We visited Walmart located on Powers & Palmer Park location in Colorado Springs, Co. on Sunday, December 31st, 2012 at approx. noon time and purchased some items for our New Years Family dinner and had decided to buy some precooked chicken roasters displayed on the the heated table by the check out register…. after getting home and preparing our holiday meal, we cut into the fryers and it was completely raw!

We were so disgusted we had to throw it away and go out to eat at the last minute! It looked liked someone had roasted/baked it to fast and it was overcooked on the skin but bloody red throughout the inside. We could have gotten very sick had anyone of us consumed it. We are so disappointed that we had to take our family out and our holiday dinner had been ruined… does your deli not check these fryers before displaying for sale?

I purchased 2 comfprter sets at the local Walmart store in St. Robert, MO on 2 January 2013 between 1355 and 1400 hours. When I put the comforter sets on the counter, the cashier proceeded to unzip them and check each fold within the comforter sets. I askedn her why was she doing that and she said people put other items into those product, particularily teenagers. It is plainly obvious that I am not a teenager. I have purchaed comforter in the past and have never been subjected to an item strip search in a plubic setting like this before in my entire life.

I’ve made purchases at Macys, KMART, JCPenney, Sears, the Military Base Exchange and other Walmart stores as well as this one in my 47 years life span and never been subjected to unprofessional practices such as this. These stores are equipped with security cameras and personnel who monitor for theft and decepyive customer acts. I did not appreciate the cashier putting her hand all throughout a product that I am purchasing for personal use. Cashiers handle all types of unsanitary products such as currency , customer credit cards, personal checks, let alone scratching the scalpd, their exposed skin and touching other customers. I know this is not routine practice in any store and her reason for her actions is not justifiable. Walmart needs to respect and treat all theirs.

We, the concumers are the reason why Walmart is a successful organization and deserve better professional treatment than waht i experienced today. This is the second unprofessional incident I have been subjected to at this Walmart store. The first one was customer discrimination by a Walmart worker in the outdoor sporting department a little over a year ago. It appears to me that the staff needs some type of diversity training.

In the Auto Department there is this cashier named Zachi and He skipped over my son twice and didn’t even acknowledged him.We waited over 20 mins. in line. After that this guy standing behind Jesse said that he could go next. The Cashier was super rude and snatch the money out of his hand and acted like he was big stuff. I will go to a different retail store and do my shopping next time!! Your cashier shouldn’t had skipped over my son and shouldn’t had been so rude. If your Cashier keeps being rude you will lose a customer for good.

Today 12/26/12 I went to the Walmart in my home town to return a Christmas gift that did not fit. I expected long line’s because it was the day after Christmas. What I did not expect was what happened when we got there. Went to Customer’s Service to do the return and was told that return’s were to be done on Check out line’s 14,15,16 & 18 and they had a sign posted with which line’s were for return’s. Went to the Check out line’s but only one was open. This one line became increasingly longer and longer so of course myself and other’s began to lose our patience. Asked them to open the other lane’s an were given attitude, asked for a manager an was ignored. Took my handicapped Uncle who has only one leg to go up to the Customer Service Desk and complain because we had been in this line for 40 minute’s. Finally they opened one more lane but it was done with attitude toward’s the customer’s. I live in Clewiston Fl. 33440 I understand it was the day after Christmas but I think They need a lesson in Customer Service. Several of the Employee’s were trying to be helpful but were hushed by there Superior’s.

i just had an eye exam done by dr. bahl alexandia at forest, ms. then i purchased a pair of frames etc from the vision center. when i got them my bi-focals were not right. they first sold me the wrong frames. they were too small for the bi-focals. then we reorderd them with larger prames. they were not right either. we went back to dr. alexandia and she said she would change the bi-focal, but when i got them back the distance was changed. i still cant see out of them. wal- never tried to make retribution or even try to rectify the problem, they suggested i get my money back. then she said that the doctor would not give a return on exams. but i did get my money back from wal-mart. they seem just not to care.

I arrived to our local Walmart at 753 pm on December 24, 2012 in Dickinson, ND where I was greeted at the door by a women that said “We are closed and you can’t come in.” I asked what time they closed and she said 8. I then went to the other door thinking that she was mistaken where I was greeted by Bonnie. Bonnie also told me that they were closed and I could not come in. I asked Bonnie what time they closed and she also told 8. Bonnie then continued telling me, “We announced it to the public that we would be closing at 8pm.” I responded with, “I understand, however it’s 754 pm and I need a few groceries for dinner tomorrow night. I will be less that 5 minutes.” Bonnie told me, “you only have 3 minutes and we are not allowing anyone in. We are closed.” I then went to my car to leave, as I was driving out I decided to go back and ensure that I had the second woman’s name correct. As I walked to the door I again was greeted by Bonnie shaking her head (no) at me. I told her that I was not attempting to come in the store I was just coming back to ensure I had her name right. I was denied access to Walmart in Dickinson, ND prior to the stated time that the store was to close.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago so it can definitly arrive before Christmas. 2 weeks have passed and no shipment has arrived. I called Fedex, they said that to call Walmart because it looks like Walmart just created an AB but never shipped out the packages. I called Walmart and they couldnt give me answers to what has happened nor can they guaranteed me that my replaced items will arrive to me before Christmas. Since Walmart dropped the ball, they should compensate me somehow; I am not asking for the items to be for free; all I needed was a guaranteed from Walmart that my items will be shipped out on RUSH and delivered to me by this week. The customer service person “supervisor” was so rude and had no empathy. She was just reading the rebuttals she is told to read. That is not customer service at all. Walmart dropped the ball, therfore they should compensate the customer somehow; not F things up again for them. shame.

I came home again from your Highland, Il. store upset. I am sick and tired of the store placeing the higher priced item in front of the price for the smaller lower priced item.  This happens constantly.  I am insulted by your tags showing a sale on a 4 for $5 when the regular price is $1.25 each. Not a sale as advertised. Your price for milk is always a dollar more than any other store in town. We know we are being gouged on cost because of the lack of compition in Highland.  It is a known face that Highland Walmart prices are higher thanWalmart stores in nearby towns such as Edwardsville. This is not an example of good marketing or good will.Let us hear from you.

I took my Dad to Gilmer, Texas Walmart today. He has stage 4 lung cancer, emphysema. It’s even quite an ordeal to get ready to go to town. We get there and no “scooters”. I circle around to the exit area and check, no scooters. There was a nice man at the exit area and asked him where are the scooters. He said there were none inside but to check with the boys with the orange vests outside. So, I leave my Dad while I’m looking for an employee, find a young kid and ask him to please bring me a scooter for my father and I would be waiting at the entrance just inside.

He said okay. 15 minutes later, nothing. I go outside to see if I can see him and run into another kid with a vest and asked him to please bring a scooter we have been waiting on another kid for 15 minutes and nothing. He said he would go look. 5-10 minutes later, nothing. I go back outside and both kids are bringing in regular buggies. I said, where’s the scooter, oh, we couldn’t find any. (Yeah, can you believe?) So I go to the customer service desk and ask “Debra”, can she find me a scooter.

She said, well, if we don’t have any over there, we don’t have any. Not so much what she said but HOW she said it. Like I’m a bother and had absolutely no intentions on even trying to help me locate one. I told her what all I had done trying to locate one and still no concern or help. I said you would think Walmart would try to supply ample amount of scooters for the disabled. Still nothing. So I said you know, my Dad has stage 4 lung cancer and we have been waiting 25-30 minutes and no one is helping and God forbid when she gets that age she will one day regret and reflect back on this moment.

So I walked off to go get my Dad, at that time, apparently, one of the kids brought a scooter, finally. I got on it and brought it around to him, when doing that, Debra was talking to an employee about me in a sarcastic manner. There were also two customers in line she was waiting on listening to this. She wasn’t even trying to be quiet about it.

So I got off the scooter to look at her name tag and told her I didn’t appreciate the attitude and no customer service skills. Then the other employee rolled her eyes with a smart smirk at me. So I said that goes for you too. She mumbled something under her breath. I got back on the scooter to take it to my Dad. My Dad got on it with his oxygen and rode it 25 feet and it had no juice; battery run down. He finally said we’ll just have to do this another day. We barely make it back to the desk area and getting ready to leave. I ask another lady, seemed nice at the desk for a complaint form.

She looked around a bit and said I guess we have some in the back. Told her never mind I would file it online. Now just how the hey do you train your employees for customer service? How do you screen for people who just “Don’t care”. How do you screen for people with “Attitudes”? Total lack of not just customer service but “human compassion”. You think you can keep customers because of your advertised “low prices” only, got news for ya, it takes more than that. I’ve spent on average $400 a month with this store for years, not to mention this time of year around $700-800 gift cards to family. Well, not this year. No more shopping Walmart for me. Inaction and poor attitude speaks volumes!

Hi I just left walmart with my wife. We had two carts full, over 400$ in goods, we bought one ice age movie . When we went to leave I was the first cart out and my wife right behind me. As she left the scanner at the door made noise and my wife had a walmart employee grab the back of her winter coat and pull her back, my wife accidentally pushed the cart right into the back of my heel. Damn that hurt, now the heel of my shoe is cracked on the inside…. Can they touch us? That makes me mad now that I’m hurt and my shoes are wrecked, and as far as I know, any physical contact can be assault …. Am I wrong? And what about damAging my shoes? Nd me hurting… I’m passed. 4 kids at home and a walmart has to wreck my only shoes. Is there anything I can do?

The closest WalMart to my home address is the store in American Canyon, CA. This store until the recent past carried and sold “Mezzetta Cocktail Onions” which is a local business also in American Canyon. The manager has not responded to my several requests to restock this product which is dismaying to me as it sold very well.

This inaction required me to drive to either Napa or Fairfield which are several mile more distant to purchase the onions. I sincerely hope this store manager can be convinced that it is in his best interest to reestablish the Mazzetta onions and at the same time support a local business.

APRIL 21 2012 I have been sick for past 4 days I finally was able to go to the hospital last nite. Dr gave me scripts I needed. My daughter takes them for me since I’m not able to because of this stomach virus I have which I need medication for.

Low and behold she waited and waited to just hand in scripts then was told at 1pm there would be a 30 min wait. OK no problem really I’ve waited this long what’s another 30 mins? She goes back in 30 mins and the pharmacy closes from 1:30 til 2 for lunch.

What kind of monkey operation does Walmart have? Do they just not care about the ppl that keep them in business? Medication is more important than that other junk(yeah I said it)they sell. If they are going to have a pharmacy act accordingly.

