I am at red roof inn in Norcross GA when I arrived here I had moved a lot of things it was super hot so when I came in the room it was noted that the wall was damaged drywall off the flooring is very worn stained covers on the bed and the baseboard in the bathroom is falling off as well as rotted walls and a rusty tub. I called the desk and a woman answered she said she will give a new room and sending maintenance and he stapled the baseboards and left she never followed up about the new room and I’m tired so I said I will handle tomorrow get up to use bathroom and the toilet is backing up so I go to office to ask for a plunger The man in office Indian man rude and says I can’t give you a plunger till maintenance comes. I’m like what no plunger then after the condition of the room I have to deal with this too. I ask him for accommodation for these inconvenience maybe even a discount he says I not giving you nothing I not going to argue with your kind. I said to him oh I know you are a racist and he says over and over again I am I am a racist. This is what is representing your brand and it is unacceptable. He then went on to say that I’m only paying 40 for the room so I don’t have a right to complain about what condition it is in
