We live in a secure building Post office has a key and on Sundays for Amazon packages they drive by and don't stop. not even a pink slip. we wait sometimes. ty Rosemary Burns

The notice indicated that was the final notice and would be returned to sender on August 4, 2019. This was the first notice that I received, I went to my local post office on Momday, July 29, 2019 to retrieve the letter.

The counter clerk looked for the item, but did not find it. She was very courteous and provided the manager's numbers, since he was unavailable. I called on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 and after speaking with one gentlemen, he directed Ms. Hibbler to assist me.

Though very professional,and pleasant, she coudl not locate the letter either. She indicated it possibly was inadvertently returned to the sender. Please provide a response.

The mail in my area have not been delivered 3 days I went to the Hamilton Grange station on 146th street between Amsterdam and Broadway I spoke with the supervisor at 8:30AM this morning 7/30/2019 whose name I did not get about the situation her reply was very negative her response was you will get your mail and people do take vacation and they are short staff her attitude was very nasty about it so I left because I refuse to argue with her I want to know is this the way your staff have been trained to deal with customers.

There are some things I can accept, not that I should have to, but there some things that are totally unacceptable. I can accept a postal carrier with a bad attitude, an occasional miss delivery, and constantly late delivery, but I cannot accept a carrier that fails to pickup mail that I placed in my mail box with the flag raised. When I have mail that I need mailed and it doesn't even get picked up by my postal carrier then of what value is the us postal service?

I ordered a package on-line in April 6, 2019. I checked with the company on May 17 as I never heard from the company nor received the package. When I sent a request an online request to the company of the status, they wrote back that it was delivered April 24, 2019 @ 12:27 pm.

They provided me with a tracking # LT534837295CN and told me to contact USPS to find out what happened to the package. May 20th, I went to the Park Manor post office on Veteran's Blvd. Metairie and was told to call the supervisor as the tellers could not help me.

We had mail held for three days (July 15-18). The held mail has not been delivered. Today is July 25. We contacted the center were it was held and were told they do not have any held mail. We spoke with our mailman, he said he would check, but he has not delivered the held mail.

Where would the mail be stored if it is not delivered.. Gahanna has received many complaints and been investigated. The problem has not been resolved. Who should we contact to fin our mail?

I have filled out two change of adress on two people to discontinue their mail to my address! I put (which was suggested) a card taped inside my mail box who can revcieve mail at my address. Either the Post Office did not receive the address changes or have ignored them, also the mail carrier has ignored the card taped in my box. I would like this resolved!!!!

I continue to get store circulars, even after I have opted out of receiving them. I have found them addressed to a house on another street at times. I have stopped a few mail people. Today at 11:45am, I received a circular addressed to 3109 Dunaire Drive, I lived at 3115 Dunaire.

I observed the woman who was delivering the mail had parked her vehicle in front of my residence and was walking back to her truck. " I told her I don't receive this and it was not addressed to be delivered at this residence but belonged next door.

She was clearly irritated and reluctantly took it and drove off. If she doen't want to do her assigned job, please find someone that is interested in delivering the mail correctly and not suggest that I throw mail away.

Multiple items in our neighborhood are not put in the correct package boxes (single site delivery boxes with bigger boxes for packages). Today I have an item that says it was delivered to 48 white Bay Drive in St Augustine Fl with a tracking number of 9400110200847178002510.

I checked my mail and had a key for box 3P. Not to my surprise, when I opened the box it is empty. So now I have to check with my neighbors to find it. This happens ALL the time.

No one answers when I called the Midtown Annex that handles our mail. Extremely frustrating!!!

mail on this rout is deliverd to the wrong boxes very often, every one on this street has to bring the mail to it's rightful owners. I have had some of my bills and payments lost and charged late charges for late payments.

The postal clerk who is usually scheduled every day is extremely unpleasant. When I asked him his name he said his name is Troy but he never wears a name tag so I do not really know. His attitude and demeanor are remarkably rude and offensive.

He is rude and his attitude is that we, the patrons, are a bother. Something must be done about this! It has gone on for too long! Where is management? Who thinks that this is acceptable? He regularly barks and shouts at the patrons.

He is 100% intolerable to deal with. People cower or shudder before they have to go in. We would all rather not deal with Troy, but if we must, then train him and coach him to be a better employee instead of forcing us to go to neighboring post offices because we are avoiding getting treated in an abusive manor.

I mailed a certified letter July 5 with birthday card, gift card and check from the Atascadero, CA post office, destination Spicewood, TX 78669. The letter was received the same day in the Santa Barbara transfer station. After that the letter could not be tracked anymore.

I filed a claim on July 13, Claim number CA143A02181. I received a call on July 15 from the Marble Falls, TX post office that they could not locate the letter there and basically that was the end. The post office did not make any more efforts to contact me as to the whereabouts of the letter.

The mail person keeps delivering my neighbor's mail to me and mine to "I don't know where" !! Yesterday, my neighbors all had their mail in another neighbor's mailbox. I had the mail of "three" different people in my box.

But NONE of my own mail. I am concerned about where MY mail may be going. In the nearly twenty years I have lived at this same address, I have never had this problem. This has been going on for at least the past 6 months or more.