Ppl get life saving meds from them and it should be as important to Walmart as it to person getting it. It just seems that if they gonna close something for lunch why not just close whole damn store so all employees can eat together!! Walmart never ceases to amaze me. But I’ve always heard and firmly believe “the bigger they are the harder they fall”.

In Friday, 03/23/12 at 13.58, I purchased 8 bags of black mulch at the price of $3.15 a bag. I entered the store from the gardening side and checked the mulch I wanted, the least expensive one. Usually you have a letter attached so that it is easy for the clerk to look up when you make the purchase. I checked the availability of the mulch and estimated 12 or 13 bags remained. I bought several other items and went to the garden center to check out.

The check out went fine. The mulch showed as being available and I went for help in loading. I was told that the mulch was no longer available. The Walmart associate pointed to a running truck without a driver and told me this sman was buying the mulch as we spoke. I had already bought and paid for the mulch. I asked to speak to a manager and one was brought within a reasonable amount of time. I explained the problem and showed him my receipt.

He said there had been a mistake and the mulch was no longer available and I should go back into the store and get a refund. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted mulch. I am 71 years old 4 ft, 6 inches tall and not able to spread my own mulch and had already arranged for my granddaughter to help me the next day. I know some about computers since I have worked with them my entire life. My sale would have been stopped at the point of sale at the register if the mulch was not available.

This manager knows that the mulch was loaded without being paid for either with the help of your associate or without his knowledge. I believe he had knowledge since he pointed out the running truck to me with the mulch on it. I understand how this could happen, but do not believe it is fair and I would never do this, load an unpaid for product into my vehicle. I play by the rules. I was not offered a rain check, I was not offered a more expensive mulch, (you had one for $3.67).

I would have bought the more expensive mulch if the Associate at the point of sale had told me the other wasn’t available. I believe your manager or manager’s assistantknew the mulch was illegally loaded, but would rather deal with a 71 year old, short woman than he would the man who had loaded the mulch onto his truck before he paid for it. I was upset and probably makeing a scene in a busy store, but I did not use any profanity or other nasty words.

The manager or assistant manager told me to wait in my car and he would obtain my refund the bring it to me which he did. I know he did this because he wanted no more scene in his store from me. I have been a a good customer and I will not say I will no longer buy from WalMart. Your success does not depend upon me anyway. I am a small person and have a small voice in the common scheme of things. I believe this could have been handled in a better manner. I was right in this case.

The person who had loaded the mulch was behind me in line and probably could not have paid for the mulch until my refund went through. That was why the manager was so eager to do the refund himself. I am tired of people thinking that because we are old, we are stupid. I would bet you I have twice the brains of this manager, because I would never let an older customer, leave my store unhapppy. Older people buy lots of things including things from the pharmacy.

My asthma medications run me $365.00 every three months and that is with Anthem Blue Cross coverage. Stupid, Stupid man. Last year in November, I bought a computer, and two Amazon Kindle Fire,s for my granddaughters. At Walmart. Won’t be doing so this year.

Thank you for listening to my vent. I feel better for having let you know. Sincerely, Judith Edwards.

Manager Mary Gamboa Store # 3279 2100 S E Loop 410. SA, TX 78220. We have had horrible experiences trying to acquire fishing & Hunting License. My husband waited over an hour for his hunting license at this location. It took four associates an hour to realize the printer was out of paper!!!!! So this year we mistakenly go back to the same location, it’s convienent. So we thought.

Well to start NO one is ever working the sporting goods counter. Finally after finding a manager he radio’s someone to help us. After a 10-15 minute wait for the Employee Daniel to stroll over. Did not say hello, look you in the eye..what do you need? Two fishing licences for my husband and myself. All is well my husband gets his and guess what the printer is out of ink and will not print mine. They did not have any stock of ink, for the one of two machines. One machine is broken, and no ink for second.

All he said was I can call another walmart so you can go there. So we go to Walmart Store # 5245 to print my license. The wonderful employee named Henrietta Galindo was a very nice expereinced individual. She pulls up our info, well Daniel at the other store never cancelled the original. She had to call over there speak to several people to find someone to get over to sporting goods. The operator picked up only after countless rings and being placed on hold. Daniel was out to lunch, go figure.

It took Henrietta over an hour to have my existing license cancelled out of the system. She literally had to walk the employess through it. Yes “EMPLOYESS” it took two of them. They were not even aware the their is a assigned login for TX Parks & wildlife to access a license. It was over TWO HOURS to get one license. Totally unacceptable. Henrietta Galindo deserves to be compensated for her time and service. Multi Billion Dollar Company cannot even keep stock of INK! Very disapointing! Or train employees to be courteos or know their job.

I went to my local Super WalMart (“Wally World”)store Tues. 6 March, 2012 at about 10:00-11:00 AM to purchase the new Bruce Sprngsteen CD titled “Wrecking Ball”. They were not put out with the rest of the new releases on the end of the asile, in fact they were not on display at all. When I questioned some of the employees (oops I am sorry, Wally World does not have “employees” they have associates/slaves, so as to keep from paying decent wages and benefits).

and they also could not find them. There is one associate I have talked numerous times in that department if I had questions about merchandise there, I do not recall his name but he is a very courteous and customer oriented person. He too could not find this CD. While looking thru some other CDs and seeing another associate putting out stock from a grocery basket we were able to locate the “Wrecking Ball” cds still in the box they were shipped in. This was not a good thing and an example of not caring for the customer and making him have to take extra time out of his day to wait until they were found and displayed.

Mr. Bruce “the Boss” Springsteens’ mujsic is so that when a release date is announced you shouls insure that it is diaplayed one(1) second after midnight on the date of release. Later that day I called and wanted to talk to the store manager in regards to this incident and as is normal he was not available. I was transferred to the music/electronics dept and spoke with the associate that had helped me previously that day.

I also have another complaint which involes your “online ordering and shipping” department. I ordered a Beach Boys cd and the time that was alloted for me to receive it by wwhat your people told me was exceeeded by at least 7-10 days. This is not good customer service either. I believe I should be reimburshed for my s&h costs. The main problem exists with your shippers, UPS or OOPS as they decided to not ship it by UPS,OOPS, but rather send it “THRU THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE” another bad idea by the Wally World bunch.

Boy if Sam Walton was still alive heads would roll in regards to the sorry way I have been done in the last 3-4 weeks. PS: I actually don’t expect anything to be done on your part but I know something WILL be done on mine. Remember the Wally World isn’t the only game in town anymore.

I live in Canada. I filled out a convenience(inconvenience)cheque for more than my “cash limit”; I did not realize that there was a difference between my “cash limit” and “credit limit”. Needless to say the cheque would not go through and I received a letter stating such. I called and asked for my money to be refunded and they stated that they deducted what I owed on my credit card and would issue me a cheque for the balance.

I told them that that was unacceptable because I needed the money for cash flow purposes (I always pay off my credit card every month and it wasn’t due for another 3 weeks). They also told me that it would take 15-30days to issue me a cheque. They did not tell me that I shouldn’t use my credit card until they issued me a cheque so I continued to use my credit card. I received a phone call approximately 4 days later informing me of this. They then told me that they would be deducting my further purchases from my positive credit balance thus decreasing my refund.

I wasn’t too happy but what more could I do? So I called the customer service number 10 days later and then they told me that there was a problem writing me a refund cheque because they wanted proof that it was me who wrote the cheque. Now I am really mad!!! The supervisor asked me what bank I wrote the cheque from so I told him; he said that should be suffice. I called again the next day and was told that that information wasn’t good enough that I needed a bank statement to prove that it came from my bank account(this was on a Friday). Monday morning I faxed a copy of my bank statement as requested.

That same afternoon I called to find out if they had received my fax and to find out the status of my refund cheque. They still didn’t have an answer for me and stated that they hadn’t heard back from the financing department and that they would send them another email. I told them that that wasn’t good enough and that I wanted a cheque sent out today! I further stated that in this day and age with technology the way it is that there is no excuse for the delay. I further told them that I felt like I was being treated as a criminal because during one conversation they stated that they had to prevent “money laundering”.

It has now been almost a month and I still do not know the status of my refund cheque and I had to borrow money in order to cover the original cheque as the cheque was for a significant amount of money. I spoke to many customer service representatives, 2 supervisors and 1 manager of supervisors and I am expecting a call from the manager of operations on Wednesday. I demanded to speak to the CEO but they would not give me a phone number.

I told them how incompetent they were and that their customer service was very poor. I further informed them that I would be destroying my credit card once this ordeal is over with, I would be speaking to the manager of my local Walmart and that I would be telling everybody about my experience with their company.

I would advise anybody considering getting a Walmart credit card “DON’T DO IT”!!!

We stood there and stood there while a pharmacy worker put on bags. We stood there and stood there…at one point my friend looked at me and said” what the heck” I said welcome to the White House Tn pharmacy. Finally the girl came over without a smile or a hello and took care of us even tho you could tell she did’nt want to.. So Thursday..I ordered my refill online to be picked up at 1pm. Walked in there was a lady standing at the drop off with a Pharmacy tech on the phone, walked around to the pick up asked for my meds. Stood there and stood there and stood there and stood there.

Pharmacist looked up and said “we will be right with you” mind you there was a pharmacist. and four tech’s working. I walked over to the customer service as I have done in the past when I have felt I was being treated wrongly by the pharmacy. of course the Mangers say ” well there is really nothing we can do, the are separate from us” I then walk back over to the pharmacy and get the meds I had ordered..I tried to walk out but was chased down by a guy asking if he can talk to me..He was from the Springfield store and was called in to find out what the heck is wrong with the Pharmacy at my store.

Basically he was having to spy on them to find out why the pharmacy is so unorganized. I left my name and number with the store manager who was suppose to give it to someone who has authority over the Pharmacy since the store manager can’t do anything when there is a problem in the pharmacy. I also was advised y the man that chased me down to call the 800 number. Still waiting on that call and waiting and waiting and waiting..I guess people need to know that the Pharmacy at Walmart be held accountable for anything their staff does or say’s to customers. So if you Don’t want to feel like you are a inconvenience at the White House Tn Walmart.

