Absolute worst customer service at drive thru Wendy’s in Manistee. Around 6:10pm on 8-28-24 Blonde girl working drive thru was horrible. Maybe they just finished a rush I don’t know but there were not many cars at that time. She literally one handed almost tossed the food and salad into our car. Over filled the water so it was spilling g out the top while tossing it out the window. Then it of course spills onto child. Food was spilled all over in the bag from being tossed. And don’t get me started on her lack of customer service. The tone was rude she was very short not a hint of friendliness at all. Now I get why the other places had longer lines than them.
