I'm tired of my orders being delivered by DoorDash. There is always a problem, whether it's missing items (as happened last night) or not handing the order off to me (which also happened last night). Last night, my order was just thrown onto my porch, no knock or doorbell. It was supposed to be handed to me. I know it's all profits over competence, but this is getting to the point that I don't even want to order from Pizza Hut at all because it always ends up with something going wrong. Stop using DoorDash and hire your own drivers. Another problem is when there is a missing item, it turns into a back and forth of "Contact DoorDash" and DoorDash saying "Contact the store." Stop using third-party delivery, I know it's all profit over competence, but as I've previously stated. It's making me not want to order at all, and if I'm feeling this way, it's very likely others are as well.