Don’t pr-order any of your meds online and show up and then try to hand in other scrips while your waiting( I was planning to pick the new scrips up the next day I did not expect at all that they would fill them at that moment)..Also don’t get confused about co-pays or medication cause that will only frustrate them more. Also when going to pick up or drop off keep your eye’s down and sit on the bench even tho you are the only person standing there while the tech is putting bags up.

well i have a statement to make and i need someone to tell me how to get the message to wal mart corporation hq’s. i have been buying chicken sections (wing pieces) for several months now. i have bought tyson and other brands because the price was 5.98 for a 4lb bag. a few months ago they raised their prices so i decided to buy wal mart GREAT VALUE brand because they stayed at 5.98. well they have upped their price to 8.98…okay i understand that, much to my dismay, so just for prinicipal sake i weighed the wings right out of the bag. THE BAG SAID …EST 4 lbs 64 oZS. they came to 51 ozs. a

fter i cooked them and we eat the meat off, the bones weighed in at 11.3/4 oz. my problem is estimated 4 lbs is somewhere around 64 ozs right? and we got 51. dont you think that a whole lb plus is a bit much to be off? a few ozs maybe…but a whole lb…???? Im so pissed at them for ripping us off. i want to complain to wal mart to someone who gives a crap. if they dont do something about it im going to stand at the door and let everyone that walks in the door….protest like hell. im going to boycott them and spend that 3.00 i was giving them for the increase on gas and drive to kroger in paris and do all my shopping over there…

and i am a big wal mart shopper for sure. i will refuse to buy my groceries there any more.

I just left the Lebanon, TN Wal- Mart where I did my WIC shopping. I always get a 64oz Ocean Spray Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice and tonight it was labeled correctly on the shelf for WIC. The juice would not ring up so a supervisor was called. It took 30 minutes to get someone to come help us ( this is at 10 pm with only 2 lanes open). I told the supervisor that we get this juice every month to which she rudely replied,”Not here!” 15 mins later an actual manager came over and we showed him the picture we took of the juice with its WIC label on their shelf.

He refused to give it to us and claimed that overrides have never been done there ( a lie bc they have done that for me before). An hour after we got to the checkout, with four small children in tow, we were able to leave. I’m tired of crabby employees, long lines and waits, under stocked shelves, and wrongly priced items not to mention the constantly changing ad matching rules. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning!!

I bought some fabric in the Walmart store in Danville KY on 100 walton ave. It was not what I needed to I tried to take it back. I was told that I would have to have it measure again so I made the trip to the back of the store. At the fabric dept. I was told she needed the tickit so I started back to the service desk because she keep the ticket. The lady called after me and ask how much I got and I told her 3/4 of a yard 3 times. She then told me because it was not a yard they would not take it back. So back to the sevice desk I ask to speak to a manager.

The lady called a Jarrod Elken and he told her that they did not take fabric back because it was CONSDER HAZARDOUS. So This is the second line they were useing on me. I said Hazardous you got to be crazy, bottom line I was not given a refund. I sent emails to Walmart.com and we sent letters back and forth and nothing was done. Jarrod from Danvill Walmart called to say he was sorry for my trouble but no refund. The reason being it could have bed bugs or lice. I said so you are not letting people try on shirts or hat, coats and when they are bought you will not let them get a refund. He said we can’t do that..and I said thas what your doing to me.

Their are no signs posted and its not in any book but they won’t give the refund. I did file with the BBB and will hear something from them soon. They lie when they open their mouth.

On Thursday, February 2nd, I called Walmart to have my medications transferred over from Healthstat to Walmart. I spoke with (Walmart Pharmacist). I gave him my pharmacist direct number so that all required medications could be transferred to him. After a few minutes, I received a called from my doctor’s office stating that they had sent my required medications to Walmart. After I received this phone call, I called Walmart and spoke again. I asked if he had recieved my medications and his response was, “i received a list but not the prescriptions.” He began asking me questions about why I was transferring them over to Walmart. My response was, “let’s not concern myself with those details, but focus on getting my medications to me as soon as possible.”

He seemed to be more interested in why I was transferring my medications versus servicing my health condition. After speaking with him, I called Healthstat and asked for their pharmacist direct number so that Walmart Pharmacy could call them. Once I received this information, I called Walmart and gave (the pharmacist on duty) the contact information. He, in turn, advised me that Walmart would follow up the next day (friday, 2/3/12) to make sure that my prescriptions would be transferred so that i could get the necessary medications for the weekend and thereafter.

On Friday, 2/3/12, I called Walmart to make sure that they received all of the necessary medication information. I spoke with the Pharmacist — Dee. Dee advised me that she did not work there all of the time and no one had followed up from Walmart with Healthstat to get the necessary medication. I asked her, “what are my options as I need my medication for the weekend.” Her response, “call Walmart on tomorrow and find out the status.”

On Saturday, 2/4/12, I drove over to Walmart to speak directly with the Pharmacist –. I asked what was the status of my medications. His response, “i was off yesterday and no one followed up, even though, i left a message.” I asked then asked him, “what are my options because i need my medications for the weekend.” His response, “I can’t give you anything until I receive the prescriptions.” This person should no compassion or concern for my well-being. I was completely taken back by his lack of concern for my health. I walked away from the counter and he said nothing. In fact, he did not even make eye contact with me.

I went to my car and called the Walmart stores number and asked to speak with a member of management. I spoke with a very kind young lady. I explained my situation to her and advised her that I would file a complaint and get the name of the pharmacist.

I walked back into Walmart and asked for his first and last name. He refused to give me his last name and asked me why I wanted to know. I told him that I was filing a complaint against him at Walmart Stores. He frowned a said, “man, I told you the situation and you just don’t want to accept the facts.” You need to leave. I told him that I was not leaving and was very disturbed that he holds a position that manages live-saving drugs for people, but he shows no concern or professional competency. My exact words were as follows, “it is a shame that someone in your positions does NOT give a damn about someone else’s health. I told him that I found his behavior to be outrageous!

He then began shouting and me and telling me to leave his office. He walked towards me in a very threatening and intimidating manner and I told him, “I don’t think you want to jump over here and physically assault me.” He then looked at me in my face and told me to get away. He treated me with so much disrespect. I felt like trash!! He then picked up the phone and told me to leave. At that point, I walked away from his counter.

I found (Walmart Manager) and told her the story and she advised me to contact Walmart Corporate Headquarters. I, then called Walmart Customer Service and reported this unfortunate situation!

I am so disappointed in Walmart’s Pharmacy was unprofessional, disrespectful, threatening, intimidating and lack compassion. As someone who has managed customer service personnel for over 25+ years, I must say that his behavior was the worst that I’ve ever experienced from a member of management at any Fortune 500 company!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!!!!!

I have a cell phone I received for christmas and it was non funtional 75 % of the time. I took it back for some kind of restitution. I drove forty miles to return it to where your dissatisfaction is guaranteed! I had to wait in line for twenty minutes while employees bs’d. They then proceeded to redirect me to another part of the store where they went through their possible reject senarios. Such as it was cloudy outside. But I had receipts. Low and behold it to be returned in 15 days or retuned to att. I didn’t buy it from att. This phone was nonfuctional on day one and I didn’t have time to immediately return it. I WORK approx. seventy hours weekly.

Please boycot the chinese junk store as they are biggest piece of work in the u.s. I have run a successful business for over forty years and if I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. There is gray areas WALMART You could treat people right, but choose not to. Since you won’t do the right thing, please take down the satisfaction guaranteed sign. I promise you I will make it part of my life’s work to enlighten people about you.

I had purchased a four pack. Of the great value biscuits. The date on the can has march 12th 2012. I have sent this on feburany 1st 2012. There was an unidentified object inside one of the cans. I have taken pictures of this. I buy “great value” products often for the savings. We spend, on average $225.00 per shopping trip weekly. I called the location to inquire about what I should do. They told me to bring a “proof of purchase” and I would get a refund. I was not happy by this response. I shop at Wal-Mart for savings and for value. Standing in the check out line for 25 minutes (on average) is worth the Money saved.

I work for a billion dollar company. We base our sales off of customer retention. This is NOT the way we handle things. I felt prior this experience that GV is comparable to other products. At this point, I do not feel this way anymore. Any other namebrand company would have worried a bit more about everything. You take $255 X 52 and can figure out if that amount of money is worth someone concern. I honestly just called to alert your company of the issue. At this point, I will no longer shop with Wal-Mart again.

i brought in a target print out saying thats there was a sale on leapster explorer games “any over $19.99 you could save $5.00 on and when i brought it in the first time they said it had to say what store it was from so i told them they could call target and they said no so i went home and got one that said targets ad right on it and then they told me i had to have abar code i was very upset and it said nothing on the ad about it being a coupon it said it was a sale so i think i could get my lawyer involed bc this to me and everyone i know is faults advertising anyways if i dont get a reply back from some one soon im going to take this to some one who will listen like the knews this walmart.

i have a walmart moneycard had problem with it contacted them and they alter my account to hide the fact they stole money from me i contacted them again they alter,d my account again and every time i contact them they change my account information now i have made copies of all this and them and walmart will do nothing about it i,m out 70.00 dollars so if you have one of these cards take all the money off it and never use them again if you want to save money go to a store with a good reputation kmart, sears, any store you can trust just not walmart they don,t care about you…

Just to let you know I bought some bags of pellets for my pellet stove at your Rochester, NH. store. Well my pellet stove quit working, the auger wouldn’t turn, when I scooped the pellets out I found a large bolt jammed into my auger. I will bring the bag & the bolt to the Rochester store, but if I know WalMart they will tell me tough luck. So please if any of you use pellets please by them from a reputable store. So I went back the next day. Well typical Walmart, all the Asst. Mgr. did was say “We try to get the best pellets available” and walked away.

Did not even offer to replace the bag of pellets. I guess the $4.00 would have bothered the  Walmart shareholders. It is a shame that you sit down and start eating supper and your hawaian roll has mold on top of it I call the manager at Walmart, she told me that I can get my money back and get some more rolls I get to the Walmart customer service desk and they call her and she never came and another manager name melba was helping me I went back to get some rolls like I had and they all had look like the other ones I had so I went and got three packs off the small bags they had cause they look better than the ones I had.

Melba tells me that I couldnt get those in d place of the other one cause they have different bar codes I want you to know that there are thousand of people spend all there money there and if something is wrong the customer service manger can care less you all need to change there name cause customers are not number one at Walmart.

on 1/23/12 at 9 am i went to walmart cuero store to purchase 48-30 dickie pants ,3xl fruit of the loom boxer breifs and a cell phone you have been out of the pants and underwear for months, the cell phone you had iwalked arround for 15 minutes to get someone to call someone to electronics i did this to 2 different employees and after a wate of 30 minutes nobody came to electronics. the store was not busy thei was probably 10 people in the store. disgusted i went to check out i told the casheer my frustration and he never once offered to call any one or help me he showed no concern so i told him i was going to have to go to victoria texas att to buy my phone and order my pants from dickie and still he showed no interest in my problem. 25 years ago i worked for walmart and those employees would not have lasted then.

