I mailed a letter that was priority and certified with return receipt and paid 12.
45 for it on April 14 2016 going to an APO address.
My complaint is that it still has not arrived at its destination as of today.
This should be made clear to customers that no matter what you pay it will take 3 times as long to get there and the price should reflect the poor service through the USPS.
When I made contact with customer service they gave me 2 forms of contact to the military PO and neither was working.
