Being continuously removed from the pof app no matter how many profiles I make.and had no reason explained as I've done nothing wrong.

why does my account keep getting deleted for no reason patrol879 i do not put naked pictures on there i do not have nothing inapporitate on there but yet if i report someone that is harrassing me they stay on but i keep getting deleted. why.

Like other verification sites you put in credit card charges nothing just makes sure you are who you say you are.

Anyway i put it in and said declined so i put another one in it said declined to so i was well i find out why and deal with it.

Call my credit cards and they had charged both cards $49.

Pof is a dangwrouas site to be on and if not removed soon ill go to tje news and start a petition, way to many rapist abusers and crazies on tje sitw and someone is gonna get hurt, i give it 7 days to be band or ill have a lawyer contact the person who started the site

Every time I try to get on with my password it won't let me.

I have been thru so many usernames when I finally got one that works, I forgot what it was when I got halfway registering.

I am also appalled at having to put my income and the status of my family.

I feel this is an invasion of privacy.

I feel I "SHOULD NOT" have to disclose this information unless I choose to do so.

This makes me feel like it is a scam.

I have a friend who has registered with you.

She told me it was long ago and did not have to disclose this information.

She also said that was too much information and felt it was an invasion of privacy.

I want to cancel my membership, but don't remember my password.

I've also recently cancelled my credit card and requested a new one with different numbers so this can't happen again.

The profile "john5480" is either a scam or illegal immigrant and needs to be removed permanently.

This person wanted me to communicate by personal email.

He gives the name John from Ocala but then offsite he is Pete Bradwell in Texas.

Obviously, disengenious.

Offsite, his English was poor and I got the sense he was looking to latch on to someone to become an American citiizen.

This is constructive notice to POF to remove this profile from your online datsite.

I am a supposed upgraded member having paid for a subscription.

I have had woman wanting to meet me, when I have gone to message these woman I have a message come up saying these woman only accept messages from certain members!!.

If that was the case these particular woman would not want to meet me but this isn’t the case as it has now happened five times in total!, yet each and every time I have been blocked by Pof from contacting said woman!!.

The next issue is I am getting notifications of other woman wanting to meet, but when I go to check them out a message appears saying they have either closed their account or been removed by Pof!.

The next issue I have is when I am allowed to communicate it turns out the woman in particular is from a sex site or asking me to join upto another…

I have written umpteen emails to POF they have not replied to any .

I paid to upgrade and one of the services is See who wants to meet you.

When I try this it takes me to the subscription page.

I try to pay but of course it says I have already subscribed.

It won’t let me in and the is no way to bypass the subscription page.

I can see in my iTunes Store that I have paid but it looks as if my money has been taken under false pretence.

I am very cross that they do not have the courtesy to reply.

I shouldn't have to use the block you should hold up to your end of the deal and remove them fro.

I was having trouble signing into my POF account, yesterday afternoon.

I was on the site in the morning and i had no trouble logging in.

I sent numerous of emails as well as tried resetting my login detail's but still received nothing.

I thought the help centre was there to help assist someone in resolving an issue, but as part of representing the dating app they failed to do so.

Finally after sending another email, i received and email back saying my account was closed, with no further explanation as to why.

Neither was i contacted before hand to say it will be closed down.

All my personal details on my profile as well as my photos are legit, i don't have any sexual or swear words written on my profile nor do i have naked photos.

Recently a couple Lady friends that I Have Met and became friends on the POF site has informed me that my pictures and profile are not showing up when they try to message me.

I'm never disrespectful , I don't show explicit pictures and I don't harass anyone.

there are woman on the site who have been there for 8 plus years, who are solicitation of sex, and when you sign up you get between 8 - 15 immediate "hi handsome" , a large percentage of woman on there want money, or go to another site/

when i call them out they block me, and since the site is to make money off of loney desperate men, they block you , bc you see the bs, so then i get deleted for no reason bc POF doesn't want honest good men, DOES NOT MAKE THEM MONEY.

My account was deleted and not sure why.

He went in a couple of days latter to see if i had gone back on and asked me why i was back on there and i said i am not.
