Church's Chicken

I went to Church’s Chicken at 410 N. Lindbergh Blvd on 08/06/2026. As usual, the chicken was really good, cooked just right. But the language of one of the employees was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional (*mf* this and *mf* that).

The other employees and customers all looked uncomfortable and embarrassed. The managers need to take charge and talk to the employees about their conduct, behavior, and language. This is a business not a house gathering or backyard cookout. Language like this is poor representation of Church’s Chicken.

I won’t go back to this location. Not because of the food but because I don’t want this kind of experience while getting food that I’m paying for! Sorry Church’s… all your employees should be better and do better.

On Dec 30, 2024 I placed an online order thru the Church's mobile app for a 30 PC spicy dark meat and a half gallon of lemonade, large order of fried okra and 6 honey butter biscuits. After about a hour when the delivery driver from door dash contacted me when they arrived to pick up my order that they were out of dark meat chicken only had white meat available and not spicy.

I said that would be fine. Then within a few minutes the dasher contacted me again but now saying that the manager said that I can't get the 30 pc now because that would be all of their chicken. This the order I had already paid for over an hour before.

I asked if I could get the 16 pc meal instead and was told I needed to go on the door dash app to cancel my order, which I didn't understand because I ordered from…

Some employees don't know the difference between a breast and a thigh. They got it mixed up with my order. But I wish they would please bring back the Smoky Mesquite barbecue chicken half they used to have. Those were phenomenal.

I went to the churches in San Antonio on San Felipe and culebra earlier today, and , one of the employees a male was very vulgar and disrespectful, my family has been going to this churches for years, can someone speak to the manager and take care of this employee please

Poor quality chicken for the amount that I just paid. I recieved an extremely small chicken leg and an overcooked thigh. I'm very disappointed.

I bought dinner here last night around 8pm 12/19/2023 on Manchester. 2 of my tenders were undercooked. I tried calling the restaurant location, But no answer. I have emailed and called customer service. Just the meat was undercooked. I only ate the side, because it was covered .

So I never got to enjoy my dinner.

I purchased a three piece dark and it was overcooked, hard and dry. I don't understand how can you serve food like this to a customer. 29 on something I couldn't eat now I'm at work starving. I think the restaurant should shut down permanently.

I went to church's chicken on 1850 s general mcmullen drive I order an 8pc Family meal legs & thigh with Fries and 4 biscuit and a 30oz coke. When I got home with my order I opened the box of chicken and saw that all the pieces of chicken that i had gotten were old chicken.

The chicken are all dry, and if they just keep on putting the chicken back in the grease so It can be hot again. The way my chicken looks as if the chicken was from yesterday, and they just reheated the chicken.

Had to go buy something else to eat cause the chicken was burnt, dry, old, and didn't taste good. I am very upset about this. Try calling the restaurant to let them know about my order, and no answer. Uploaded a photo of the chicken so yall can see the chicken i received.

My husband ordered 8 piece mixed with Mac and cheese for the sides. He ordered 2 corn on the cobs as well. When reached home corn was not in the bag. Left home without eating. Drove back for corn. Husband asked for 2 complimentary pies. Manager refused.

Husband discussed that he had passed a Popeye's and Southern Classic choosing Church's . This is ridiculous that a customer should be so inconvenienced! Manager reluctantly gave him one pie. Again we ordered 8 piece of chicken. Obviously more than one person would be eating this meal.

This round trip back to Church's took 40 minutes. He ate cold chicken. Is this how your company values it's customers?

I visited Church’s Chicken in Waco Texas 3903 North 19th Street on yesterday afternoon, I ordered thru the drive through, she stated that the regular chicken would not be ready for 4 minutes’ so I pulled around and sat about 15 minutes. Other customers started going inside and waiting for a long time also.

I was so disappointed, just waiting for a two piece chicken, it is always like that at that location, about one employee at the drive through and one cook! They really need to step up, it is so slow there always, and I visit there every weekend for my elderly mother!!

I purchase chicken from Church’s restaurant number 10899 on occasionally. About half of the time, the chicken is severely over fried. This happens about half of the time. I have been eating Church’s chicken for a long time and I am used to receiving a quality product. The overcooked chicken from this location is forcing me to go to another Church’s location which is about 5 miles away in order to assure the quality I am used to. My wife has had it with this location.

I hope you are able to fix this problem. The store if very convenient to my home and I would like to be able to trust I can get good chicken, cooke properly when I go there.

Bought dinner at Church’s Chicken (Store #623 - Lakewood, CA.) - 08012023. Ordered (1) 2 piece (1 Chicken Breast & 1 Leg). (1) 2 piece (Chicken Thigh & Leg).

Upon arrival at home, my order #950 for the Chicken Breast & Leg, they gave me (2) Legs and no Chicken Breast!!! Was upset about that!

We visited Texas Chicken at Suanplern Market twice once three days ago and had a good experience and enjoyed the food by ordering one combo wrap and one just wrap. We visited again today but served cold food on the same items. We requested a replacement but were again reheated stuff totally unpalatable food. We are a very old couple from India and were totally disappointed.

The location on Grand Prairie never has ckn sandwiches . They say they are always out every time . Today the mgr told me that your company only sends one box and so that is why they are sold out .

