So my account was deleted today after 2 years. I'm not sure what I did was so inappropriate except to keep sexual predators and liars away from me. I am legit looking for love and someone real, most men on your app are foreigners trying to extort money.

Most men I've blocked are just that, and some are just invasive and I have the right to choose what I tolerate. Tbh the last 2 years were a waste and piece of shyt of dudes who just want ass play and should be on Tinder and leave women alone

I have submitted many complaints about inappropriate messages to be and never received a response. I hoped I was contributing to making this safe.

Instead I receive messages from pof about inappropriate behaviour. I treat people on pof with respect but when I get an offensive / uninvited / pervy message I will tell the person to leave me alone.

When I report / block someone for inappropriate comments it is immediately deleted by pof meaning I do not have evidence of how I have been mistreated.

I have tried to contact pof many times to discuss this however rather than dealing with my concerns with safety I’m asked if I would like to delete my account.

Please inform me of your regulator authority and escalation process

The customer service at POF are sexiest against men and racist against black men. They allow girls to be rude and abusive to men and do not block their accounts yet just block male accounts without valid reasons. They hide behind lame TC and can't ever state what evidence or terms was broken.

Very bad customer service. The account keeps getting flagged and their very bad customer service reps cannot do anything but provide a canned response. They will not investigate or remediate despite customers paying for the service.

Had to have Paypal start a fee recovery step because customer service will not refund after locking out the service.

This company has a lot of scammers i had several men ask for $300 ITunes cards also asking for banking information and your social security number and your information is not private.

My account kept getting locked for no reason (no inappropriate or boundary issues at all) and I contacted support multiple times. They would get the account up for half a day and it would happen again. I deleted the account and created a new account and since opening that account weeks ago I have had less than a days access to it and it too gets locked out.

Yet they have my info and images so if I am not getting the service what are they doing with my I go? My previous account at one point had the email account changed (NOT by me) so would appear it was hacked which brings up security issues also.

Account continuously flagged for no reason (and for multiple days at a time!) and no response from customer support after 5 days. Even when I do get a response, it's the same generic message saying my account was flagged but has been approved and then 10 minutes later it gets flagged again. Why my account got cancelled without notice

Since being on POF, I have received several notices that there has been suspicious activity regarding my google account . I did not have this before being on the dating site.

I made an account in POF (plenty of fish) as a transgender woman. Yes my inbox got flooded for the 2 days I was in the site. Few of the guys wanting to hook up with me so bad that they would offer me money just to meet them up.

I have been denied access to my POF account due to an identity verification issue. I provided my phone number, but I cannot receives text messages. POF will not reinstate my account despite numerous attempts to correct this problem. Other than my email address and mobile phone number, I have no other way to verify my identity.

I have had numerous problems concerning loging into my profile on this site. I have emailed the site on several occasions about the problems. Then I have to wait for several days to get replies that do not even address the problem or issues.