My husband and I just moved from New Mexico to Pearl, Ms. I have never seen a Wal-Mart store with so many shelves that are empty and the lack of items on the shelves. We have gone to two different Wal-Mart in this area, one in Flowood, Ms in addition to the one in Pearl. When employees are ask about an item and when it may be stocked, no one seems to know and the usual answer is “that is not my department”. So far, we have had to do our shopping at the local Kroger store, which seems to carry everything we need and the shelves are fully stocked and if an item is missing, they will tell you a date when it will be back in the store.

Is you store going broke? or is something wrong with your employees? Of course an ongoing issue with your stores is the lack of check-our personnel, but that has always been the case.

How dare you take people away from thier families on Thanksgiving. Especially when i know all you big wigs making 6 figures a year are off spending it with your familiee. This is a disgrace. Families have so little time together but to take moms and dads away on the holiday. I aqm totally disgusted with you all. I hope walmart crashes and you are all unemployed within a year. I know you pay your employees garbage and you all make your big saleries off your little people who work in the stores. You are all trash every one of you. No family values practices at walmart that is for sure

On November 13,2011 my sister and I were grocery shopping at the Sterling Heights location we had grocery sales papers from local grocery stores for the price match when we started to put our grocery on the counter we informed the cashier that we were doing the price match when at that time the cashier who’s name is Andrea started to ring the items up and responded that she didn’t know we were doing a price match I stated to her that’s what I said before she started to ring the items up she then very rudely started to go backed and forth with me that I should have said it louder it was the my sister Tiffany asked her to call for her manager.

she refused so my sister went and found a manager for herself Alisa was the manager that accompanied my sister back to the register Andrea continued to display a very nasty attitude so Alisa excused her from the area and took care of us during the transactions Andrea walked back up and clearly because she did not recognize we were still being waited on asked stated to Alisa could she come back to her register because there was no problem with her it was us and her comments were “are they gone” I responded to her before Alisa had the chance that no we were not gone and how rude and disrespectful it was for her to approach the manager Alisa then stated that she would definitely address Andrea about the display my sister and I both noticed Alisa ringing up and voiding out transactions ,

at the end of the transactions there were discrepancies she had charged us twice for tissue which is what drew my sister and I attention to go over the receipt as I pushed the basket to the side so we would not hold up the line my sister was standing at the end of the line and Andrea walked up again and began to talk to Alisa, Alisa then stated to Andrea ” people like them just get them taken care of so they can leave “and Andrea replied to Alisa “I know that’s why I asked were they gone” Alisa then turned to see myself still standing there it stunned her because clearly she thought we had left Alisa then asked is everything okay and I responded to her it will be after you give me your name the cashier’s name and your corporate number.

When my sister and I arrived home we sat down and went over the bill where we found many discrepancies we were over charged for things and charged twice for other things I called the store and could not get Alisa on the phone I spoke with Angie who stated she was a manager I explained to her the problem she took our information said she would pull the receipt from the register and give us a call back we never got a response from Angie that evening the next morning November 14 I made another call to the store and spoke with a gentleman named Marlon who also stated he was a manager he took my information and stated he would give a call back ,

never heard from him Tuesday I called again none of the manager I had spoken with were in and I was connected to a CSM named Tasha who was very polite in discussion apologized for the poor customer service we had received and explained that we would have to bring the receipt back to the store to be helped because I was told by Angie that we would be able to go through the receipt over the phone that is why she was going to pull the receipt from the register that Sunday evening. In any event I decided to file this complaint through your corporate office for the rude ,racial, and unprofessional display by the Walmart cashier and manager. I’m hoping that this issue would be addressed in regards mainly to the unruly customer service.

It is the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Deland, FL. 1699 Woodland Blvd. It was a busy lunch time and I had to wait in line for more than 15 min. My cashier name was Tom, who happened to be the Customer Service Manager, helping out during the pick hours. When I went home, I found that my pound of turkey was missing. I had to go back to the store, where I found this guy Tom walking around. Yes, he remembered my forgetting the turkey and handed me the plastic bag. To my surprise, there were chocolate cookies inside. His response was: “This is what is left over”. The conclusion is that at least one more customer had the same problem like me.

The question is if he really forgot to give me my stuff and someone else took it, or he took it. Also, this is Tom’s method of doing his job – by not serving the customers. The tragedy is that he is a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WITH 7 YEARS OF SERVICE. It is ridiculous! How Wal-Mart is going anywhere further with this kind of employees? The good thing was that the Assistant Manager in charge gave me $25 gift card for this inconvenience. Nevertheless, I am so deeply disappointed with Wal-Mart, keeping in mind long wait time and bad customer service.

I have shopped in dozens of Wal Marts across the USA and usually enjoy doing so, however the Wal Mart in Baytown, Texas is always a problem. I returned an item and stood in the line for 38 minutes before being helped, my wife and I then grocery shopped in Wal Mart and waited in the line to be checked out by a cashier for 22 minutes. I then requested to speak to a manager, who took 18 minutes to arrive to my location. Overall i waited for am hour and 18 minutes before being assisted by a Wal Mart employee. The problem isnt the employees, they are understaffed. Only 3 registers were operating out of 26 and one of those was a self check out register.

Only 1 clerk was working in the return department. After speaking with the manager she wanted to give me a $25 gift card from Wal Mart, and my reply was “keep the $25 and hire some help”. This isnt a once in a while problem as I have used this Wal Mart for nearly 6 years, and I absolutely refuse to shop there during the Christmas shopping time of year. It has been understaffed and mismanaged for the last 5 years. I live for the day when a Costco store opens in my area as I will never shop in this walmart again.

I have been called on 2 seperate occasions-for notification of winning Wal-Mart gift cards–one was a 1000.00 and the one today was 100.00. I answer the call, a recording gives the presentation, then I’m told to hang on a representative will give me the details of my winnings—-which no one ever answers the phone. Therefore, as a customer of Wal-Mart which I spend more than 200.00 weekly at your stores, do not appreciate this–false winnings game. If I have won, give me the prize, if I have not-leave me alone and do not call me again. I have more important things to do with my time. Also I’m rethinking if I should ever shop at your stores again.

I was at The Abbotsford Walmart #3019, store yesterday , October 25th,2011. I always bring my own bags. Liz, a much older cashier that was on, must have had a very bad day by the time I got to her. She threw what I had purchased, into the bag and items were falling out. The last item she threw on top that I had to organize my own bag before I could leave the store. I shop there alot and she was the rudness person there. She obviously did not like me bringing in my own bag. Walmart was to be a friendly, curtious store, but I am thinking twice on that one.

I went to the Wal-Mart in Gunnison Colorado to return a gift that I had purchased for my husband it was an i pod shuffle. He does not want the gift so I went to return it and of course I knew there would be some reason that they would not take it back there is always an excuse anyway they told me that there is a 15 day return only and they would not take it back. When I purchased the item no one told me that so now Iam stuck with a gift that I dont know what to do with I will never for the rest of my life go into the walmart in Gunnison Colorado or any other wallmart store for the time being screw walmart.

this is not the first time i am complaining to walmart or about walmart. i do not know how half of the employees from walmart gets hired but i have never seen so many rude, no common sense of having a job and the respect of the customer, The first time is when they put your bags around the turn table and then does not make sure they give you all your bags then when you come back to get it 30 minutes later you stand in cutomer services line to find out YOU have to go thought the store and get it again maybe they should make sure that customer has all bags before rushing on to the next one.

Second complaint is pricing they show one price on the sign and you pick it up to check out and rings a higher price and you let them know that the price was that and they are rude and saying it is not that one on sale and I says then way is there a floor dispaly with all this there then walmart employees say it was a mistake, then the ads they say you don’t need they just match it(the commercial)that is not true at this walmart in Florida you have to show them the ad and go to customer service then they talk to you like it is a pain and checks the ad and then make you fill out a form and then they keep your ad because they say they never saw the ad come on it Publix’s and TARGET, also the prices nver match what is on the selfs it always ring up different.

There electronics employees need to understand the product and how to help the customers they always act like we are the stupit one when you have aproblem with it there excuss is that they are a 3rd party and it is not there problem (But we brought it from you have receipt) NEVER go to them with a product that you brought from them they are jerks everytime they take your money but screw you if you have a problem I say everytime i have to go I HATE IT WISH THEY PUT A TARGET OR KMART NEXT TO THEM

We are currently looking for a lawyer to get justice in handling our Wal-Mart claim. Here’s our story. On Saturday May 28, 2011 We bought ground beef from Wal-Mart. The meat package date has use or freeze by May 30, 2011. On Sunday May 29, we cooked the ground beef. On Monday May 30, my family member was sick all day with fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. He went to the doctor the next day because his symptoms had worsened. The doctor diagnosed and treated him with three different types of antibiotics for food poisoning. June 1, 2011 I took the remaining ground beef along with my receipt and told a manager what happened.

The manager Stephanie, filed a claim and took a sample of the ground beef. She stated to me the meat would be sent out to a lab. Later on that day, the manager called me to get more information. She told me we should hear back from them in a week or so. We still have the phone logs to prove all calls received and all calls made. Over a week had gone by before anyone called with concern. June 13, an employee Erin, called to see how we were doing. I asked her a few questions about the claim. She stated that she saw a file sitting out and decided to call us to find out what was going on and if we were doing better. She said she did not know much about the claim and gave me a number to contact CMI. C

MI is the company that handles Wal-Mart claims. I called CMI and left a message. I called CMI several times on June 16, and left a message with Cricket Daniels, still no call back. From June 17 to June 21, I tried again and was ignored with no response. I talked to a few managers from Wal-Mart and they basically kept giving me the run-around and told me, the manager who helped us with the claim was out on family leave. Finally, on July 12, I talked to a Bart Gills from Tyson Foods. He told me he sent out some forms for family member to fill out and send back. Family member filled out, copied, and sent forms back on July 31. On August 1, I talked to Erin the employee again. She stated that a manager asked her to give a call back to see what she could help with.

