My Facebook account got hacked back in May and someone created a fake profile pretending to be me. I am absolutely disgusted by Facebook lack of help and support in getting the fake profile pretending to be me deleted. I am suffering really bad stress because of this. The image attached to this report is that of the fake profile in question The same thing happened to a friend of mine, the fake profile got reported on 6th June and facebook support team removed it by the 13th. So what is so different I want facebook to fix my problem as immediately as possible and send me a personalised apology.
