On Dec 30, 2024 I placed an online order thru the Church's mobile app for a 30 PC spicy dark meat and a half gallon of lemonade, large order of fried okra and 6 honey butter biscuits. After about a hour when the delivery driver from door dash contacted me when they arrived to pick up my order that they were out of dark meat chicken only had white meat available and not spicy. I said that would be fine. Then within a few minutes the dasher contacted me again but now saying that the manager said that I can't get the 30 pc now because that would be all of their chicken. This the order I had already paid for over an hour before. I asked if I could get the 16 pc meal instead and was told I needed to go on the door dash app to cancel my order, which I didn't understand because I ordered from Church's app not Door Dash. I didn't like the way I was basically forced to cancel my order and now ive been waiting for my refund for over a week now. I am out of 60 plus dollars and couldn't get supper that night because I spent all my money on chicken I was forced to cancel. I love Church's chicken but I will never go back to the one on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins GA. They always have bad attitudes and the order is 9 times out of 10 missing something and now this issue. I will not spend another dime at Church's until something is done about my issue. I need a refund for my purchase that was refused to be filled. I honestly feel that not only am I entitled to my full refund but I should be compensated for the fact my family and I had to go without our dinner that night that we paid good money for.
