I have heart problems. On Tuesday my Dr. Setup an appointment for hospital for Friday. On Thursday I got a call from hospital saying Aetna sent it for a approval was told it takes 48 to 72 hours for approval. Here it is Saturday and Aetna telling me they don't have no authorization for me.
