Our carrier skips days and delivers mail to wrong address. I went and saw the Post Master several years ago and she said she would talk to him and he as about to retire. It is easy to tell he skips days because the next day are so we get a large amount of mail part bundle n rubber bands.

W gave left notes for the carrier. Last we we went three days without mail, this week my wife's sister got a whole bundle Of our mail, and he last names are different. The same day we got my wife's mail, again a complexly different last name.

i am experiencing non delivery of mail, mail often laying around on mailbox's in other building and when found by other tenants who thankfully deliver some mail when found.i have had insured mail that was supposed to be signed for just delivered into my box which luckily was not damaged and whose signature was most certainly not mine, mail is very often not delivered until 6 pm and we have not had a regular mail carrier in years since at least 2017 if not earlier. this has to stop

Twice now my rent check has gotten lost in the postal system and not delivered. This happened in December when my November rent check was never delivered and has happened again when my Februrary rent check got lost in the mail.

I pay bills using Chase home banking. When a payee is not a Chase customer (like my landlord) Chase writes a check and mails it to them. Chase has evidence the check was written and sent, but my landlord never received it. This last check was written and sent on Jan. 22 for delivery by Jan. 29. It has not been received as of Feb. 7.

I mailed several packages on 1/14/20. They all took too long to process and get delivered. One in particular is now missing completely, except for a box lid and the mailing label. It's tracking number is: 9406108205496019017044. The package was left at the Lithopolis Post Office at 2:32 PM and left there that afternoon.

It was "lost" for more than 7 days! It was sent Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation and insured for $690. It measured 7"x26"x32" and weighed slightly over 10 pounds. It has been impossible to speak with anyone and I files a complaint online only to be told that the issue was resolved.

My mail carrier filed a false report that my dog attacked him. This is untrue. The carrier is ridiculously afraid of my dog. The supervisor believes the carrier. Even though he described a white dog and my dog is brown and white, and he was so vague in his description two supervisors needed to interview him.

My mail has been discontinued. I have been forced to pay for a PO Box. My paycheck was forwarded to my PO Box by returning my paycheck to the post office downtown, putting a forwarding sticker on it, and then sending it back to my post office.

EVERY time I send a box to the east coast it goes through Des Moines IA and somehow disappears. The pkgs are sent directly from the Sturgis, SD Post Office. The tracking number is scanned in Rapid City and that's the end of it. Des Moines IA NEVER scans the pkg and when going through there it somehow enters a black hole. EVERY time I have problems. We submitted a hold mail request to hold our mail for about 25 days. We have done this twice during the last several months. The hold period during October 2019 was not done properly. A lot, like about 15 lbs and a stack about 12 inches high was not held at the post office until we arrived to pick it up.

Some of the mail was held but about half of the total was jammed into our mail box so tightly that the box couldn't be opened. The next time we asked for the mail to be held, starting in December 2019, we specifically asked that they please hold the mail at the post office until we arrived to pick it up.

Approximately 10 times this year (4 times this fall and winter, we have not received our mail. I know this because of the number of Delivery Exceptions we have received claiming that our delivery location could not be accessed. We live on a hill and anytime ANY snowfall, no matter how minute, we get no mail.

Sent Certified letter to Canada on Thursday Dec 12, 2019. 00 to have it tracked because it was an important legal document that was also time sensitive. I had to drive back to my local post office on Friday because the teller did not give me a tracking number.

She said it should have been on the receipt but it was not. This is the third piece of mail the USPS has lost this year. I've lived in the US for over 30 years and never had any mail go missing until this year.

We are in office building at 2624 E21st St., Tulsa, OK 74114. Our new mail delivery person comes in and does not pick up any mail that be out there for him to collect. I put a letter in my mail box on Thursday morning 11/21, today is Tuesday 11/26, it still has not been picked up yet, nor has any mail been delivered, that is 6 days of no service, my mail is NEVER delivered at a given time, one day it may come at 9 am, the next 3 pm the next maybe 1 pm, this past week it was after 9 pm up until Thursday when it just stopped coming. But when I go to the little store around the corner, there are usually 2-3 mail trucks sitting there and the mail people are in the store playing their lottery #s and scratch offs.

My original complaint to USPS was that the mail carrier would not completely close my mailbox leaving it more accessible to mail thieves. Complaint #1: Postal worker is not making any attempt to deliver packages and I am finding myself needing to physically go to the post office. We have lived here since 4-26-2016 and pay 15 months ahead for subscription to CLOSER magazine. This is a weekly magazine that we have only receive 2 this month and should have received 4. We have not been receiving several USPS deliveries that have been tracked and claimed to have been delivered. We have also been getting our neighbors mail and packages. We have delivered any of these misdelivered packages that we have received, but our neighbors are not doing the same! This is extremely upsetting and awkward when we contact the senders.

On Saturday, October 5, 2019, the USPS delivery woman ripped the door off of my mailbox and delivered someone else’s mail to my address. I have been having delivery issues for about a year now. I used priority mail to send a package , the package was suppose to be delivered 9/19/19 however tracking #9595515502189260118252 wasn't delivered, because an animal prevented delivery. My husband and I recently moved. To ensure that our mail was properly forwarded we filed a change of address card with the post office that served our prior address. We received confirmation on August 20th that the address forwarding was received and being acted on.

Our new address is on a new street. Since the new residence is new construction, we visited the local post office and asked that it hold all mail coming to that address at the post office for pick up primarily because the temporary mailbox put in place by the builder is not secure.

I was charged $1250.00 to install an AC Coil that should have been covered by warranty. It took them less than three hours to install. I purchased my system 5/12/2014, registered it on 6/02/2014. Over the last 12 months we have constantly received mail that is no where near our location plus I have had several checks disappear. I myself and many of our neighbors have gone to the Maidens, Va 23102 Post Office and very politely complained but we still continue to have the same problems.
