2nd time getting plastic in my pizza.

On June 1, 2023 I placed an online order for delivery to BUHS. 41. I was told a refund would be issued. After numerous calls to customer service, doordash and local managers I have been told there is nothing they can do and call corporate.

Area manger said he cant give me his name or help. 41 from local students.

Been to your location on Hwy 190 in Covington La - and it’s going down hill fast -tonight took 45 min of waiting between ordering and getting pizza ! Last time was 30 min efide that 25 min - - that location does not know the meaning of Hot and ready !

No staff - closes early many times due to no staff and they open to -8 during week and 7 on Sunday - other locations about 49 min away open till 10 pm and they smaller towns ! - that location is falling apart and it’s only Drive thru Lobby has been closed about 3 years now !

Ordered a pizza to be picked up through the pizza portal inside. When I tried to walk into the building at 8:55 the door was locked but I could see my pizza waiting in the portal. I knocked and a girl came to the door and told me I would have to go to the drive through even though their store hours are posted until 10PM.

There are 4 people in front of me, the line hasn't moved for 10 minutes. Now I'm just wasting my gas for pizza that is going to be sitting there for who knows how long. Do not advertise indoor service if you are going to lock your doors before closing time

I had called the little ceasars in Jamestown Tn 3 times to place a pickup order and the manager on duty canceled my order two times because they said they didn’t know if it was delivery or carry out and I told them all three times it was for carry out and I spent 50 dollars in pizza and never got the drinks I wanted with it and all 5 pizzas were completely wrong.

We tried to talk to the manager on duty and he got in my brother in laws face and tried to fight him and the rest of the staff laughed at us. When I was at the little Caesars on 1106 Barksdale Hwy two employees were cussing each other out they went on and on one was a manger he was a man he threatened the young lady she walked out this made me upset because this is customer service a public place I don’t want to see that it’s already bad going on in the world.

I came in yesterday evening and ordered one pepperoni pizza one garlic sauce and three stuffed crazy bread sticks well got back home and to my surprise no stuffed crazy bread sticks only regular and to top it off no marinara sauces also the pizza was lukewarm at best the worst experience I've ever had there

Walk in and had 3 people ahead or me. Got up to counter and the little boy said to hold on and wait while he counted his drawer. Well that took at least 20 mins before he finally got someone else to come ring us up.

He counted it 4 times. We were now at 30 mins. So ordered our food amd waited 45 mins for our food. We kept asking how much longer and the little kid cashier just kept saying couple more mins. We asked three different times.

We ordered a cheese pizza and zesty bread and after that long wait we got a completely different oder . Didn't realize it was wrong till we got home. They gave us a pepperoni and Italian bread.

The lady serving me called me Rude and did not sell me a pizza. I asked her if they had any pepperoni pizzas ready, she said yes, and I said I'll have one of those, she called me Rude 2 times, I was shocked, I said nothing wrong.

She said that she does not take orders from anyone, and did not sell me the pizza. I walked out of the store with my money in my hand. I will not give them my hard earned money.

I ordered crazy bread and sauce and only received 4 small pieces of crazy bread and the the sauce looked like it had been open because half of it was missing like someone had eaten it

I want to make a complaint regarding my order placed on 5/31/23 order # 227485530 from store address 7387 village parkway Dublin CA 94568. I received my order and was disappointed because our pizza was smashed and all the toppings came off.

I contacted their customer services 3 times but all I get was it was been escalated. This is the worst services I ever encountered. I have a reference number 472738789 I don't understand how long do I have to wait for my refunds?

I took an Uber from one in Whitichtia Falls, Texas. I walked our and canceled the oder on the spot. In my 3,000 or more Uber Trips never has a Little Ceasers charged the Uber Driver for the costumers order.

Unless it said on the app I had to pay. Which it did not, I walk.

On 6/21/2023 I called the store located at 1935-A Davis Park rd, Gastona NC. to asked if they have "Stuffed Pretzel Crust. They picked up the phone and didn't actually answer it, they just set it down. I could hear them talking in the background.

At first, it was about an order, then it went to just chatting about things happening in their life. I patiently waited for about 5 minutes and then they picked up the phone. I asked about the Stuffed Pretzel Crust and was told that yes, they have it but the order MUST be made online.

Went to Little Caesars in Wichita KS at Harry and Webb Road location and went thru the drive thru. When placing the order, ask for two pepperoni pizzas and he immediately gave me a total and said it would be 15minutes for the order.

I added that I also wanted crazy bread and 2 liter of Sprite. Paid for the order via card and then was told again that it would be 15minutes and to pull out front. After giving them half and hour, ended up going into the store and ask about the order in which was told 45 minutes.

Went a little after 5 pm this evening to order pizza and was not allowed in the workers were outside all smoking so noone was allowed to go inside. The manager at this East 4th location in Hutchinson Ks is very rude also.

We had an online order and waiting for mare than 30 minutes then what we were supposed to with a lot of workers just standing around not doing anything.

I stopped at your restaurant today at approx. 1:50 pm and wanted to purchase a lunch pizza. I was told that I could but had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it so I decided to wait around for this.

I pulled into parking lot around 6:30 PM and noticed crowded lobby and large number of people leaving premise empty handed.

I talked to one person leaving premises and he said that he had placed order at 1:00 PM with pick-up instruction for 6:00 PM . When he arrived his order was not ready and he had to wait 1/2 hour.

He said he had no choice as he had 20 people at his house for a pizza party and could not leave empty handed. I then asked counter person where my pizza was ( 6:45 PM) and was told it was not even put in oven as of yet.

They made our pizza wrong and instead of just picking up the phone to correct the issue, they laughed on the phone and raised the volume on their music. My husband and I called using two phones and they laughed at us.