I am finally a complaint about the Restaurant located 14 1 1 5 coit road, Dallas, Texas, 7525 four, was rude and disrespectful. For the past 3 months, I purchase a meal and used my survey. I had gone to Churches Chicken a few months ago and didn’t care for it at all. At first I thought it was me but then I went back this past week and again the chicken (original) did NOT taste good.

The recipe has changed and not for the better. I ended up throwing my food in the trash. What happened to the original recipe? It was different from your competitors which I loved. I use to eat there quite a bit but now I will look for a new eatery. Very unfortunate!

We use to stop at Churches chicken quite a bit. They opened up one less then a mile from home. Last time our chicken was not cooked all the way on some of the chicken and the other half was overcooked and dried out!

Placed order through drive-thru. The charge on the drive thru menu are different from charges inside the restaurant and on my receipt. Asked to speak with manager. A black woman came and was very argumentative with me. I explained to her what I stated above and she went to say well this is the price inside that the manager had changed the price.

Went to the Church’s chicken on Saturday and received the most horrible service. Manger was upset about something, never gave me my receipt or change, waiting 10 mins to get a my drink. After getting the food, it’s the the worse out the worse.

The batter from the chicken fell off in my box. It looked like it had been soaking in either water or oil. I went to return it and was made to be a lier. I asked the manager to please look at the chicken and all she did was throw it way.

I ask for a refund because at this point I didn’t trust them to eat from them.

Rude staff always have an attitude and the front cashier is always on the phone. The front cashier when ordering barely speaks and has an attitude when taking your order. This is the Church's Chicken on West Colonial in Orlando.

Greetings, I am lodging a compliant against Church's Chicken on Wesley Chapel rd in Decatur GA. I went through the drive thru on 3/21/23 around 6:45. There were very few cars parked outside the restaurant; however most of the traffic was in the drive thru. I ordered a 12 pc meal, and I requested 3 of each parts. 3 legs 3 thighs 3 wings and 3 breast. The young lady who took the order gave me a total of $35.63. I proceeded to drive around to the window I was stopped by a lady hanging out of the drive thru window asking me not to proceed to the window so I waited about 5 minutes exactly 20 feet from the window. Afterwards, she had me to proceed forward. In front of me was 2 cars waiting for their food.

Church's Chicken in Atlanta Georgia is very unprofessional, rude and has too many young people working there to conduct business. We waited in the drive thru line for and hour or so. We could not move forward or backwards due to cars in the front and in the back of us.

We do not have a Church's in Anderson SC so we travel to Atlanta to get some Church's Chicken and when we get there at two locations, they both gave us the bad attitude and unprofessional service.

Went in today at the Wesley Chapel Decatur location. Had 2 separate orders. Ordered okra with each order. Had to sit for order had to pull up. Received order okra was missing from one box. Went in to get it they say they didn’t charge for it.

I asked for something of courtesy since I had to wait so long. Was told I had a choice to wait or not.

First they took order, took money never said it was a wait after few minutes with other people behind me they said pull up…still not saying why. I said if I knew I had a choice I would not have waited.

They are very unprofessional at this location.

On March 3rd around 1630 We visited two of your restaurants--One was located Candler Road in Decalb County and the other one was located in Shamley Tucker in Norcross. The first one we waited 30 mins at the drive thru due to the fact that the mic was not working, and we could not back out because of cars in front and behind us.

At the first one the manager told us we had a choice to come inside ore remain in the line(which we could not get out of) the girl that waited on us at the window states she was the manager and her attitude was very nasty-She did not have a mask on nor did she have her hair contained-she was packaging up food without gloves.

On 9 March at approximately 5:30pm I experienced a Church's Chicken employee who displayed a very bad attitude. This was at the Church's Chicken store in Clearwater Florida. I ordered 2 three piece meals and another 10 pieces of chicken.

I ordered a pepper with the first order and stated it two times.

Also, while her back was turned I said I wanted a pepper since I noticed she did not put it in the bag. When you gave me my complete order I asked did you out the pepper in the bag.

She said I never ordered a pepper. I stated I said a pepper 3 separate times. She then proceeded with the worst. disposition and a very nasty attitude. She is a young black woman and should not be working in a service industry because of her bad disposition towards customers.

I went to Church's Chicken on Pass Road in Gulfport MS on 3/8/23 to get food for my family. The customer service was pathetic and the food was attrotious. It looked like it was old fried chicken from another day that was refried it tasted like garbage and my family could not eat it. I've never had such an experience at Church's in the years I've been going there. I spent over $38 on this slop. I need a refund and Church's st this location needs an intervention immediately. I cannot afford to spend this much money and get nothing in return. The good had to be thrown out it wasn't even fit for dog consumption much less humans. I was totally disappointed.

I waited in the drive thru line for 7 to 8 minutes before I got to the intercom. There I continued to wait for another 7 to 8 minutes with no communication what so ever. I said hello and no one replied.

The cars in front of me had been waited on and there was one car left at the window. I thought then that maybe the intercom was not working so I drove to the window. When I get there the lady tells me that she could not take my order at the window she did hear me say hello but something was wrong with her mic.

This is POOR customer service.
