I called your credit card division and spoke with a rude representative talking over me when I was trying to explain that I don’t get electronic mail I told her I don’t have access to get that and I was trying to tell her they always mail it to me she talked over me she didn’t listen. You need to hire better associates and train them better than what you are doing now. I would like a response asap. I called spoke to a supervisor I told her about all she said she was sorry. She should have said she would report her. Customer Service not like . I’ve been a customer for several years, and if it wasn’t for customers paying their bill she wouldn’t have a job. That’s a lot of retailers are closing because of sales are down. You need to be stricter on your hiring and better training not to lose customers; too much competition out here now. Thanks, Ms Allen
