The first incident was i asked for a courtesy cup for water i was told we no longer give them out. The water is FREE
but you can buy a cup for $ 2.49. of course i didn't what nerve!
The 2nd incident was I went to the same Popeye's had a coupon where you get 5 pieces of chicken enough for 2 people.
I asked can i get 2 breasts he said no i cant. I said why not it's for 2 people. He said you cant that's the way it works.
I totally disagree i am a very good customer in that store but from now on i'll go to McDonald's across the street.
I do not like the way i was spoken to as a loyal customer.

I went to Popeyes tonight and was rather annoyed. First I sat at order box seven minutes without someone taking my order. I finally just drove around to pickup window where my order was taken. I was told there was only spicy chicken so I accepted that but it tasted old and greasy. The young man handed me my two boxes with my credit card and receipt on top. As he did of course the card fell to the floor and receipt flew away and the boxes opened into my lap with food spilling out. He finally handed me a sack. I asked for bar-b-cue sauce and without him looking I was told they didn’t have any. He did say he was having a bad day and apologized. I think he needed more training and more management support. I’m hoping my next visit will be a bit more organized.
I like Popeyes. Its a treat to there Friday evening my family and I went to the Popeyes in Sebring Florida, Service was slow and the counter girl
could not handle it. They were out of drumsticks, There was no receipt paper and the tables and drink area needed attention. I hope its better next time.
I am a very upset customer contacting you about a completely unacceptable interaction I just had with one of the employees at Popeye’s #3078 in El Paso, Texas. This complaint is directly on employee Sergio G. Let me start by saying I have never been to a Popeye’s and experienced such poor customer experience. I placed an order for a strawberry pie & he advised me through the drive thru that they didn’t have any available and it would be about 8 min to make one fresh so I told him I would wait. He proceeded to ask me again if I was “actually going to wait the 8 min” in which I told him again yes. When I drove up to the window again he asked me “you said you were going to wait the 8 min or you’re not”? For a THIRD time I said yes. He rolled his eyes and slammed the drive thru window obviously very irritated. I realized I must have hit a nerve by ordering an item offered on the menu. If it’s such a hassle then it should be removed from the menu so customers won’t bother employees by ordering it. He came back to the window and very rudely told me to “drive to the front to wait for my order”. I asked him for some honey and he told me he’d “throw it in the bag” so I asked him if I could please have it now because In the past when I’ve asked for it they have forgotten to put it in the bag... again he rolls his eyes and hands me TWO honeys so I ask him for more and again he rolls his eyes and very vigorously places ONE more packet of honey in the palm of my hand and decides to have a stare down contest with me as I drive off to wait for my order. After waiting for my order he walks up to my window and extremely very angry still he rudely says “here is your order”. Never did I once get a THANK YOU!! His behavior and bad attitude were completely unacceptable. When I got home and opened my order I realize he didn’t even put the biscuits in my order that came as part of my 2 combos. I can’t help but think he did this on purpose knowing this is why I had asked for the honey. His anger issues, bad attitude & lack of customer service need to be addressed immediately. I am completely disgusted by my overall visit today! This directly impacts the “brand” that Popeye’s has always stood for. Employees like these should not be customer facing. Thank you for your very close attention to this matter. I am confident these issues will be addressed appropriately and not I or any other customer will have to feel like an inconvenience when we go for take out in the near future.

I am usually a very satisfied Popeyes customer. I frequent the Moorpark Popeyes on Los Angels Avenue. However tonight I decided to try the Fish n Shrimp platter - much to my surprise it was horrible. The small shrimp all had the vein s still intact and it was disgusting. It made me sick . I spent almost 12$
The staff were very nice and friendly - it was the food that sucked and left a bad taste in my mouth . Only thing I enjoyed was the biscuit and the lemonade.
Please if like a full refund .

went to new popeyes at 401 salt lick road in st peters mo on january 4th at 530pm about and went inside to order two 3 piece dinners when i got home my husbands spice chicken dinner was raw and bleeding from the chicken i called the1877 number on receipt filed a complaint said they will get in touch with me and never responded by email or calling me this is very bad customer service
I have a relative near this location. I hate going here for her very seldom I am happy with there service. One out of ten maybe the service was good 4 times. I have complain before to the Manager about the service. Today I went to get 2 specials which is 3.99 for 3 piece and biscuit. I seen it on tv plus my husband went to one last night and he brought home breast leg and thigh. I took my family to 20919 WEST EIGHT MILE ROAD . STORE NUMBER 313 5348733. (5394) . I was told I had to buy a breast for 1.39 AND I said where do that say that cashier said it will be on receipt once you pay. The cahier was tremecia h. THE MANAGER kIERRA tansal said the same thing. the manger said you only can get leg thigh and wing. SO I JUST GOT IT BECAUSE MY REALITIVE WANTED IT AND SHE IS A SENIOR CITIZEN. GO TO HER HOME AND OUR CHICKEN WAS OLD HARD TO EAT AND ALSO THE MILD PIECE LEG BONE WAS BLACK AND CHICKEN SMELL OLD. THEY ARE GIVING OUT OLD CHICKEN. Also I would like some compensation from eating a old piece of smelly leg and stomach pain. I went back and return the chicken. I hope my money return on my card and nothing be stolen off my card. Our order was dry and overdone. The chicken dark brown and crusty, not crisp. The manager apologized and stated that the chicken was probably fried in the wrong vat and asked for our name and stated that on our return visit,she would see that it was prepared correctly. We will not return as this is not the first problem with food preparation or customer service. Whoever prepared our order had to know that our order was not up to standard. Our order actually looked like something left from lunch at a convenience store. We live about fifteen miles from Popeyes, and this was a disappointing experience.
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen 1747 S Cherry Ln, Fort Worth, TX 76108 - After a long day at work I go to Popeyes to pick up dinner.. I had my 4 yr old with me..... I placed my order through the drive-thru.. proceed to the window where my order was being put in the bag.. I paid for my food... the girl asked me if I had a smaller bill because she had just gave change for a big bill I told her that was all I had... she tells a hispanic male who was working there she needed change.. he came over to the window gives the girl at the window the change and tells her in spanish if I could not read the f__ckin sign on the window.. Very unprofessional.. i asked her for his name and corporate number.. my food was already packed in the bag and was on the counter... she said she was going to get a pen and paper instead here comes a spanish speaking lady.. asks what the problem was.. I explained ..she was just as rude as he was.. Again very unprofessional..I asked who she was she said GM... I then asked for her name the guys name and corporate number.. She did not want to give me the information I asked for... she got mad and told me to give her the money back and I could leave.. I told her to give me the information and my food.. she told me to wait and walked away.. by the time I knew it White Settlement Police were there..I had my 4 year old crying she was hungry, tired and then having to be treated like I was a criminal.. Police got my food.. by the time I got home my little one had fallen asleep from all the drama that Popeyes employees put us through. I would not even give it the one star but that is what is there... I reported this incident to corporate.. I have also called for follow ups... I have not received a call back.. This happened on Wednesday 12/26/18.
My complaint is it may be less than 100 words after service today Sunday January 6th stop by Popeyes in Union City Georgia to get fresh Fried Chickens for dinner I get home it looks like to me they have not changed the grease I know it over 24 hours the chicken is crunchy and dark and brown not the way I like it I never experienced any thing like this from Popeyes that is the only reason I am reporting this the other reason I called them back no one will answer the phone thanks and I don't like it
Visited your store on argyle forest Blvd today and they are the rudist most incompetent peplr I have EVER encounter in my 58 years. First they over charged me then got the manager asuured me order was correct. Had 2 orders. Thank God I gave my neighbor with a newborn the closes to being right because after spending 60.00 and using coupons I still did not have enough food to feed 4 adults,nd 2 children . They shorted me on chicken and biscuits. Toake it worse they had 2 large bags with what I did get in them. That did not believe me.and made me hand the bags back in no problem but when they handed them back out they threw them both together and hit me in the chest. I could not move for a moment and then they started yelling for e eryone to hear if this car every leaves. I won't visit Popeyes again and hope you all enjoy my money I know have a bruise on my chest that is really sore

