You have a teller with a serious attitude problem. I recently went into the S. Nevada branch in Colorado Springs to cash a check and this woman acted like she could not stand her job or me. It was a black woman named Raqqa, I believe. She mumbled and did not look me in the eye. She took her sweet time while eating a snack and had an angry expression on her face the whole time. I received crinkled bills which she did not bother to count out and she could not wait to put up her going on break sign. With her piss poor attitude it really made me feel unwelcome there and I do not want to ever go back.
