They won’t deliver my packages to the correct address yet

They won’t deliver my packages to the correct address yet. They change my address when I put the correct address. This has been going on for one and a half years . I have asked several of the drivers what address I need to use for them to deliver my packages to me . They won’t tell me . I don’t have any problems with UPS or USPS.