He rang up my order( the 3 pc tender special for 3.99, she ran back and cancelled the order talking very loud and telling the manager he messed up ether order! He said he didn’t! He had it! He rang it up again with her screaming and cursing the whole time we was there she was cursing it was very upsetting we are an elderly couple! December 31, 2018 I purchased 2 specials for $20 each. One of the pieces of chicken had a bug fried in the chicken. I called the store and the shift manager told me to bring my receipt back and get a refund. I took a picture of the the worm/bug that I will upload. Today, January 1, 2019, I went to get my refund and the store manager refused to give me my refund and told me that she could replace it. At this point, I don't want anymore chicken at the store and possibly no other Popeyes establishment. The store manager acted as like it didn't matter. Had the shift manager told me to bring the rest of our chicken back to the store, I would have. My personal opinion is that the store is not being managed properly. We purchased 2 specials withe 9 pieces of chicken in each box and the majority of the chicken were legs. I don't work for Popeyes but I know when you buy the specials, they mix up the chicken pieces. I am asking that I receive a refund and I would also like for that particular store be inspected by the health department or a food inspector. When I told the store manager that I was going to contact the Corporate Office and the health department, she said "Do what you have to do" Bad customer service and poor management skills.
I called and made a complaint but I am also following up through this online complaint portal as well. I do not want any chicken replaced, I want my money back.
ordered 12 piece legs and thighs from store #5754 ticket 594432 pick up #04-0179 instead got wings and breasts called and spoke to manager he said theres noting he can do unless I brought the order back since it's new years eve and I waited over 15 minutes for my order I was not going to drive a half hour and wait another 15 minutes or longer since the store was busy AND they close at 9PM . if that's the way you treat your customers I will never patronize another popeyes store ever and will post negative comments on facebook,yelp and tell all my friends not to go to popeyes. the manager should not be employed at his position if that's how he treats all the customers. I ordered the 10 pieces of chicken. First of all I waited for over 10 minutes for the chicken.when I got it home there was only one breast no thighs and no wings. My son had a piece that still had blood in it. They sent no biscuits either. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. This Is the Popeyes next to Penneys strip mall in San Marco's Texas

Dry - Hard then...it's like those chicken tenders have sat in the warmer since lunch. It's no wonder they place 5 tenders in each box. This tells me the person filling the order was fully aware of the crap being served. $22.33 spent on CRAP!! The receipt said for Restaurant Contact/Comments to call 405-949-0327 which I did this morning around 10: 45 am...a Spanish accent lady answered the phone popeyes, I asked to speak to the manager and her response was 'she's on break right now and not here - thank you and she hung up the phone. Seriously is this how you train your staff? At the bottom of the restaurant, it read District Mgr # if Issue is Not Resolved Yesenia Zapet 405-898-3028 so I called it. A recording came on stating that the person you are trying to reach can not accept calls at this time. Really???? So I reached out to Google - found Customer Service 1-877-767-3937 and guess what - they were unable to accept calls at this time but did state to try later. Now I'm getting really frustrated - so I reached out the Corp Office number on the web 404-459-4450 and guess what.... we are sorry your call can not be completed at this time please hand up and try your call again later. *************I bet they don't even read the this. But you can bet I will share this story with all my friends. No wonder the line was dead at dinner time.

I'm not sure if upper mgmt. is following up with the Baton Rouge Sherwood forest Blvd location, but it is HORRIBLE!!! always a wait, employees hanging outside with the manager not being attentive to the customers at all. Order always wrong, and they have such nasty attitudes. I never walked into a restaurant whereas the Mgr standing right there and the employees don't even greet the guest nor have any sense of urgency. When you call about a compliant no one answers the phone. I have giving this location ample opportunity to get it together. nothing but dikes and punks walking around playing with the customers food. It appears the mgr loves the company. she was leaning on the counter laughing and playing on her cellphone. never going back there again. Fast food have gone to a completely different level.

The lady who finally answer just tells me to come back and bring a receipt. I had placed a order during busy lunch hour and had to drive back to complete my order. Rep on phone didn’t apologize for error and was rude. I then go back in-line at the drive through for another 15min and was asked for the receipt and she gives me a back and apologize. I then open the bag and showed her she got the order wrong. She then ask me what I ordered. What is the point of showing my receipt if your just going to throw something in it and not get it right. So in all I wasted well over 30 minutes of my time to get an order. Rude and terrible service is what I see and I don’t think I have seen such service this bad from any other location I’ve been at. Your employees don’t seem to care about your customers time or to the get a order right. I don’t know what else to tell you but I won’t be going to this location again.
on november 9 i stopped at the 2231 lebanon valley mall location to get dinner for my family orderd a 12 pc meal got home to find only 7 pieces then all 7 were so dryed out they were not ediable called the store they said come back but i live 30 min away the manager took my name and said she would write it in the book and my next visit they would replace the order. went back on december 15 and the manager called her manager KEN PATEL he said because it was more than 30 days old he would not honer what i was told my bill was 32.85 order 1 number 12828 i simply can not afford to buy dinner and not get what i paid for and then throw the rest away not how i would expect a big franchise to do business very frustrated

I have purchased meals from the location on Thorton Rd. in Austell, GA multiple times. Each time I go my order is wrong--wrong order, wrong sides, wrong spice, no utensils or napkins. I have called the store and customer service multiple times to have my order replaced or refunded, but to no avail. I called the customer service line again this morning and spoke with someone. When will my meals be replaced? I enjoy the product, but definitely not the wait for my meals to be replaced.

My visit on 12/16 approximate 3:22 p.m. the service was horrible the general manager Yolanda was very rude unprofessional and not friendly and very argumentative. I ordered number the four dinner which consists of wings I was told there were no wings, so I asked her if they are going to drop any soon she replied no she's not dropping any and offered to give me my money back okay I said that's not good customer service because she was already rude to my husband when he ask for the hot chicken and she she pointed out to him that the Chicken came out 5 minutes apart and and he really didn't have a choice what chicken he can get basically that's what she was saying. I was in the drive thru with no way to turn around . It was night 7 pm. I asked for 8 piece slicy dark chicken. The female said they did not have dark prepared and it would be 30 min. I said what about a spicy and mild mix so I don't have to wait. She said No u have to weigh in that too. So I said what about a 4 piece dark combo. She then said they only have 1 fryer so the wait is 30 minutes. She said the only pieces they could sell me at that time was a breast a wing and a leg. At that point I was still trying to figure out how I could buy this chicken. So she said something about 4 for 5. When I asked her to explain she yelled out I SAID 30 MINUTES! I told her she didn't have to tell at me. At that point someone else explained about the 1 fryer problem. At that point I am livid because I am stuck. You cannot turn around in that concrete narrow drive thru and people behind. I told the 2nd lady I wished I had known because I am stuck here with no food and I can't go forward or back. The lady said we have signs saying we are down to one fryer. But mind you you it's dark and the only sign you see is when you are in the light ready to order. This Popeyes in Decatur Alabama has been a horrible experience for me today. The worst ever by ANY fast food establishment. This has been going on actually for the last 2 to 3 years. They rarely gey my order correct.. Poor service and you ALWAYS have to wait for an 8 piece dark. That is?what I always order for my children. I work in Huntsville AL and never have any problems with any location there. But in Decatur it is awful. I am a professional woman and I only go there because my children like the flavor but I will NEVER spend another cent there and will tell others on social media as well. The owner does not care about his customers only about the money. I will go to KFC or CHICK Fil A. If i could give 0 STAR that is my true rating. That place is horrible and has been for a while. I'm fed up.

I visited your restaurant on Dec 14,2018 at 13:01 and the services received from staff were unacceptable. My friend and I were having lunch after when homeless non-customers approach us and begged for money, food and drinks. When we told them that we did not have any to contribute, the female non-customers started insulting my friend . I approached your staff and they did not acknowledge our concerns but ignore us. This was the first that this happened to us.
Why are stinky dirty non-paying customers allow to sit in the restaurant and bother paying customer r? Is this professional service that Popeyes offered to paying customers?
In my opinion. your staff ahold take customer services classes and updated their services to paying customer and not accept stink dirty non-paying customers. with their bad habit.

