I was recently refused service on my 1997 ultra classic at Reel Brothers HD in Mauston Wisconsin. They told me that my bike was too old and they couldn't get parts. I said you are a Harley dealer and should work on any year or model. Again they refused service and I told them they were nothing but a glorified boutique. Meanwhile they sold me some parts to try that weren't even close to the problem. Fortunately I took it to a local independent performance shop that diagnosed the problem of a fuel pump and had me running in a matter of hours. I am never stepping foot in that place again. I am beyond livid!!!
