I have been trying to get things sorted on my account for 48hours now trying to log in but it says my password is wrong I think my account has been hacked if possible any account linked to my email I want to be deleted I am seeking legal advice to this matter because I never get a response

I booked an Oceana cruise with Imagine cruising in March this year the cruise was withdrawn due to the situation in the gulf which I fully understand. I had a letter and e-mail informing me of this since which time I have heard nothing.

I have replied to numerous emails over the last week but had no support, nor have I had a response saying that you have deleted/closed my account as requested several times, and you have done nothing to protect my privacy at all. I have tried to change passwords more than ten times and had no support and cannot log in even though it shows as changed.