I visit popeyes palatka location 3 to 4 times a week , the customer service at the drive-thru is horrible the young ladies don't no how to talk to the Customers without being Rudd. On 12/13/2018 at 9:25pm i told at the drive-thru that the fryers down being cleaned and that they only had legs(drum sticks) and that i had to take that or nothing. I've seen on numerous occasions when employees come off brake ,go behind the counter and start working without washing their hand. Lately I've been very dissatisfied with the palatka popeyes restaurant and i hear a lots of people complaining about the service that they receives also. We love Popeye’s chicken and order take out about 3 times per month.. Here is the problem, our orders are messed up 8 out of 10 times. When we get home, we don’t drive all the way back for a correction. We usually frequent the Tacoma, WA location off 72nd street. They’ve closed the store twice while we waited in our car for our food. And, the type of ChIcken is usually wrong but we get a lot of hot sauce to help out since we know we they usually screw up our order.
Tonight really upset me. I spent $40 on the order for our family at the Tillicum, WA location. I ordered spicy chicken. We got a bunch of beautiful mild chicken and no hot sauce in the bags. I am just tired of paying for a product only to be disappointed when I get home with the food. My loyalty to Popeye’s is waning. Can you do something to get these stores in line, please?

I visited Fayetteville Popeyes Store(242 Banks Crossing, Fayetteville, GA 30214) on 11/30/18 at 2:27 p.m.(My order# was 95) to buy some food for me and my family. I placed my order with the Cashier and I ordered your $20.00 special and my two sides were Mash Potatoes. I waited patiently for my food and other customers were placing their orders as well. After sitting for awhile, I start to notice that the two individuals that were working the front counter was giving out food without calling out the order numbers. Rashad, one of the employees that was working the front line called out my same order and the lady that was behind me was standing right there and he gave her my order. I went to the counter and I asked the Manager if they can make my order since Rashad had just given the other customer my order. I was polite, mild manner, and very professional. The Manager asked Rashad why did he give the lady my order and Rashad said that he called out the order and I informed him that he didn't call out the order number, which is usually what the Front line Representative do and that is how everyone know to come and obtain their order. He didn't like what I said and that I called him out on his mistake. He told me that I'm going to get my food, so just wait a minute. I asked him who was he talking too and that I am the customer and I am correct in what I said. He became argumentative and very abrasive, and he threatened me. He told me don't make me come over this counter on you. His colleagues told him to go to the back and he didn't, he continued to go off and be unprofessional. He even went off on his Manager and told him that all of this is his fought because he have him up there working the front line and training the cashier and the guy that was working the front line with him. I found his behavior to be very unprofessional an I have been trying to reach the Area Manager, Latricia Raye and the Director of Operations, Melton 404-766-2727 to place a complaint on Rashad and no one has contacted me back. Not only was your employee disrespectful to me, but Management is unprofessional as well since they don't respond back. I hope my complaint will reach someone that has authority to fire Rashad because he was quite unprofessional and unstable, and he does not represent the Popeyes Brand well at all with the kind of behavior that he exhibited that day. I am a Director myself and if my employees behaved that way, I would have fired them on the spot. He has no control and he seems very unstable. If someone decides to become professional in this organization and address my complaint, I can be reached at 678-544-9292. My family and I will never go back to that location again and as far as I'm concern, with his behavior, the Popeyes in Fayetteville might as be located on Bankhead Highway because that is how he represented the store.
ordered an eight piece mild meal, ordered cream potatoes as the side. No cream potatoes and instead of getting mild chicken I received spicey. this purchase was made on Beacon st. in Laurel Ms. the clerks name was Kimberly, if I did not live 35 miles from this location I would have returned the order for a full refund. Went to the 26030 Euclid Avenue Euclid Ohio location to find that the dinning room was closed (5:00PM) and the only way to order was through the Drive thru. This location has the worst customer service and racist employees toward white customers. The KFC down the street in the same neighborhood treats the customers like kings and queens. The corporate headquarters must intervene at this location!
I filed a complaint several weeks ago and never heard a word about it! If this is your attitude I'm glad I switched over to KFC instead of Popeye's! I read a review that nothing ever gets done about complaints to Popeye's and now I see that I can agree with that review! Can I take away the one star!
I visited store# 3241 in New Castle, De. The management in this location should be addressed. There are many problems here. Todays example was they didn't open until 11:30am. The posted hours are 10:30am to 11:00pm. this has happened more than once. other times they have refused to honor your companies National sales and advertisements. The only constant high light at this store is how hard, and with a very pleasant attitude, the workers assist customers despite the lack of leadership. There are a lot of people in the area who no longer frequent this location because of the problems.
Went to popeye's for supper tonight and ordered 5pc strips and fries got home with 3wings and fries paid over 10.00 for my meal that wasn't what I ordered!

On Dec 8, 2018 between 3:30 and 4:00 CST, my son ate at Popeyes at 9102 Westwood loop san antonio, TX 78254 2105200811. He ordered a 5 piece spicy chicken tender meal. As he ate one of the tenders, he said he tasted some thing weird and found that it was a fried napkin. He had consumed half. He showed a Hispanic lady at the register who said that it wasnt a napkin but the packaging that the chicken is stored in, she said "sorry" and didn't have the grace to look my son in the eye and gave him 4 more tenders, took that fried packaging and threw it away. Had he kept it, I would have forwarded it to USDA for a formal inspection of your establishment. My son has had many medical scares including being hospitalized for food poisoning. My request is that you enact a quality assurance process and if you have one, to make sure employees follow that process. I am not satisfied with how this was handled and pray that my son does not get sick from your staff's ineptness. Management needs to be made aware of this and this needs to be corrected immediately.
On December 6, 2018 @12:23pm I went to Popeyes # 7206 location Indian River Road in Chesapeake VA, There was no chicken so they had to fry the chicken, They did get me a free drink because of the wait. I am attaching a receipt of my purpace. It was a take out. Once, I finally received my order and went home. My husband called me this order was incorrect. I ordered mild chicken.I am now close to this location but I was in the facility at that time. This was dinner for my family. Needless to say, we are not happy. The chicken was. horrible and looked terrible: I have tried to reach the store no answer and this is day two. This is the worst service ever!
I live in Southern Maryland near the Waldorf Maryland location and I frequently visit the store (once every other week) and the service is always poor, the store is dirty and folks are always waiting with only 6 - 8 customers in the store with drive through is backed up to the front of the store. There are times where the manager is in the back with three cashiers in front. Customer service is poor and the cashiers appears to be lost and/or struggle to fill an order. I continue to come back because of the taste of the chicken however its extremely hard watching lazy employees not able to do they're job with customers waiting 20 - 25 minutes for a two piece meal. The service has been bad for years and I'm tired of turning the other cheek. I'm not the only customer in the area with the bad experience.

