The store is always out of chocolate, they never answer the phone

The store is always out of chocolate, they never answer the phone. I live 15 minutes away and have to literally drive to the store after calling at least five times, leaving messages that are never returned. Employees drag around like zombies. I complained to corporate about this but no answer from them either. Really have gone downhill and don’t seem to care.
