They finally decided to replace my Treadmill with full cost

They finally decided to replace my Treadmill with full cost. A representative finally called me back, email and text me after 61 days of waiting for parts or a decision to replace the cost. I'm excited about the decision after reaching out numerous of times. Can't say anything negative because I got some type of permanent resolution.