I visited Popeyes in Milford Delaware 19963December 1st 2018 at 9:00 p m I went through the drive-thru window to order two of the 8 piece chicken specials and was told that they only had one available and we're not going to cook anymore this evening and that the manager said that there can only be one chicken special per household. I then asked to speak to the manager and the manager also stated that they would be no more chicken cooked even though they close at 11. My complaint is that my lunch hour is from 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. As I was running late 1:57 p.m. I decided to pick up 4 piece tenders @ Popeye's 924 Bergen Ave., Jersey City, NJ and after I paid I was told that I had to wait 8 minutes for my lunch... nevertheless, I waited 10 min. However, shouldn't the food be ready to go as it was close to 2:00 p.m. that's after the rush. I ended up getting back to work late...it only takes me about 5 minutes from Popeye's to work. I just think it was inconsiderate of the way things were handled. Nonetheless, I still love Popeye's. I ordered a cajun Turkey more than a week ago to pick up at the Shirley NY site today 11/23 @ 12 PM. I had special plans with guests coming to share the feast. On Monday someone from the Popeyes location called to verify the date and pick up time. We showed up for our Turkey and were told there was no Turkey for us! WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING? Well I got my money back...but that's not the point. I had to scramble around and figure out what I was now serving for my dinner (that was planned for 2 weeks). Extremely disappointed and will NEVER recommend Popeyes to anyone again. I was told that IF a Turkey should come in I'd get it for free! I really wish I could put 0 stars. We we're at 1501 Euclid Avenue's Popeyes. My husband n I were sitting inside for maybe 2 to 3 hours jus charging our phone n back up charger also waiting on my mother in law to come by. When she arrived we went through drive thru ordered 4 #6 the tenders. My mother in law parked in parking lot so that we could eat. We noticed we had no dipping sauce my mother in law told my husband to get some literally about 2 to 3 min later I hear yelling my mother in law n I ran out of car. At first all you could see was an employee then as I got closer noticed my husband on the ground too. The employees were kicking n hittingg him in the head too. About 5 min passes they let go my husband gets up then all of a sudden some black dude by entrance grabbed my husband got him to the ground until he was red n couldn't breath the guy says I don't give a fuck I will kill him. I get down start hitting him then kicked him. They both get up my mother in law gets in the black dudes face starts hitting him n she gets hit back in the head. I mean really what kind of employees do you guys at Popeyes hire out of all that my husband goes to jail n all the employees get back to work which is not right the guy hitting him in THE HEAD needs to be in jail too. I want something legally done. The cops didn't do a damn thing didn't give a shit that THE VICTIM WAS GETTING HIT KICKED N CHOKED. Really this whole world needs fixing. I want the people that were hitting n kicking him fired ASAP since nothing was done for my husband I want Justice for him because employees shouldn't place hands on customers n don't they know the saying that the customers are always right.. something better be done. Thanksgiving day I went through drive thru and was told they had no chicken available and the inside of the restaurant was busy with people waiting. I then asked how long the wait was and given a time to wait in which I did. The person at the window whom I believe was the manager was unfriendly and had an attitude problem I’m assuming because she didn’t want to work on Thanksgiving and didn’t want customers. I am a disabled veteran who was not able to be with my family this year, as I waited I saw another elderly person with a disabled veteran tag drive around past the drive thru without ordering I’m certain he was told there was no chicken available as well.

I visit the Popeyes in Olivebranch MS. After waiting at least 10 minutes before any one acknowledge me only to find out that what I wanted was no longer for sale but it was on the board menu. ( 5 pieces chicken with two sides). I LOVE POPEYES CHICKEN but because you all have one thing on display and not honoring what you have on your menu I decided it would be better for me to go somewhere else. I know this don't mean anything to you all but if you display something then you should honor what's on your menu board and not be false advertising. Your manager and team need some costumer service training on interacting with the costumers.
I went to the restaurant on Route 46 in Lodi NJ this morning. I pulled up to the drive up speaker to place my order and after waiting a minute or two an announcement came over saying "Please pull forward" which I did only to have the employee at the pick up window wave for me to go around the building again and back to the order placing speaker! I did so and after waiting another minute or two the same announcement came over saying "Please pull forward" which annoyed me so much that I yelled out change the dam announcement!
The employee told me not to curse at the speaker and told me because of that she would not be taking my order! This employee really needs an attitude adjustment and because of her I don't think I will ever go to Popeye's again! She is in dire need of customer relations training! I used to be a steady customer every Wednesday morning but because of her and my experience today I will be parting ways with Popeye's!
Your store (11680) in Harlingen, Texas has finally pushed me to make a written complaint. For some time the service has been going down. The amount of repaired food is not available, you are forced to wait more than ten minutes to get your order during non lunch periods. The shift manager seems to not know what is going on and the service is lacking, employees walking around behind the counter looking at you but not waiting on you. Today the fella tried to give my tray of food to other customer and had to remove it from the counter and return it to the prep area after the other customer had touched the food. When I request BBQ or honey condiments the server acts like it's to be doled out piece meal. This store is the only one on this side of Harlingen and I like to enjoy your chicken every couple of weeks but this service does not bring me back in.

Girl didn't tell me they were out of breasts. I ordered 2 breasts with red beans and rice. I was asked to pull forward after paying. She just asked me and closed the window. 12 minutes later I got my food. Guy said they had to cook it. Finally opened the box, got two breasts barely cooked completely and hard cold, old French fries. Third time they were out of breasts.

Popeyes in auburn Alabama around 5pm 11/2/2018. Manager cursing at an employee that was still in training right in front of the customers. One customer ask why was she talking to the trainee like that and she cursed the customer out. Another manager came in and got hostile with the trainee that has only been there 2 days! Then there was an indanisian there with the same attitude told the young man to go home. This needs to be fixed and everyone on that shift needs to be fired. Very unprofessional and should not be going on in front of customers and the choice of words is unexceptionable

I had a very bad experience at the store on Elysian Fields and Robert E. Lee Boulevard. First of all the drive thru was not fully operable. They were not taking debit cards (cash only) You did not know that until you were at the window. No signs were put out and I was told that they could not put out any signs. The lady who was standing in the front as I approached the counter was very rude and said that there was nothing they could do about what was going on with the drive thru. I explained to her that I was not pleased about the inconvenience and she said to me OH, well. I did say to her that I was going to report it and also include her rudeness and then she said to the cashier not to wait on me. Of course, I did not argue but said upon my leaving that I will definitely be sure to file a report. She refused to give me her name but stood up with authority. If she happens to be the manager, your store is in deep trouble. My lunch entire lunch period had expired due to the incident. on 10/17/2018 A coworker & I arrived at this popeyes location at approx 10:52am my coworkers order was taken at 10:56am & my order was taken at 10:59am (3 piece tender with side) . As we waited for our order to be filled approx 8 to 10 other customers placed their orders in succession behind our orders. After 9 to 10 min elapsed I started to notice that customers who ordered well behind us were being call to receive their orders. My coworker & I waited & waited & at approx 11:25am my coworkers name was called to receive his order, i saw that there were several other orders waiting to be picked up & ask the employee to check & see if my name was on one of the other orders sitting on the counter top, he looked & said no. At this point & am starting to get upset, I told the employee to check & see how much longer because my 30min lunch break was over & I needed to go back to work. After some back in forth the employee sad its almost ready. By 11:35am I still did not have my order & told the employee to give me a refund that I could not wait any longer, after a few more minutes of waiting & the employee running back & fourth I again said give me a refund I have to go. A women emerges from behind cooking area talks to the other employee opens the register & gives me my refund with out saying a word to me. No sorry for the poor service nothing. Time now is approx 11:40am & as i receive my money I here order up for Robert, I took my money & left. IT will be a cold day in HELL before I ever go back to a Popeye's if this is what Corporate manage & Popeye's employees accepts as acceptable customer service. On Saturday, September 22, 2018, I visited your Popeyes' Restaurant #11171, located at 329 Old Gate Lane in Milford, CT and purchased the 4 piece box of mild chicken and also ordered (1) biscuit. Although the box special was for (1) leg, (1) wing, (1) thigh and (1) breast, the cashier, Priyaaanka, said I could substitute the breast for a thigh. When I checked the order before leaving, I noticed they had given me a breast. I went back to the counter and told the another cashier what had happened, and she took the box and replaced the breast with a thigh -- or so I thought. Thinking the correction had been made, I left the restaurant. When I got home and sat down to eat the chicken, I noticed that I was given yet another breast. I then contacted the Customer Service Number 877-767-3937, and spoke with a Katina, and reported what happened. She took my phone numbers and indicated she would sent the complaint to the Customer Care Agent and someone would reach out to me during the week. When no one reached out to me, I called on 9/28 and spoke w/Sarah and again on 10/8 and spoke w/Millia. I've made 3 attempts to resolve my complaint and no one has even had the professional courtesy to reach out to me and offer me a courtesy coupon at my request. This is poor customer service and reflects badly on how management responds to customer complaints. I am requesting that the coupons be mailed to me at 25 Oakleaf Street, Bridgeport, CT 06606. Shame on you for treating your customers this way. I hate to think how you treat your employees.
Yesterday 10/10/2018 at 5 20pm me and my mom really wanted popeyes for dinner. we do not have one close to us so we have we really have to go out our way to get some so we do not eat it often. but love it. I grew up on popeyes. the one we went to was in atlantic beach fl 32233. well went through the dr thru and ordered spicy chicken and it looked like it had been sitting for a while. so i asked for fresh chicken they said ok, even though i saw she was not happy about that. I parked and went in and waited. after the chicken came out she handed me my box of chicken and it looked the same as the first. now Im mad. My mom really wanted some popeyes so i took it. but anyways either the grease needed to be changed or they put old chicken down to heat it. I dont know but I do know it was so of the sorriest chicken i have ever had from popeyes and i am 37 yrs old I have been eating popeyes all my life.
They have a public restroom but they keep it locked so when I walked in and asked can I use your restroom please they said (no) just like when I asked to get a water cup they told me (no) seconds later a kid walks in asked for a water cup they reached over and grabbed a water cup and only water k. Now I'm sorry to say this but when I do come to Popeyes when I have enough money I do pay for my meal but what I'm getting at is that I feel they are discreminating against me because I am homeless now I don't use there restroom 24 hours a day I use it maybe 1 or 2 times and that's like every once in great like every other week now when it says open to the public weather or not your homeless or not the restrooms should be open for everyone period don't discreminate on those who are homeless or I will sue your franchise for discrimination.
Got there and placed my order at 11:52 am at first i ordered 2 $5 chicken meals. Come to find out it came with nothing but chicken. So i asked to change my order. The cashier made a ugh comment and a noise. I apologised and said i didnt know it was only chicken. Then she said what u want then. So i proceeded to give her my order.i told to give me a 2 piece meal and she said so u want 2 two piece meals? I said no mam. Then i started again to tell her i wanted a 2 piece meal and a 4 piece meal.and i started to tell her sides and she interupted me again. I finally gave my whole order and got my receipt. Receipt said i placed order at 11:52. I waIted and waited and waited. I was finally called by name to get order. To my amaze it was not even ready. They had made the 2 $5 meals. Which are not meals at all just chicken! Then they asked what i ordered and if it was for there or to go? Really?my food was still not ready and a over a hour had passed. Then finally got them at 1:15. But it was still not right. I had ordered mashed potatoes with No gravy and they had gravy on them. So i told the lady and she went around counter to back line to tell them but on her way back to the line she went around a co worker and i heard her say without mistake. Her words were (I hate this lady). When she come back i told her i was taking food to my husband and i will be right back. So i did and explained to husband what had happened and he was very angry not mention it took us about a hour and half to get food. We will never go to that popeyes again. Very devastating. During all this time the manager that was on the cooking line told the cashier to stop taking orders for a while till they catch up. That was unbelievable in itself. What in the world is going on in your kitchens and stores?? Just thought u should be aware of how it was being run! And i am out $19:89 for food that we had to take home because by the tine we git everything it was cold and took way to long. My ticket number was. 1020. There were 3 cars in front of us and it was not busy at all. Then when we got to the front of the que we we're asked to park in the parking lot because our order was not ready yet. After all that time!!!