I told her that we had not heard anything from CMI. Erin gave an address she found online and asked me to contact them by mail, she also stated she left a message with Cricket Daniels. We never heard back from Erin but I made several attempts to get answers from Wal-Mart managers and CMI. No one showed any true concern. Finally, I called and spoke to a Joan from CMI and told her what was going on. Joan stated to me that she left a message/email with Cricket Daniels. She claimed that Cricket was out for the day. Joan asked me questions regarding the claim.

She told me she would contact Bart Gills to find out what was going on. About 5 minutes later Joan called me back and said that Bart Gills was out of the office but she left him a message asking him all the questions she wanted to ask concerning the claim. Joan also asked him in her message to contact Cricket Daniels on Monday morning, August 8, 2011. Monday morning came, we never heard from anyone. August 11, I called Bart Gills. Bart told me he never received the ground beef sample and suggested we contact Wal-Mart to find out what happened. That same day I called Wal-Mart and talked to a Manager named Melissa. This is the manager that took over for Stephanie while she was on family leave. She said Stephanie would be back on August 14.

While over the phone, Melissa looked in our file and saw no documentation that the meat sample was ever sent out. We no longer wanted to speak to Bart Gills. We did not purchase the ground beef from Bart, we purchased the meat from Wal-Mart. We feel that Wal-Mart showed negligence when they took a sample of our meat and never sent it out to a lab. We have been lied to and treated with no respect, sincerity or true concern. We have been Wal-Mart customers for over 20 years and never thought we would ever be treated in this manner. We want justice and we want to be treated like the loyal customers we are.

We have proof of medical records, receipts, copy of claim, claim number, copy of statement of damage form, photo copies of dates on meat package, phone logs, and written documentation of all calls made and received.

I went to Bastrop Texas Wal-mart i went to the service desk to get a refund and the lady behind the counter told me without a receipt I can’t do nothing. So i told her my situation told her that i have done refunds in the past without a receipt. She told me in a rather rude tone {what do you want me to do about it?} I explained my husband just died and I can’t use these products what can i use them for my husband bought them before he died. { she said i dont know what to tell you ma’am without a receipt i can’t help you} so i admit her unfashionable customer service mad me irrational .

I told her i want to talk to a manger she smiled rather smugly and told me i am the manger i asked for her name i could not see her badge she stated that she had to go and she was tired of this shit was her words as she mumbled as she walked away . It took me to go to another employee and point at that manger and ask who she was name was “Irma” i was going to buy groceries but i was so upset i left the store after i called to make a complaint. To my surprise i go in today and after that complaint she is still there .

I refuse to shop or take my kids to a store that has no disciplinary action on customer service from a manager who lacks both education manners and disrespect for my husband and fyi i went again today at a different wal-mart they refunded it but it took both time and gas money for this stores in convenience.

This has to be the worst run wal-mart store in this state. Week after week shelves are bare. Clothes are on the racks so you cannot read the size and racks are marked with the wrong prices. One rack was marked #17.97 but everything on the rack was less than $10.00. This morninng a rack had a price on the top of $5.00 on clearnace but the clothes were $7.00. One week we buy something which requires a refill and the next week and for weeks after there are no refills. We go to another wal-mart miles away to get refills. You sell curtain shades but for 3 months there were no brackets only an empty spot.

For three weeks the shelf has been bear for a certain package on nuts but the space is still on the shelf. This morning when checking out at the register there were 9 empty boxes at the checkout. I have complained to the manager and even showed him some of my concerns but he only makes excuses. We have shopped several wal- mart stores and do not seem to have the same problems. Its time this store had some attention. Thank you

I have a Walmart credit card. I made a substantial payment (paid in full) on August 4 2011. I went shopping on August 11 2011 and my card was declined while I was in line. I had to get out of line, go to customer service and call the number on the back of the card. I did so, and the lady that was on the other line told me that there was a hold on my card that it would not clear until tomorrow and that there was nothing that she could do. I had to pay for my now defrosting groceries with the remaining balance of the card and the rest with my debit card (which was to pay bills).

So, I go home and call 1800 walmart to make a complaint, they told me that I had to call 1-866-611-0048 and ask for a supervisor. So this is what I did. When I was transferred to a supervisor, I tried to explain to him that I made the payment, that it has cleared my bank but it is money that I am unable to use. He then told me that the funds will be available tomorrow. This is not helping me today when I needed the groceries, and the fact that I won’t be able to shop tomorrow as I have a job and have to go to work.

So, my complaint is that I can make a substantial payment (over $500), and Walmart can hold it for over a week so that I can not use it, but when I am late on a payment they are so fast to charge me a late fee. Can I charge them a fee for making me wait? I had to call and make arrangements with my electric company so that I can pay for the groceries today that I should have been able to use the card for. Its not like I can use the Walmart card tomorrow to pay my electric bill, now can I?

Where is the convenience of having a card if I can not use it? Why would I even use it if it is not even worth my time and effort? I pay my bill on time and pay it in full so that I dont get charged fees and I am still getting treated like crap!!!

Think twice before signing up. Run by T-mobile, When you find out the service is really bad, then you find out the customer
Service is much worse. When you decide to cancel, you will be billed double for each line. You will be charged extra to pay by phone, or for less fees you can go to Walmart and pay with cash or debit card, no credit card accepted. Walmart will punish you if you decide to cancel your service, I did call and speak to the supervisor, all I got was to bad, you will pay for your family mobile plan because you signed up for it.

Monday August 1st, I was in the Victor, Ny Walmart and I had the worst experience of my life. I had to find work pants for my new job. So I went into the plus sizes and I found a great deal they were the only style of pants on the one side of the rack. And the sign said they were $11.00. With that great deal I picked out 3 pairs of them. I got up to the register and the lady started to ring them up and they were ringing the full price, $20.00 so I told the lady that the sign said they were the $11.00 and she called someone. Now I work in retail, and if a sign says something the customer gets what it says no questions asked. This guy came over didnt say anything like im sorry for the confusion or even said hi, how may i help you.

All he said was where are the pants, and im sorry I cant give the $11.00 to you and how he didnt know why the pants were there. Im sorry but I really didnt know why the pants were there either but I just wanted what I was suppose to get which was the 3 pairs of pants for $11.00. I finally got only one pair of pants for the $11.00 when they should all be that price, because the law is if the sign says something and the clothes are under that sign the customer gets what it says. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE!!!!!!

This compliant is centered around the Walmart credit card issued by GE Money Bank. I applied for a Walmart credit card. The issuer, GE Money Bank approved a $1,000.00. Over the phone but indicated that I could not use the card for 7 days.
I then received a letter from GE Money Bank indicating that I was going to be charged a high interest rate (22.9%) because of my credit and credit score obtained from Trans Union Credit reporting. The letter from GE indicated that my credit score from Trans Union was 491. I called the company and explained that my scores from all 3 credit reporting agencies were in the 690 range and that information was from a report that I obtained earlier that day.

What found out was GE only ordered a credit report history and used their own scoring model to determine my score and subsequent interest rate. What a tactic! I cannot believe that “Sam” would allow this. There are established standards to review an applicants credit history and related credit scores. This action by GE Money Bank is nothing more that a ruse to get uninformed consumers to accept a high interest rate by telling them that their credit score is low and leading them to believe that the score was from an established credit reporting agency.

This is nothing more than deception and serves as more evidence of the collusion between large corporation scamming their customers. This is a clear violation of the Dodd-Frank bill. It took 4 hours out of my day to track all this down.

i recenly during this week i went to walmrt located in the rio grande city store number 4543 some of the items got a price wrong for example in cleareance grocery and in the candels sections even on the vending machines o there shouuld be 125 and the price got 35 945 and the car pusher are some times talking to other and thats why the aren shoping cars some of the service in the deparments are there to help you at all ssoem times there bunch of stuff trowing in the floor from diferent deparments.

I AM GRADUALLY TRYING TO SHOP ELSEWARE BECAUSE I AM SIMPLY FED UP WITH YOUR SERVICES.I only live a couple miles from your walmart store and food is immediatly put in the Fridge or freezer after being purchased.I bought pork chops that smelled like fish when opened, burger that smelled too strange to cook, burger patties for a cookout with my neighbors that were gray on the underside. Therefore,I quit buying meat products several months ago. Now, your poduct selection seems to have been reduced since I can not purchase items that you once carried.

Keeping other items in stock has also been a recent problem with walmart. It is very embarrasing to buy take out food after going to the grocery ,only to find out that your food is not good or not being carried at all. If I have to go out again or stop by another grocer to buy things you do not carry then I might as well pay a little more and get everything there. Sorry I can no longer shop there.

After reading other folk’s complaints seem small, but it is a complaint none the less. I like the small shopping carts, I do not have a family to by for and prefer a small cart. If I want a larger cart I will get one. So I went to the return/refund area thinking that I would get an answer. They told me to talk to the manager and he would be able to give me am answer. He said that he did not know why (one guess on my part is that a larger cart may have people buy more) but that I could call 1-800-wal-mart, and i would get an answer. This is a farce. Trying to get an answer by using the number is a merry-go-round.

I have been cut off, and or told that I did not exist. I do not like Wal-Mart, and only buy there when I have too do so. At times I wonder why, this only enforces the why.

I just took my car in for a regular oil change to the Searcy Arkansas Walmart today 06/30/2011. I dropped my car off at 4:40. At 6:15 I went back to the store to pick up my car to find that it not only was not done but it had not been started on. There was one vehicle in front of mine to have an oil change when I left. It was still in the bay and another vehicle was pulled in where my car should have been in order. It does not take an hour and 45 minutes to change oil. This service is the worst I have ever experienced and I will never take my vehicles to Walmart again. Beware to all other people trying to get an oil change.

Half an hour is reasonable but not an hour and a half just to have them put someone else in front of you for service. I called the store but all the manager did was say thank you for letting her know, and she would get with the supervisor of that area. That does not resolve or take care of the fact that I just wasted that much of my time as well for a service I did not even get. I got my keys and left and advise anyone else thinking about an oil change in Searcy to make sure that they give you a time frame before leaving your car.

June 20, 2011. Dear WalMart: Last year I was in the gardening section of the Walmart in Norfolk, VA at Tidewater Drive. While in the checkout line, I saw that the employee at the cash register was very hot. The gardening center, as you know, is outside w/o AC. She also was a senior citizen about 65ish looking. I asked her about getting water, and she had to pay for her own and was not allowed to leave the cash register to get any. She had only a small fan to cool her off, and, of course, being summer, it was really croweded so there was no one to relieve her. I saw another personnel attendent, and told him of my concern, however, he showed none!

