Was sold wrong phone that requires monthly fees

Was sold wrong phone that requires monthly fees. Wanted a burner phone that only requires additional minutes when the current minutes are used up. Obviously I cannot return item. Bu I am angry was sold a jitterbug 2 plip.Not what I wanted. Will not do business with best buy anymore.