On August 20, 2018 I didn't receive great customer service at the Harker Heights , Texas restaurant. After a long day of work, just stop to pick up some food for myself and my father. Manager was very moody & had a attitude. The chicken I requested wasn't ready so they had to drop some more, she wasn't accommodating to me at all. There was a gentlemen in front of me, he decided to order more food she got his order out promptly, also another lady walked up to order food. She asked her if she would like a soda while she waited... That wasn't very kind of her & she had someone finish my order, will not be going back to that Popeyes.

Ordered 2 platters , 1 with 2 drumbsticks coleslaw , biscuit . 1 with 2 thighs coleslaw biscuit and ordered large red beans and rice . Red beans and rice were sour and bubbling , 2 spoonfuls of coleslaw in each container , in my order for thighs were 1 thigh and1 breast . Obviously these people don't know the difference between thighs and breasts. They were too busy playing around . I called back when I got home and was told , I should've checked my order before I left the store . How rude . If your workers were more mature enough in the work place and took orders as the were given and display the orders properly and dispense proper orders as they are given , there would be no complaints . If they were not walking around playing around and pay attention to their jobs , their would be no complaints . I found it highly unprofessional of the response I got when I called back because your worker screwed up my order and served me these spoiled and improper serving of food which I was out of $14 for this meander meal . I am appalled and shocked. I will not patronize this store again . Twice I have gotten nasty service and messed up orders , sour food , and 2 spoons of coleslaw in these cups . I guess now , it's time to contact Consumer Affairs .
Went to your store today # 10743 in Wheaton Plaza. Normally I get the 5 dollar boy that included a side and biscuit but today I was charged extra for the side and said that I had to pay for the biscuit. Tried to get an explanation for this but the customer service was terrible. No explanation given for this change at all. I was not pleased with the service today. My check # 6327 and Time was 12:10 PM during my lunch hour.
The TV specials have not been available the last 4 times (in a month) at the restaurants we’ve been to in WA state & Oregon. It’s really disappointing that the ads say 4 pieces for $5 and the best that we can get at the stores we’ve stopped at is 6 pieces for $11.99. Seems to me that if your ads for specials are applicable at all restaurants it should be stated in the commercials. Love the food but VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of info in your commercials!
I stopped at Popeyes in Clermont, FL on Monday, August 13th at 5:14pm.
I went through the drive-thru and placed an order for Boneless Chicken Wings. I was not told that the wings would be spicy. No signage or discussion with the girl at the window would have indicated these wings would be spicy. When I asked for the sauce to be nonspicy, she said they only had spicy sauces! I mentioned I cannot eat spicy, she still did not mention the chicken would be spicy. When I got home and started to eat it, I was overwhelmed with the spicy chicken. I ate the biscuit and coleslaw as my meal.
I called and asked to speak with a manager on duty, and was told he wasn't there. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The girl who answered the phone said she was a supervisor. I didn't think she was, but I proceeded to tell her about the problem I had with the spicy chicken. I told her I would like to come the next day and get the nonspicy Boneless Chicken meal. She then said she would let me speak to another supervisor. When the next one got on the phone, I asked if she was really a supervisor. She said, "Yes I am, and I am also a mother of 4 children and I have no reason to lie to you." I repeated my explanation to her, and she said, You can come in tomorrow and get tenders because they are not spicy." I said I will bring my receipt and I expected to get a meal. "She said the Chicken Tenders cost more than the Boneless Chicken, and she could not give me the coleslaw and a roll." I said, never mind, I would call the District Manager. I did call the District Manager and he never returned my call.
This whole situation is so petty. I have been to this Popeye's two times since they were open. The first time I was in line for about 20 minutes. Unstandable, as they opened the day before and were still working out the kinks. Then a manager or the District Manager started yelling at one of the ladies as he told her to stay in the front and to do her damn job. We were all embarrassed for this woman and I could'nt imagine anyone being humalitied and embarrassed by this man. I asked to speak to him, and I expressed my feelings. Talk about harrassment, the lady could have walked out on him and could have put his job in jepardy. I had not been back since that episode.
I would like a refund of $5.35 for not having a meal. I would also like to suggest make sure the signage reads SPICY when a customer is asking for it. Thank goodness I did not have an allergy to the spice, but threw the chicken.

