You won't be getting much more money from us

You won't be getting much more money from us. Everytime I call for help I get a different story. Now I just learned you will not cover for a home aide. That is a necessity for me. If I can't have that then why are we paying for long term insurance? Whats it good for. We have paid into this insurance over 30 years. Why?
