We are regular Barnes and Noble customers went to the store with my daughter who is a teacher and has the card for 20% discount.
Older woman cashed us she said the card expired and couldn't give the discount & my daughter didn't have her teacher ID on her to show proof.
I am a member so we got 10%.
The lady was very rude and talking to another worker about something there that happen at the store which we didn't need to hear.
I can't believe she didn't give the % since it was 10% more than what I had.
We go to this store regular and spent a lot & she seems to be working every time.
I know that is not what Barnes & Noble wants handing their customers, very unfriendly and she deals with the public.
I was very unhappy how this was handled.