I had to wait fifteen minutes for 2 orders of chicken strips. It is evident that after waiting patiently the food wasn't hot and the fries were dark, hard & cold as ice!!! The chicken strips were very hard, not fresh & I am very disappointed and CANNOT enjoy my meals after waiting for do long. Also, I will NOT PURCHASE FOOD AT POPEYES. The Popeye Store Located At 15th & Chestnut Street Was Not Clean At All Where Customers Are Allowed To Dine In Tables Were Not Wiped Off & The Cashiers Were Using Their Cellphones At The Counters In Front Of Customers & Another Employee Came To Help Other Cashier Because Of A Line & Call For Next Customer Then Turned Away To Then Use His Cell Phone Behind The Counter In Front Of Customers Who Are Waiting To Place Orders For Their Food. But Unfortunately I Walked Out Because I Myself Am An Assistant Manager Of A Retail Store And I Was Thoroughly Disgusted & Possibly No Air Condition On Either Maybe Problem With The Air Condition Not Sure But Store Was Very Hot Inside. Needless To Say I Walked Out Due To Poor Customer Service & Poor Store Cleanliness. Maybe The Staff Should Be Retrained On Their Jobs & Made To Know Their Customers Pay Their Salaries & With The Customers You Dont Get Paid.
I love Popeyes and would preferred it over any other fried chicken fast food chains. Unfortunately, I have a problem after hearing that Popeyes has a policy to throw chicken out when it’s not sold at the end of the night. I just feel that it is a waste. There are people in this world that are hungry and starving, especially kids. Let me first by saying I love popeyes. Normally. I bought a 11 piece family meal from the store in portaurther tx. At a cost of almost 30 dollars. I have had to throw half the chicken away. It seemed to be old and had dark spots in it. And the red beans were not fresh. The red bean are normally my favorite thing at popeyes. I took two bites and had to throw the rest away. I will not eat at this popeyes ever agin. I will however eat at the popeyes in Watson la where my primary residence is. Never agin.
On the evening of June 1, 2019 I wanted to buy two orders of your special for honey chicken tenders for $5.00 I was informed that there wasn't any such special and indeed I did not see anything on the windows or a display anywhere that said about $5.00. So I thought my son must have been mistaken about the special. Not wanting to go home empty handed I purchased two other meals which came to around $9.50 apiece.
This morning, after seeing the special myself on TV I decided to complain how I was tricked into spending twice as much. I wanted a refund of the difference between the $5.00 meals I originally wanted and the more expensive meals I wound up getting. The manager was treating me like I had purchased these other meals and I shouldn't be expecting any money back. I was angry for being treated like I was stupid so I let the manager feel that anger and I left.

On 5/22/19 @7:15 went to location in Garden Grove Ca off Harbor Blvd. It was 1 person in front of me 4 behind me also I had pulled up on my phone the specials that Popeye offered all of them expired on 6/30/2019 . I noticed that there was 1 piece of chicken displayed on mild bin, approximately 20 pieces of spicy. Employees were walking around as if there were no customers and one clerk at window he may have been new employee. I asked about the special I wanted to order had feeling they did not know about specials showed to clerk she called this other person who I assumed was supervisor//manager. I showed the special I wanted he said no eye contact we don't do that. I asked honor your special that expires 6/30/2019? Which was 10 pieces of mixed/tender chicken 2 lg. sides, 5 biscuits for $20. He then stated I could order 9 pieces of chicken and 2 lg sides would be 27.00 plus tax. I did not smell any chicken cooking and the staff did not seemed concern that they did not have enough chicken prepared. This was False advertisement, Special says 10 he wanted to charge me more for less. Not to mention not enough chicken prepared for customers. If people do not purchase your product you will go out of business. I am customer service person this non-sense that he pulled shows me the culture of your organization is poor. I left that Popeyes and drove to another location not in ideal area, I went to drive thru placed my order to have a homeless person walk up on me in drive thru asking for money this is not safe! I have held off in sending complaints about your stores this is ridiculous. Poor customer service skills by employees and unconcerned store management not honoring deals you have advertised and not having forsight to have prepared chicken during dinner hour. I will be sending a complaint to BBB regarding your organization. People should not have to pay for unprofessionalism by organizations that appear to have no concern regarding their customers.
I recently went in to the store in Newcastle de. It was about an hour before they closed. First we ordered and they only had sides left of mashed potatoes and fries they said since 3pm. Okay so we try to be understanding. Then there is no ice in the machine and they said they are out of ice. Okay so we get our food . We asked for spicy they said they only had some spicy and some regular left. Okay so that also means there is no fresh chicken at to me it seemed like it was because they honestly did not feel like making anything that day. But I could be wrong. Maybe there was a rule that they cannot prepare or cook any food to a certain point. Lastly I get home I open my box of chicken and guess what there is a fly twitching in it. I was fine and I accepted that it was just a bad service that night but that upset me. I did take pictures if you need them but I would like someone to acknowledge this. I never been to any popeyes that didnt have fresh chicken and sides and I am willing to travel to the farther stores to ever not step foot inside the Newcastle store.
Went to popeyes April 26...right before we went to concert,,,was almost late to that because waiting on our order she had us pull over didn't give us our debt card back, the fries were old and cold, we just looked at our bank statement and we got charged twice , finally got our food, and they wasn't busy at all ...it was 720 pm...had to go back after we left to get out debt card, this is all in called for...so dissatisfied
they are a good clean place to eat but employees hang out in the parking lot playing loud music for 2 to 3 hours after closing and is located by a hotel which generates a lot of customer complaints especially when the music has vulgar language being used this should not be allowed when the business is closed

I waited for my food at the drive-thru for 20 min. They charge me for a drink I didn't ask for. the fries I received were cold. The customer service was terrible both at the drive-thru and inside. Does anyone working with the public smile or greet you anymore? When I go inside to get a new order of fries the employees just look at me and the manager has his back to the counter because he was one of the few employees working or he didn't want to talk with customers.Chicken was dry. I would not recommend this franchise. This is not the first time this has happened. I guess i will try to find another Popeye's on my way home or hit the competitors. Extremely unhappy long time customer. I just don't get it.

I purchased a two Piece white spicey and a large strawberry soda @ the drive thur at store # 2873. The person taking my order gave me a total of $ 9. 28. I told him I thought that was to much for a 2 PC Combo. He replied by asking me if I ordered two red beans and rice and I said no, just one.
IThen he said, he would give me my new total at the window. My total was actually more without the second red beans and rice. Now the grand total of my order is $ 10.05. I tried to explain to him, the amount was incorrect but he said the amount was right. I did'nt want to argue with him, in a hurry to get back to work. But after getting back to work, I noticed that a $ 1.20 was added to my combo and a extra .40 cent was added to my soda.

integer establishment on Reading road and Seymour in Cincinnati Ohio ordered a 4-Piece combo without the drink specifically asked for three wings and a thigh when the young lady presented it to me at the counter I asked again if it was three wings and a thigh she unprofessionally side slam the chicken out of the box back into the basket proceeded to slam three different pieces into the box stating that she had corrected it when I got back to my employer from lunch I had three thighs and one wing so when I got off work and went back to get my money back because I no longer desire to eat at your establishment the young lady was nasty rude told me it was okay that she has screwed up my order and as I was leaving out she called me a bitch I have complained to the manager here before Gail and the young lady who waited on me was named Rah Rah according to her name tag I will no longer be supporting your establishment I have repeatedly try to patronize your business your employment of workers are rude and unprofessional and I choose not to pay for that type of service I will go to Richie's famous recipe or KFC where I am treated better
I went through the drive thru and they forgot a side order of large fries that I paid extra for. When I went back to the window. They asked if I checked under my chicken. I told them yes. Went through your drive thru in Sun City Center, HWY 674 ordered a 3 piece white mild with mashed pototoes. Received 3 piece dark Spivey with mashed potatoes. I repeated the order twice because I had problems before.they repeated my order when thet have it to me.When I got home it was wrong and I was charged extra for all white. I am totally disgusted, I hate dark meat.
I went to the new Popeyes in Murray KY and got the cajun rice. It to go order,when I got home the rice was ruined. I have no future plans of going to this Popeyes any more. It was horrible
i went to sore number 4426 at 730 to get my lunch for work an when i got it it was all cold an the chinken fingers tasted like they werent even cooked fully an they gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet tea .only thing that was to be cold was the coleslaw nothing was hot or warm just plain cold as ice antasted not fully cooked

The above transaction has double billed on my Discover card. It was a large order for just my family. The total was $35.48, I think it was 16 pieces of mild chicken, fries, cole slaw, dirty rice, and biscuits. I wound up with 3 wings, and 5 drumsticks. My daughter and my wife wanted wings, so that was obvious. That was O.K., but double the amount needs to be corrected.

I usually use the store at B.C.Hwy & TerryPky, but my wife wanted onion rings. They don't serve them there anymore, so I tried the store at W.B.X. & B.C.Hwy. They don't serve them there anymore either. They even used to serve chicken livers there. Miss those, too!!! Service was quick enough. I just noticed the double billing as I paid my Discover card.
I love Popeyes , so I bought 30.00$ worth of Popeyes chicken to go with my Easter dinner, but on4/21/2019 I got bad food I came in early on Easter Sunday ,and I think I got chicken from the day before , it was dry hard and could not be eaten. I have never received bad food from Popeyes before .When I called to complain I was not offered any compensation or replacement just too bad. with so many choices where to spend my money it will be a long time before I trust Popeyes with my company dinner again.

