This is the second time they got the order wrong

This is the second time they got the order wrong. The most recent 07/15/2026 at drive up window I asked for no cheese, mustard or ketchup. Got the burger and it had what I did not want on it. Back in 2025 at a different Wendy's location in the same city. I went inside to order, requested no mustard, cheese or ketchup, they had to redo the order twice because it had what I did not want on the burger!?! I will not visit them again. I'm done with Wendy's. Not like they use to be years ago.