WalMart a billion $ industry, and you cannot even afford to give your outside employees water during the summer! I am sure that it may amount up to $20,000 maybe alot more to help your employees keep cool. But she was afraid to ask and after speaking with the attendent, I felt that she was afraid of loosing her job. You all think that running a sweat shop is legal. I have decided to report the Tidewater Walmart to the ACLU. Sincerely, a concerned customer.

My complaint is that the end of January or beginning of February I purchased 3 air mattresses. 2 of them were singles and had a Disney cars design on them. The other was a queen size by ozark trails. The total came to $80. My problem is that I bought them and 2 of the 3 beds had holes in them. I returned with my receipt and asked for a walmart card in place of an item exchange. I explained I wanted to put it on a walmart card so I can use it towards a bigger purchase of bunk beds. I was told you can only exchange for the same item. I said I don’t want a same item since the items are a piece of shit!

I was dealing with a manager and she said there are signs posted in the back of the store. I said I have 4 kids n I’m not looking for important info in the back of the store. Why isn’t it in front of the store because the return policy on airbeds is not up front where I look or on the receipt. She said well there was a sign I guess someone took it down! I said well if your store is unorganized that’s not my problem. Then she pulled out a manual n said it was in there. I said well in your manual isn’t posted on your customer service sign. She then said I don’t have to help you and you can walk away empty handed. So I had no choice but to take an even exchange.

I used to work for walmart and it used to be that you weren’t allowed to be rude to the customers or argue w them. It was about customer service to keep people coming back. Resolve the issue and find a pleasing solution. It wasn’t like I asked for cash. Just a card to use in their store. When I got home I called the 800 number and nobody thought my complaint was valid enough to address. Too bad, I used to spend easily 500 dollars a month on groceries alone. My household items were never less than$125. And if I had a good week my extras came from there too. Now I won’t shop there at all.

I’m a kmart or target shopper now! I only go to walmart now for my prescriptions because I have humana. But don’t worry that will stop soon too. Bunch of rude stupid people working there anymore. And they wonder why people rob their stores!! Lmao! I hope they go under big time. I’ve told all my family and friends about them and now we drive out of our way to shop anywhere else. And had I been helped and received a walmart card seeing as how I had a receipt, my purchase would have been worth more and I’d have remained a walmart shopper. Their loss. None of my family or friends go there anymore!!

On July 2, 2011, I was visiting family in salisbury, MD. We had a couple of occasions to go to the Wal-Mart on North Salisbury Boulevard. On at least one of those times, I was another victim of the cash back scam that the cashiers(s) were perpertrating. Upon my return, I learned that I had an overdraft. I knew I had used the card only twice. I had the receipt for one place but, there was no receipt for wal-mart. almost a year later, I find out via e-mail, about this cashier scam at wal-mart as well as other retail stores. I am going to send a certified letter to the store manager and see if I can get some results (cash refund).

20

Tried to return something, evendently they do not stock it any longer. So I asked the girl to call the Manager, she did, and it was the same answer NO refund. The Manager was staring at me the whole time Kinda like don’t you understand. I understood everything she said then she said good bye. I left the store and called customer relations and explained my situation to the representive and she assured me I would get a follow up call. Within an hour I got a call from somebody (a man) who told me he got a message from the store manager that I was not to shop at this store any longer. I spend in excxess of $500 dollars each month a Walmart and this is the way they treated me.

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, and have been shoping at this store since it has been open without any problems. Never have talked to this manager before. Now the corporate office is looking in to it. Its funny when I look at all the executives no one is responsible for the customer relations. Guess that tells me something. I lived 50 yrs without walmart and I guess I will live a little longer with out it again. My advise stay away.

I’m hoping someone can help me with an incorrect billing error , I applied for a family mobile plan for just one line the Walmart service associate was great but could not activate my phone so I was sent to another store n they were on the phone for an hour and twenty minutes getting me activated. So after three weeks I had service problems, so I decided to switch to a straight talk service. I went to the Walmart store that activated my family mobile and they gave me the run around. They spoke to a Walmart manager and he understood my issue with the family mobile plan.

So they got on the phone and canceled my service with only a $25.92 activation fee and I was fine with that. But now i have a $75.26 bill because I was billed for a full month even after the Walmart service associate and the family mobile service associate canceled my service threw family mobile with no other charges other than a $25.92 fee I would accept.I’m not asking for any special treatment, I just want for the agreed upon $25.92 service fee charged to me that I had originally accepted and remove the month service charge of $48.34.

I used to go to this Walmart store on FM-1960 (3450) every week. Now I go only for one or two food items that I know are lower than the other store. This store is so low on casher service that today I left a cart in line and walked out. Four cashers in the total store at noon. Two in their so-called fast check out line. And one could not take cash. She needed help. This has happened before–no cash for change. This Walmart store needs a shake up at the manager level. Their is very little help for these cashers in this store and it has to hurt sales and this manager is cutting back more in turn.

The Walmart store is a mess and the junk in the aisles is like you are in a Mexico food store. Shelfs are not kept up and are dirty. You can tell when this store has somone from the corpate office. More total cashers on the payroll in one day than all the rest of the week. People stocking and cleaning everywhere.

Went to Walmart in Milford Connecticut this afternoon. While checking out the girl at the register was upset that I had coupons. 2 of the coupons ($6.00 each) wouldn’t not go through even though I was purchasing the items in question. Asked to speak to the Walmart store manager, was only allowed to talk to the head cashier. Had too many coupons (12 total). Was told I couldn’t use this coupon because I had too many coupons. Mind you they were for other items. I told the girl, I used these same coupons each month (toiletries)and can’t understand why this month I couldn’t use them. All they said was I had too many coupons for Walmart.

Tire Blew out on I-64. Went to wal Mart for Warranty repair because i had originally purchased Road Hazard Insurance. Waited 10 minutes to be assisted because there was only one person in store at the tire center and she was busy making keys. After giving my keys to the attendant I waited another 30 minutes (While I watched only one car in the bay, four employees laughing and joking with each other in the bay area) for them to finally come over to me and proceed to tell me that they could not honor the warranty due to the tire being “ESSENTIALLY BALD.”

(The AAA mechanic had already told me that I had gotten good wear out of the tire as there was only about 6-7, 000 miles left on it when it blew out.) I then asked for a manager and waited another fifteen minutes for him to come to the tire center. They called twice and the girl at the tire center desk had to go get him to come to the tire center. (They had already announced over the phone that they were dealing with an irate customer.) When the manager came up to me he asked how I was doing and I said “Not so good.” I then explained all I have already stated and he merely said “We can’t honor your road hazard warranty.

I was furious and asked him if he really wanted me to take my business to Paynter tire store (A locally owned store I had already called and discovered I could purchase the tire cheaper there.) and he said “No, but that is your option.” With that said, I left the store and proceeded to telephone Wal Mart to lodge a formal complaint. As of yet I have heard nothing!

Well just let me tell u that i enjoy shopping at walmart i been to a lot of waltmart in the us and in mexico too and lamost in every one i have been treat the same but in exeption of one the one in sanluis az. in there, people treat u with disrespect and almost don’t want to help u if u have a question or have a concern also they don’t want to match prices from other stores u always have a hard time getting a walmart price match and when u finnaly get it they do it with bad attitude and plus i don’t undestand why there are so many cash registers if they only open two or three at the most they don’t mind if ther’s a lot of people in the line.

if u ask if they could open onother cash register they tell u to wait in line and don’t be wasting their time with those kind of questions. i have ask to speak to the walmart manager but until today they han’t reach the manager in this little town all u can here it’s people concern with the way walmart employees treat customers.

I purchased a 42 inch flat screen TV 2 years ago at Wal-mart and it has quit working already. The picture is black but the sound is still there. I am very mad that your product (42 Inch Flat Screen TV from Wal-mart) will only hold up for a period of two years. I would want you to stand behind your product. You can cotact me at oispy [at] valleytel.net

Do not buy the cheap residential lawn equipment handled by some retailers such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walmart, and K-mart. Instead go to a good lawn products supplier and pay the price for the commmercail grade equipment. Believe me it is worth the additional costs. At least these suppliers service what they sell and will replace defective equipment without the hassel of taking it back and forth to some retailers. The residential grade stuff is made to last only for a short period of time so you will have to make another new purchcase from them. Go to an independent dealer that has his or her reputation at state, the retailers could care less about you.

I am a handicapped U.S.veteran confined to a wheelchair with one leg missing. I recently moved into a new apartment and had to order several kitchen items on line. I have always shopped at Walmart because of your quality service and products. However when I received my new Sharp microwave I was very displeased because the clock only shows half the numbers and there is a dent in the side. I know this could have happened in shipping, but who knows. If you people can look up my order# you can see I did buy it from you. I am unable to return this item because of my situation.

Therefore I suppose I am stuck with item and will have to make due. My e-mail is shockley.geoffrey [at] yahoo.com if you care to respond. I suppose I will just have to find another store on line to shop from, because Walmart is the only store that sent me damaged goods.

I purchased a very expensive phone the first$45.00 card for unlimited everything would not go in where it was suppose to they called to put it in and it did not work. I spent more time at Walmart than at home. The card ran out so I got a $35.00 card which they could not get entered. When i left they told me the people at straight talk said something inside would not except the card so they told me too call them. When i did they told me to send it in i pay for shipping without getting it in return. Walmart bless their heart took over a week just to find the receipt.

Then i went back to pick the other receipt up since i knew the date of that one. I boxed it all up sent phone sales receits and it cost over to mail by post office $6.oo I had Insurance on the phone too. It all adds up to $198.00 my sisters and niece had something wrong and I could not go see her.

I bought a new battery for my car in November of 2010 for $86.oo. Since the battery is only four months old it should be trouble free. This battery will not hold a charge and is dead each morning but when I took it back to the Wal Mart store in Chillicothe, Missouri they tell me it checks out to be good. They told me they would not replace the battery. I bought another new battery because this battery will not perform like a battery that is in good condition.

Since we can’t use a battery that goes dead, we have junked the original one we bought. We know this battery is defective because a replacement performs perfectly. I can’t believe that a company like Wal Mart will not stand behind a defective product no matter what your tester says. I expect a reply from Wal Mart since I am one very upset customer.

The Walmart in Ville Platte, La. is very poorly managed. This store has continously went down hill over the past 2 years. I use to really enjoy shopping at the Ville Platte Walmart, but now it is so poorly managed that I dread going there. The shelves are never stocked and many common items are sold out. The isles are always full of empty stocking carts, but where is the stock. The staff has a very poor attitude. It seems as though they are their for the paycheck, to hell with the customers. They are not curtious what so every. Some are actually very rude. Such as the clerks that run the sporting goods department.