On 4/18/19, I visited the popeyes store 2829 on 2612 Annapolis rd. severn md 21121. Starting off the drive through was very slow, I was waiting 15 minutes to get my food. Once I got my food and drink, once I got home there was a bug in my sons sierra mist. I was very disappointed, that I could not go back up to the restaurant and get a refund. I called the store, no one answered the phone. I am very disappointed with the cleanness of this location. My check number is 9223.
Yesterday, 4.14.19 at appr 6:00 pm when in to order out. An employee from your establishment has an altercation with an customer. From the way they spoke then knew each other. You employee used such vulgar language, while kids were present. He was asked to tone it down by the lady up front which he ignored. He was one of the servers there. I was told that I has to wait 5 minutes for hot chicken to come, well after waiting appr 20 minutes returned to the counter to be advised that mi ticket was missing. It was horrible, and I will never return back to this location, the behavior was unacceptable and I feel very unsafe in this so called place of business.
Rude Irate cook with the glasses who was arguing with a customer was very unprofessional rude and should have been sent home but the manager did much of nothing. This behavior continued even after the customer who the cook was arguing with received his food and left. He was cursing saying when he saw this person on the streets he was going to beat his ass he continued talking about it until the cashier asked him to stop speaking about it. In addition our food was supposed to be ready in 2 min as it was being cooked but we never got one of the orders with fresh chicken as the wait time stated was incorrect it was 9 min. I will not go back to this location. This is unacceptable behavior and need to be correct no one should speak like that to their customers or allow other to endure such negativity
I visited Popeyes restaurant for the 1st time today. The encounter was unreal. I purchased a 12 strip family meal of mild chicken on my way home 4/8/ 2019. The receipt states it was 4:13 pm. The order # was 76. The Popeyes was restaurant #12947 1101 N Main St Shelbyville, TN 37160. When I returned home with the food, everything was correct but the chicken. I was given a 6 piece box of hot chicken. I drove 20 plus min. back to the restaurant with my receipt and the chicken. I explained the situation to the heavy set black girl at the counter in a nice way. Mistakes happen. Her reply was an arrogant denial that a mistake was made. She said, "I packed that order, and I didn't make a mistake." I wonder how she thought I got the receipt that was correct, but a 6 piece hot chicken? I showed her the inside of the chicken. It was hot spiced chicken. She argued with me. Finally, she gave me the correct chicken. I stated that the fries I purchased would be cold and gross when I got home. She wouldn't replace the fries because I didn't bring them with me. The receipt proved that they were purchased. After 40 plus min, anyone would have known they would be cold and not good. After her rudeness, I stated I would not be back to that Popeyes.( At least as long as she works there.) I also said that I intended to let corporate know how bad the restaurant was run. As I opened the door to leave, I could hear the girl mocking me with what I had just said. No, I am not kidding. She was mocking a customer. I'm 60 plus yrs old. I have never experienced anything like that before anywhere. I am asking you to do what you can to have the girl fired. She doesn't need to be working in food service for sure. When I got home I tried to eat my chicken, cold sides, and biscuits. I felt stupid for spending $32.90 for such an awful experience. Thank you.

Today at about 2:30 pm purchased a surf and chicken special for 5.00 and a apple pie. Unable to eat chicken and after 2 pieces of shrimp became ill. Tried to call store store at Maple Heights Oh no answer. Ate the pie although it was Awful also. Requesting refund of 5.00. Unable to return to store. Double the spices. Could not eat the mashed potatoes. The smell of the food made me ill. I have been eating from Popeyes in Maple Heights, OH for over 10 years.