As a company it's extremely important to receive our mail in a sufficient amount of time. We have noticed that another person is receiving our mail. They collect a pile and then bring us this pile of mail. Some of which is over a week old.

Some of these are checks that are in the 6 digit range and need to be deposited in a certain amount of time. All I am asking is that our mail gets put into our PO Box which I think is not too much to ask.

I was expecting a delivery on Sunday by USPS which I have done before. I waited all day & kept checking the lobby. The person delivering sent me an email stating they tried to deliver my packages & could not get in the front door. Wrong!!

I live in Tabor Mill Apts. which houses 151 apartments & deliveries happen all the time. The front door is accessible all the time. You have to use the machine in the lobby to find person's name, & call them.

I would have buzzed them in. Instead they left. Very little effort! Amazon guaranteed 2 day delivery & when I tracked the delivery it says not until July 3rd. Not happy.

I live in a 114 unit apartment building connected to another 114 unit building. Both buildings have 8 floors, but have different addresses. One buildings door faces south, and other faces north. One door is southeast, the other northwest. One is 35700 e michigan ave wayne mich, the other 35800 e michigan ave.

Very poor delivery service. Today our neighbor got ALL of our mail. Quite often we either get someone else’s mail or they get ours. Our bank statement was evidently delivered to someone else and put in our box later on a Sunday.

I posted a change of address in our mail pick-up box. The form was never submitted to the post office servicing our area (34243) by our postman and the address was not changed. Today I discovered that our old box was full and nothing was forwarded.

I was expecting a Delivery from Amazon on Saturday, June 3rd.

However, while I was waiting all day for it, I received a text on my phone indicating no one was home, which is a lie, since I didn't plan anything on Saturday just so I would be home for the delivery, no one rang my buzzard or even my door bell of my apartment.

I am a resident at 2819 Krenek Ct. Rosenberg, TX 77471. Over the past year I have had at the very least a dozen packages lost or delivered to the wrong address. I have complained to the manager every time since the 3rd package was loss or miss delivered. Every time this happens (which happened again today) I am told by the manager that this will not happen again, yet it always does. No response from Customer Support. The majority of mail was delivered to my address during a Hold Mail period. I'd like to prevent this from happening again. A response advising me on how I may ensure that the Hold Mail process begins would be appreciated.

Hold Mail period was 22 May to 30 May. Confirmation # CAH345971054. I e-mailed Customer Support upon our return - 29th of May. I return 1 day prior to end of a Hold Mail period just in case the mail is delivered on the end date.

However, to my surprise, I found my mailbox stuffed full of mail. I also visited the postal station to pickup whatever mail had been held back. Yes, there was a handful of mail and one small package at the station as well.

6/4/2019 made an attempt to retrieve a package with a yellow card and was treated like a thug by a female with dirty blond hair and glasses. refused to give her name and yelled throughout the post office at me.

Dear Sirs;

I mailed 100 post cards on May 3rd. Due to the size of the cards, the postal clerk required me to purchase 1st class stamps instead of the discounted post card stamps. The post cards announced an event scheduled for May 5th.

The post cards were for local delivery (less than 5 miles from the post office), yet they did not arrive until May 7th, depsit ebeing told by the clerk that they would be delivered on May 4th.

This is unsatisfactory - especially when you make I paid for first class postage. There is no reason why it should have taken so long to deliver these cards just across town. If you are not going to deliver the post cards the next day - then don't make the customer pay for 1st class postage.

Every time I receive a package the box is practically destroyed and its contents damaged. In addition I do not appreciate the uncaring attitude of the individual that delivers it, and I have a specific example. I am not the kind to complain about every little failure but enough is enough.

The mail person who has been delivering to 1405 point St Baltimore MD 21231 has been leaving packages just laying around. Today I found 4 packages for 1300 Thames St tucked on top of the mailboxes in the corner. This is strange because packages go in another area with lockers all together.

I have major problems with my packages being delivered to my door. I have attempted to talk to a postal employee several times and I am either put on hold for an extended period or someone picks up the phone and just lays it down. ( You can hear laughing and talking in the background.

The Post Office at 1075 N. Tustin St, Orange, CA has had several water leaks for many years and there is toxic mold growing in the ceiling tiles. I spoke to the Supervisor and she indicated that it has been looked at. However, these water leaks have been there for over a year and are only getting worse with each rain. Looking at the problem does not fix it.

Mold is there and toxic. Many people have COPD and asthma which are negatively effected by exposure to the toxins in this post office. As it is the main branch, people must go there to do certain business. This problem needs to be fixed immediately and all the moldly materials removed under containment! Called Florence Villa Station 4/22 and was told by male, by name of Jarrell (sp) that he checked with carrier who said there had been a written note on my mail and there was some confusion but mail would be re-delivered on 4/23/19. Mail not delivered from April 6 through April 10 when a large amount was delivered before 8 AM. Person delivering mail had no explanation. The entire street had same experience of no mail service.

My taxes were mailed from Honolulu Hawaii on March 5 to Gig Harbor, WA. On March 11 there was a message that said it had arrived in Tennessee and would arrive late. What was it doing in Tennessee???? Today it says arrived Seattle Postal Department.

It takes 2 to 3 days for mail to get here from Hawaii and this package was sent Priority Mail. Why the delay and why through Tennessee?