They are never onsite and if you ask for them more than once in 30 minutes then they have a real attitude. I am not a prejudce person, but most of the floor staff are black and they have an attitude that if your white, you should not be bothering them. Something needs to be done with this store. I remember when they first opened in Ville Platte. Everyone was so happy not to have to deal with A&P Grocerys because of the same type attitudes and lack of customer care. It was a pleasure to shop at Walmarts back then, but now it is really a hassle.

If things do not improve soon, I will look for other shopping options. I have talked to other friends who feel exactly like I do. WALMART needs to make a Management & Staff ajustment at this Store.

I am sure you get complaints for every possible angle so I will not expect miracles. My complaint is not with Walmart but one of your suppliers. Of course you have millions of suppliers and policing them is impossible. Lets make this an exercise in awareness. Video games are relatively expensive and are usually for mindless entertainment. I purchased the latest and greatest RPG called RIFT. This game is an MMO and sponsored by Trion corp. On the package the offer is a “30 day game subscription included for new accounts:” The cost of the game aty Walmart is $49.96 which is nothing to sneeze at. However if I can play a game for a month, my entertainment costs are acceptable.

Here is the dispicable corporate deception. I paid $50.00 for a product. When I logged on to activate an account in order to play the game I was informed that I had to give the corporation access to my financial account. I do not give my credit card information to unknown entities and hope they are legitimate. I not only paid $50.00 for a useless product but when I called Trion customer service they told me a credit card was mandatory in case I use the product for over 30 days. Of course we bantered back and forth as to why they insisted on finalcial access for an issue that hadn’t even occured and on top of the intiial game investment. I pointed out other MMO operations do not require mandatory financial access with a 30 day FREE subscription. The agent was not interested and could care less.

So now I have an expensive disappointment caused by deceptive corporate practice. The 30 day free subscription is anything but free. And once you buy the game you are stuck without recourse. I just wanted to let you know not all your vendors are legitimate.

Best Regards,

Edward Cambria

I work at the walmart in birmingham alabama #1711 store. I have been working there for 3years. I have no write ups. My assistant manager said i could buy a camera that was defective for 50 dollars. She told me she was gonna ask the store manager for his approval. She came back and told me she got the approval for it. So i bought the camera and she bought a computer. She rung me up on the register. The co manager and the loss prevention manager called me in the office and terminated me. All just because i bought a camera. The walmart store manager has bought things to and the loss prevention. The assistant is still working. And i loss my job on 3/28/2011. Can u please help me with this problem. This was my first time buying anything since i have been at walmart.

On the summer of 2010 me and my wife purchased four new tires from Walmart and with the purchase comes a free tire rotation every 10000ks. So when we had 10000ks on the new tires I made an appointment, and picked up the car which was longer …than I was told it would take. I then went on the highway to home and now there was a vibration at highway speeds. Which was not there before the tires were rotated and was not there with the old tires, which we drove across Canada with. I phoned Walmart when I got home and they said bring it back and they would balance the tires, they said they could have knocked off a wheel weight this could be true.

So my wife takes the car back and they balance the tires and tell us that we have a bent rim.So I said I would look at a solution to this in the winter as the summer tires will be coming off in a couple of months.Note Walmart was the only one to have these tires of the car, so when it was time to take the summer tires off I removed all the tires and found that three of the plastic centering rings in the rims were missing. I phoned Walmart and was told that “Quote that they have never seen anything like this or come across this. All after market rims and even factories rims sometimes have these.”

The Manager said they would pay for new ones if I wanted to find some, so being winter time I would wait till spring time. Well I found some for about $15.00 plus taxes, I went back today and talked to the manager and he said that they would only pay for a wheel balance and not for the rings, which walmart was the last one to have the summer tires of. Now being a auto mechanic myself from past experience I know what this can do if you leave out only one which fell out of a customers rim and I did not see it.

So if this manager is willing to part with a customer who will tell not only one person but many and will not step foot in this Walmart store or any Walmart stores then that his choice.

I am or was a customer of walmart until this morning. I am a vendor who stocks the shelves for my company. I wasgreeted by a Walmart employee he was straighting out the product on the shelves as we talked. As we passed each other i had mentioned that i was a wounded vet he told me that hi s son was in the Army and had done 4 tours. No sooner that he shook my hand to say thank you for your service. The boss went by and askede him to come over to where he was at and scolded him for taking a moment to say thank you. What kind of crap is that does he just watch for employee’s to stop to talk just to scold the employee’s.

No wonder walmart can’t keep employee’s i had my daughter fill out an application but i would never let my daughter work for a company that does not care about their employee’s. I know that this complaint will never be addressed but i hope that others will stand up and say just how they feel. The Super Walmart i am talking about is the one on 500 Hwy 90 Sierra Vista AZ. What a shame it doesn’t hurt you to let the employee’s talk to the customer every once in a while.

Wal-Mart – Richmond, KY. I did not intend to take time out of my busy evening today to sit down and write a letter complaining about the service, or rather the lack thereof, I received in your Richmond, Kentucky Wal-Mart store this evening. Generally, when I as a customer have the experience I have had at a store, I do not take the time to write or speak to anyone – I just do not return. Nevertheless, I am not so naive as to think that one person no longer shopping at your Wal-Mart location will make a difference. Additionally, I like Wal-Mart and hope that by writing to you that you will research this issue and take whatever action you see appropriate to ensure that no other customer that comes to your store in Richmond, Kentucky has to leave with such an experience.

I am a frequent Wal-Mart shopper despite the bad press and accusations your company receives for how poorly Wal-Mart allegedly treats their employees, because I understand that while a company has a responsibility to employees and the community, a corporation’s single fundamental function is to be profitable. This is acceptable to me and I have no complaint regarding Wal-Mart at a corporate level. In reality, I go as far to accept that Wal-Mart customers regularly enjoy the benefit of lower prices due to the business acumen of the leaders Wal-Mart employs.

My complaint is about a Wal-Mart employee that I have had the misfortune of dealing with at checkout four times including today. As often as my family and I visit your large store, you can imagine that it is not common for shoppers to remember an employee that checked them out only four times out of the many hundreds of checkouts we go through each year. My experience each time has been so dreadful that I remembered her when I saw her as I was entering your store after our first encounter. After this first encounter, I made it a point to go out of my way to avoid any checkout line operated by this employee – this worked well for a few visits. Then I realized that being a frequent customer in your store, I surely have the right to receive a pleasant experience when I come to Wal-Mart without having to go out of my way to dodge specific checkout lines each time.

The cashier at checkout is unpleasant and has not once greeted me while ringing up and bagging my items—no “hi,” no “hello,” no “how are you today”. In addition, a smile goes a long way but you will not find a smile on this cashier’s face. If you as a manager and Wal-Mart as a company choose to employee customer-facing people that are not talkative and cheerful, this is incomprehensible however I can accept this because I work in customer service and manage over 500 customer service representatives at an international IT services company.

In fact, most of the time I’d love to go through a checkout at Wal-Mart where the employee was not talkative but was something far more important to me (and undoubtedly to you and most of your customers); competent. Admittedly, I have never read the job description for a cashier at your company but I feel like I have a reasonably good idea of the main core competencies required to be a first-rate and effective cashier in a busy environment such as Wal-Mart. I am writing this letter because this cashier displays zero of these core competencies.

Below are specific issues with which I have taken offense and experienced each time:

• The cashier’s inability to operate the barcode scanner a lot of the time. This is fundamental. She tries and sure this counts for something but in the end, results are what actually matter. After trying unsuccessfully with the barcode scanner, she stumbles around holding items up to the light or frantically flips through a book of items to try to ring up the item all while customer, some more than others, patiently wait on her to catch up and get on with it.

• The cashier’s inability to operate at a steady pace. The pace at which she moves can only be described as at best sluggish and lethargic and at worst as lazy and apathetic. I have experienced this in my time as a people manager—people who have a one track mind and for some reason cannot or will not display any sense of urgency whatsoever. She makes customers wait while she empties change into her register from the packaging in which coins are stored. If she could do this and other simple tasks without bringing the entire line to a standstill, she would only be one step closer to improving but I am sure her customers would be appreciative.

• The cashier’s inability to bag items properly, specifically bread and eggs. Three out of four times, our bread has been bagged with numerous other items that proceed to compress and crush the bread. While it may seem insignificant to her, uncrushed bread is not an unreasonable request and I presume you do not want your family’s bread destroyed either. Furthermore, I was not purchasing bread the one out of four times bread wasn’t demolished.

• The cashier’s refusal to display basic customer service skills such as being friendly, smiling, and making sure you are not taking any more of your customer’s time than is absolutely necessary. Specifically, I make it a point to tell the cashier to have a nice day to which I do not even receive a response. I find this in every respect to be unacceptable.

In my experience, after attempting additional training, I am usually presented with a difficult choice to make; a choice I have to make for my customers, my company, and my colleagues. Nonetheless, I do what is best for our customers and company at the same time by making the tough decisions and carrying out whatever action must be taken immediately.

I sincerely hope you and your company does the same. I am not advocating that this employee be separated because she is not my employee and I do not know the entire situation. You may feel that the employee can improve with additional training however if you do not or this approach has already been attempted, I implore you to do what is right for your customers and the customer experience—whatever you determine that to be.

I believe this employee’s first name is Sharon but to be entirely honest, after having to take time away from my evening, it has slipped my mind. The reference number on my receipt is 108200204659. The TC# on the receipt is 9022 2283 4746 2724 0487. I checked out in the “20 item or less” (often considered the “express” register however this was certainly not the case) register nearest to the door on the grocery side of your Wal-Mart store at 7:59 PM ET on March 23, 2011. I hope this is enough information to identify this employee.

Ive been shopping at my local Walmart for 10 years now, It used to be a happy place to go.The workers seemed happy and always helped me.In the past year or so they have cut their department heads in half, The poor people left in those jobs have taken on extra departments or should I say forced to take more, so that means double the work with no pay raise and no associates to help them.If I need help with anything there is no one around to help, everyone is to busy. And that is not their fault. Shame on you walmart for not taking care of your workers. If Sam was still alive he would fire all you bigwigs for changing what he knew was important, your associates….

I’m encouraging everyone to call 1-800-walmart and tell them their sales would be better if they treated thier associates better.they are turning into the biggest company in the world that no one wants to work for. when customers speak Walmart listens…my local walmart is North Conway, New Hampshire.