I went to buy dinner at 10:45 pm and was told that they were out of chicken and would not be cooking any more for the night. There were 5 cars in line behind me and 3 before me. How do you run out of chicken at the chicken restaurant? McDonald's never runs out of burgers or fries. The service is always sad anyway but the food is usually good, but this is disappointing.
I pulled into drive thru, there was one car at the window,and I sat at the menu sign over ten minutes, finally as the car at the window was getting a bag of food, I was told to order, which I did, there was no response, I looked over and there was still interaction with car,at window, st this time something was mumbled to me, I repeated my order and asked if I could get Spicey white, no response, lady at window gave impression of being bothered, not happy at all. I remembered the last time I was ignored by a unhappy worker at this store, my order of white, was two thighs, two legs and a wing with a neck attached ! Cut my loses and just left ! I Love popeyes chicken, i don't need bad attitude from unhappy emplyee...good luck, you need it, previous visits last year were pleasant and good food.
Been going to popeyes in killeen for awhile...this shift manager merilyn is the rudest manager i have met in any place ive gone too...the past 3 times me and my wife have gone to she has been rude to us and other customers and staff as well this is unacceptable obviously nothing is being done just went there last night and she was still there and rude as can be.
Red beans and rice soupy ...tooo soupy!!!! And then when i tryed to call and voice my complaints to the store i keep being sent to voicemail....my dinner is ruined and im out of my money...!!!!!!! Worst ever!!!!!!
Got surf and turf very dissatisfied 4sm.shrimp 4pieces thin fried so hard ,lady at window just handed a BOX out the window no napkins no silverware didn't ask also thrower to boxes of sauce in box and fries were old .I enjoyed the last surf and turf but very dissatisfied and the girl in the window her hair was flying all over the place
I purchased a 8 piece shrimp deal on April 3, 2019 at the location of 5002 York Road, Baltimore Md 21212. After I got home and started to eat my shrimp I realized I had chicken and on that day I only wanted Shrimp. Called back to the restaurant asking to speak to the manager which first name was Khady to let her know I received the wrong order and I was bringing it back and get what I ordered and she said let me speak to the cashier first. I lived about 6 miles from the place which mean I had to make a drive back to the place which no one said since you had to drive back here is something for your inconvenience. The time of my visit was around 2.38 in the afternoon of April 3rd and order number was 19.
I went to Popeyes #10637 today 4/3/19 at 3:30 p.m. I went through the drive thru my order #21, I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo, the bottom bun was hard and the fries was just in the bag not in any type of container. I tried calling them at 281-405-0306 no one answered the phone. I went back to Popeyes too the drive thru. The lady at the window said she was the Manager. I informed her about my dissatisfaction with my order and that I would like another sandwich due to my bun was hard and they just through my fries in the bag. She told me the chicken was not cooked until I placed the order, I told her my complaint was that the bottom bun was very hard not about the chicken. I told her about my fries being thrown into my bag she told me that they ran out of the containers for the fries. This is the second time within 2 months that I have notice my fries being thrown in the bag. I was disappointed because I have been telling others about Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich tasting better than Chick- fil-A and this happen.
Dudnt realize I received wrong order. Dad yo give it to my sister and friend because they are diabetic manager Jamie very uncaring about their mistake would not correct the order because I didn't bring the good back
Went to popeyes and again they ripped me off. I always use a coupon and they always conveniently forget a piece of chicken. If I order a 10 I get 9 if I order 14 I get 13. Are they doing this to everyone? I live 20 mins away and they won't do anything about it unless you go back. That's b.s. I work all day That's why I got fast food in the first place.
I went to 41st and Greenfield Popeyes, to get the $5 shrimp box. They were out of shrimp and were very rude about it. So I drove to 16th and National Popeyes and they were out of the shrimp and we're very rude about it. it was bad enough to be out of shrimp that I keep seeing the commercial for 20 times a day, but to be rude at bolts restaurant is ridiculous!!!
The client service was horrible. I have never seen such in my life. It was lunch time, and the was outside the door, the had one cashier open, and the other two employees was standing there looking at her take order, Not one time did they open up another The manager was standing there looking at the line as it grew and didn't say a word. The employee was rude as hell. This isn't the first time this has happen, This popeeys is on chestnut street in Philadelphia, all those employee need to be retrained on customer service. It's terrible.
I have not eaten Popeye's chicken (or any fast food) for almost 10 to 15 years, but thought it may be nice to try out the chicken, since there has been a lot of advertisement (by way of commercials). Well, unfortunately, I was not disappointed. One of the reasons that I stopped eating fast food (aside from the obvious reasons, which it being bad for one's health to eat it frequently) was the poor customer service that I typically receive, which on April 1, 2019 (which I thought that my experience was an April fool's joke) I visited a Popeye's in center city Philadelphia Pa, located approximately at 15th Chestnut St. Upon entering the store, the lines were long and almost out the door. My first thought was, "Oh, the food must be good, because there are a lot of people waiting to be served." However, upon approaching the counter to place my order, I discovered the reason for the long lines, which there were several incompetent cashiers at the counter. Several of the cashiers (all in sync) thought that it would be better to give customers poor service and a bad attitude rather than provide them with what they ordered. My first instinct was to leave the store, however, my altruistic nature compelled me to stay and try the food. After all, the food did not do anything to me, right?
Well, when it was time for me to order, the cashier asked (in a very lethargic manner) "How can I help you?" I ordered a 3 piece chicken (2 wings and a leg). The cashier asked "What sides do you want?" I indicated that I did not want any sides, I just wanted the chicken and biscuits. She, the cashier stated, "You must get a side. We cannot give you any chicken without a side." I indicated again that I did not want any sides, and did not understand why I am being forced to take a side with which I do not want. The cashier just looked at me with a blank stare, as if I had just told her that her birthday was canceled, but reiterated that the store could not give chicken without a side. I asked "Even if I am willing to pay the same price for just the chicken?" And the cashier's response was the same as the aforementioned. So, not to hold up the long line, I ordered fries. The cashier failed to provide me with a receipt, indicating that the receipt machine was not working. Nonetheless, once I received my order and left the store and arrived home, I noticed that the only thing that I received that I had ordered was, fries(which the fries were hard and stale) and one leg; the other two pieces of chicken in my box were thighs.
So, needless to say, I will not be visiting that Popeye's store again, nor any other Popeye's locations. My experience yesterday just reaffirmed the reasons as to why I had not visited any fast food stores for approximately 10-15 years. Horrible experience!!! No stars in my opinion for this Popeye store.
On Sunday March 31 @ 4:00pm I made a $30.21 purchase at 1322 14th Street NW Washington DC 20005. The food was for a church function . My order was spicy white and mild dark. When I reached my destination, I noticed a very large piece on top that was supposed to be a breast. It looked very odd and my guest did not want to eat it..it looked like it might have teeth. I returned to the store after the meeting which was at 6:00pm to at least exchange that one breast. The manager on duty who refused to give her name and was not wearing a name tag refused. She said it was a different shift and she was not going to make the exchange. I was very calm and pleaded with her to make the change. She asked me to move over because she had Uber customers to wait on and she would get back to me. I waited for 1 hour before she acknowledged me again with Ms., I told you I was not going to exchange that chicken. She said it was a breast with a bone when actually it looked like something with a tail. This thing has bothered me for the last few days. I did call same day to make a formal complaint but no one has returned the call so now I am asking for a FULL refund. The manager was very insensitive to this situation and offered no assistance at all.. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am still waiting for a call back at (202) 631.5370 Thanks
I am contacting you to file complaint for Popeyes Chicken in Redding,Ca. on Lake Blvd. We ordered two 3 pice meals with extra potatoes and coleslaw,when we got home there was no extra side of potatoes.Now if this was the first time I would let it go,but it happens most of the time! Weorder extras and we do not get them.Sometimes it is not extra it is part of the dinner.We pay for the extras and do not receive them. Also it does not matter what time of day you go in there ,there is no chicken! We have to wait at least 20 minutes .Last time with the three piecemeal, we had to wait ,we were the first ones for the chicken .when we got home along with no extra potatoes which we did pay for ,one three piece meal was two wings and a thigh.For 10.50 that is crazy! I called the Popeyes to complain ,this was the nightshift manager I talked to after I finally got them on phone.I told her my complaint and told her this is not the first time this had happened .She said that she has talked to her employees before that she was only human! I have come back time and again hoping the service will be better because I really enjoy the food.But this it I will not be back.KFC is building close by this Popeyes I cannot wait!
this afternoon we went to Popeyes to get dinner. we had to wait over 30 minutes. our order total was $33.98 several people came in and ordered after we us and started waiting.. everyone noticed they were serving driveup customers and not dinning room customers. Rainbow City,
AL Popeyes needs to show all customers the same respect driveup and dinning room . If not just close the dinning room and let everyone drive up !

I wish I could give this negative stars? The assistant managers name is Tammy and should be fired! I went there on a Tuesday and they had a $4.99 special. I went through the drive thru and asked if I could get white meat with the special, I was told no I could get a combo, I said OK can I pay extra for white meat in the special in a very nice voice. Tammy the assistant mgr came on the speaker and started yelling at me saying I could only get either or? I drove to the window ordering nothing to ask her name. Again yelling at me and telling me to have a nice day sarcastically. Now I'm pissed. I pull into the lot and walk into the restaurant and ask what her problem is. She told me I was yelling her workers and told me to stop cursing? I did not yell at them or I was not cursing, she was cursing and there was children present. She said I was trying to get over on them because of the Tuesday special? I also saw a worker sweeping where they were serving food and then put down the broom and dust pan and put chicken in a box? Hmm? Health department issues maybe?
I called popeyes customer service line twice and they don't care. I called the location directly to find out the franchise owners name and was treated with the same rudeness from the general manager.

I used to love Popeyes Chicken the last three visits I've had chicken over cooked yellow inside I didn't say anything I just kept going back this time the chicken was burnt and was yellow inside so I was Furious I took the chicken back and got me a refund you used to have good chicken but now you can't even eat it this is the one at Fort Campbell Boulevard in Clarksville Tennessee I am getting to the point where I don't even want chicken anymore it used to be good the only reason I go there is because it is very convenient for me and I don't have to go out of my way and I would never eat Kentucky Fried Chicken so are you had to hear this complaint
I had to wait several minutes in the Drive-Thru line just to find out when I got to the order that they were out of the jumbo shrimp so I decided to order the popcorn shrimp. When I get to the window to pay my money she asked me to pull up. Then I proceeded to wait for a long. Of time I would say about 10 minutes and had already spent several minutes in drive-thru. So when I go inside before I can say anything one of the root worker says she wants a refund. So I'll talk with somebody that I thought was a manager and she said I needed my receipt so I proceeded to go back outside to get my receipt. When I came back in it was another mean looking man can I help you she finally gave me a refund the other lady said that I can have the food but she told me I couldn't and I said to her do you realize how long I waited and she never apologized in fact it seemed like she snatched the receipt out of my hand and I told her but she stated she didn't so maybe it was just me. And also when I pulled up to the drive-thru the lady at the window was eating candy which is very unsanitary. Do your workers not know about ServSafe and food sanitation? Or I had a terrible experience at this Popeyes and I'm sad to say that it's so close to my house but it's going to be hard for me to go back. They really need to get their act together.
Popeyes is never prepared to serve its guest in a timely manner. The location that I frequent is always out of something. One day they had no red beans, no Mac n cheese, no sprite, no strawberry soda, and you had to wait 15 minutes on chicken!!!!! 100% of the time that I go to this Popeyes....they are out of something. Fix it or close it!!!!
I went to Popeyes and ordered my food and went home to have dinner with family The chicken was under cooked and I didnt recieve the side dishes I ordered. Was very disappointed with popeyes Sincerely Ms Burns
Went to your tooele store and they have us incomplete meals. They also got our order wrong. The food tastes terrible and the service was deplorable.
I had a cupon that I had received about 3 days ago,the person taking my order refused to honor it because it was not in the system yet.So I left then I drove over cement parking stops that are by the driveway.
Thanks for the poor service and the night mare of the parking dividersituation all over the driveway

I ordered at 9:38 pm on 4/29/19, they said pull up it will be 4 minutes. I went back to the window at 10:18 and they had forgot I was pulled up. They served 3 or 4 cars after I pulled up! No apologie just here’s your food! Didn’t see you up there someone must have threw your ticket away.
