.

My card was denied at both locations when i tried to use it. In between visiting PC i used my card many other places, with no problem at all. The fraud dept. said suspicious activity was definitely only at PC.

Whether a CC machine has been altered, and its from within, or a random customer was able to read my card, i don't know. I was enjoying the new Market 32, but now i am hesitant to shop there. Please let me know that you will look into this. thank you. Marie

I've been buying pics ne0politan ice cream sandwiches.they have soggy but this box is awful.missing half the ice cream but it's overful on the end

When I go to your site and click on flyer that is what I expect to see. Check save a lot, aldis, tops, pricerite etc. Learn from them and make it user friendly..I don't want another app..it was very frustrating trying to get the current flyer..I am very computer savvy and wish you get a web designer to cut the fluff (pictures of people making stuff, recepies, etc.

Kara Matarrese, RPH is very rude every time I go to the pharmacy. I have been ignoring her and just picking up my medication.

However, on 12/09/2017 she was to rude to ignore. After half way completing my order she stated you can leave the counter now. I looked shocked because no one was behind me and I did not understand why she was telling me I should leave.

I told I was not finished and to stop being rude. Then, I ask for a manager she said she was the manager. I asked for a business card and she threw it at me. I told her I was going to make a complaint she said then you will not get your medication.

There is a homeless woman who sleeps in the lobby of the Edwardsville PA store at night. While it is an honorable gesture, the smell of body odor is overwhelming and it definitely makes me not want to continue being a customer. Please address this issue. Thank you.