Finally a family plan I can afford? think again because may be not. I consulted with sales rep at walmart store and the customer service over the phone several times before i decided to subscribe, i will need 4 lines total @ $120.00 a month, I specifically asked if i can retain my phone# the other 3 lines that will be added will be new #’s they all said no problem at all. I purchased everything I needed to start, read all the walmart family mobile reviews, activated my 1st line, canceled my old carrier, when i tried to activate the 2nd line the walmart rep. said sorry that i will have to purchase the 2nd line at full price that’s additional $20.00 making it $140.00 or give up my old phone# on the 1st phone for a new #. Buyer beware they draw you in and then the truth. i can not afford $20 more a month so I’ve decided to put adding my kids for now, you can imagine how disappointed they are.

My mother was checking out at the old store on Bowman Rd in Little Rock, AR located now on Shackleford Rd. My 89 year old mother said “Hi, girl” to the check out girl. The clerk yelled at her, told her to never call her girl again and continued yelling at her. My mother was very upset and embarrassed. She has always been polite to this girl and all WalMart employees. If the clerk did not like to be referred to as a girl, she could have told her in a nicer manner. My mother did not want me talk the manager about this. Hopefully, my mother will never shop at WalMart again. I know I won’t.

The Walmart I have been shopping at has made a practice of stealing from the customer at checkout. Walmart store Supercenter #3739, 5875 E Franklin Rd, Nampa, ID 83687 makes sure all items are not in the bag or a bag is set aside at checkout. I have noticed 5 times when I get home items are missing from my purchase. They have ripped me off for around a hundred dollars using this tactic. Such a practice is common thievery and Walmart should be held accountable. I have made a couple online complaints which were ignored!

It is no wonder Walmart claims to be able to sell products so cheap. In fact it appears they can resell products several times to several customers before the items finally leave the store.

I get asked for my receipt about half of the time I go to Walmart. Too bad I can’t play the race card. I would love to have that excuse to fall back on every time something happens to me that I don’t like. What excuses can I use when I get stopped? You have two choices: 1. Don’t shop at that Walmart store if you don’t like their rules. It will be hard to claim racism and discrimination when you voluntarily endure it time and time again. 2. Don’t stop when they ask you. I stop because it’s a simple request that takes a few seconds, but that doesn’t mean I’m forced to. If it bothers you that much, just keep going. It’s not like they’re going to tackle and cuff you in the parking lot. Refusing to show receipt is not reasonable suspicion of theft.

My daughter inadvertently over drafted from First Convenience Bank inside Walmart. Within 2 days, the OD charges had run up to $300+. We went down and took care of the charges, as well as closing the account. They tried to get her to leave the account open with a dollar in it. 5 days later, a $9.00 charge came in, which sent the already closed account into overdraft again? At this point, they sent to collections and are calling her 5+ times a day. I put some of the blame for how this bank is preying on people who are having difficulties, on Walmart, as Walmart must know of their business practices, and lets them prey on their customers. Start taking your complaints to the grocery stores who are hosting these banks.

Walmartstores.com (the online store) basically cheated me out of my purchases. I had downloaded dozens of Mp3’s several years ago which no longer play on my computer because Walmart changed something with the licensing. When I tried to email Walmart customer support, after taking ten minutes to fill out the required fields and describe my complaint, I got an error message saying that the transmission of my email failed. It really seems as though Walmart is trying their best to screw over their customers and hide from being held accountable. I will also tell everyone I know not to patronize their business, tweet my dissatisfaction to the world, and go on every blog and website I can find in order to diss them. They deserve it, the greedy corporate bastards.

Today is February 19, 2011 and I went to Walmart after work tonight to pick up a few things. I stood in the pharmacy’s line behind a customer and the clerk told me that she was not taking any more peoples, and I was furious mad because I was tired and she did not have any more customers after me. I left that area and went to get some money orders and found myself standing in a longer line with maybe fifteen other mad customers. There was no reason for the long line. Behind the counter were two managers, one of the manager’s name tag had Tiffany, and the man’s name was Leroy he was just useless in the area.

They was all helping one customer. I asked for a manager and Tiffany gave me 1-800-Walmart. I called that right away and I was directed to a location. My store experience tonight at the Harvey location in New Orleans was a bad experience. I have shopped at this location before and every time I go in this store the people does not smile or show if they care whether you come there to shop or not. I went there one morning to process a moneygram and the lady behind the counter was fifteen minutes late for work.

The time posted for opening had 7:00 am and she told me her boss had scheduled her to come in to work after the time of opening. I told her that did not make any sense to schedule a person to come in after the opening time. Just because Walmart have a store on every corner it does not justified poor customer service.

To start off I shop at Walmart a lot….usually I have no serious complaints…you get what you pay for. I bought a pair of “George” brand blue jeans for 25.00 which I thought was a good price…well I wore the jeans 3 days and they ripped horizontally and vertically in an “L” shape tear as I was walking…yes just walking….they were not tight at all and yet they tore like a piece of thin paper. Unfortunately I did not find the receipt which I understand is a problem. Since “George” brand clothing is carried by Walmart…in mass amounts I thought they might stand by their products…

I have only returned 2 things in 32 years of shopping there…the girl told me that because I had no receipt that I could have had the jeans for yrs….well you could tell that the jeans were new and I took offense to her attitude that I was lying….what ever happened to the customer being right?…I told her that if Walmart cannot stand by their products that I would take my business elsewhere and by her expression she could have cared less. Now is it Walmarts fault for hiring people that don’t give a @#@@ or their policy for not backing their product?

I work hard for my money and even 25.00 is money that I could have used to by something else. I even asked her if I could just exchange the jeans for another pair….no way…so now I take my 600.00 – 1,000.00 dollars I used to spend at walmart and shop elsewhere….this is all I can do to defend the principal of the situation. Maybe if other people would just take a stand policies could be changed for the better……x-walmart shopper.

When shopping at Walmart be sure to double check what you are being charged. When at the Walmart in Manassas, VA, several pairs of pants rang up at 17.00 instead of the 10.00 that was clearly stated on the sales ad right above the items. Of couse I questioned this. so the Customer service Rep that runs the clothing dept. Went and checked on the items in question and came back saying that they were indeed 17.00. The only excuse she could come up with was someone stocked them on the wrong shelf? There are to many other places to shop that respect the consumer. My advise is do not shop at Walmart if enough people say enough is enough Either Walmart will evolve or go out of business.

Are you kidding me? When they CHARGE me at Walmart, it appears on my credit card immediately. When they CREDIT me, this is the notice I receive: “A credit in the amount of $48.00 has been issued to the payment method you used for this purchase. If you paid by Credit or Debit Card: The credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.” Two billing cycles Walmart? REALLY! If you make any big purchases as walmart this holiday season, just don’t expect your money back anytime soon!

I don’t know what I was thinking going into Walmart the week before Christmas…craziness!! There was practically a line to GET IN the store. Walmart is normally packed at 4pm anyway, but yesterday it was a zoo! Anyway, I was looking for cotton balls…it was the last thing on my list. I was over in the medicine/health/beauty section looking for them…and looking….and looking…didn’t find them! They’ve totally re-arranged the health/beauty section…and I didn’t find cotton balls. Of course there wasn’t anyone I could ask and everyone around me was rushing to get to the next aisle like it was the final lap at NASCAR! Seriously, never again will I shop at Walmart anytime around Christmas. It’s a death wish.

Oh! and guess what? They totally removed the fabric/crafts section at walmart! I stopped a worker to ask them where it was (I’m making a new Christmas stocking) and she said they’ve all been removed! Wow. So sad that we don’t do craftsy stuff with fabric anymore to buy it at Walmart. They probably just couldn’t compare to Hobby Lobby or Michael’s. Ouch, Walmart.

Walmart’s batteries do not say re-manufactured on them and they don’t tell you they are. Their prices are lower and their warranty is provided by Walmart not a manufacturer. That much I did get from the tech. As it stands at this point I was treated badly by their people and if I was told right, they are ripping people off on those batteries. Walmart needs to be held accountable for not labeling the batteries properly. Re-manufactured or reconditioned will not last as long and should not be sold as new. As bad as the company and their people are I would rather pay twice as much to be treated like a person instead of a bad dog. I treat my dogs better than they treated me.

I”m a very busy person like most of us in today’s mainstream business world, so with out my phone im a sitting duck and will cost me money with every call missed! So I move fast to my local walmart where my phone is from, in a panic i go back to electronics where i can get my new phone, of course all the cell phones are locked up and i need assistance. There’s a female associate there and when i ask her for help she tells me shes on a break but she will get some one to help me, which she does and gets back on her cell phone with her personal call on the sales floor! After an hour waiting at walmart I was done and ready for somebody who ACTUALLY CARED to help me fix my cell phone.

I opened a checking account at Suntrust (in Summerfield Walmart) in May 2010 because of these same problems caused by my previous bank. On September 30, 2010 I received a letter containing my “new Mastercard Check Card”, replacing the Visa Check Card I had received when I opened the account. It has taken me over four months to clear up the mess my previous bank had left me in, and I had just gotten all my bills set up to be charged to my Suntrust Visa check card, and had breathed a sigh of relief.

Now I am again faced with the same nightmare – notifying all my creditors to change my card number! Several of them do not even send me a statement, and I have no idea of their address, phone number, or email address! Because of this, I cannot have Suntrust send them a payment check (as Suntrust requires an address to send payments), and have elected to use my debit card to pay these people.

They allowed someone to gain access to my visa money card without having ALL the appropriate secured information as detailed in all the written material available when you purchase (receipt, package, visa card, cardholder agreement web page). All customer service reps read from the same script like a broken record. Forget talking to them as they do not listen and its always your fault regardless! Walmart stand up and take responsibility for your actions! Act like a #1 Retailer should – I know that you will never ever get any more business from me or my family.

The Walmart 24 hour supermarket in Naples, Florida is run by total morons. Let me tell you how bad it’s managed, you’ll never see a manager. As for the help they hire, all Hispanics. The problem with hiring all Hispanics is that they have attitude. They think they are better than white people. Furthermore they hire whole families, cousins, nephews and neighbors so that it’s one giant click of Hispanic employees. Without a mix of White employees there’s no way Walmart will continue to thrive as a company. There needs to be employees who have education and experience running these stores.

Even if they pay next to nothing which is probably the case, they must stop hiring all Hispanic workers. Wake up Walmart, I’d rather pay extra to shop at Publix than put up with these horrible employees.
